Description
本发明涉及微型喷雾器,尤其是一种新型香水泵。
目前,市场上销售的微型喷雾器产品很多,这些微型喷雾器通过按压按钮或喷头,可将容器内的液体雾化喷出;其工作原理是:利用大气压平衡原理,活塞在泵体中运动,使泵体内气体流动,压强变小,泵体外的压强不变,泵体内、外产生压强差,通过压强差将就液体导流出泵体,当液体碰到高速气流时瞬间雾化;即利用伯努利原理:同一流质中,流速大,压强小;流速小,压强大。这些喷雾器产品广泛地应用于养花、美发店、美容等领域,其中一些按压头帽的微型喷雾器,主要应用于美容领域的香水喷洒,或称为香水泵。香水泵一般是安装在容器的开口处,用于通过使用者的手动按压操作,将容器内的液体排出,以供使用。
但是现有的香水泵组成零部件较多,结构复杂,增加生产成本,由于锁紧盖与泵体之间是固定连接,使得喷液量都是固定的,无法进行喷液量的调整,爆发力较差;而且在使用时,只能先将泵体竖直放置,才能通过按压按钮将瓶体内的液体喷出,使用很不方便,用户体验感较差。
本发明正是基于以上的不足而产生的。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,成本低的新型香水泵。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了下述技术方案:一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,包括有伸入瓶体内的泵体1,泵体1上设置有泵室2,所述的泵室2内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件3,所述的泵体1上并位于泵室2的上端可拆连接有能防止抽吸组件3从泵室2内脱出的锁紧盖4,所述的泵体1上还设置有能将其固定到瓶体上的氧化铝卡口5;所述的抽吸组件3包括有能穿过锁紧盖4并具有抽吸通道311的上泵杆31,所述的上泵杆31上开设有与抽吸通道311相连通的出液口312,上泵杆31上还设置有与泵室2内壁滑动密封的吸塞32,所述的泵室2内还设有能密封所述出液口312并在上泵杆31向下运动时能打开出液口312的阀芯33,所述的阀芯33上套设有能被阀芯33带着上下运动的活塞6,所述的泵室2内并位于吸塞32与活塞6之间形成储液腔201,所述的活塞6与泵室2内壁之间设有能够连通瓶体内液体与储液腔201的连通通道601,所述的活塞6与泵室2内壁之间还设有在活塞6被阀芯33推着向下运动时能够阻断瓶体内液体与储液腔201的阻断结构;所述阀芯33的下端设置有能将阀芯33上端保持在抽吸通道311内进而阻断出液口312出液的弹簧34,所述上泵杆31上设置有按钮7。
如上所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的阻断结构包括 设在泵室2内壁上的环形凸台21,所述的活塞6包括本体61,所述的本体61上端设有在活塞向下运动时能与环形凸台21抵靠密封的环形凸缘611。
如上所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的本体61下端设有能与环形凸台21抵靠配合的环形凸边612,所述的环形凸边612上开设有多个向本体内侧凹进的凹槽613,所述的凹槽613与所述的环形凸台21围成所述的连通通道601。
如上所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述锁紧盖4的下端外侧设置有一圈环形凸块41,所述泵体1的上端内侧壁设置有可供所述环形凸块41卡入的卡接槽11,所述锁紧盖4上还设置有能顶靠在泵体1上端的承靠边42。
如上所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述泵体1的侧壁上并位于活塞6的上方开设有通气孔12。
如上所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的阀芯33上开设有可供弹簧34一端伸入的定位槽331。
如上所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的上泵杆31与所述吸塞32为一体成型的整体结构。
如上所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的按钮7包括有与上泵杆31固定连接的导流部71,导流部71的外部套设有氧化铝外罩72。
如上所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的泵体1的下方还设置有引液管8。
如上所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的氧化铝卡口5内还设置有垫片9。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种新型香水泵,达到了如下效果:
