现有的发声装置中,通过内部的系统结构进行电声转换。其中设置的定心支片在结构中有着支撑稳定的作用,现有的定心支片一般通过外圈固定在盆架上,内圈与音圈骨架固定,以限制音圈骨架的径向移动。并且,起到了承载的作用。

根据本公开的一个实施例,提供了一种定心支片6,如图2所示,该 定心支片6包括用于与声学部件连接固定的第一固定部622和第三固定部61,所述第一固定部622被配置为筒状部63,且位于所述定心支片6的中部;所述第三固定部61位于所述定心支片6的边缘,在所述第一固定部622和所述第三固定部61之间间隔设置有多个弹臂,相邻的两所述弹臂之间形成窗口。
在该实施例中,弹臂间形成的窗口能够将锦丝线引出,不用将锦丝线绕过定心支片,减少了锦丝线的弯折,也减少了锦丝线绕过定心支片产生的结构高度。并且窗口能够在装配定心支片时用作观察,以方便部件装配。
在一个实施例中,所述筒状部63具有在竖直方向上预设的高度,所述筒状部包括顶部、底部以及位于所述顶部与底部之间的侧壁部。
例如,所述顶部和所述底部分别用于与不同的声学部件连接固定,所述侧壁部形成用于容置声学部件的容置空间。需要说明的是,此处筒状部63的底部即可看做是第一固定部622具体发挥连接作用的重要部分。
在一个例子中,在竖直方向上,所述第二固定部623所在平面的高度低于所述第三固定部61所在平面的高度;所述第三固定部61向靠近所述第二固定部623的方向设置有环形的台阶。
在该实施例中,形成的环形台阶能够在对定心支片6装配时,配合外壳1的形状,方便装配。
根据本公开的一个实施例,提供了一种超薄发声装置,如图1所示,该装置包括:
外壳1,所述外壳1上安装有磁路系统和振动系统,所述振动系统通过设置在所述外壳1上的信号接入端子9与外部电路导通,
所述振动系统包括振膜组件7、音圈组件和定心支片6;所述音圈组件和所述定心支片6均在所述发声装置的振动方向上与所述振膜组件7连接固定,并且,在垂直于所述发声装置振动的方向上,所述定心支片6位于所述音圈组件的外侧;
所述磁路系统上设置有过线部22,连接在所述音圈组件上的锦丝线511从所述磁路系统穿出,并延伸到所述信号接入端子9处与所述信号接入端子9电性连接。
在该实施例中,外壳1作为整个发声装置的承载件,整体呈凹陷的结构,发声装置装配完成后将发声装置的其余部件限制在外壳1中。振动系统和磁路系统配合使发声装置产生振动。
其中,音圈组件上的锦丝线511从磁路系统上的过线部22引出,与信号接入端子9电连接。这样能够避免锦丝线511从磁路系统的上部绕过,消除了锦丝线511增加的结构厚度。并且减少了锦丝线511的弯折程度,避免在振动过程中锦丝线511发生断裂或损坏。
在一个实施例中,所述振膜组件7包括结合在一起的折环71和胴体72,所述音圈组件包括筒形的音圈骨架5以及缠绕在所述音圈骨架5外侧的音圈51,所述胴体72与所述音圈骨架5连接固定在一起.
在该实施例中,振膜组件7中的音圈骨架5固定连接在胴体上,以对音圈骨架5形成支撑。有音圈51在磁间隙中作用振动,带动音圈骨架5振动,音圈骨架5带动振膜组件7振动。
在一个实施例中,所述胴体与所述音圈骨架的轴向之间的夹角大于60°。在该角度范围内,能够使锥盆保持很小的斜度,接近平面。能从振膜组件7的结构上最大限度降低装置的高度。
在一个实施例中,如图1所示,所述磁路系统包括U铁2和永磁体3,所述U铁2包括底板和侧壁21,所述底板和侧壁21形成容置腔,所述永磁体3固定在所述容置腔内并与所述侧壁21间形成磁间隙;所述过线部22设置在所述U铁2的侧壁21上。
在该实施例中,U铁2和永磁体3间形成的磁间隙用于和通电后的音圈51相互配合作用,以产生振动。过线部22则用于引出锦丝线511.
