Abstract
히알루론산 또는 그의 염 및 폴리페놀 화합물을 포함하는 수분해성 필름에 관한 것으로, CNT(carbon nano tube), 그래핀 및 마그네틱 파티클 형태의 나노필름을 다양한 곳에 전사시키고, 수용액 또는 체내 수분에 의해 녹아 없어질 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 독성이 없어 생체적합적이므로 의료분야에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있고, 전자소자 및 기존 포토리소그래프 공정에서는 잔여물이 남지 않아 소자의 품질 및 성능을 저하시키지 않는 전사체로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