1、本发明的结构简单,摒弃了传统的采用泵珠作为单向阀的结构,通过在泵室内设置有能被阀芯带着上下运动的活塞,使活塞与吸塞之间形成储液腔,活塞与泵室内壁之间设有能够连通瓶体内液体与储液腔的连通通道,活塞与泵室内壁之间还设有在活塞被阀芯推着向下运动时能够阻断瓶体内液体与储液腔的阻断结构,通过活塞与阀芯以及活塞与泵室内壁的配合,可以使香水泵在不同角度使用,不再受位置的限定,使用方便,减少零部件,降低成本。
2、本发明的锁紧盖与泵体可拆卸连接,通过更换锁紧盖可以调整抽吸组件的回弹高度,进而调整液体的喷出量,满足不同客户的需求,使产品系列化,结构简单,成本低。

如图1至图7所示,一种新型香水泵,包括有伸入瓶体内的泵体1,泵体1上设置有泵室2,所述的泵室2内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件3,所述的泵体1上并位于泵室2的上端可拆连接有能防止抽吸组件3从泵室2内脱出的锁紧盖4,所述的泵体1上还设置有能将其固定到瓶体上的氧化铝卡口5;所述的抽吸组件3包括有能穿过锁紧盖4并具有抽吸通道311的上泵杆31,所述的上泵杆31上开设有与抽吸通道311相连通的出液口312,上泵杆31上还设置有与泵室2内壁滑动密封的吸塞32,所述的泵室2内还设有能密封所述出液口312并在上泵杆31向下运动时能打开出液口312的阀芯33,上泵杆在向下运动时,由于泵室内受到挤压,气压突然增大,这时阀芯会在上泵杆向下运动时与上泵杆产生间隙,进而打开出液口使得液体从出液口喷出;所述的阀芯33上套设有能被阀芯33带着上下运动的活塞6,所述的泵室2内并位于吸塞32与活塞6之间形成储液腔201,所述的活塞6与泵室2内壁 之间设有能够连通瓶体内液体与储液腔201的连通通道601,所述的活塞6与泵室2内壁之间还设有在活塞6被阀芯33推着向下运动时能够阻断瓶体内液体与储液腔201的阻断结构;所述阀芯33的下端设置有能将阀芯33上端保持在抽吸通道311内进而阻断出液口312出液的弹簧34,所述上泵杆31上设置有按钮7。本发明的结构简单,摒弃了传统的采用泵珠作为单向阀的结构,通过在泵室内设置有能被阀芯带着上下运动的活塞,使活塞与吸塞之间形成储液腔,活塞与泵室内壁之间设有能够连通瓶体内液体与储液腔的连通通道,活塞与泵室内壁之间还设有在活塞被阀芯推着向下运动时能够阻断瓶体内液体与储液腔的阻断结构,通过活塞与阀芯以及活塞与泵室内壁的配合,可以使香水泵在不同角度使用,不再受位置的限定,使用方便,减少零部件,降低成本;同时本发明的锁紧盖与泵体可拆卸连接,通过更换锁紧盖可以调整抽吸组件的回弹高度,进而调整液体的喷出量,满足不同客户的需求,使产品系列化,结构简单,成本低。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的阻断结构包括设在泵室2内壁上的环形凸台21,所述的活塞6包括本体61,所述的本体61上端设有在活塞向下运动时能与环形凸台21抵靠密封的环形凸缘611,当阀芯33带动活塞向下运动时,本体61上的环形凸缘611会抵靠在环形凸台21上进行对储液腔201的密封,在继续下压上泵杆时,由于吸塞对储液腔的挤压使得阀芯与上泵杆产生缝隙,储液腔内的液体从出液口喷出。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的本体61下端设有能 与环形凸台21抵靠配合的环形凸边612,所述的环形凸边612上开设有多个向本体内侧凹进的凹槽613,所述的凹槽613与所述的环形凸台21围成所述的连通通道601。在上泵杆向上运动时,阀芯在弹簧的弹力作用下上升,进而带动活塞上移,此时活塞与泵室之间的连通通道601被打开。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述锁紧盖4的下端外侧设置有一圈环形凸块41,所述泵体1的上端内侧壁设置有可供所述环形凸块41卡入的卡接槽11,所述锁紧盖4上还设置有能顶靠在泵体1上端的承靠边42。采用这种结构,便于锁紧盖与泵体拆卸连接,在更换锁紧盖之后,由于锁紧盖的结构发生变化,使得抽吸组件在按压后的回弹高度会发生变化,进而调整液体的喷出量,可以满足不同客户的需求,使产品系列化,结构简单,成本低。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述泵体1的侧壁上并位于活塞6的上方开设有通气孔12。可以使瓶体内的压强与瓶体外部保持一致。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的阀芯33上开设有可供弹簧34一端伸入的定位槽331;设置定位槽防止弹簧发生偏移,结构稳定。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的上泵杆31与所述吸塞32为一体成型的整体结构,使产品结构简单化。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的按钮7包括有与上泵杆31固定连接的导流部71,导流部71的外部套设有氧化铝外罩72。 可通过更换氧化铝外罩来避免视觉疲劳。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的泵体1的下方还设置有引液管8。
