本申请要求于2019年09月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910919263.5、发明名称为“线缆夹及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种线缆夹,还涉及一种电子设备。
背景技术
现代移动终端中,随着大屏机的兴起,手机的屏占比成为一个重要的竞争点,为了解决天线性能与大屏占比之间的矛盾,根据射频工作频段特点对天线进行拆分重组,最大化以及合理化利用有效空间进行天线设计便是其中的一种方法。同时,为了尽量减小由于拆分重组天线带来的馈电传输损耗,提升射频传导性能,多射频传输线缆(以下简称Cable线)的需求也日渐强烈。现有技术中,一般通过两个线缆夹将两根Cable线固定,或者通过一个较高的线缆夹将两根Cable线沿高度方向固定。采用两个线缆夹时,占用电路板的宽度空间会增大,采用一个较高的线缆夹时,占用电路板的高度空间会增大。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于提供了一种线缆夹及电子设备,该线缆夹优化了高度空间和宽度空间,节省了整机成本。
上述目标和其他目标将通过独立权利要求中的特征来达成。进一步的实现方式在从属权利要求、说明书和附图中体现。
第一方面,提供了一种线缆夹,包括:夹本体和阻挡筋;所述夹本体用于使传输线缆固定在电子设备的电路板上;
所述夹本体包括第一理线槽和第二理线槽,所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽用于固定传输线缆,所述夹本体包括一对侧边;
所述阻挡筋设置于所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽之间;
所述侧边朝向所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽的方向分别设置有第一夹持部,所述阻挡筋朝向所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽的方向分别设置有第二夹持部;
所述第一夹持部为所述侧边朝向所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽的方向形成的凸起,所述凸起的轮廓为弧形。
因此只需要一个线缆夹即可梳理并固定多根传输线缆,第一夹持部和第二夹持部的设置能够避免传输线缆脱离夹本体,提高了夹持效果;而且第一夹持部为弧形的凸起,还能够降低对传输线缆的损伤。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述侧边背向所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽的方向具有凹陷部,所述凹陷部朝向所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽的方向凹陷;所述凹陷部与所述凸起对应设置。本实施例中,通过设置与凸起相对设置的凹陷部,使得侧边在该位置的厚度较小,从而减轻侧边的重量。同时,通过相对设置的凹陷部与凸起,还能够提高侧边的刚度。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述第二夹持部分别朝向所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽的方向凸起;且所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部相对设置。本实施例中,通过第二夹持部与第一夹持部共同夹持传输线缆,进一步的提高夹本体的夹持效果,避免夹本体中的传输线缆脱离夹本体。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述夹本体还包括底板,所述底板与所述侧边相连接。本实施例中,底板的设置能够提高夹本体与电路板的连接面积,从而提高二者的连接可靠性,同时,该底板连接侧边与阻挡筋,从而提高线缆夹的强度和刚度。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述侧边还包括连接段,连接于所述第一夹持部和所述底板之间。本实施例中,通过连接段的设置能够提高理线槽的容纳高度,避免传输线缆从理线槽中脱出,提高了传输线缆的固定效果,并能够降低第一夹持部和第二夹持部对传输线缆的压力,提高传输线缆的使用寿命。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述连接段朝向远离所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽的方向凸出。本实施例中,传输线缆上的一部分容纳在连接段呈凸起形状的第一理线槽和第二理线槽中,能够进一步地提高夹持传输线缆的效果,并进一步降低第一理线槽和第二理线槽对传输线缆的压力,提高其使用寿命。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述夹本体还包括延伸板,连接于所述底板;所述延伸板朝向远离所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽的方向延伸。