请参阅图2,图2为充电宝放入本实用新型的共享充电宝的存取装置时的示意图。如图所示,充电宝置于存储腔时,锁扣组件2的锁钩213与充电宝上的锁槽紧扣,弹出组件4被压于充电宝下方。
请参阅图3、图4,图3为借取充电宝时解锁组件3动作后的示意图;图4为借取充电宝时弹出组件4动作后的示意图。如图所示,借取充电宝时,当主控板收到出发信号后,主控板使解锁驱动件31接通电流,解锁驱动件31产生磁性并将解锁推块33顶出,解锁推块33将摇臂锁扣21上的锁杆212向上推动,由于摇臂211与安装架1转动连接,摇臂211在锁杆212的作用下逆时针转动,锁钩213随摇臂211逆时针转动并离开充电宝的锁槽,弹出组件4复位,将充电宝从存储腔顶出;然后锁扣复位件22复位,并推动摇臂211沿顺时针方向转动,锁钩213随摇臂211转动并再次伸入存储腔。
归还充电宝时,将充电宝插入存储腔,充电宝下端沿锁钩213的斜面下滑,将两锁钩213向存储腔外挤压,当充电宝与弹出组件4接触时,充电宝开始将弹出组件4向下压,摇臂211随锁钩213逆时针方向转动,当充电宝的锁槽与锁钩213对应时,锁钩213在锁扣复位件22的作用下弹出与锁槽锁合。

Claims (9)
- 一种共享充电宝的存取装置,其特征在于,包括:安装架,所述安装架上设有存储腔和主控板;两锁扣组件,两所述锁扣组件对称设于所述存储腔两侧并伸入所述存储腔;解锁组件,所述解锁组件设于所述安装架且与所述主控板电连接;弹出组件,所述弹出组件设于所述存储腔下方且伸入所述存储腔;其中,充电宝在存储腔内时,所述锁扣组件与充电宝上的锁槽紧扣,所述弹出组件被压于充电宝下方;借取充电宝时,主控板启动解锁组件,所述解锁组件使所述锁扣组件从所述充电宝的锁槽离开,所述弹出组件复位,将所述充电宝顶出所述存储腔;归还充电宝时,将充电宝沿存储腔下移直到所述锁扣组件与充电宝上的锁槽锁合,弹出组件再次被压于充电宝下方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的共享充电宝的存取装置,其特征在于,每个所述锁扣组件均包括摇臂锁扣和锁扣复位件,所述摇臂锁扣包括摇臂、锁杆和锁钩,所述摇臂与所述安装架转动连接,所述锁杆设于所述摇臂,两所述摇臂上的所述锁杆相互靠近,所述锁钩设于所述摇臂,两所述摇臂上的所述锁钩相对设置并伸入所述存储腔,所述锁扣复位件分别与所在侧的所述摇臂连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的共享充电宝的存取装置,其特征在于,所述锁扣复位件为弹簧,所述弹簧一端与所述安装架连接,所述弹簧另一端与所述摇臂连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的共享充电宝的存取装置,其特征在于,所述摇臂的下端与所述安装架转动连接,所述锁钩设于所述摇臂的上方,所述弹簧与所述摇臂的上方连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的共享充电宝的存取装置,其特征在于,所述摇臂包括竖直部分和第一倾斜部分,所述两摇臂的第一倾斜部分远离所述锁钩的一端相互靠近且与所述安装架转动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的共享充电宝的存取装置,其特征在于,所述锁杆包括水平部分和第二倾斜部分,所述第二倾斜部分与所述摇臂连接,两所述锁杆的所述水平部分相互靠近,所述解锁组件设于所述水平部分的下方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的共享充电宝的存取装置,其特征在于,所述解锁组件包括解锁驱动件、解锁滑杆和解锁推块,所述解锁驱动件设于所述安装架且与主控板电连接,所述解锁滑杆与所述解锁驱动件连接,所述解锁推块设于所述解锁滑杆。
- 根据权利要求7所述的共享充电宝的存取装置,其特征在于,所述解锁驱动件为电磁铁,所述解锁驱动件上设有导向孔,所述解锁滑杆置于所述导向孔并从所述导向孔伸出,所述解锁推块为磁铁,所述解锁驱动件通电后的磁极与解锁推块的磁极相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的共享充电宝的存取装置,其特征在于,所述弹出组件为推出弹针,所述推出弹针设于所述安装架上且伸入所述存储腔。
