Abstract
An opening and closing device for a curtain mounted on a guiding part, the guiding part is provided with the curtain; the opening and closing device is used for driving automatic opening and closing of the curtain; the opening and closing device includes a mainframe and a connecting mechanism. The mainframe includes a shell, a driver and a driving wheel; the driving wheel and the driver are mounted in the shell, the driver drive the driving wheel to rotate. The connecting mechanism includes a hanging piece and a bracket; a first end of the bracket is inserted into the shell, the hanging piece is movably connected with a second end of the bracket and hung on the guiding part; the hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to the bracket so that the driving wheel is attached closely to the outer wall of the guiding part.
Description
- The present invention relates to smart furniture technical field, more particularly, to an opening and closing device for a curtain.
- Traditional opening and closing device for curtain is mounted on a guiding part for curtain. The position of the opening and closing device for curtain can not be adjusted. Its adaptability is poor, and it can not be well adapted to a variety of different sizes of guide parts.
- Base on this, it is necessary to provide an opening and closing device for curtain to overcome the poor adaptability of the exiting opening and closing device for curtain.
- An opening and closing device for a curtain, the curtain is hung on a guiding part, the opening and closing device for the curtain is mounted on the guiding part to drive automatic opening and closing of the curtain; the opening and closing device for the curtain includes a mainframe and a connecting mechanism.
- The mainframe includes a shell, a driver and a driving wheel; the driving wheel is mounted in the shell and attached closely to an outer wall of the guiding part, the driver is arranged in the shell and drive the driving wheel to rotate.
- The connecting mechanism includes a hanging piece and a bracket; a first end of the bracket is inserted into the shell, the hanging piece is movably connected with a second end of the bracket and hung on the guiding part; the hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to the bracket so that the driving wheel is attached closely to the outer wall of the guiding part.
- The driving wheel is rolled along the guiding part under the driving from the driver to bring the hanging piece to move along the guiding part and pull and push the curtain.
- In the opening and closing device for the curtain, the hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to the bracket, by adjusting the position of the hanging piece relative to the shell, the tightness degree of the driving wheel and the outer wall of the guide member can be adjusted, and the applicability of the connecting mechanism can be improved.
- In one embodiment, the connecting mechanism also includes a locked component, the hanging piece is provided with a cavity, the locked component is disposed in the cavity, when the hanging piece is moved vertically relative to the bracket, the locked component can lock a relative position of the hanging piece and the bracket.
- In one embodiment, the locked component includes a shaft and a wedge,the wedge is connected to the shaft, the shaft is movably arranged in the cavity, a second end of the bracket is provided with a rack, the rack is passed through the cavity and mesh with the wedge.
- In one embodiment, the locked component also includes a first elastic member and a compressing piece, the compressing piece is movably passed through the hanging piece and fixed with the shaft, the first elastic member is connected with the wedge.
- When the first elastic member is in natural state,the wedge is meshed with the rack, the compressing piece is pressed to drive the shaft to rotate so as to drive the the wedge away from the rack, the the first elastic member is in compressed state.
- In one embodiments, the bracket includes a first rod, a transfer and a second rod; the first rod and the second rod are respectively perpendicularly connected to two ends of the transfer and extend in different directions; the first rod is movably connected to the shell , the rack is arranged on the second rod.
- In one embodiments, the hanging piece includes a first hanging portion and a second hanging portion connected to the first hanging portion, the second hanging portion is passed through the first hanging portion and approximately perpendicular to the first hanging portion, the second hanging portion is hung on the guiding part.
- In one embodiments, the second hanging portion includes a first cantilever and a second cantilever which are connected in an angle.
- In one embodiments, the connecting mechanism also includes rollers; the first cantilever and the second cantilever are at least provided with one of the rollers; when the roller is hanging on the guiding part, the roller is in rolling contact with the guiding part.
- In one embodiments, the shell includes a base and a connector which is detachable connecting with the base, the connector is provided with a groove, the first rod can movably inserted into the groove.
