本发明涉及智能家居技术领域,尤其涉及窗帘开合装置及窗帘开合系统。
背景技术
传统技术中,窗帘大多是通过人工操作进行打开和关闭的,这种窗帘操控比较麻烦,用户的使用舒适度较差。
窗帘的智能化控制是智能家居领域的重要组成部分,为了改善用户对窗帘的使用舒适度,目前,市场上已经开始推出了能电动操控窗帘打开与关闭的电动窗帘,但现有的电动窗帘,需要在现场安装专用的窗帘轨道和电机,安装较为复杂,而且成本也较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种窗帘开合装置,用以解决现有电动窗帘安装复杂和成本高的问题。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种窗帘开合系统,该窗帘开合系统包括窗帘开合装置。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种窗帘开合装置,用于安装在窗帘导轨上以控制窗帘的开合,所述窗帘开合装置包括:
主机,包括具有内腔的机壳、安装于所述内腔并部分凸露于所述内腔外的驱动轮、设于所述内腔以用于控制所述驱动轮旋转的电机、位于所述内腔中以用于控制所述电机开关的控制器、以及与所述控制器电性连接以用于接收所述电机的开关信号的信号收发模块,所述驱动轮用于带动所述窗帘沿所述窗帘导 轨的延伸方向运动;
滚轮机构,安装于所述机壳,所述滚轮机构远离所述机壳的一端挂设于所述窗帘导轨并将所述驱动轮压紧于所述窗帘导轨的外侧壁。
进一步地,所述滚轮机构包括与所述机壳连接的安装座、与所述安装座连接的弹性组件和设于所述弹性组件朝向所述窗帘导轨一侧的滚轮组件,所述滚轮组件挂设于所述窗帘导轨,所述弹性组件包括连接杆和弹性件,所述连接杆的一端与所述滚轮组件连接、另一端与所述安装座活动连接,所述弹性件位于所述安装座内,且所述弹性件套设于所述连接杆外以用于将所述驱动轮压紧于所述窗帘导轨。
进一步地,所述安装座设有第一腔室、设于所述第一腔室远离所述滚轮组件一侧并与所述第一腔室连通的第二腔室、以及设于所述第一腔室靠近所述滚轮组件一侧并与所述第一腔室连通的通孔,所述弹性件收容于所述第一腔室,所述连接杆可活动穿设于所述通孔、所述第一腔室以及所述第二腔室。
进一步地,所述机壳上凹设有用于安装所述安装座的安装槽。
进一步地,所述安装槽位于所述机壳的中部,所述机壳上设有与所述安装槽连通以用于供所述连接杆穿过的凹槽。
进一步地,所述机壳包括第一壳体和与所述第一壳体连接的第二壳体,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体围合形成所述内腔、所述安装槽、以及所述凹槽。
进一步地,所述安装座包括安装于所述安装槽的外壳和设于所述外壳内的安装座主体,所述安装座主体包括第一主体部和与所述第一主体部可拆卸连接的第二主体部,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部围合形成所述第一腔室、所述第二腔室以及所述通孔。
进一步地,所述安装槽设有两个,且两所述安装槽分别设于所述机壳的相 对两侧,每一所述安装槽内均安装有一个所述安装座。
进一步地,所述安装座固定安装于所述安装槽或者所述安装座可拆卸安装于所述安装槽。
进一步地,所述主机还包括开设有收容腔以用于安装所述电机的电机套,所述电机套固定安装在所述内腔中,所述收容腔的内侧壁上设有防止所述电机相对所述电机套转动的第一限位面,所述电机的外侧壁上设有与所述第一限位面配合的第二限位面。
进一步地,所述主机还包括套设于所述驱动轮外以用于增大摩擦力的防滑套。
进一步地,所述窗帘开合装置还包括安装于所述机壳内以用于给所述电机、所述控制器以及所述信号收发模块供电的电池。
进一步地,所述窗帘开合装置还包括用于对所述电池进行充电的太阳能板,所述太阳能板通过所述控制器与所述电池电性连接。
进一步地,所述滚轮组件包括支架和两个安装于所述支架并与所述窗帘导轨滚动连接的滚轮,所述支架包括用于与所述连接杆连接的横板和两个间隔凸设于所述横板两端的立板,两所述立板相向的两个内侧壁上分别设有一个所述滚轮。
