图1是本发明一实施例提供的车辆功能服务推荐方法的流程图;

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施方式来详细说明本发明。
图1是本发明一实施例提供的车辆功能服务推荐方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤S11,检测车辆状态数据;
具体地,车辆状态数据可以包括车辆位置数据、车速数据、油门使用数据、刹车使用数据、发动机数据或空调运行状态数据等等。该车辆状态数据由电子控制单元(Electronic Control Unit,ECU)产生,并通过控制器局域网络(Controller Area Network,,CAN)传输至车载娱乐系统(In-Vehicle Infotainment,IVI,又称HU),HU再通过CAN将自身数据(主要是多媒体数据)以及ECU产生的数据上传至后台。
后台接收到数据后在服务器进行存储,同时将不同车型数据进行标准化转换,实现数据格式的统一,方便后续数据使用与分析。
步骤S12,根据所述车辆状态数据,基于车辆推荐数据库,进行车辆功能服务推荐,其中所述车辆推荐数据库包括所述车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系。
具体地,将车辆状态数据用到车辆推荐数据库中,寻找与车辆状态数据匹配的车辆功能服务。该车辆功能服务一般是用户个人习惯的服务,车辆状态数据与车辆功能服务的对应关系可以通过用户事先输入进行配置,也可以由车辆自行进行学习。在找到与当前车辆状态数据匹配的车辆功能服务之后,将该车辆功能服务推荐给用户。例如,车辆状态数据为5分钟内,收到油门踏板与刹车踏板交叉使用次数超过15次,认为正在堵车,而用户个人习惯在堵车时收听相声,那么推荐播放相声节目;如果同时接收了HU发送的多媒体数据,则还可以判断在当前多媒体数据显示未播放相声节目时,才推荐播放相声节目。
当然,车辆功能服务也可以是用户通用习惯的服务,即不存在爱好等影响因素的 车辆功能服务,例如,车辆状态数据为车速为0,刹车和油门均未使用,发动机刚启动,则是刚上车启动车辆,此时判断车内温度是否过高/低,从而进行与这些车辆状态数据对应的空调功能的推荐。
以下提供一种由车辆自行进行学习形成车辆推荐数据库的方法,主要针对车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系的形成。
图2是本发明一实施例提供的车辆推荐数据库建立方法的流程图。如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤S21,根据历史的车辆状态数据和多个驾驶场景,建立所述车辆状态数据和所述多个驾驶场景的对应关系;
具体地,首先建立的是车辆状态数据和驾驶场景的对应关系。后台根据大量车辆实际驾驶场景下的车辆状态数据进行分析,抽取它们的共同特征,使用它们的共同特征作为车辆状态数据与驾驶场景建立对应关系,该对应关系因为驾驶场景的不同,可以针对多个不同驾驶场景有多种对应关系。
步骤S22,在所述多个驾驶场景下,采集用户个人使用的车辆功能服务;
例如,在堵车的驾驶场景下,采集到用户喜欢听相声;在驾驶畅通的驾驶场景下,采集到用户喜欢听流行歌曲等等。
步骤S23,根据所述多个驾驶场景和所述用户个人使用的车辆功能服务,建立所述多个驾驶场景与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系;
具体地,将上述步骤S22采集到的车辆功能服务以及采集时的驾驶场景建立对应关系。
步骤S24,根据所述车辆状态数据和所述多个驾驶场景的对应关系以及所述多个驾驶场景与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,得到所述车辆状态数据与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,从而形成所述车辆推荐数据库。
具体地,在步骤S21已经得到车辆状态数据和驾驶场景的对应关系,步骤S23已经得到多个驾驶场景和用户个人使用的车辆功能服务的对应关系的情况下,可以利用驾驶场景作为中间量进行对应转化得到车辆状态数据和用户个人使用的车辆功能服务的对应关系。该对应关系即是车辆推荐数据库需要的对应关系,车辆推荐数据库建立完成。
由于同一车辆可能有不同的用户进行使用,因此本发明还提供一种针对该种情况的推荐执行方法。
图3是本发明另一实施例提供的车辆功能服务推荐方法的流程图。如图3所示, 该方法包括:
步骤S31,检测车辆状态数据;
具体地,在本实施例中与上述实施例相似,同样需要检测车辆状态数据。
步骤S32,获取当前用户的个人信息;
具体地,可以获取当前用户,即当前驾驶员的个人信息。获取方式可以是用户上车后进行个人信息的输入,或者是用户手握方向盘后指纹的采集,或者是人脸的识别等。
步骤S33,根据所述当前用户的个人信息,基于车辆推荐数据库,获得针对所述当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系;
具体地,对于支持多个不同用户的车辆推荐数据库,车辆推荐数据库中存有针对每个用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,而每个用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系都对应有该用户的个人信息。因此,可以基于当前用户的个人信息,先调用当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系。
