L'invention concerne un récipient de réception de papier mince d'hygiène 100 qui comprend : un corps de récipient 1 qui reçoit un papier mince d'hygiène ayant une perforation ; un corps de couvercle 2 qui est fixé de manière détachable au corps de récipient 1 et a une partie de trou au niveau de sa surface supérieure ; et un élément d'extraction 33 qui est disposé au niveau du corps de couvercle 2 et forme une partie d'extraction 3 avec un trou d'extraction 33 pour conférer une résistance lorsque le papier mince d'hygiène reçu dans le corps de récipient 1 est extrait. L'élément d'extraction est formé d'un élastomère et d'une résine ayant une dureté supérieure à celle de l'élastomère. Avec un changement du rapport de mélange de l'élastomère à la résine, il est possible d'ajuster facilement les performances d'extraction de la partie d'extraction 3 tout en réduisant un changement de valeur de résistance du trou d'extraction 33.