在一个例子中,永磁体3的上部设置华司4,在华司4与侧壁21间形成磁间隙。
在一个实施例中,如图1,5所示,所述外壳1的底部设置有安装口11,所述安装口11内设置有卡件111,所述卡件111和所述U铁2的过线部22固定。
在该实施例中,U铁2安装时,从外壳1底部的安装口11放入,再将U铁2的底部从过线部22的位置与外壳1的底部进行固定。例如,可以通 过焊接或热熔的方式进行固定。
例如,卡件111为弯折结构,弯折结构与过线部22进行固定。
弯折结构的卡件111能够方便U铁在安装时的定位和与过线部22准确固定。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,在固定后U铁2的底部和外壳1的底部在外侧齐平。
齐平的底部能够消除因U铁2的底部向外壳1外凸出时造成的额外装置高度。
其中,过线部22将侧壁21分为多个部分,而多个部分的侧壁更容易集中磁力线,以提升发声装置的性能。
在一个实施例中,如图1所示,U铁2的侧壁21为筒状结构,底板和与侧壁21的一端固定形成容置腔。侧壁21上的多个均匀分布的过线部22能够满足音圈51向不同方向引出的锦丝线511与信号接入端子9连接。
在一个实施例中,如图1所示,侧壁21上设置有4个过线部22。4个过线部22将侧壁21分为均匀的4段,能够更优地集中磁路系统中的磁力线。
在其他例子中,过线部22可以为U形、矩形和V形中的一种,也可以为其他形状。不同的过线部22的形状都能满足过线部22的引出锦丝线511以降低装配高度的目的。
在其他例子中,过线部22还可以是缺口、槽口和通孔结构,也可以是各结构相互组合。
例如,侧壁21上设置多个沿侧壁均匀分布的通孔,将锦丝线511从通孔中引出,也能满足降低装配高度的目的。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述定心支片6的内侧设置有筒状部63,所述筒状部63的顶部与所述振膜组件7连接;所述定心支片6还包括用于与所述锦丝线511固定的第一固定部622和第二固定部623。
在该实施例中,定心支片6在安装时,筒状部63的顶部和振膜组件7固定连接。
其中,音圈骨架5的上部也固定在振膜组件7上,振膜组件7中部形 成有中空的结构,音圈骨架5在振膜组件7上的中空结构中固定。
例如,音圈骨架5的上部的外侧壁与中空结构的内壁贴合固定。
在振膜组件7的中空结构上设置防尘膜8进行封闭。
在一个实施例中,所述第一固定部622为所述筒状部63的底部,所述第二固定部623位于所述定心支片6与所述外壳1的第一连接点处;所述锦丝线511从U铁2的过线部22穿出后,分别与所述第一固定部622和所述第二固定部623固定。
固定的方式可以是通过点胶的方式进行固定。也可以是其他固定方式。
明显地,锦丝线511指的是从音圈51引出的导线外包覆了一层丝线,以增加强度。而在定心支片6上进行的2次固定则能够减小锦丝线511的振动幅度,以避免在振动过程中断裂。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述定心支片6上还包括第三固定部61,所述第三固定部61位于与所述外壳1的第二连接点处,所述第三固定部61与所述第二固定部623之间设置有多个第一弹臂64,多个所述第一弹臂64靠近所述定心支片6边缘,相邻的两个第一弹臂64间形成有第一窗口65;所述信号接入端子9注塑在所述外壳1的对应所述第一窗口65处的位置。
在该实施例中,第三固定部61在装配时,与外壳1的边缘固定。第三固定部61和第二固定部623间形成间隙,在间隙内分布有多个第一弹臂64,以及相邻第一弹臂64间形成的第一窗口65。其中,形成的第一弹臂64和第一窗口65是围绕定心支片6的中心呈中心对称且分布均匀的。这样能使各第一弹臂64在振动过程中受力均匀,使定心支片6的振动更平稳。
在一个实施例中,所述第一固定部622与所述第二固定部623之间设置有多个第三弹臂,多个所述第三弹臂之间形成第三窗口621,其中,第三弹臂连接在第一固定部622的一端不超过筒状部63的底部;所述锦丝线511与所述第一固定部622固定后,继续经由所述第三窗口621延伸至所述第二固定部623,固定后再经由第一窗口64与所述信号接入端子9电连接。
在该实施例中,第一固定部622和第二固定部623之间的形成的第三弹臂作为支撑,相邻的第三弹臂间形成的第三窗口621用以将从过线部22引出的锦丝线511引出,经过第三窗口621后从第一窗口64穿出与信号接入端子9电连接。
这样的结构能够使锦丝线511直接穿过定心支片6,而不需要绕过定心支片6。减少了锦丝线511绕过定心支片6时产生的结构厚度。
现有技术中,锦丝线是从侧壁的顶部绕过。锦丝线增加了结构的高度方向上的厚度,有使锦丝线产生较大弯折。容易被损坏。
