  1. 一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于;包括开设在第一型材(10)上的安装孔(11)、第二型材(20)上的连接槽(21);连接槽(21)的上下端形成有上导向口(22)和下导向口(23);该锁紧机构(100)包括传动部(5)、定位座(1)和固设于定位座(1)上的连接座(2);连接座(2)上垂直固设有连接杆(4),传动部(5)活动套接于连接杆(4)上,连接杆(4)顶端铰接有压紧装置(6),定位座(1)插接于第一型材(10)的安装孔(11)内,推动连接座(2),连接座(2)底部沿着下导向口(23)滑动,连接座(2)插接于第二型材(20)的连接槽(21)内,连接杆(4)装配于上导向口(22)内,传动部(5)位于连接槽(21)上端,位于传动部(5)顶部的压紧装置(6)沿其铰接轴旋转,向下按压压紧装置(6),使压紧装置(6)的底面与传动部(5)前端相抵,实现相邻第一型材(10)和第二型材(20)的快速锁紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于:还包括锁紧机构,该锁紧机构包括固设于压紧装置(6)底部的扣件(7),与此相对应的,传动部(5)前端形成有与扣件(7)相适配的锁紧口(8);压紧装置(6)的底面与传动部(5)前端相抵,扣件(7)卡接于锁紧口(8)内,用于压紧装置(6)与传动部(5)的紧固。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述传动部(5)的前端呈圆弧结构,锁紧口(8)位于圆弧结构的顶端内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述压紧装置(6)为偏心转轮(3),所述偏心转轮(3)沿其偏心轴旋转时能够推动所述沿着传动部(5)沿着连接杆(4)上下移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述传动部(5)远离连接座(2)的一侧开设有弧形凹槽(50),所述偏心转轮(3)的弧形自锁面与所述弧形凹槽(50)配合连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述连接座(2)的前端形成有导向凹槽(24),与此相对应的,传动部(5)底部形成有与导向凹槽(24)位置相对应的导向凸块(51);连接槽(21)的上导向口(22)端部垂直布设有横向导向口(25),导向 凸块(51)穿过横向导向口(25)相抵于导向凹槽(24)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述导向凸块(51)呈弧形结构,导向凸块(51)弧形结构与传动部(5)圆弧结构的弧度相一致。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述连接座(2)底部形成有与下导向口(23)相适配的导向部(27),导向部(27)的宽度小于连接座(2)的宽度,导向部(27)的高度与第二型材(20)板材的厚度相一致。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述导向部(27)的前度呈圆弧过渡。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种快速安装锁紧机构,其特征在于:所述连接座(2)的前端形成有锥形导向面(52),锥形导向面(52)位于导向部(27)的前端。
