优选地,所述雾化座的横截面设为椭圆形结构,所述围壁的横截面也设为椭圆形结构,所述围壁横截面椭圆形的长轴与雾化座主体横截面的长轴呈一定夹角,所述雾化座由耐高温的硅胶制成,所述雾化座的外壁设有多道一体成型的密封环。
优选地,所述雾化座的上端还连接设有用于支撑固定雾化座的环形支架。
优选地,所述环形支架下部设有支架脚,雾化座的上部设有支架槽用于容纳所述支架脚。

该可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器设有导热管和导液条横向直线伸出到储液腔,在电子烟启动预热程序时,雾化单元产生预热热量,预热热量或工作多余的热量通过导液条传导、或通过辐射、或通过热空气传导给导热管,导热管收集的热量可迅速传导给烟液,烟液得以预热、粘度降低流动性增加,使烟液可以较快通过导液条流动至电热丝处,使电热丝雾化烟液的量增大,烟雾随之增加。此预热功能使该电子烟雾化器适用于雾化较稠的烟液、膏状或蜡状烟液等。另外,吸口处喇叭口的结构、底座进气管封口板的设计,可以避免用户吸入小液滴;导热管缺口压住导液条、雾化座上环形支架、底座柱塞的结构,可以支撑固定导液条、雾化座,防止其过热时发生变形松动,也即防止了烟液的泄漏。

如图1、图2所示,本发明一种可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,该电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接时组成电子烟,雾化器包括吸嘴壳1,吸嘴壳1的一端中心设有吸口10、相对的另一端设有开口12,吸口10向内竖直连接设有出烟管11,吸嘴壳1位于吸口10一侧的内部设有用于储存烟液的空腔即储液腔13,吸嘴壳1位于开口一侧的外部设有缩小外径的插接部14,插接部14用于插接到电池杆(图中未示)的连接端内。吸嘴壳1位于插接部14上面的横截面设为自下而上外径渐缩的椭圆形结构,这样可方便嘴唇咬合吸嘴壳1上部,适应人体工程学的需要,而插接部的横截面设为椭圆形结构,方便从上而下的自然过渡,以及与椭圆形电池杆的连接。
如图3-图5所示,吸嘴壳1内,自出烟管11向开口12一侧依次连接设有密封套2、导热管3、雾化单元4、雾化座5、底座6,雾化单元4包括导液条41和缠绕于导液条41中段的电热丝42,与电热丝42两端连接有引线43;密封套2的内壁套设于出烟管11的外壁,导热管3的上端内壁套接于密封套2的外壁,密封套具有密封连接出烟管11与导热管3的作用。出烟管11在吸口10处设置成向外扩张的喇叭口结构,喇叭口结构有助于增大烟雾量和减少烟雾中水滴或液滴的含量,因为烟雾中的水滴或液滴通过喇叭口结构时容易附着于喇叭口内壁,而减少了直接被用户吸入口中的几率。储液腔13由吸嘴壳1的内壁、出烟管11的外壁、导热管3的外壁、雾化座5上端合围而成,导热管3与储液腔13的烟液直接接触,可将电热丝42加热时产生的热量传导给烟液以便预热烟液和降低其粘度,增强烟液的流动性。
导热管3由容易导热的材料如金属材料制成,在电子烟启动预热程序时,雾化单元4产生预热热量,或电子烟正常工作时,雾化单元4产生工作热量,预热热量或工作多余的热量通过导液条41传导给导热管3,或通过辐射、或通过热空气传导给导热管3,导热管3收集的热量可迅速传导给烟液,烟液得以预热、粘度降低流动性增加,使烟液可以较快通过导液条41传导至电热丝42处,使电热丝42雾化烟液的量增大,烟雾随之增加。此预热功能使该电子烟雾化器适用于雾化较稠的烟液、膏状或蜡状烟液等。
雾化座5的上端还连接设有用于支撑固定雾化座的环形支架7,环形支架7用于向下及横向支撑软性的雾化座5,在高温时,雾化座5进一步变软,容易发生变形导致导热管3与雾化座5接触不良而产生泄漏,烟液容易从储液腔13泄漏到凹腔52内进一步泄漏出电子烟外面。进一步地,环形支架7的下部还设有支架脚71,雾化座5的上部设有支架槽57用于容纳支架脚71,支架脚71与支架槽57咬合连接,可以使环形支架7更好地支撑固定雾化座5,防止电子烟雾化器高温工作时产生烟液的泄漏。