- In one embodiments, the hanging piece includes a first shell, a second hell, a third shell and the fourth shell; the second hell, the third shell and the fourth shell are detachably connected to different sides of the first shell.

- Referring to
FIG. 1 , it shows a perspective view of an opening and closing device for acurtain 10 in one embodiments according to the present invention. The opening and closing device for thecurtain 10 is mounted on a guidingpart 30, thecurtain 20 is movably arranged on the guidingpart 30. The opening and closing device for thecurtain 10 is used for driving thecurtain 20 to move along theguiding part 30 to realize the automatic opening and closing of thecurtain 20. - In the embodiment, referring to
FIG. 2 , the opening and closing device for thecurtain 10 includes a mainframe 100 and aconnecting mechanism 200, theconnecting mechanism 200 is connected with the mainframe 100 and hanged on the guidingpart 30. The mainframe 100 can drive the theconnecting mechanism 200 to move along the guidingpart 30 and pull and push thecurtain 20 to move along the guidingpart 30. - In the embodiment, the
curtain 20 is provided with a few through holes orrings 21, theguiding part 30 is passed through the through holes orrings 21 so as to hang thecurtain 20 on theguiding part 30. Theconnecting mechanism 200 is hung on the guidingpart 30 and between two of the through holes orrings 21. When the mainframe 100 drives theconnecting mechanism 200 to move along theguiding part 30, theconnecting mechanism 200 moves along the guidingpart 30 and pulls and pushes thecurtain 20 to move on the guidingpart 30 so as to realize the automatic closing and opening of thecurtain 20. - It should be noted that the guiding
part 30 can be a guiding rail, a guiding bar or other curtain supporting structure, the guidingpart 30 can be integrated or spliced structures. The guidingpart 30 may be of a straight, S or other irregular shape; the shape of theguiding part 30 is not limited in the present invention. - Referring to
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , the mainframe 100 includes ashell 110, adriver 130 and adriving wheel 120. Thedriving wheel 120 and the driver are mounted in theshell 110, thedriving wheel 120 is attached closely to anouter wall 31 of theguiding part 30, when the driver drives thedriving wheel 120 to rotate, thedriving wheel 120 is rolled along theguiding part 30. - It should be noted that when the
guiding part 30 is cylindrical, the driver is attached closely to the circumferential side wall of theguiding part 30; when the cross section of theguiding part 30 is square, the driver is attached closely to a bottom wall of the guidingpart 30. - In one embodiment, referring to
FIG. 3 , theshell 110 is provided with aninner cavity 111, thedriving wheel 120 is pivoted to theshell 110 and at least partially exposed to theinner cavity 111. Referring toFIG. 2 , a part of thedriving wheel 120 exposed outside theinner cavity 111 is attached to theouter wall 31 of theguiding part 30. - In an embodiment, because of the friction exiting between the
driving wheel 120 and theguiding part 30, thedriving wheel 120 can move along theguiding part 30 under the driving of thedriver 130, the mainframe 100 can bring theconnecting mechanism 200 to move along theguiding part 30 and pull and push thecurtain 20 on theguiding part 30, so as to realize the automatic opening and closing of thecurtain 20. The opening and closing of thecurtain 20 is not need manual, it is easy to operate and practical. - In some embodiments, the
driver 130 is a motor, thedriver 130 is coaxially arranged in thedriving wheel 120 to facilitate the smooth motion of thedriving wheel 120 and make full use of space. In some other embodiments, thedriver 130 also can be a cylinder. - Referring to
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , the connectingmechanism 200 includes a hangingpiece 210 and abracket 220. Afirst end 220 a of thebracket 220 is inserted into theshell 110, the hangingpiece 210 is movably connected with asecond end 220 b of thebracket 220 and hung on the guidingpart 30. The hangingpiece 210 can be moved vertically relative to thebracket 220 so that thedriving wheel 120 is attached closely to theouter wall 31 of the guidingpart 30. - It should be understood that when the sizes of the guiding