进一步地,所述连接杆包括用于供所述弹性件套设的杆体和位于所述杆体朝向所述滚轮组件一端的挂钩,所述滚轮组件还包括凸设于所述横板朝向所述连接杆一侧的凸起,所述凸起贯穿设有与所述挂钩配合的开口,所述滚轮组件通过所述挂钩和所述开口的配合与所述连接杆可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述支架具有弹性。
进一步地,所述滚轮组件包括固定轴和两个分别安装于所述固定轴两端的 滚轮,所述滚轮与所述窗帘导轨滚动连接,所述固定轴穿过所述连接杆朝向所述窗帘导轨的一端。
进一步地,所述固定轴包括穿过所述连接杆的轴杆和位于所述轴杆两端以用于对所述滚轮进行限位的凸环。
进一步地,两所述滚轮相背的两个侧壁上均设有用于容纳所述凸环的凹腔。

一种窗帘开合系统,包括如上所述的窗帘开合装置和用于控制所述窗帘开合装置运行或者停止的遥控终端。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:通过设置主机包括机壳、驱动轮、电机、控制器以及信号收发模块,滚轮机构挂设在窗帘导轨上时,会将驱动轮压紧在窗帘导轨的外侧壁上,电机工作后带动驱动轮在窗帘导轨上滚动,驱动轮带动整个窗帘开合装置沿窗帘导轨的延伸方向运动,在安装窗帘开合装置时,直接将滚轮机构挂在窗帘导轨上即可,不需要使用辅助工具安装,操作简单,降低了成本。

实施例一:
请参阅图1至图9,本发明实施例一提供的一种窗帘开合系统,包括窗帘开合装置100和用于控制窗帘开合装置100运行或者停止的遥控终端,窗帘开合装置100包括主机10和滚轮机构20,主机10包括具有内腔11的机壳12、安装于内腔11并部分凸露于内腔11外的驱动轮13、设于内腔11以用于控制驱动轮13旋转的电机14、位于内腔11中以用于控制电机14开关的控制器15、以及与控制器15电性连接以用于接收电机14的开关信号的信号收发模块16,驱动轮13用于带动窗帘沿窗帘导轨30的延伸方向运动;滚轮机构20安装于机壳12,滚轮机构20远离机壳12的一端挂设于窗帘导轨30并将驱动轮13压紧于窗帘导轨30的外侧壁。
本实施例中,窗帘导轨30为“工”字形导轨,其包括顶板31、间隔设于顶板31下方的底板32、以及垂直连接于顶板31与底板32之间的连接板33,连接板33与顶板31和底板32围合形成两个槽口相背的滑槽34,在安装窗帘开合装置100时,可以通过两个滑槽34直接将滚轮机构20挂在窗帘导轨30上,从而将整个窗帘开合装置100挂设在窗帘导轨30上,并将主机10的驱动轮13压紧在 底板32远离顶板31的一侧,当信号收发模块16接收到遥控终端的工作信号后,控制器15控制电机14正转、反转或者停止转动,电机14转动后驱使驱动轮13在底板32上运动,并带动整个主机10一同运动,主机10带动滚轮机构20沿滑槽34的延伸方向运动,即可实现窗帘的打开和关闭。
该设计方式,由于窗帘开合装置100是直接挂设在窗帘导轨30上的,因此在安装过程中不需要借助辅助工具,安装操作简单,降低了成本。而且当遥控终端出现故障或者用户不方便使用遥控终端时,用户可以手动控制窗帘开合装置100运动,从而实现窗帘的打开和关闭,更方便用户使用。
具体地,本实施例中信号收发模块16安装在控制器15上,且控制器15上还设有一充电模块17。
可以理解地,遥控终端可以是专门用于控制窗帘开合装置100的遥控器,也可以是手机等智能电子设备。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,滚轮机构20包括弹性组件21、滚轮组件22以及安装座23,安装座23与机壳12连接,滚轮组件22挂设于窗帘导轨30,弹性组件21包括连接杆211和弹性件212,连接杆211的一端与滚轮组件22连接、另一端与安装座23活动连接,弹性件212位于安装座23内,且弹性件212套设于连接杆211外以用于将驱动轮13压紧于窗帘导轨30。
