The wedge 18 comprises a first block 181 and a second block 182 which are connected with each other, the first block 181 is located on the outer side of the second block 182, the first block 181 is bent clockwise relative to the second block 182, the outer end face of the first block 181 is an arc face which protrudes outwards and is used for being matched and tangent with an arc wedge face 261, the distance from the starting edge of the outer end face of the first block 181 in the clockwise direction to the rotation axis of the wedge 18 is smaller than the distance from the ending edge to the rotation axis of the wedge 18, so that the wedge 18 and the arc wedge face 261 form self-locking, and the wedge 18 and the arc wedge face 261 are locked eccentrically. A first pin hole extending along the vertical axis is formed in the center of the joint of the first block 181 and the second block 182, and the first pin hole penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of the wedge 18; the bottom surface of the mounting groove 163 is vertically provided with a second pin hole downward, a pin 17 is inserted in the first pin hole and the second pin hole, the pin 17 is in interference fit with the second pin hole so that the pin 17 is fixedly connected with the connecting base 16, and the pin 17 is in running fit with the first pin hole so that the pin 17 is rotatably connected with the wedge 18, so that the wedge 18 can rotate relative to the connecting base 16.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pipe is installed inside the upper pipe clamp 13 and the lower pipe clamp 15 and fastened with the fixing bolt 14. The first cylinder 131 is pushed into the connecting base 16 until the upper end surface of the second cylinder 132 abuts against the lower end surface of the connecting base 16, the locking sleeve 10 and the unlocking sleeve 11 are rotated clockwise, the wedge 18 moves to the inside of the locking groove 133 under the pushing of the pushing block 25, and the wedge 18 is locked with the locking table at the time, as shown in fig. 6. If the locking sleeve 10 rotates counterclockwise at this time, the wedge 18 is driven to rotate counterclockwise, because the outer end of the wedge 18 is tightly pressed by the arc wedge surface 261 to form self-locking, the locking sleeve 10 cannot be unlocked without external force, the wedge 18 cannot rotate, and the first column 131 and the connection base 16 are in a locked state. In particular, the first block 181 is bent clockwise relative to the second block 182, and when the wedge 18 rotates counterclockwise, the pressing force between the wedge 18 and the circular wedge surface 261 is increased, and the friction force is increased accordingly, so as to further ensure that the lock sleeve 10 cannot be unlocked without external force, the wedge 18 cannot rotate, and the first column 131 and the connection base 16 are in a locked state. After the connecting base 16 and the first cylinder 131 are locked, the third locking nut 12 is screwed upwards, so that the locking stability of the hanger is improved.
When unlocking, the third locking nut 12 is slightly loosened, the pushing block 25 is abutted against the wedge block 18 by utilizing the unlocking sleeve 11, the counterclockwise rotation of the wedge block 18 is prevented, the locking sleeve 10 is rotated counterclockwise, the extrusion force between the wedge block 18 and the locking platform cannot be increased, when the locking friction force between the wedge block 18 and the arc wedge surface 261 is overcome, and the locking sleeve 10 rotates counterclockwise to be in contact with the wedge block 18 and the toggle tip 27, the unlocking sleeve 11 stops acting on the unlocking sleeve 11 and continues to rotate the locking sleeve 10 counterclockwise, the toggle tip 27 pushes the wedge block 18 to rotate counterclockwise until the inner end of the wedge block 18 rotates to be completely positioned in the mounting groove 163, and then unlocking can be realized. After the unlocking, the first cylinder 131 and the connecting base 16 are in a relaxed state, and the pipeline can be disassembled by pulling the first cylinder 131 downwards, so that the pipeline is convenient and quick.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a gap is formed between the lower bottom surface of the pushing block 25 and the upper bottom surface of the avoiding ring groove 111, so that after the unlocking sleeve 11 is installed in the connecting base 16, the lower bottom surface of the pushing block 25 is higher than the groove bottom surface of the installation groove 163, so as to prevent the pushing block 25 from falling into the avoiding groove 24 and further from being stuck during the rotation of the unlocking sleeve 11.

Claims (10)

1. An underground pipe hanger system, comprising: the pipeline clamp comprises a hanging seat and a pipeline clamp, wherein the hanging seat is fixedly connected with a wall body; a frame body with a hollow interior is connected below the hanging seat;
the lower end of the frame body is connected with a quick insertion device, and the quick insertion device comprises a connecting base fixedly connected with the frame body, a plurality of wedges, a locking sleeve and an unlocking sleeve; the wedge block is rotatably connected to the upper end of the connecting base, the locking sleeve and the unlocking sleeve are sequentially and rotatably sleeved on the outer side of the outer circular surface of the connecting base from top to bottom, and the locking sleeve and the unlocking sleeve are correspondingly installed with the wedge block;
the pipeline clamp comprises a clamping part and a connecting rod column arranged on the upper side of the clamping part, a locking groove is formed in the peripheral wall of the connecting rod column, and the connecting rod column is inserted into the connecting base from the lower end, passes through the wedge block and then further extends into the frame body;
an avoidance ring groove is formed in the upper end face of the unlocking sleeve downwards, a plurality of pushing blocks are arranged on the inner ring face of the avoidance ring groove, so that when the unlocking sleeve rotates clockwise, the pushing blocks push the outer end of a wedge block to rotate, the inner end of the wedge block rotates into the locking groove, and the pipeline clamp and the quick-inserting device are locked with each other;
the lower end of the inner ring surface of the locking sleeve is sequentially provided with a plurality of driving grooves and a plurality of toggle apexes in the clockwise direction, arc wedge surfaces are arranged in the driving grooves, the distance from each arc wedge surface to the center of the locking sleeve is gradually increased in the clockwise direction, and when the locking sleeve rotates clockwise, the arc wedge surfaces are matched with the outer ends of the wedges to generate locking friction when the inner ends of the wedges rotate into the locking grooves; the outer end of each wedge block is located between one pushing block and one toggle centre, and the toggle centre pushes the outer end of each wedge block to rotate when the locking sleeve rotates anticlockwise, so that the inner end of each wedge block exits from the locking groove, and the locking between the pipeline clamp and the quick-inserting device is released.
2. The underground conduit hanger system of claim 1, wherein: the toggle centre is arranged at one vertical edge of the notch of the driving groove and inclines towards the driving groove.