如图1至图7所示,在本实施例中,所述的氧化铝卡口5内还设置有垫片9;防止液体泄漏。
使用时,向下按压按钮,抽吸组件跟随按钮向下运动,上泵杆带动阀芯向下运动,由于阀芯与活塞之间滑动密封连接,使得活塞下方的液体会沿着活塞与泵室之间的连通通道向上运动进入到储液腔内,由于活塞跟随阀芯向下运动,本体61上的环形凸缘611会先抵靠在环形凸台21上并对储液腔201密封,在继续下压上泵杆的过程中,由于吸塞对储液腔的挤压使得储液腔内的压力不断变大,而且吸塞会一直顶靠在活塞上端放置活塞由于压力过大而上移,此时由于储液腔内的压力瞬间增大,阀芯与上泵杆产生会缝隙,储液腔内的液体从出液口喷出。
Claims (10)
- 一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,包括有伸入瓶体内的泵体(1),泵体(1)上设置有泵室(2),所述的泵室(2)内设置有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的液体向上抽出的抽吸组件(3),所述的泵体(1)上并位于泵室(2)的上端可拆连接有能防止抽吸组件(3)从泵室(2)内脱出的锁紧盖(4),所述的泵体(1)上还设置有能将其固定到瓶体上的氧化铝卡口(5);所述的抽吸组件(3)包括有能穿过锁紧盖(4)并具有抽吸通道(311)的上泵杆(31),所述的上泵杆(31)上开设有与抽吸通道(311)相连通的出液口(312),上泵杆(31)上还设置有与泵室(2)内壁滑动密封的吸塞(32),所述的泵室(2)内还设有能密封所述出液口(312)并在上泵杆(31)向下运动时能打开出液口(312)的阀芯(33),所述的阀芯(33)上套设有能被阀芯(33)带着上下运动的活塞(6),所述的泵室(2)内并位于吸塞(32)与活塞(6)之间形成储液腔(201),所述的活塞(6)与泵室(2)内壁之间设有能够连通瓶体内液体与储液腔(201)的连通通道(601),所述的活塞(6)与泵室(2)内壁之间还设有在活塞(6)被阀芯(33)推着向下运动时能够阻断瓶体内液体与储液腔(201)的阻断结构;所述阀芯(33)的下端设置有能将阀芯(33)上端保持在抽吸通道(311)内进而阻断出液口(312)出液的弹簧(34),所述上泵杆(31)上设置有按钮(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的阻断结构包括设在泵室(2)内壁上的环形凸台(21),所述的活塞(6)包括本体(61),所述的本体(61)上端设有在活塞向下运动时 能与环形凸台(21)抵靠密封的环形凸缘(611)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的本体(61)下端设有能与环形凸台(21)抵靠配合的环形凸边(612),所述的环形凸边(612)上开设有多个向本体内侧凹进的凹槽(613),所述的凹槽(613)与所述的环形凸台(21)围成所述的连通通道(601)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述锁紧盖(4)的下端外侧设置有一圈环形凸块(41),所述泵体(1)的上端内侧壁设置有可供所述环形凸块(41)卡入的卡接槽(11),所述锁紧盖(4)上还设置有能顶靠在泵体(1)上端的承靠边(42)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述泵体(1)的侧壁上并位于活塞(6)的上方开设有通气孔(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的阀芯(33)上开设有可供弹簧(34)一端伸入的定位槽(331)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的上泵杆(31)与所述吸塞(32)为一体成型的整体结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的按钮(7)包括有与上泵杆(31)固定连接的导流部(71),导流部(71)的外部套设有氧化铝外罩(72)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的泵体(1)的下方还设置有引液管(8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型香水泵,其特征在于,所述的氧化铝卡口(5)内还设置有垫片(9)。