如图5-图9所示,雾化座5设于插接部14的内壁,雾化座5的上端设有凸起的围壁51,围壁内向下设有凹腔52,凹腔底部中心向下设有第一进气孔53,围壁上设有相对的半环槽54,导液条架设于半环槽54上,导热管3的下端内壁套接于围壁51的外壁,导热管3下端设有缺口31以便导液条伸出来。凸起的围壁51、凹腔52及半环槽54,可以很好地架设导液条41,凹腔52与上方导热管3的空腔构成了较大的雾化腔8,导液条41与发热丝42可以更多地接触空气,使烟液更好地得到雾化,从而产生更多的电子烟烟雾。导热管3下端设有缺口31以便导液条41横向直线伸出来,使得导热管3可以自上方压住导液条41的两端,使导液条41中段不会变形下陷,维持稳定的雾化条件,导液条41伸出导热管3的外面,即伸出到储液腔13的底部,使得导液条41两端可以直接接触到储液腔13内的烟液,可以更多更快地给雾化单元4供应烟液,从而使烟液雾化顺畅,使用户得到更好的吸烟体验。另外,导液条41横向直线架设,两端伸出到储液腔13直接接触烟液,也可以在电子烟预热时将电热丝42的热量传导致储液腔13内的烟液,起到一定的预热作用。
雾化座5的横截面设为椭圆形结构,围壁51的横截面也设为椭圆形结构,围壁51横截面椭圆形的长轴与雾化座主体横截面的长轴呈一定夹角,这样的结构可以使凹腔52具有更大的容积,雾化量增加的同时,又可以使后述注液通孔56有紧凑的位置安排,避免增大雾化座的横向面积,即避免加大电子烟横向面积。雾化座5由耐高温的硅胶制成,雾化座5的外壁设有多道一体成型的密封环58,这样有助于增加雾化座5与吸嘴壳1的内壁的密封性,防止烟液自储液腔泄漏。
雾化座5位于围壁51的外壁处设有向下的环形槽55,环形槽55用于容纳固定导热管3,这样环形槽55可以夹住导热管3,使两者连接更紧密,具有很好的支撑固定作用,以及具有更好的密封性。
雾化座5设有上下贯通的注液通孔56,底座6上设有与注液通孔56位置相对应的柱塞63,柱塞63用于通过注液通孔56给储液腔13注液后堵塞注液通孔56,避免烟液泄漏。柱塞63贯穿注液通孔56,故同时具有支撑固定雾化座5的作用,防止软性的雾化座5在高温时发生变形导致与吸嘴壳的松脱,避免松脱导致的烟液泄漏。
如图10-图12所示,底座6设于雾化座5的底端并卡接于吸嘴壳1开口侧的内壁,底座6上设有第二进气孔61及与电热丝两端引线电连接的正负电极62,以及设有用于安装正负电极62的电极孔621,底座6具有向上支撑固定雾化座5的作用。
底座6包括底板64和侧壁65,侧壁65上设有凸扣651与吸嘴壳1内壁设有的卡槽进行卡扣连接。设有侧壁65后,底板64与雾化座5底部则具有空间间隙,该间隙用于空气进入到雾化座5的第一进气孔53,同时该间隙还可以收集容纳雾化腔8内烟液雾化时产生并附着在雾化腔8内壁并往下流出的小液滴,防止小液滴被吸入用户口中。
底座6上设有进气管66,进气管66底部贯穿底座6与外界大气相通,进气管66上端面设有倾斜封闭的封口板661,进气管66上端靠近封口板661高侧的侧面设有第二进气孔61,封口板661的有益效果在于可以防止第一进气孔53内掉落的小液滴直接通过进气管66继续掉落到底座6的外部,甚至进一步流到电池杆内部,长期泄漏的液滴会腐蚀电池杆内的电路,造成电路的故障。倾斜的封口板661可以阻挡小液滴,并使得小液滴顺势流落到底板64和侧壁65、雾化座5的底部构成的间隙内,防止烟雾中的小液滴泄漏到底座外,进一步防止电路故障。