通过延伸板的设置能够提前引导传输线缆,使传输线缆穿过第一理线槽和第二理线槽将传输线缆夹持,同时还能够提高夹本体与电路板的连接可靠性,并能够提高线缆夹与传输线缆的连接可靠性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,各所述延伸板之间具有第一间隙。该第一间隙不仅减轻了线缆夹的重量,还能够增大第一理线槽和第二理线槽的传输线缆之间的距离,从而能够防止第一理线槽和第二理线槽中的传输线缆相互磨损,避免了传输线缆因磨损而短路的问题;另外,该第一间隙的设置还能够降低一体弯折结构的线缆夹的应力集中,提高线缆夹的强度。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述延伸板设置有缺口,所述缺口靠近所述侧边。该缺口不仅能够起到减重的作用,还能够方便地实现侧边相对于底板的弯折,避免侧边弯折时破损,且在侧边弯折时,还能避免应力集中。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述缺口的侧壁为弧形,本实施例中,该弧形的侧壁能够进一步降低缺口处的应力集中。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述底板包括第一底板和第二底板;
所述阻挡筋设置一个;
所述第一理线槽由所述侧边、所述第一底板和所述阻挡筋围成;
所述第二理线槽由所述侧边、所述第二底板和所述阻挡筋围成。
侧边、第一底板和阻挡筋围成的第一理线槽能够夹持传输线缆,避免传输线缆脱离第一理线槽,而且通过侧边、第一底板和阻挡筋三面夹持,能够提高第一理线槽的夹持效果。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述夹本体还包括第三理线槽;
所述底板包括第一底板、第二底板和第三底板;
所述第三底板位于第一底板和第二底板之间;
所述阻挡筋设置两个;
所述第一理线槽由所述侧边、所述第一底板和所述阻挡筋围成;

所述第三理线槽由两个阻挡筋和位于两个阻挡筋之间的第三底板围成。
当传输线缆设置多根时,也是一根传输线缆对应一个理线槽,通过第一理线槽、第二理线槽和第三理线槽的设置,能够将三根传输线缆夹持,优化了线缆夹的空间,节省了整机成本。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述阻挡筋包括两个板体,所述阻挡筋包括两个板体,沿所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽的布置方向,两个所述板体之间设置有第二间隙。本实施例中,该第二间隙能够缓冲传输线缆对线缆夹的压力,降低线缆夹的阻挡筋在传输线缆的压力作用下损坏的风险,同时,还能够降低传输线缆在阻挡筋的压力作用下损坏的风险。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述第一理线槽和所述第二理线槽并列设置,进一步地优化电子设备的空间,节省了整机成本。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述线缆夹为一体弯折成型,能够提高线缆夹的稳定性。
第二方面,还提供一种电子设备包括:包括:电路板、传输线缆、焊锡 层和上述所述的线缆夹,所述夹本体通过焊锡层与所述电路板固定连接。
通过线缆夹的设置将传输线缆固定在电路板上,避免电路板上的传输线缆杂乱,能够将传输线缆进行梳理,同时还能够避免传输线缆脱离电路板;而且夹本体焊接于电路板上,不仅固定牢固,而且还能减少不必要的锁紧件。
本申请提供的技术方案可以达到以下有益效果:
本申请所提供的线缆夹包括夹本体和阻挡筋,夹本体用于使传输线缆固定在电子设备的电路板上,其中夹本体包括第一理线槽和第二理线槽,用于固定传输线缆。其中,夹本体包括一对侧边,每个侧边朝向第一理线槽和第二理线槽的方向分别设置有第一夹持部,阻挡筋朝向第一理线槽和第二理线槽的方向分别设置有第二夹持部,第一夹持部和第二夹持部的设置能够避免传输线缆脱离夹本体,提高了夹持效果;而且第一夹持部为弧形的凸起,还能够降低对传输线缆的损伤。该线缆夹优化了高度空间和宽度空间,节省了整机成本。

在一种具体实施例中,下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本申请做进一步的详细描述。
请参考附图8,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备可为手机、平板电脑等,具体包括:电路板300、传输线缆200、焊锡层和线缆夹100,该 线缆夹100通过焊锡层与电路板300固定连接。通过线缆夹100将传输线缆200固定在电路板300上,避免电路板300上的传输线缆200杂乱,能够将传输线缆200进行梳理,同时还能够避免传输线缆200脱离电路板300。
在一种具体实施例中,该夹本体1焊接于电路板300上(即通过焊接形成焊锡层),不仅固定牢固,而且还能减少不必要的锁紧件;在另一种具体实施例中,线缆夹100的夹本体1通过表面贴装的方式固定于电路板300,该方式使得线缆夹100与电路板300连接可靠性较高,能够提高加工效率并能够避免焊接损伤。
需要说明的是,电路板300可为PCB板(Printed Circuit Board,印刷电路板)。
