背景技术
目前,在电力施工或者维修过程中为了安全需要,必须在施工现场架设防护栏,以有效防止非施工人员进入到电力施工或者维修现场。
现有的电力防护栏通常都是由左右两根竖杆以及设于该两根竖杆之间的防护机构(通常采用防护网)组成,防护网再用挂接、绳系等方式与两根竖杆相连接。这种结构虽然起到一定的警示作用,但由于结构和设计上的限制,其在实际使用过程中存在许多不足:
首先,采用挂接、绳系等连接方式,使得防护网连接不牢、位置难以固定,容易出现松散、脱落,达不到理想的防护效果;
其次,竖杆与防护网在使用完毕后进行拆卸时,操作繁琐,费时费力,且防护网与竖杆分离后再堆叠转移,容易出现防护网自身的缠绕、局部打结等问题,不易于后续的再次使用;
再者,现有的竖杆的结构设计不能够根据实际需要而进行灵活调节,以满足不同现场中的不同支撑基础的固定需求,使竖杆的支撑稳定性得不到保证。
这些都大大降低了电力防护栏的使用性能和适用范围。因此,亟需设计一种新型的围栏系统来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种围栏系统,由若干个依次可拆卸连接的组装单元构成,拆装方便;具备自动收卷功能,便于组装单元的转移和反复使用;可适应不同工作场地的地面固定要求,增强组装单元及整体结构的稳定性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种围栏系统,由若干个依次可拆卸连接的组装单元构成,每个组装单元包括底座、固定组件、收卷装置、外杆体、网体;
所述收卷装置固定于底座的顶部并位于外杆体内,用于驱动外杆体围绕底座转动,使网体卷绕在外杆体的外侧;
所述固定组件收拢于底座内或展开固定于底座底部。
进一步的,所述收卷装置包括固定于底座顶部的驱动单元、固定于驱动单元顶部的电动机、固定于电动机顶部输出轴端的转动盘;
所述转动盘与外杆体固定连接。
进一步的,所述底座的外侧套设有护线套筒,所述外杆体的内壁底部通过轴承转动连接于护线套筒的外侧。
进一步的,所述固定组件包括连接于底座内部顶面上的压缩弹簧、连接于压缩弹簧底端的移动板、转动连接于移动板底面上的若干个固定爪;
所述移动板的侧面与底座的内壁滑动接触。
进一步的,所述固定爪的内壁上设置有紧固螺栓,所述底座的底面上开设有与紧固螺栓相匹配的螺纹孔。
进一步的,所述底座的底部设置有锥形结构的锚尖壳罩。
进一步的,所述外杆体内滑动插接有内杆体;
所述内杆体的侧壁沿垂直方向开设有若干个插接卡口;
所述外杆体的侧壁上开设有位于位于插接卡口外侧的条形通孔。
进一步的,所述外杆体的侧壁顶部设置有至少一个锁紧螺钉,锁紧螺钉的内端抵靠于内杆体的外壁上。
进一步的,所述内杆体的顶部设置有顶盖;
所述顶盖的顶面设置有第一连接凸台,第一连接凸台的顶部设置有提手。
进一步的,所述网体包括固定于外杆体外壁上的柔性网框、连接于柔性网框内并相互交织的柔性网线;
所述柔性网框远离外杆体的侧边设置有若干个插接卡扣。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明采用多个组装单元之间通过卡扣连接的组装方式,组装和拆卸均十分方便,可极大提升防护网搭建的工作效率;
2.本发明通过设置收卷装置,从而驱动外杆体转动,实现网体的自动收卷,便于防护网的拆卸和收纳操作,有效避免网体之间的随意缠绕,便于重复使用;
3.本发明通过在底座内设置可内陇收纳和外展固定的固定组件,可适应不同工作场地的地面固定要求,增强组装单元及整体结构的稳定性,降低受风力等外力作用而倾倒的可能性,实用性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
下面通过两个具体实施例及其中一个具体实施例的三个使用状态来详细说明本发明的具体结构和工作原理。
实施例一:
请参阅图1和图2,一种围栏系统,由若干个依次可拆卸连接的组装单元构成,每个组装单元包括底座5、固定组件3、收卷装置4、外杆体1、网体2。
如图4所示,所述底座5为截面形状呈倒“U”型的圆筒壳体结构。底座5的底面设置有环形的第二连接凸台51,第二连接凸台51的圆周面上设置有外螺纹。第二连接凸台51的侧壁上设置有均匀分布的六个嵌口52。
底座5的底部设置有锥形结构的锚尖壳罩7。锚尖壳罩7为金属材质制成的壳体结构,其内壁上设置有内螺纹,并与第二连接凸台51上的外螺纹对应地螺纹连接。锚尖壳罩7的锥形结构,便于防护网整体在诸如湿地、沙地等松软支撑基础上的插入固定。
固定组件3收拢于底座5内或展开固定于底座5底部。如图5所示,固定组件3包括连接于底座5内部顶面上的压缩弹簧31、连接于压缩弹簧31底端的移动板32、转动连接于移动板32底面上的六个固定爪33。移动板32的侧面与底座5的内壁滑动接触,使六个固定爪33相互靠拢后,可整体缩入底座5内,并被螺纹连接于底座5底部的锚尖壳罩7限制在底座5内,此时压缩弹簧31处于压缩状态。
当锚尖壳罩7从底座5上移除后,移动板32及六个固定爪33在压缩弹簧31自身恢复力的作用下被推出至底座5的底部外侧。如图6所示,六个固定爪33向外展开至水平状态后,对应地位于六个嵌口52内。优选的,固定爪33的内壁上设置有紧固螺栓34,底座5的底面上开设有与紧固螺栓34相匹配的螺纹孔53。固定爪33展开至水平状态后,通过紧固螺栓34与螺纹孔53之间的螺纹连接,使固定爪33固定在底座5的底部,可增大底座5底部的支撑面及提升底座5整体的支撑稳定性。
进一步的,固定爪33的内壁/底面上设置有若干个突刺结构,可有效增强固定爪33与支撑基础之间的抓紧力,提升支撑稳定性和可靠性。同时,固定爪33的内壁/底面上设置凹槽,紧固螺栓34设置在凹槽内,使紧固螺栓34与底座5的螺纹孔53连接后,紧固螺栓34沉没在凹槽内,不会对固定爪33的支撑面平整性造成影响。
收卷装置4固定于底座5的顶部并位于外杆体1内,用于驱动外杆体1围绕底座5转动,使网体2卷绕在外杆体1的外侧。如图2或图3所示,所述收卷装置4包括固定于底座5顶部的驱动单元41、固定于驱动单元41顶部的电动机42、固定于电动机42顶部输出轴端的转动盘43。驱动单元41包括电气箱、电池组、控制器(图中未显示)等模块,为现有技术,此处不做详细赘述。电池组采用可充电的锂电池组。
优选的,底座5的外侧套设有护线套筒6,护线套筒6通过螺栓与底座5固定连接。如图7所示,所述护线套筒6的内壁及底面上开设有连通的布线凹槽61,用于驱动单元41开关线路及充电线路的铺设及保护。底座5的侧壁上设置有与驱动单元41电性连接的开关、电源指示灯和充电接口(图中均未示出),开关用于电动机42的启停控制,电源指示灯用于显示电池组的电量情况,充电接口用于驱动单元41内电池组的充电。
外杆体1的内壁底部通过轴承转动连接于护线套筒6的外侧,转动盘43的侧面与外杆体1的侧壁通过螺栓固定连接,电动机42通过驱动转动盘43转动,从而驱动外杆体1围绕护线套筒6转动,使得网体2卷绕在外杆体1上,完成自动收卷的功能。由于设置了护线套筒6,收卷过程不会对收卷装置4的电路造成任何损伤。
如图10所示,外杆体1的侧壁沿垂直方向开设有若干个等距分布的第一插接卡口11。 如图9所示,网体2包括固定于外杆体1外壁上的柔性网框21、连接于柔性网框21内并相互交织的柔性网线22。柔性网框21采用布料或皮革等柔性材料制成,对柔性网线22进行包边缝合,便于网体2的收卷。柔性网框21远离外杆体1的侧边设置有与第一插接卡口11数量和分布相匹配的插接卡扣23,用于一个组装单元的网体2与相邻的组装单元的外杆体1卡接。插接卡扣23采用塑料背带插扣,便于其与第一插接卡口11的连接和拆卸。