parts 30 are different, by adjusting the position of the hangingpiece 210 relative to theshell 110, the tightness degree of thedriving wheel 120 and theouter wall 31 of the guidingpart 30 can be adjusted, and the applicability of the connectingmechanism 200 can be improved. - Concretely, referring to
FIG. 4 , the connectingmechanism 200 also includes a lockedcomponent 230. The hangingpiece 210 is provided with acavity 210 a, the lockedcomponent 230 is disposed in thecavity 210 a, when the hangingpiece 210 is moved vertically relative to thebracket 220, the lockedcomponent 230 can lock a relative position of the hangingpiece 210 and thebracket 220. - Referring to
FIG. 5 andFIG. 7 , the hangingpiece 210 is provided with an avoidingslot 210 b, the avoidingslot 210 b runs through the hangingpiece 210 along the vertical direction and is connected with acavity 210 a. Thesecond end 220 b of thebracket 220 can pass through the avoidingslot 210 b and move up and down in the avoidingslot 210 b, the lockedcomponent 230 is arranged in thecavity 210 a. - In an embodiment, the
second end 220 b of thebracket 220 is provided withracks 221. The lockedcomponent 230 includes ashaft 231, awedge 232 and a firstelastic member 233. Theshaft 231 is rotated in thecavity 210 a, thewedge 232 is connected to theshaft 231 and can mesh with therack 221, the firstelastic member 233 is connected to thewedge 232 and is attached to the inner wall of thecavity 210 a. - When the first
elastic member 233 is in natural state, thewedge 232 can mesh with therack 221; when theshaft 231 is moved to drive thewedge 232 away from therack 221, the firstelastic member 233 is in compressed state. - Further, the locked
component 230 also includes acompressing piece 234, the compressingpiece 234 is fixed with theshaft 231 and movably passed through the hangingpiece 210. By compressed thecompressing piece 234 to drive theshaft 231 to move, so that thewedge 232 is away from therack 221 or close to therack 221. - In an embodiment, referring the
FIG. 5 , each tooth of therack 221 includes aninclined surface 221 a and a bottom 221 b, theinclined surface 221 a is inclined towards thefirst end 220 a close to thebracket 220, thewedge 232 has awedge surface 232 a and a top 232 b. When thewedge 232 is meshed with therack 221, the top 232 b of thewedge 232 is attached to the bottom 221 b of therack 221. - When the first
elastic member 233 is in natural state, the hangingpiece 210 can move upwards relative to thebracket 220, thewedge 232 is held between two teeth of therack 221, at this time, the top 232 b of thewedge 232 is attached to the bottom 221 b of therack 221. - When the hanging
piece 210 is needed to move downward relative to thebracket 220, referring toFIG. 6 , thewedge surface 232 a of thewedge 232 is slid along theinclined surface 221 a of therack 221, the firstelastic member 233 is naturally compressed so that thewedge surface 232 a is disengaged from the tip of therack 221 and jumps one by one over the teeth and move downward; when the hangingpiece 210 is needed to move upward relative to thebracket 220, the compressingpiece 234 is compressed to drive thewedge 232 away from the therack 221, the firstelastic member 233 is in compressed state, thewedge surface 232 a is away from theinclined surface 221 a so that the hangingpiece 210 is moved upward to the appropriate position relative to thebracket 220. - Through the above structure, when the hanging
piece 210 moves down, thewedge 232 can be positioned and not easily detached from thebracket 220; when the hangingpiece 210 moves up, it is necessary to press the compressingmember 234 first to prevent thehanging piece 210 from sliding freely due to load bearing. It ensures safety during use. - In some embodiments, the first
elastic member 233 is a spring or shrapnel. Thewedge 232 is a claw or gear shaft. - In some embodiments, the
shaft 231, thewedge 232 and the compressingmember 234 are integrated molding structure with good integrity and high mechanical strength. In some other embodiments, theshaft 231, thewedge 232 and the compressingmember 234 also may be divided structures. - In the embodiments shown in
FIG. 3 , thebracket 220 includes afirst rod 222, atransfer 223 and asecond rod 224. Thefirst rod 222 and thesecond rod 224 are respectively perpendicularly connected to two ends of thetransfer 223 and extend in different directions. Thefirst rod 222 is movably connected to theshell 110, therack 221 is arranged on thesecond rod 224. - In some embodiments, the