通过设置滚轮机构20包括弹性组件21和滚轮组件22,弹性组件21包括连接杆211和弹性件212,弹性件212优选为弹簧,且套设在连接杆211外,弹簧压缩后使连接杆211具有朝向机壳12的回复力,安装座23在回复力的作用下朝向窗帘导轨30运动,并带动机壳12一起运动,以将驱动轮13压紧在窗帘导轨30的底板32上。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,安装座23设有第一腔室231、设于第一腔室 231远离滚轮组件22一侧并与第一腔室231连通的第二腔室232、以及设于第一腔室231靠近滚轮组件22一侧并与第一腔室231连通的通孔233,弹性件212收容于第一腔室231,连接杆211可活动穿设于通孔233、第一腔室231以及第二腔室232。
本实施例中,通过在安装座23内设置第一腔室231、第二腔室232以及通孔233,第二腔室232和通孔233分别位于第一腔室231的相对两侧且均与第一腔室231连通,弹性件212收容于第一腔室231内,且连接杆211上凸设有止挡部234,连接杆211可活动穿设于通孔233、第一腔室231以及第二腔室232,弹性件212一端与第一腔室231靠近滚轮组件22的内壁抵接、另一端与止挡部234抵接,这样,在安装窗帘开合装置100时,用户朝远离窗帘导轨30的方向拉动安装座23,由于连接杆211与滚轮组件22连接,因此安装座23会相对连接杆211朝远离窗帘导轨30的方向运动,并压缩弹簧,当用户松开后,弹簧在自身弹力的作用下,往朝向窗帘导轨30的方向推动安装座23,安装座23带动机壳12一同运动,从而将驱动轮13压紧在窗帘导轨30上,保证了窗帘开合装置100能平稳运行,而且由于弹簧具有一定的伸缩量,使得窗帘开合装置100能适应不同厚度的窗帘导轨30,提高了窗帘开合装置100的实用性能。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,机壳12上凹设有用于安装座23的安装槽121。通过将安装座23安装在安装槽121内,提高了窗帘开合装置100整体结构的紧凑性。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,安装槽121位于机壳12的中部,机壳12上设有与安装槽121连通以用于供连接杆211穿过的凹槽122。通过在机壳12上设置供连接杆211穿过的凹槽122,这样,机壳12在相对连接杆211运动的过程中,连接杆211会对机壳12产生一个导向的作用,从而使其运动更平稳。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,机壳12包括第一壳体123和与第一壳体123连接的第二壳体124,第一壳体123与第二壳体124围合形成内腔11、安装槽121、以及凹槽122。
本实施例中,通过设置机壳12包括第一壳体123和第二壳体124,第一壳体123与第二壳体124围合形成内腔11、安装槽121以及凹槽122,方便了窗帘开合装置100的组装;且第一壳体123通过螺丝或者螺栓与第二壳体124固定连接,以保证窗帘开合装置100结构可靠。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,安装座23包括安装于安装槽121的外壳235和设于外壳235内的安装座主体236,安装座主体236包括第一主体部2361和与第一主体部2361可拆卸连接的第二主体部2362,第一主体部2361和第二主体部2362围合形成第一腔室231、第二腔室232以及通孔233。
通过设置安装座23包括外壳235和安装座主体236,安装座主体236包括第一主体部2361和第二主体部2362,第一主体部2361和第二主体部2362围合形成第一腔室231、第二腔室232以及通孔233,这样,既方便安装座23和弹性组件21的组装,而且外壳235也能起到保护安装座主体236的作用,延长了窗帘开合装置100的使用寿命。
具体地,本实施例中,外壳235包括用于容纳第一主体部2361的第一容纳部2351和用于容纳第二主体部2362的第二容纳部2352。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,安装槽121设有两个,且两个安装槽121分别设于机壳12的相对两侧,每一安装槽121内均安装有一个安装座23。这样能够保证将驱动轮13压紧在窗帘导轨30上。