外杆体1的顶部固定设置有顶盖9。如图8所示,顶盖9的顶面设置有第一连接凸台91,第一连接凸台91的外径与第二连接凸台51的外径相同,且同样设置有外螺纹。锚尖壳罩7从底座5上移除后,转移至第一连接凸台91上,并通过螺纹连接固定于第一连接凸台91上,避免锚尖壳罩7的随意放置或遗失。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一的区别之处在于:如图3所示,外杆体1内滑动插接有内杆体8。如图11所示,外杆体1的内壁沿垂直方向设置有至少一个导向槽,内杆体8的外壁设置有与导向槽相匹配的导向凸起,导向凸起滑动嵌入导向槽内,使内杆体8可在外杆体1内沿垂直方向升降。优选的,外杆体1的侧壁顶部设置有至少一个锁紧螺钉13,锁紧螺钉13的内端抵靠于内杆体8的外壁上。通过旋松锁紧螺钉13,可使内杆体8处于可升降状态,便于调整内杆体8的高度;通过旋紧锁紧螺钉13,可使调整位置后的内杆体8重新固定于外杆体1上。
内杆体8的顶部固定设置有顶盖9,顶盖9的顶面设置有第一连接凸台91,第一连接凸台91的顶部设置有凹槽,凹槽内设置有提手92,便于内杆体8在外杆体1内的升降操作。
进一步的,如图12至图14所示,内杆体8的侧壁沿垂直方向开设有与网体2上的插接卡扣23数量及分布相匹配的第二插接卡口81,用于一个组装单元的网体2与相邻的组装单元的内杆体8卡接。同时,外杆体1的侧壁上开设有位于位于第二插接卡口81外侧的条形通孔12,便于插接卡扣23与第二插接卡口81之间的连接和拆卸。
下面以三种不同的应用场合(使用状态)来详细说明实施例二所述的防护网栏杆的具体使用方法:
应用场合一:如图12所示,防护网搭设在诸如湿地、沙地等松软支撑基础100上
(1)通过将底座5底部的锚尖壳罩7插入支撑基础100内,实现底座5及防护网栏杆整体的固定;
(2)拉动网体2的最外端,使外杆体1转动而完成网体2的展开操作;
(3)网体2展开后,将插接卡扣23与前一组装单元的第二插接卡口81卡接;
(4)依次固定和连接多个组装单元,完成防护网的整体搭建;
(5)使用完成后,将每个组装单元的插接卡扣23与对应的第二插接卡口81分离,手动按下底座5侧面的开关启动电动机42工作;电动机42驱动外杆体1转动,网体2自动卷绕在外杆体1上,完成每个组装单元的网体2的收卷过程;
(6)收卷后,将每个组装单元放置于转移设备上,便于组装单元的转移。
应用场合二:如图13所示,防护网搭设在平坦或坚硬的支撑基础100上
(1)将底座5底部的锚尖壳罩7取下,并连接于顶盖9的第一连接凸台91上;此时移动板32及六个固定爪33在压缩弹簧31自身恢复力的作用下被推出至底座5的底部外侧;
(2)将六个固定爪33分别翻转至水平状态,并分别通过紧固螺栓34固定连接于底座5的底面;
(3)拉动网体2的最外端,使外杆体1转动而完成网体2的展开操作;
(4)网体2展开后,将插接卡扣23与前一组装单元的第二插接卡口81卡接;
(5)依次固定和连接多个组装单元,完成防护网的整体搭建;
(6)使用完成后,将每个组装单元的插接卡扣23与对应的第二插接卡口81分离,手动按下底座5侧面的开关启动电动机42工作;电动机42驱动外杆体1转动,网体2自动卷绕在外杆体1上,完成每个组装单元的网体2的收卷过程;
(7)收卷后,将每个组装单元放置于转移设备上,便于组装单元的转移。
应用场合三:如图14所示,防护网搭设在阶梯状的支撑基础100上
(1)根据支撑基础100的具体情况,采用锚尖壳罩7插入支撑基础100内或固定爪33展开固定于底座5底面的方式,完成每个组装单元的固定;
(2)调整较低位置的组装单元内内杆体8的高度,使之与相邻的较高位置的组装单元的高度相适应,调整后通过锁紧螺钉13将内杆体8固定于外杆体1上;
(3)拉动较高位置的网体2的最外端,使外杆体1转动而完成网体2的展开操作;
(4)网体2展开后,将插接卡扣23与位于较低位置的组装单元的第二插接卡口81卡接;
(5)依次固定和连接多个组装单元,完成防护网的整体搭建;