first rod 222, thetransfer 223 and thesecond rod 224 are integrated molding structure for quick installation. In some other embodiments, thefirst rod 222, thetransfer 223 and thesecond rod 224 also may be telescopic structures to accommodate different sizes of the mainframes 100 and the connecting piece 210 s, and to expand the application scope of thebrackets 220. - Please also referring to
FIG. 3 , theshell 110 includes abase 112 and twoconnectors 113 whichare detachable connecting with thebase 112. - In the embodiments, the
cavity 111 is arranged in thebase 112 and contains thedriver 130 and thedriving wheel 120. Each of theconnectors 113 is provided with agroove 114, thefirst rod 222 can movably inserted into thegroove 114. Through this structure, when the hangingpiece 210 is damaged for being used a long time, It only needs to replace the hangingpiece 210 or thebracket 220, and theshell 110 does not need to be replaced as a whole, which is conducive to the reuse of resources. - In some embodiments, each of the
connectors 113 is provided with two snap-fits 113 a, thebase 110 is provided with snap-fit grooves 115, Each of the snap-fit 113 a is held in one of the snap-fit grooves 115 so as to connect theconnector 113 and thebase 112. Concretely, the snap-fits 113 a are elastic elements which hold with the snap-fit grooves 115 in nature state and take off from the snap-fit grooves 115 under pressing. - In some other embodiments, the
connector 113 and the base 112 can be connected by threaded connections or screws. - Referring to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 7 , in some embodiments, the hangingpiece 210 includes afirst hanging portion 211 and asecond hanging portion 212 connected with thefirst hanging portion 211, thesecond rod 224 is passed through thefirst hanging portion 211, thesecond hanging portion 212 is arranged on the guidingpart 30. - In the embodiments, the
first hanging portion 211 is arranged horizontally, the avoidingslot 210 b is arranged in thefirst hanging portion 211, thesecond rod 224 is passed through the avoidingslot 210 b and is roughly perpendicular to the hangingportion 211. - In the embodiments, the
second hanging portion 212 includes afirst cantilever 213 and asecond cantilever 214 which are connected in an angle between 30-150° to form V shape so as to contribute to thesecond hanging portion 212 to hang on the guidingpart 30. - Further, referring to
FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 , the connectingmechanism 200 also includesrollers 240 arranged in thesecond hanging portion 212, thefirst cantilever 213 and thesecond cantilever 214 are at least provided with one of therollers 240. When the connectingmechanism 200 is hanging on the guidingpart 30, therollers 240 are in rolling contact with the guidingpart 30. - In the embodiments, the
rollers 240 are trolley wheels. - It should be understood that the
rollers 240 are in contact with the guidingpart 30 to avoid thesecond hanging portion 212 and the guidingpart 30 to produce greater resistance, at the same time, the abrasion of thesecond hanging portion 212 and the guidingpart 30 can be reduced, and the service life of the hangingpiece 210 can be prolonged. - In some embodiments, the
first cantilever 213 and thesecond cantilever 214 are rotatably connected with at least two of therollers 240 respectively. Two of therollers 240 are arranged at intervals, which is conducive to the smooth slip of the hangingportion 212 and reduces the sloshing caused by the instability of the hangingportion 212. - Referring to
FIG. 8 , the hangingpiece 212 is detachable structure, which facilitates the installation of the components in the hangingpiece 210. - For example, the hanging
piece 210 includes afirst shell 215, asecond hell 216, athird shell 217 and the fourth shell 218. Thesecond shell 216 and thethird shell 217 are respectively connected to both sides of thefirst shell 215, the fourth shell 218 is connected to a bottom of thefirst shell 215. Thefirst shell 215, thesecond hell 216, thethird shell 217 and the fourth shell 218 are clamped and enclosed to form thecavity 210 a which is convenient for the disassembly and assembly of the components in thecavity 210 a. - The technical features of the above embodiments can be combined arbitrarily. In order to make the description concise, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiment are not described.However, as long as the combinations of these technical features are not contradictory, they should be considered as in the scope of the present invention.