作为一种具体的实施方式,线缆夹100的材质可为不锈钢材质,具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐热性能和抗高温氧化的优点,示例性地,本申请实施例的不锈钢可以为SUS316L型号的钢材。
现有技术中,一般通过两个线缆夹将两根传输线缆固定,两个线缆夹分别固定在电路板上,但两个线缆夹是分散固定的,因此占用电路板的宽度空间比较大。或者,还可通过一个高度较大的线缆夹将两根沿高度方向堆叠的传输线缆固定,该线缆夹虽然占用电路板宽度方向的空间较小,但是此时两根传输线缆上下分布,因此占用电路板的高度空间会增大。本申请实施例通过改进一种线缆夹的具体结构来解决上述技术问题。
如图1-图4所示,本申请一实施例提供了一种线缆夹100,该线缆夹100可以包括:夹本体1和阻挡筋2,其中,该夹本体1用于与电子设备的电路板300连接,且该夹本体1包括两个理线槽3,两个理线槽3包括第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32,第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32用于固定传输线缆200(传输线缆200容纳于第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32),夹本体1包括一对侧边11,且两个侧边11沿第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的布置方向(长度方向X)相对设置;阻挡筋2设置于第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32之间,即阻挡筋2与两个侧边11沿 长度方向X布置,每个侧边11上朝向第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的方向均设置有第一夹持部111,阻挡筋2朝向第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的方向设置有第二夹持部23(参照图7的第二夹持部23);该侧边11朝向第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的方向形成凸起,该凸起为第一夹持部111,且该凸起的轮廓为弧形。
因此,在线缆夹100包括第一夹持部111和第二夹持部23的情况下,第一夹持部111与第二夹持部23共同夹持传输线缆200,此时,该第一夹持部111与第二夹持部23均可设置为尺寸较小的结构。
其中,线缆夹100也可仅包括第一夹持部111(即阻挡筋2不设置第二夹持部23)的情况下,该第一夹持部111与阻挡筋2共同夹持传输线缆200,且第一夹持部111与阻挡筋2形成第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的开口。线缆夹100还可以仅包括第二夹持部23(即侧边11不设置第一夹持部111)的情况下,该第二夹持部23与侧边11共同夹持传输线缆200,且第二夹持部23与侧边11形成第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的开口。上述两种实施例中,该第一夹持部111或第二夹持部23的尺寸较大,从而形成能够防止传输线缆200脱出的开口。而且传输线缆200位于第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32,该第一夹持部111与传输线缆200接触,并对传输线缆200施加压力,当该第一夹持部111为弧形的凸起时,能够降低对传输线缆200的损伤。
本申请实施例的线缆夹100设置有第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32,以及位于第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32之间的阻挡筋2,第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32用于梳理并固定传输线缆200,而且只需要一个线缆夹100即可梳理多根传输线缆200,避免夹本体1中的传输线缆200脱离夹本体1,且各传输线缆200无需沿高度方向Z堆叠,从而能够降低线缆夹100与传输线缆200连接后的高度,有助于优化电子设备的空间,节省了整机成本。
具体地,如图1所示,该侧边11背向第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的方向具有凹陷部113,该凹陷部113朝向第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的方向凹陷, 且该凹陷部113与凸起对应设置,通过设置与凸起相对设置的凹陷部113,使得侧边11在该位置的厚度较小,从而减轻侧边11的重量。同时,通过相对设置的凹陷部113与凸起,还能够提高侧边11的刚度。
当线缆夹100弯折成型时,只需要将线缆夹100加工成板状,并弯折侧边11即可形成第一夹持部111,简化了加工工艺。
在一种可能的实施方式中,上述的第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32可以为并列设置,即第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的布置方向沿该线缆夹100的长度方向X设置,这样能够不占用高度方向的空间,而且并列设置的第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32结构紧凑,能进一步地优化电子设备的空间,节省了整机成本。