可以理解地,安装座23的数量并不局限于两个,例如,一个或者多个也是可以的。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,滚轮组件22包括支架221和两个安装于支架221并与窗帘导轨30滚动连接的滚轮222,支架221具有弹性,且支架221包括用于与连接杆211连接的横板223和两个分别凸设于横板223两端的立板224,两立板224相向的两个内侧壁上分别设有一个滚轮222;且支架221具有弹性。
通过设置滚轮组件22包括支架221和滚轮222,支架221包括横板223和两个立板224,两个立板224相向的内侧壁上分别设有一滚轮222,且支架221具有一定的弹性,因此,在将滚轮组件22安装到窗帘导轨30上时,可以将两个立板224往外掰一定角度,使两个滚轮222之间的距离大于底板32的宽度,直接将滚轮222卡入窗帘导轨30内,方便滚轮组件22的安装,而且还能使滚轮组件22适应不同宽度尺寸的窗帘导轨30,提高了滚轮组件22的实用性能。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,连接杆211包括用于供弹性件212套设的杆体213和位于杆体213朝向滚轮组件22一端的挂钩214,滚轮组件22还包括固定于横板223朝向连接杆211一侧的凸起225,凸起225贯穿设有与挂钩214配合的开口,滚轮组件22通过挂钩214和开口的配合与连接杆211可拆卸连接。
通过设置连接杆211包括杆体213和挂钩214,滚轮组件22还包括设置在横板223上的凸起225,凸起225设有与挂钩214配合的开口,这样,连接杆211与滚轮组件22连接方式简单,便于组装,而且滚轮222可以减小滚轮组件22与窗帘导轨30之间的摩擦力,便于窗帘开合装置100沿窗帘导轨30的延伸方向运动,而且在根据窗帘导轨30的宽度尺寸选择合适的滚轮机构20时,可以只更换滚轮组件22。
具体地,在本实施例中,安装座23可拆卸安装在安装槽121内,这样,用户可以选择更换整个滚轮机构20,也可以选择只更换滚轮组件22。
可以理解地,安装座23并不局限于可拆卸安装在安装槽121内,例如,固 定安装在安装槽121内也是可以的。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,主机10还包括开设有收容腔以用于安装电机14的电机套18,电机套18固定安装在内腔11中,收容腔的内侧壁上设有防止电机14相对电机套18转动的第一限位面181,电机14的外侧壁上设有与第一限位面181配合的第二限位面141。
通过在电机套18上设置第一限位面181,电机14的外侧壁上设置第二限位面141,第一限位面181和第二限位面141均为平面,通过第一限位面181和第二限位面141的配合,可防止电机14相对电机套18转动,提高了电机14的稳定性,而且第一限位面181和第二限位面141结构简单,便于生产成型。
可以理解地,电机14与电机套18之间并不局限于上述的通过平面限位,例如,电机14与电机套18直接胶合固定或者通过其它机械方式固定也是可以的。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,主机10还包括套设于驱动轮13外以用于增大摩擦力的防滑套19。通过在驱动轮13外设置防滑套19,增大了驱动轮13与窗帘导轨30之间的摩擦力,可防止驱动轮13出现打滑的现象,提高了窗帘开合装置100的可靠性。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,窗帘开合装置100还包括安装于机壳12内以用于给电机14、控制器15以及信号收发模块16供电的电池40。通过在机壳12内设置电池40,且该电池40优选为可充电电池,这样,窗帘开合装置100自带电源,不需要再与外部电源进行连接,方便用户使用。
作为本实施例一种改进方式,窗帘开合装置100还包括用于对电池40进行充电的太阳能板50,太阳能板50通过控制器15与电池40电性连接。通过设置与电池40连接的太阳能板50,太阳能板50能将太阳能转换为电能储存起来, 然后通过充电模块17给电池40充电,这样,用户不需要更换电池40,更方便客户的使用。
具体拆装过程为:
安装时,先根据窗帘导轨30的尺寸,选择两个合适规格的滚轮组件22,通过挂钩214和凸起225的配合将其安装到连接杆211上,然后利用支架221的弹性,将两个立板224往外掰,直接将滚轮222卡入窗帘导轨30内,再将机壳12拉平,采用同样的方式,将另一滚轮组件22的滚轮222卡入窗帘导轨30内,即可完成安装。
拆卸时,将一个支架221的两个立板224往外掰,使滚轮组件22与窗帘导轨30脱离连接,再用同样的方式使另一滚轮组件22与窗帘导轨30脱离连接,即可完成拆卸。
实施例二:
请参阅图10至图12,本实施例提供的窗帘开合装置200与实施例一提供的窗帘开合装置100主要不同在于适用的窗帘导轨的类型不同,从而导致滚轮机构20’的结构不同,具体体现在:本实施例中,窗帘导轨60包括顶板61、两个分别从顶板61的两侧向下延伸的侧板62、以及从两个侧板62远离顶板61的端部相向延伸的底板63,两个底板63之间存在一定的间距,顶板61与一个侧板62和一个底板63都围合形成一个滑槽64。
滚轮组件70包括固定轴71和滚轮72,固定轴71穿过连接杆80朝向窗帘导轨60的一端,固定轴71的两端分别设有一个滚轮72,滚轮72位于滑槽64内并可在底板63上滚动,固定轴71包括轴杆73和位于轴杆73两端的以用于对滚轮72进行限位的凸环74,滚轮72上设有用于容纳凸环74的凹腔75。滚轮72可减小滚轮组件70与窗帘导轨60之间的摩擦力,便于窗帘开合装置200 沿窗帘导轨30的延伸方向运动。
具体拆装过程为:
安装时,先根据窗帘导轨60的尺寸选择两个合适规格的滚轮机构20’,然后将其中一个滚轮机构20’安装至机壳12’的一侧,将组装好的部件旋转一定角度,使滚轮72的中心轴与窗帘导轨60的延伸方向平行,然后通过两个底板63之间的间隙,将两个滚轮72插入窗帘导轨60内,然后旋转90°,将其往下拉至水平,保持不动,再以相同的方法将另一滚轮机构20’上的滚轮72插入窗帘导轨60,旋转90°后再将其安装至机壳12’的另一侧,机壳完成安装;
或者,可以将两个滚轮机构20’先分别装入窗帘导轨60,然后从两侧将两个滚轮机构20’安装至机壳12’。
拆卸时,只需先将滚轮机构20’从机壳12’上拆下来,然后再将滚轮机构20’旋转90°,即可使滚轮机构20’与窗帘导轨60脱离连接,完成拆卸。

  1. 一种窗帘开合装置,用于安装在窗帘导轨上以控制窗帘的开合,其特征在于,所述窗帘开合装置包括:
    主机,包括具有内腔的机壳、安装于所述内腔并部分凸露于所述内腔外的驱动轮、设于所述内腔以用于控制所述驱动轮旋转的电机、位于所述内腔中以用于控制所述电机开关的控制器、以及与所述控制器电性连接以用于接收所述电机的开关信号的信号收发模块,所述驱动轮用于带动所述窗帘沿所述窗帘导轨的延伸方向运动;
    滚轮机构,安装于所述机壳,所述滚轮机构远离所述机壳的一端挂设于所述窗帘导轨并将所述驱动轮压紧于所述窗帘导轨的外侧壁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮机构包括与所述机壳连接的安装座、与所述安装座连接的弹性组件和设于所述弹性组件朝向所述窗帘导轨一侧的滚轮组件,所述滚轮组件挂设于所述窗帘导轨,所述弹性组件包括连接杆和弹性件,所述连接杆的一端与所述滚轮组件连接、另一端与所述安装座活动连接,所述弹性件位于所述安装座内,且所述弹性件套设于所述连接杆外以用于将所述驱动轮压紧于所述窗帘导轨。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述安装座设有第一腔室、设于所述第一腔室远离所述滚轮组件一侧并与所述第一腔室连通的第二腔室、以及设于所述第一腔室靠近所述滚轮组件一侧并与所述第一腔室连通的通孔,所述弹性件收容于所述第一腔室,所述连接杆可活动穿设于所述通孔、所述第一腔室以及所述第二腔室。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述机壳上凹设有用于安装所述安装座的安装槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述安装槽位于所述机 壳的中部,所述机壳上设有与所述安装槽连通以用于供所述连接杆穿过的凹槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述机壳包括第一壳体和与所述第一壳体连接的第二壳体,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体围合形成所述内腔、所述安装槽、以及所述凹槽。