- The above embodiment only expresses several embodiments of the invention, and its description is more specific and detailed, but can not be understood as a limitation on the scope of the invention patent. It should be pointed out that for ordinary technicians in this field, a number of deformations and improvements can be made without breaking away from the conception of the invention, which belong to the protection scope of the invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the patent of the invention shall be subject to the
Claims (10)
1. An opening and closing device for a curtain, said curtain is hung on a guiding part; said opening and closing device is used for driving said curtain to move along said guiding part, wherein said opening and closing device comprising:
a mainframe, comprising a shell, a driver and a driving wheel; said driver and said driving wheel is mounted in said shell, said driver drives said driving wheel to rotate;
a connecting mechanism, comprising a bracket with a first end and a second end, and a hanging piece; said first end of said bracket is inserted into said shell, said second end of said bracket is movably connected with said hanging piece, said hanging piece is hung on said guiding part; said hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to said bracket so that said driving wheel is attached closely to an outer wall of said guiding part; when said driver drives said driving wheel to rotate, said driving wheel is rolled along said guiding part, and said mainframe drives said hanging piece to move along said guiding piece and to push and pull said curtain.
2. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 1 , wherein said connecting mechanism also includes a locked component, said hanging piece is provided with a cavity, said locked component is disposed in said cavity, when said hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to said bracket, said locked component can lock said hanging piece and said bracket.
3. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 2 , wherein said locked component includes a shaft and a wedge; said wedge is connected to said shaft, said shaft is movably arranged in said cavity, said second end of said bracket is provided with a rack, said rack is passed through said cavity and meshed with said wedge.
4. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 3 , wherein said locked component also includes a first elastic member and a compressing piece; said compressing piece is movably passed through said hanging piece and fixed with said shaft, said first elastic member is connected with said wedge; when said first elastic member is in natural state, said wedge is meshed with said rack, said compressing piece is pressed to drive said shaft to rotate so as to drive said said wedge away from said rack, said first elastic member is in compressed state.
5. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 3 , wherein said bracket includes a first rod, a transfer and a second rod; said first rod and said second rod are respectively perpendicularly connected to two ends of said transfer and extend in different directions; said first rod is movably connected to said shell , said rack is arranged on said second rod.
6. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 5 , wherein said hanging piece includes a first hanging portion and a second hanging portion connected to said first hanging portion, said second rod is passed through said first hanging portion and approximately perpendicular to said first hanging portion, said second hanging portion is hung on said guiding part.
7. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 6 , wherein said second hanging portion includes a first cantilever and a second cantilever which are connected in an angle between 30-150°.
8. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 7 , wherein said connecting mechanism also includes rollers; said first cantilever and said second cantilever are at least provided with one of said rollers; when said roller is hanging on said guiding part, said roller is in rolling contact with said guiding part.
9. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 5 , wherein said shell includes a base and a connector which is detachable connecting with said base, said connector is provided with a groove, said first rod can movably inserted into said groove.
10. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 1 , wherein said hanging piece includes a first shell, a second hell, a third shell and a fourth shell; said second hell and said third shell are respectively connected to both sides of the first shell, said fourth shell is connected to a bottom of the first shell; said first shell, said second hell, said third shell and said fourth shell are clamped and enclosed to form a cavity.