在一种可能的实施方式中,如图1和图7所示,阻挡筋2包括第二夹持部23,第二夹持部23与第一夹持部111对应设置,且第二夹持部23分别朝向第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的方向凸起,通过第二夹持部23与第一夹持部111共同夹持传输线缆200,进一步的提高夹本体1的夹持效果,避免夹本体1中的传输线缆200脱离夹本体1。
具体地,第二夹持部23为弧形的凸起,即第二夹持部23与第一夹持部111对称,二者能够共同夹持传输线缆200,且该第一夹持部111与第二夹持部23围成理线槽3的开口,且该开口的尺寸小于传输线缆200的尺寸,从而能够降低传输线缆200从该开口脱出的风险,提高线缆夹100对传输线缆200的固定效果。
作为一种具体的实施方式,如图3和图4所示,夹本体1还包括底板12,底板12与侧边11相连接。底板12的设置能够提高夹本体1与电路板300的连接面积,从而提高二者的连接可靠性,同时,该底板12连接侧边11与阻挡筋2,从而提高线缆夹100的强度和刚度。
具体地,该线缆夹100与电路板300固定连接时,可通过底板12与电路板300连接。
需要说明的是,夹本体1不存在底板12也可以实现梳理和固定传输线缆200,可以将侧边11直接焊接到电路板300上即可,此时侧边11、电路板300和阻挡筋2围成第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32,且第一理线槽31对应一根传输线缆200,第二理线槽32对应另一个传输线缆200,不仅避免了占用高度空间,而且也避免了占用宽度空间。因此,是否设置底板12可根据使用需求而定。
作为一种具体的实施方式,如图1所示,侧边11还包括连接段112,沿线缆夹100的高度方向Z,该线缆夹100连接于第一夹持部111和底板12之间,其中,该连接段112用于连接第一夹持部111和第一底板121,将第一夹持部111和第一底板121连接为一体式结构,用于夹持传输线缆200。
另外,如果只设置有第一夹持部111,第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的容纳高度较低,传输线缆200容易从第一夹持部111的顶部脱出,因此通过连接段112的设置能够提高第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的容纳高度,避免传输线缆200从第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32中脱出,提高了传输线缆200的固定效果,并能够降低第一夹持部111对传输线缆200的压力,提高传输线缆的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,连接段112可设置为一段或多段,可根据使用需求而定。
在另一种具体实施例中,连接段112朝向远离第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的方向凸出,由于传输线缆200一般为圆形线缆,连接段112凸出的形状与圆形线缆的形状相适配,传输线缆200上的一部分容纳在连接段112呈凸起形状的第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32中,能够进一步地提高夹持传输线缆200的效果,并进一步降低第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32对传输线缆200的压力,提高其使用寿命。
作为一种具体的实施方式,如图1、图3和图4所示,夹本体1还包括延伸板13,该延伸板13连接于底板12,该延伸板13朝向远离第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的方向延伸,并沿线缆夹100的宽度方向Y延伸(该延伸板13的延伸方向与第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的布置方向垂直)。通过延伸板13的设 置能够提前引导传输线缆200,使传输线缆200穿过第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32将传输线缆200夹持,还能够提高夹本体1与电路板300的连接面积,提高二者的连接可靠性。同时,该延伸板13还能够提高线缆夹100与传输线缆200的接触面积,提高传输线缆200与线缆夹100的连接可靠性。
具体的,如图1所示,该线缆夹100包括多个延伸板13,且各延伸板13沿长度方向X布置(与第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的布置方向相同),沿长度方向X,相邻延伸板13之间具有第一间隙132。本实施例中,相邻延伸板13之间的第一间隙132不仅减轻了线缆夹100的重量,还能够增大位于第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的传输线缆200之间的距离,从而能够防止第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32中的传输线缆200相互磨损,避免了传输线缆200因磨损而短路的问题。另外,该第一间隙132的设置还能够降低一体弯折结构的线缆夹100的应力集中,提高线缆夹100的强度。