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述安装座包括安装于所述安装槽的外壳和设于所述外壳内的安装座主体,所述安装座主体包括第一主体部和与所述第一主体部可拆卸连接的第二主体部,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部围合形成所述第一腔室、所述第二腔室以及所述通孔。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述安装槽设有两个,且两所述安装槽分别设于所述机壳的相对两侧,每一所述安装槽内均安装有一个所述安装座。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述安装座固定安装于所述安装槽或者所述安装座可拆卸安装于所述安装槽。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述主机还包括开设有收容腔以用于安装所述电机的电机套,所述电机套固定安装在所述内腔中,所述收容腔的内侧壁上设有防止所述电机相对所述电机套转动的第一限位面,所述电机的外侧壁上设有与所述第一限位面配合的第二限位面。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述主机还包括套设于所述驱动轮外以用于增大摩擦力的防滑套。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述窗帘开合装置还包括安装于所述机壳内以用于给所述电机、所述控制器以及所述信号收发模块供电的电池。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述窗帘开合装置还 包括用于对所述电池进行充电的太阳能板,所述太阳能板通过所述控制器与所述电池电性连接。
  14. 如权利要求2所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮组件包括支架和两个安装于所述支架并与所述窗帘导轨滚动连接的滚轮,所述支架包括用于与所述连接杆连接的横板和两个间隔凸设于所述横板两端的立板,两所述立板相向的两个内侧壁上分别设有一个所述滚轮。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述连接杆包括用于供所述弹性件套设的杆体和位于所述杆体朝向所述滚轮组件一端的挂钩,所述滚轮组件还包括凸设于所述横板朝向所述连接杆一侧的凸起,所述凸起贯穿设有与所述挂钩配合的开口,所述滚轮组件通过所述挂钩和所述开口的配合与所述连接杆可拆卸连接。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述支架具有弹性。
  17. 如权利要求2所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮组件包括固定轴和两个分别安装于所述固定轴两端的滚轮,所述滚轮与所述窗帘导轨滚动连接,所述固定轴穿过所述连接杆朝向所述窗帘导轨的一端。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,所述固定轴包括穿过所述连接杆的轴杆和位于所述轴杆两端以用于对所述滚轮进行限位的凸环。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的窗帘开合装置,其特征在于,两所述滚轮相背的两个侧壁上均设有用于容纳所述凸环的凹腔。
  20. 一种窗帘开合系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-19任一项所述的窗帘开合装置和用于控制所述窗帘开合装置运行或者停止的遥控终端。
