Abstract

본 발명의 연골파열 복구용 수술 도구는, 도구 몸체(100)의 버튼결합공(120)에 스프링(310)의 탄성 반발력을 받도록 삽입된 누름버튼(300)을 눌러 하강시키거나 누름을 해제하여 승강시키는 동작을 통해 선택적으로 밀대(200)를 다단계로 소정 폭으로 전진시키면서 밀대 가이드(410) 선단의 니들(411)을 통해 봉합사(10)와 연계 설치된 제1 고정편(501)과 제2 고정편(502)을 차례로 토출시는 무척 간단한 방법을 통하여 제1 고정편(501)과 제2 고정편(502)을 파열된 연골 부위에 간편하고 안전하게 고정 설치할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은, 제1 고정편(501)과 제2 고정편(502)을 토출작동을 명확하게 구분 짓기 때문에 시술자가 제1 고정편(501)을 토출시킨 후에는 안전핀(600)을 누름버튼 내로 삽입시켜 누름버튼(300)의 록킹을 재차 해제시키지 않는 한 누름버튼(300)이 눌러지지 않기 때문에 실수로 제2 고정편(502)을 제 위치가 아닌 다른 위치에 토출시키는 오동작을 방지할 수 있다. 대표도: 도 2a