在上述实施例中,锦丝线511从音圈51上引出,沿过线部22穿过U铁2。这样就能够避免锦丝线511需要从U铁2上部绕过去,减少了绕线的装配步骤,并且节省了绕线的厚度,以降低发声装置整体的高度。这时锦丝线511位于定心支片6的下方,接着锦丝线511从第三窗口621穿过,到达定心支片6的上方。最后从第一窗口653穿出,连接到信号接入端子9上,与外界电路连通。这样在实现锦丝线511外接到电路的同时,又节省了在外壳1在高度方向上为锦丝线511引出而单独提供的空间。再次降低了发声装置整体的高度。
在其他例子中,定心支片6上可以设置2个对称的第三窗口621,以使锦丝线511能够从两边引出。也可以是定心支片6上设置有多个第三窗口621,多个第三窗口621绕着定心支片6上的通孔均匀分布。这样能够方便在装配时锦丝线511从多个不同的位置引出。
在一个实施例中,如图2,5所示,筒状部63的顶部向内形成弯折,弯折后形成的面与振膜组件7进行固定。弯折后形成的面相对于直接固定,与振膜组件7贴合固定的面积更大,能够增加定心支片6的固定强度。
在一个实施例中,如图1所示,第一弹臂64沿第三固定部61向下弯曲,并相对于筒状部63和第三固定部61形成凹陷。凹陷的结构中,筒状部63的顶部与第三固定部61齐平。
在该实施例中,这样的结构能够配合外壳1的结构,以减少结构在高度方向上的尺寸。
在其他例子中,在外壳1相对于第一弹臂64的位置设置第二弹臂12, 在相邻的第二弹臂12间形成第二窗口13。第二窗口13既减轻了外壳1的重量,节省了材料。又能在装配时作为观察内部装配结构的观察口。方便装配。
例如,外壳1上设置有多个第二弹臂12,相邻的第二弹臂12间形成第二窗口13。其中,第一弹臂64和第二弹臂12的分布相同,第一窗口65和第二窗口13相通。
第二弹臂12是向下弯曲形成凹陷的,这样能够使定心支片6上的第一弹臂64和外壳1上的第二弹臂12间配合。既可以简化装配,又能够避免在结构上相抵挡增加装置的整体高度。
并且,在装配发声装置时,第一窗口64和第二窗口65能够作为观察口对内部结构的组装进行观察。以检查装配是否正确。
在一个实施例中,所述发声装置的最小厚度≤10mm。该发声装置由上述结构装配后,其整体厚度最薄可以做到≤10mm的,相比于现有技术中的发声装置厚度,有很大的降低。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种定心支片,其特征在于,包括用于与声学部件连接固定的第一固定部和第三固定部,所述第一固定部被配置为筒状部,且位于所述定心支片的中部;所述第三固定部位于所述定心支片的边缘,在所述第一固定部和所述第三固定部之间间隔设置有多个弹臂,相邻的两所述弹臂之间形成窗口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定心支片,其特征在于,所述筒状部具有在竖直方向上预设的高度,所述筒状部包括顶部、底部以及位于所述顶部与底部之间的侧壁部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的定心支片,其特征在于,所述顶部和所述底部分别用于与不同的声学部件连接固定,所述侧壁部形成用于容置声学部件的容置空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的定心支片,其特征在于,还包括第二固定部,所述第二固定部设置在所述第一固定部和所述第三固定部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的定心支片,其特征在于,在竖直方向上,所述第二固定部所在平面的高度低于所述第三固定部所在平面的高度;所述第三固定部向靠近所述第二固定部的方向设置有环形的台阶。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的定心支片,其特征在于,所述环形的台阶与所述第二固定部之间设置有环形的间隙,在所述环形的间隙内,间隔分布有多个第一弹臂,相邻的两所述第一弹臂之间形成第一窗口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的定心支片,其特征在于,所述筒状部的底部与所述第二固定部之间间隔设置有第三弹臂,相邻的两所述第三弹臂之间 形成第三窗口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的定心支片,其特征在于,所述第一弹臂和/或所述第三弹臂呈中心对称设置。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的定心支片,其特征在于,所述第一弹臂和/或所述第三弹臂设置为向上或者向下凹陷的弯曲结构。
  10. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的定心支片。