在一种可能的设计中,如图1和图3所示,该延伸板13设置有缺口131,该缺口131靠近侧边11设置,且位于延伸板13与底板12的连接处。该缺口131不仅能够起到减重的作用,还能够方便地实现侧边11相对于底板12的弯折,避免侧边11弯折时破损,且在侧边11弯折时,还能避免应力集中。
其中,该缺口131的侧壁可为弧形,从而进一步降低缺口131处的应力集中。
作为一种具体的实施方式,如图5和图7所示,阻挡筋2包括两个板体21,且两个板体21沿长度方向X布置,沿线缆夹100的长度方向X,两个板体21之间设置有第二间隙22,板体21可与底板12垂直设置。本实施例中,两个板体21分别和与其相邻的传输线缆200抵接,且在传输线缆200的压力作用下,两个板体21能够朝向第二间隙22的方向变形,从而缓冲传输线缆200对线缆夹100的压力,降低线缆夹100的阻挡筋2在传输线缆200的压力作用下损坏的风险,同时,还能够降低传输线缆200在阻挡筋2的压力作用下损坏的风险。
具体地,该第二间隙22不应过小也不应过大,第二间隙22过小时,该阻 挡筋2的变形量较小,该第二间隙22对阻挡筋2与传输线缆200之间压力的缓冲作用较小。当第二间隙过大时,该阻挡筋2的变形量较大,容易导致传输线缆200在压力作用下从第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32内脱出。因此,在实际工况中,第二间隙22可综合上述两方面的因素合理设置。作为一种具体的实施方式。
如图1-图4所示,底板12包括第一底板121和第二底板122,阻挡筋2设置一个,第一理线槽31由侧边11、第一底板121和阻挡筋2围成,第二理线槽32由侧边11、第二底板122和阻挡筋2围成。其中,侧边11、第一底板121和阻挡筋2围成的第一理线槽31能够夹持传输线缆200,避免传输线缆200脱离理线槽3,而且通过侧边11、第一底板121和阻挡筋2三面夹持,能够提高第一理线槽31的夹持效果。第二理线槽32的夹持效果同第一理线槽31的夹持效果。同时第一理线槽31对应一根传输线缆200,第二理线槽32对应另一根传输线缆200,不仅避免了占用高度空间,而且也避免了占用宽度空间。
需要说明的是,第一底板121上设置有连接于第一底板121的第一延伸板133,第二底板122上设置有连接于第二底板122的第二延伸板134,第一延伸板133和第二延伸板134朝向远离第一理线槽31和第二理线槽32的方向延伸,第一延伸板133的设置能够提高夹本体1与电路板300的连接面积,提高其固定效果。
或者,如图5和图6所示,夹本体1还包括第三理线槽33,底板12包括第一底板121、第二底板122和第三底板123,第三底板123位于第一底板121和第二底板122之间,阻挡筋2设置两个,第一理线槽31由侧边11、第一底板121和阻挡筋2围成,第二理线槽32由侧边11、第二底板122和阻挡筋2围成,第三理线槽33由两个阻挡筋2和位于两个阻挡筋2之间的第三底板123围成。当传输线缆200设置多根时,也是一根传输线缆200对应一个理线槽3,通过第一理线槽31、第二理线槽32和第三理线槽33的设置,能够将三根传输线缆200夹持,并进行梳理,该线缆夹100优化了高度空间和宽度空间,节省了整机成本。
需要说明的是,第一底板121上设置有连接于第一底板121的第一延伸板133,第一延伸板133朝向远离第一理线槽31的方向延伸,第二底板122上设置有连接于第二底板122的第二延伸板134,第二延伸板134朝向远离第二理线槽32的方向延伸,第三底板123上设置有连接于第三底板123的第三延伸板135,第三延伸板135朝向远离第三理线槽33的方向延伸。第一延伸板133、第二延伸板134和第三延伸板135的设置均能够提高夹本体1与电路板300的连接面积,提高其固定效果。
作为一种具体的实施方式,线缆夹100为一体弯折成型,能够提高线缆夹100的稳定性。
具体地,在弯折之前线缆夹100为板状结构,首先将阻挡筋2弯折成型,再依次将底板12和侧边11弯折成型,然后再对侧边11进行弯折,形成第一夹持部111,和/或,对阻挡筋2弯折,形成第二夹持部23。
综上所述,本申请实施例只需要一个线缆夹100即可梳理多根传输线缆200,避免夹本体1中的传输线缆200脱离夹本体1,且各传输线缆200无需沿高度方向Z堆叠,从而能够降低线缆夹100与传输线缆200连接后的高度,有助于优化电子设备的空间,节省了整机成本。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种线缆夹,其特征在于,包括:夹本体(1)和阻挡筋(2);所述夹本体(1)用于使传输线缆固定在电子设备的电路板上;
    所述夹本体(1)包括第一理线槽(31)和第二理线槽(32),所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)用于固定传输线缆(200),所述夹本体(1)包括一对侧边(11);
    所述阻挡筋(2)设置于所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)之间;