如图3所示,自下而上的连续箭头所示方向为空气及烟雾流动方向。本发明吸烟的工作原理是,用户吸烟时吸口10及雾化腔8产生负压,外界空气自底座6的进气管66被吸入,经雾化座的第一进气孔53、凹腔52、雾化腔8,导液条41将储液腔13内的烟液传导至电热丝42,电热丝42通电工作会产生热量,该热量将烟液加热并在雾化腔8中雾化成烟雾,雾化腔8中的烟雾在用户吸力作用下,向上流动至出烟管11,然后经吸口10被用户吸入口中。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,与电池杆连接时组成电子烟,其特征在于:包括吸嘴壳,所述吸嘴壳的一端中心设有吸口、相对的另一端设有开口,所述吸口向内连接设有出烟管,所述吸嘴壳位于吸口一侧的内部设有用于储存烟液的空腔即储液腔,吸嘴壳位于开口一侧的外部设有外径缩小的插接部,所述插接部用于插接到电池杆的连接端内;所述吸嘴壳内自出烟管向开口一侧依次连接设有密封套、导热管、雾化单元、雾化座、底座,所述雾化单元包括导液条和缠绕于导液条中段的电热丝;所述密封套的内壁套设于出烟管的外壁,所述导热管的上端内壁套接于所述密封套的外壁;所述雾化座设于所述插接部的内壁,雾化座的上端设有凸起的围壁,围壁内向下设有凹腔,凹腔底部中心向下设有第一进气孔,所述围壁上设有相对的半环槽,所述导液条架设于所述半环槽上,所述导热管的下端内壁套接于所述围壁的外壁,所述导热管下端设有缺口以便所述导液条伸出来;所述储液腔由吸嘴壳的内壁、出烟管的外壁、导热管的外壁、雾化座上端合围而成,所述导热管与储液腔的烟液直接接触,可将所述电热丝加热时产生的热量传导给烟液以便预热烟液和降低烟液粘度;所述底座设于雾化座底端并卡接于所述吸嘴壳开口侧的内壁,所述底座上设有第二进气孔及与所述电热丝两端引线电连接的正负电极。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述出烟管在吸口处设置成向外扩张的喇叭口结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴壳位于插接部上面的横截面设为自下而上外径渐缩的椭圆形结构,所述插接部的横截面设为椭圆形结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座的横截面设为椭圆形结构,所述围壁的横截面也设为椭圆形结构,所述围壁横截面椭圆形的长轴与雾化座主体横截面的长轴呈一定夹角,所述雾化座由耐高温的硅胶制成,所述雾化座的外壁设有多道一体成型的密封环。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座的上端还连接设有用于支撑固定雾化座的环形支架。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述环形支架下部设有支架脚,雾化座的上部设有支架槽用于容纳所述支架脚。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座位于围壁的外壁处设有向下的环形槽,所述环形槽用于容纳固定所述导热管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座设有上下贯通的注液通孔,所述底座上设有与所述注液通孔位置相对应的柱塞,所述柱塞用于储液腔注液后堵塞注液通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座包括底板和侧壁,所述侧壁上设有凸扣与所述吸嘴壳内壁设有的卡槽进行卡扣连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可预热烟液的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座上设有进气管,所述进气管底部贯穿底座与外界大气相通,进气管上端面设有倾斜封闭的封口板,进气管上端靠近封口板高侧的侧面设有所述第二进气孔。
