When the amount of protrusion is 5 mm or more, it can be easily picked up by a general user's fingers, and the taking-out work can be easily performed. Further, since the protrusion amount is 39 mm or less, the end portion of the sanitary tissue paper does not pop out when the lid 2 is closed.
Further, the take-out hole 33 is formed by a notch 330 in which two straight lines intersect in a cross shape at the substantially center of the take-out portion 3 in a plan view.
As shown in FIG. 4, the cut portion 330 is formed on, for example, at the four straight portions 331, the first circular portion 332 provided at the portion where one end of the straight portion 331 intersects, and the other end of the straight portion 331. It has a second circular portion 333, which is provided and has a diameter smaller than that of the first circular portion 332.
The total length of the cut portion 330 is formed to be 5 mm to 30 mm, preferably 10 mm to 15 mm, and is set to, for example, about 15 mm, which is equal to or larger than the width of the index finger of a general user. By forming the cut portion 330 by the cross-shaped cut in this way, it is possible to further increase the certainty of holding the hygienic tissue paper in the cut portion 330.
The diameter of the first circular portion 332 is formed from 2.5 mm to 4.0 mm, and by providing the first circular portion in this way, the protrusion held by the take-out portion 3 after the sheet is taken out is lengthened. Can be done. Further, by providing the second circular portion, the sheet can be taken out with a smaller force.
Although the case where the take-out hole 33 is formed in a cross shape is illustrated and described in FIG. 4, the shape of the take-out hole 33 is not limited to this, and any shape can be obtained as long as the above functions can be achieved. Can be selected. That is, radial cuts may be formed by three or more linear cuts. Further, the take-out hole 33 may be formed by one linear notch, or may have a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a substantially star shape, or the like.
(Chamfering part)
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the chamfered portion 34 is a region where the corner formed by the lower surface 3b of the take-out portion 3 and the hole wall 33a of the take-out hole 33 is chamfered.
Specifically, the chamfered portion 34 is a flat chamfered portion in which the edge portion of the hole wall 33a of the take-out hole 33 is chamfered on the lower surface 3b of the take-out portion 3 with an inclined flat surface. The opening area on the lower end side is larger than the opening area on the upper end side.
As for the size of the chamfered portion 34, as shown in FIG. 6, the length L1 in the width direction (direction along the XY plane) of the take-out hole 33 from the hole wall 33a of the take-out hole 33 is in the range of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm. Among them, it is preferable that the length L2 in the height direction (direction along the Z-axis direction) from the lower end of the take-out hole 33 is set within the range of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm.
Here, the case where the chamfered portion 34 is formed by chamfering on a flat surface has been illustrated and described, but as the chamfered portion 34, as shown in FIG. 7, the lower surface 3b of the take-out portion 3 and the take-out hole 33 are shown. The corner formed by the hole wall 33a may be a curved surface chamfered portion that is chamfered so as to be a convex curved surface.
The take-out member forming the take-out portion 3 described above must be inserted into the hole portion 21d and must not come off from the lid body 21 when the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 is used, and the take-out hole must be formed. Since it is necessary to be able to push the hygienic tissue paper into 33 with a finger, it is necessary to be formed by using a material having a certain elasticity. Specifically, it is desirable that the hardness is 50 to 70. The hardness is measured by JIS K 6253 (Type A durometer).
Specifically, for example, styrene-butadiene-based, polyester-based, polyethylene-based, urethane-based and other elastomers can be used and are formed by injection molding.
Further, when coloring the take-out portion 3, for example, a resin such as PE (polyethylene) mixed with an arbitrary pigment is mixed with an elastomer (pigment addition step). At this time, by changing the mixing ratio of the elastomer and PE which is a resin, it is possible to adjust the take-out performance of the sanitary thin paper by the take-out unit 3.
Here, the resin to be mixed with the elastomer may have a hardness higher than that of the elastomer.
In addition, when the force required to pull out the sanitary tissue paper in the take-out section 3 is measured 5 times using a digital force gauge (manufactured by IMADA: model number DS2-200N) and the average value is specified as the resistance value, it is applied. The resistance value is preferably in the range of 5N to 12N, more preferably 6N to 10N.
In addition, when a single roll of thin paper for hygiene (for example, a series of 80 sheets having 79 perforations) is pulled out, the perforations are not cut and the subsequent sheets are not cut. The permissible range of the number of times that the sanitary thin paper is continuously ejected (the number of times of continuous operation) is 10 times or less, and preferably 7 times or less.
Although the present invention has been specifically described above based on the embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be modified without departing from the gist thereof.
For example, the sanitary tissue paper stored in the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 is not necessarily limited to those rolled into a roll, and for example, sheets are laminated in a state of being alternately folded and one sheet of sanitary tissue paper. It is also possible to use a so-called pop-up type sheet formed so that the next hygienic tissue paper is also pulled out to the take-out hole 33 when the paper is taken out.
The shape of the hygienic tissue paper storage container 100 does not necessarily have to be cylindrical, and may be formed in a prismatic shape such as a pentagon or a hexagon in a plan view.