步骤S34,根据所述车辆状态数据,基于针对所述当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,进行车辆功能服务推荐。
具体地,在调用当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系之后,可以进行有针对性的调用,这样基于车辆状态数据推荐的功能服务适合当前用户,满足不同用户使用车辆的需求。
另外,在本发明实施例中,当从车辆推荐数据库得到推荐消息后,服务器下发相应推荐消息至HU,推荐消息可以包括推荐的功能配置、服务内容,也可以包括各功能服务的具体参数。例如,推荐开空调,制冷,23℃,外循环,吹面模式等等。
HU接收到推荐消息后,可以通过语音播报或文字弹框的功能向用户进行咨询,询问是否需要某某功能/服务。用户可通过语音或点击多媒体按钮的形式进行回复。用户接受推荐后,HU将推荐消息中的功能服务以及参数设置,通过CAN传递至目标ECU,目标ECU收到信息后执行相应操作。
响应于用户的回应结果(采纳或拒绝等)和/或用户的历史回应结果,服务器可以调整所述车辆状态数据与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系。例如某次堵车的驾驶场景推荐相声节目,却收到拒绝的回应结果,那么可以取消堵车的驾驶场景与相声节目的对应关系;或者,在上述收到拒绝的回应结果的同时,该用户曾经也对堵车的驾驶场景推荐相声节目进行过一次或多次拒绝,可以取消堵车的驾驶场景与相声节目的 对应关系。
本发明根据用户的偏好与使用的规律等信息,对用户用车过程中的功能服务需求进行预判,并推荐消息,用户仅需简单通过语音等方式回复即可执行或拒绝相应操作,在降低用户思考和使用的时间成本的同时,大大增加了驾驶安全性。
图4是本发明一实施例提供的车辆功能服务推荐装置的结构示意图。如图4所示,该装置包括:检测单元1以及推荐单元2,其中,所述检测单元1用于检测车辆状态数据;所述推荐单元2用于根据所述车辆状态数据,基于车辆推荐数据库,进行车辆功能服务推荐,其中所述车辆推荐数据库包括所述车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系。
进一步的,所述车辆状态数据包括:车辆位置数据、车速数据、油门使用数据、刹车使用数据、发动机数据以及空调运行状态数据中的至少一者。
进一步的,该装置还包括数据库建立单元3,用于:根据历史的车辆状态数据和多个驾驶场景,建立所述车辆状态数据和所述多个驾驶场景的对应关系;在所述多个驾驶场景下,采集用户个人使用的车辆功能服务;根据所述多个驾驶场景和所述用户个人使用的车辆功能服务,建立所述多个驾驶场景与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系;根据所述车辆状态数据和所述多个驾驶场景的对应关系以及所述多个驾驶场景与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,得到所述车辆状态数据与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,从而形成所述车辆推荐数据库。
进一步的,该装置还包括:获取单元5,用于获取当前用户的个人信息;所述推荐单元2还用于根据所述当前用户的个人信息,基于车辆推荐数据库,获得针对所述当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系;根据所述车辆状态数据,基于针对所述当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,进行车辆功能服务推荐。
进一步的,该装置还包括调整单元4,在进行车辆功能服务推荐之后,该调整单元用于:响应于用户的回应结果和/或用户的历史回应结果,调整所述车辆状态数据与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系。
上述车辆功能服务推荐装置的实施例与上文所述的车辆功能服务推荐方法的实施例类似,在此不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种机器可读存储介质,所述机器可读存储介质包括存储器,所述存储器上存储有指令,所述指令用于使得机器能够执行上文所述的车辆功能服务推荐方 法。
上述机器可读存储介质的实施例与上文所述的车辆功能服务推荐方法的实施例类似,在此不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种车辆功能服务推荐方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    检测车辆状态数据;
    根据所述车辆状态数据,基于车辆推荐数据库,进行车辆功能服务推荐,其中所述车辆推荐数据库包括所述车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆功能服务推荐方法,其特征在于,所述车辆状态数据包括:
    车辆位置数据、车速数据、油门使用数据、刹车使用数据、发动机数据以及空调运行状态数据中的至少一者。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆功能服务推荐方法,其特征在于,所述车辆推荐数据库通过以下方式建立:
    根据历史的车辆状态数据和多个驾驶场景,建立所述车辆状态数据和所述多个驾驶场景的对应关系;
    在所述多个驾驶场景下,采集用户个人使用的车辆功能服务;
    根据所述多个驾驶场景和所述用户个人使用的车辆功能服务,建立所述多个驾驶场景与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系;
    根据所述车辆状态数据和所述多个驾驶场景的对应关系以及所述多个驾驶场景与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,得到所述车辆状态数据与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,从而形成所述车辆推荐数据库。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆功能服务推荐方法,其特征在于,在检测车辆状态数据之后,该方法还包括:
    获取当前用户的个人信息;
    根据所述当前用户的个人信息,基于车辆推荐数据库,获得针对所述当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系;
    根据所述车辆状态数据,基于针对所述当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,进行车辆功能服务推荐。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆功能服务推荐方法,其特征在于,在进行车辆功能服务推荐之后,该方法还包括:
    响应于用户的回应结果和/或所述用户的历史回应结果,调整所述车辆状态数据与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系。
  6. 一种车辆功能服务推荐装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    检测单元以及推荐单元,其中,
    所述检测单元用于检测车辆状态数据;
    所述推荐单元用于根据所述车辆状态数据,基于车辆推荐数据库,进行车辆功能服务推荐,其中所述车辆推荐数据库包括所述车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车辆功能服务推荐装置,其特征在于,所述车辆状态数据包括:
    车辆位置数据、车速数据、油门使用数据、刹车使用数据、发动机数据以及空调运行状态数据中的至少一者。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的车辆功能服务推荐装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括数据库建立单元,用于:
    根据历史的车辆状态数据和多个驾驶场景,建立所述车辆状态数据和所述多个驾驶场景的对应关系;
    在所述多个驾驶场景下,采集用户个人使用的车辆功能服务;
    根据所述多个驾驶场景和所述用户个人使用的车辆功能服务,建立所述多个驾驶场景与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系;
    根据所述车辆状态数据和所述多个驾驶场景的对应关系以及所述多个驾驶场景与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,得到所述车辆状态数据与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,从而形成所述车辆推荐数据库。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的车辆功能服务推荐装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括:
    获取单元,用于获取当前用户的个人信息;
    所述推荐单元还用于:
    根据所述当前用户的个人信息,基于车辆推荐数据库,获得针对所述当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系;
    根据所述车辆状态数据,基于针对所述当前用户的车辆状态数据与用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系,进行车辆功能服务推荐。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的车辆功能服务推荐装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括调整单元,在进行车辆功能服务推荐之后,该调整单元用于:
    响应于用户的回应结果和/或所述用户的历史回应结果,调整所述车辆状态数据与所述用户个人习惯的车辆功能服务的对应关系。
  11. 一种机器可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述机器可读存储介质包括存储器,所述存储器上存储有指令,所述指令用于使得机器能够执行根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的车辆功能服务推荐方法。
  12. 一种车辆,其特征在于,该车辆包括权利要求6-10中任意一项权利要求所述的车辆功能服务推荐装置。