(6)使用完成后,将每个组装单元的插接卡扣23与对应的第二插接卡口81分离,手动按下底座5侧面的开关启动电动机42工作;电动机42驱动外杆体1转动,网体2自动卷绕在外杆体1上,完成每个组装单元的网体2的收卷过程;
(7)将调整高度的内杆体8重新完全插入外杆体1内至初始位置;
收卷后,将每个组装单元放置于转移设备上,便于组装单元的转移。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种围栏系统,其特征在于:由若干个依次可拆卸连接的组装单元构成,每个组装单元包括底座(5)、固定组件(3)、收卷装置(4)、外杆体(1)、网体(2);
    所述收卷装置(4)固定于底座(5)的顶部并位于外杆体(1)内,用于驱动外杆体(1)围绕底座(5)转动,使网体(2)卷绕在外杆体(1)的外侧;
    所述固定组件(3)收拢于底座(5)内或展开固定于底座(5)底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种围栏系统,其特征在于:所述收卷装置(4)包括固定于底座(5)顶部的驱动单元(41)、固定于驱动单元(41)顶部的电动机(42)、固定于电动机(42)顶部输出轴端的转动盘(43);
    所述转动盘(43)与外杆体(1)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种围栏系统,其特征在于:所述底座(5)的外侧套设有护线套筒(6),所述外杆体(1)的内壁底部通过轴承转动连接于护线套筒(6)的外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种围栏系统,其特征在于:所述固定组件(3)包括连接于底座(5)内部顶面上的压缩弹簧(31)、连接于压缩弹簧(31)底端的移动板(32)、转动连接于移动板(32)底面上的若干个固定爪(33);
    所述移动板(32)的侧面与底座(5)的内壁滑动接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的一种围栏系统,其特征在于:所述底座(5)的底部设置有锥形结构的锚尖壳罩(7)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种围栏系统,其特征在于:所述外杆体(1)的侧壁沿垂直方向开设有若干个第一插接卡口(11)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种围栏系统,其特征在于:所述外杆体(1)内滑动插接有内杆体(8);
    所述内杆体(8)的侧壁沿垂直方向开设有若干个第二插接卡口(81);
    所述外杆体(1)的侧壁上开设有位于位于第二插接卡口(81)外侧的条形通孔(12)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种围栏系统,其特征在于:所述外杆体(1)的侧壁顶部设置有至少一个锁紧螺钉(13),锁紧螺钉(13)的内端抵靠于内杆体(8)的外壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的一种围栏系统,其特征在于:所述内杆体(8)的顶部设置有顶盖(9);
    所述顶盖(9)的顶面设置有第一连接凸台(91),第一连接凸台(91)的顶部设置有提手(92)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种围栏系统,其特征在于:所述网体(2)包括固定于外杆体(1)外壁上的柔性网框(21)、连接于柔性网框(21)内并相互交织的柔性网线(22);
    所述柔性网框(21)远离外杆体(1)的侧边设置有若干个插接卡扣(23)。