Next, with respect to the embodiment of the present invention, the result of evaluating the change in the take-out performance of the sanitary tissue paper due to the change in the mixing ratio of the elastomer and PE in the take-out part 3 will be described. Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Other conditions are the same as in Example 1.
The following test was performed using the sample provided with the extraction section 3 of Example 1-5.
[Test 1. Changes in performance due to changes in the hardness of the take-out part]
80 sheets of wet sheets wound in a roll shape and 79 perforations at regular intervals in the length direction in the container body 1 of the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 provided with each sample. Stored a series of thin paper for hygiene.
Next, the lid 2 is attached so that the end of the hygienic tissue paper protrudes from the take-out hole 33, and the protruding end of the hygiene tissue paper is pulled upward to try to take out all 80 sheets of hygiene tissue paper. This was performed 5 times for each take-out part 3 of each embodiment, and (1) the number of dips, (2) the number of consecutive runs, (3) the average length of the eye-catching, (4) the standard deviation, (5) the proper eye-opening ratio, and (6). ) Cross resistance was measured as follows.
(1) Number of drops The average value of the number of times the sheet was pulled out using each sample and then dropped into the container body 1 because the take-out section 3 could not grasp the end of the thin paper for hygiene was calculated as the number of drops.
(2) Number of consecutive sheets When the sheets were pulled out using each sample, the average value of the number of times the subsequent sheets came out in succession without breaking the perforations was calculated as the number of consecutive sheets.
(3) Average Opening Length After pulling out the sheet using each sample, the average value of the lengths of the edges of the sanitary tissue paper held by the taking-out portion 3 was calculated as the average eye-opening length.
(4) Standard deviation The standard deviation of the average length of the index described in (3) was calculated.
(5) Appropriate indexing ratio After pulling out the sheet using each sample, the length of the edge of the sanitary tissue paper gripped by the extraction unit 3 was within the range of 5 mm to 39 mm, which is a suitable protrusion amount. The ratio was calculated as an appropriate indexing ratio. If it is 4 mm or less, it becomes difficult for the user to pick it with a finger, and if it is 40 mm or more, the sheet protrudes when the small lid 22 is closed.
(6) Cross resistance When the sheet is pulled out using each sample, the average value of the force required to pull out the sheet measured using a digital force gauge (manufactured by IMADA: model number DS2-200N) is the cross resistance. It was calculated as.
The test results are shown in Table I.
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
[Evaluation]
Comparing Examples 1-3 in Table I, it can be seen that the take-out performance of the take-out portion 3 is significantly changed by changing the hardness. In particular, as the hardness was increased, the number of consecutive stitches and the ratio of the appropriate numbering were improved, and the variation in the length of the numbering was reduced, but the number of drops was worsened and the resistance value of the cross was increased.
It is presumed that this is because the resistance applied to the sheet becomes too large due to the increase in hardness.
[Test 2. Changes in performance due to changes in the mixing ratio of elastomer and PE in the take-out part]
Next, Table II shows the results of the same tests as in Test 1 for the samples corresponding to Examples 4 and 5.
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000002
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000002
[Evaluation]
Comparing Examples 1 and 4 in Table II, it can be seen that by increasing the proportion of PE contained in the extraction section 3, the number of consecutive runs can be improved with almost no change in the resistance value of the cross section.
It is presumed that this is because the sheet is easily cut by increasing the resistance applied to the sheet.
Further, when Example 1 and Examples 4 and 5 are compared, it can be seen that the number of drops can be improved as the proportion of PE contained in the extraction unit 3 is increased.
It is presumed that this is because the sheet is easily cut by increasing the resistance applied to the sheet.
[Effect of Embodiment]
According to the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 according to the present embodiment, the take-out portion 3 is provided by mixing an elastomer and PE, and the hardness of the take-out portion 3 can be finely adjusted by changing the mixing ratio of both. And the take-out performance can be adjusted.
Normally, when coloring an elastomer, a mixture of PE and pigment is mixed with the elastomer, so it is only necessary to change the mixing ratio without spending extra time or cost on adding processes or changing materials. The take-out performance of the take-out unit 3 can be easily adjusted.
In particular, by changing the mixing ratio of the elastomer and PE to the range of 100: 5 to 100: 7.5 to 100:10, it becomes possible to improve the difficulty of the sheet from falling and connecting.
Further, unlike the case where the hardness of the take-out portion 3 is changed by changing the type of elastomer used as the material, even if the perforations of the sanitary tissue paper are adjusted so as to be easy to separate, the take-out hole 33 (corresponding to the cross portion in the embodiment). The change in the resistance value can be suppressed, and the ease of pulling out the sanitary tissue paper storage container 100 can be kept substantially constant.
The present invention can be used in a method for manufacturing a hygienic tissue paper storage container, a hygiene tissue paper storage container take-out member, and a hygiene tissue paper storage container in which the take-out performance of the take-out member can be easily adjusted.