    所述侧边(11)朝向所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)的方向分别设置有第一夹持部(111),所述阻挡筋(2)朝向所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)的方向分别设置有第二夹持部(23);
    所述第一夹持部(111)为所述侧边(11)朝向所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)的方向形成的凸起,所述凸起的轮廓为弧形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述侧边(11)背向所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)的方向具有凹陷部(113),所述凹陷部(113)朝向所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)的方向凹陷;
    所述凹陷部(113)与所述凸起对应设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述第二夹持部(23)分别朝向所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)的方向凸起;
    且所述第一夹持部(111)与所述第二夹持部(23)相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述夹本体(1)还包括底板(12),所述底板(12)与所述侧边(11)相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述侧边(11)还包括 连接段(112),连接于所述第一夹持部(111)和所述底板(12)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述连接段(112)朝向远离所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)的方向凸出。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述夹本体(1)还包括延伸板(13),连接于所述底板(12);
    所述延伸板(13)朝向远离所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)的方向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,各所述延伸板(13)之间具有第一间隙(132)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述延伸板(13)设置有缺口(131),所述缺口(131)靠近所述侧边(11)。
  10. 根据权利要求4~9中任一项所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述底板(12)包括第一底板(121)和第二底板(122);
    所述阻挡筋(2)设置一个;
    所述第一理线槽(31)由所述侧边(11)、所述第一底板(121)和所述阻挡筋(2)围成;
    所述第二理线槽(32)由所述侧边(11)、所述第二底板(122)和所述阻挡筋(2)围成。
  11. 根据权利要求4~9中任一项所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,
    所述夹本体(1)还包括第三理线槽(33);
    所述底板(12)包括第一底板(121)、第二底板(122)和第三底板(123);
    所述第三底板(123)位于第一底板(121)和第二底板(122)之间;
    所述阻挡筋(2)设置两个;
    所述第一理线槽(31)由所述侧边(11)、所述第一底板(121)和所述阻挡筋(2)围成;
    所述第二理线槽(32)由所述侧边(11)、所述第二底板(122)和所述 阻挡筋(2)围成;
    所述第三理线槽(33)由两个阻挡筋(2)和位于两个阻挡筋(2)之间的第三底板(123)围成。
  12. 根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述阻挡筋(2)包括两个板体(21),沿所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)的布置方向,两个所述板体(21)之间设置有第二间隙(22)。
  13. 根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述第一理线槽(31)和所述第二理线槽(32)并列设置。
  14. 根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的线缆夹,其特征在于,所述线缆夹为一体弯折成型。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:电路板(300)、传输线缆(200)、焊锡层和上述权利要求1~14任一项所述的线缆夹,所述夹本体(1)通过所述焊锡层与所述电路板(300)固定连接。
