Abstract

一种方便装卸的改进集装箱专用集装袋，包括袋体和两根叉子导管，两根叉车用叉子导管穿过袋体上端，并分别固定在袋体上端内壁两侧。使用时，将叉车的叉子直接插入叉车叉子导管，就可快速叉起集装袋。该集装袋能够方便叉车操作，并提高承重力和稳定性。

Description

一种方便装卸的改进集装箱专用集装袋 技术领域
本发明涉及一种方便装卸的改进集装箱专用集装袋。
背景技术
集装箱的高度有限，在把集装袋货物装入集装箱的过程中，需要使用叉车。但目前普通集装袋装箱方式与不足如下：
1、叉车直接叉上集装袋袋耳装入集装箱，其劣势在于：集装箱的容积有限，高度有限，现行集装袋的承重在1吨左右，装箱的时候都是码放两层，装集装箱的集装袋的高度一般最多为集装箱高度的一半，底层可用简单便捷的装入，但是上层袋子由于集装箱高度有限，加上集装袋袋耳的高度叉车无法将上层集装袋装入集装箱，就算降低两层集装袋的高度，就算能将就装入集装箱，卸出集装袋找叉装袋耳也是十分繁琐，需要专人爬入，辅助专业工具才能完成。另外，叉车作业时叉子接触或扎到袋体，容易扎破集装袋。
2、将集装袋放在托盘上叉车连通托盘直接叉入集装箱，其劣势在于：①托盘占用集装箱体积，增加成本；②出口需要熏蒸，熏蒸不过关有退货风险
3、使用开顶柜用吊车吊上集装袋袋耳装入集装箱，其劣势在于：①开顶柜少；②费用昂贵；③开顶柜上顶开放的弊端，不能满足所有产品的装箱需求。
4、CN201821228100.X公开了一种方便装卸的集装箱专用集装袋，是发明人之前申请并授权的专利，但是该专利仍然存在不足，该专利所述的袋体外部设有袋耳，叉车叉子导管穿过袋耳并固定在上面，但是这样的受力不够均匀，当叉起集装箱时，很大一部分的力集中在袋耳上，会导致无法承重而袋耳或袋体破裂，从而局限了用该集装袋叉起较重的集装箱。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有集装袋装入集装箱繁琐、装箱破损率高的问题的同时解决叉起较重集装箱的问题，提供一种方便叉车进入集装箱，方便集装袋在集装箱内叉车码放、卸出，且能够稳定叉起集装箱的改进集装箱专用集装袋。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供的技术方案为：
所述方便装卸的改进集装箱专用集装袋包括袋体(1)和穿过袋体(1)上端并分别固定在袋体(1)上端内壁两侧的两根叉车叉子导管(2)。
优选地，所述袋体(1)上与叉车叉子导管(2)垂直的两端附近环设有加固支撑带(3)。
更优选地，所述加固支撑带(3)环设于袋体(1)外表面或内表面。
优选地，所述袋体(1)上面设有进料口(4)，所述袋体(1)下面设有出料口(5)。
优选地，所述叉车叉子导管(2)两端伸出袋体(1)或与袋体(1)齐平。
优选地，所述叉车叉子导管(2)的直径＞叉车叉子的宽度。
下面对本发明作进一步说明：
本发明中，准备一个稍大于叉车叉子尺寸的导管(该导管可以为钢管、纸管、铁管，塑料管，材质不限)；将导管对称装入袋体上端，形成叉车叉子导管；并将叉车叉子导管固定在袋体上端内壁的两侧，进一步地，在袋体上设置加固支撑带，提高承重力和稳定性。使用时，将叉车的叉子直接插入叉车叉子导管，就可快速叉起集装袋。

参见图1，所述方便装卸的改进集装箱专用集装袋包括袋体1和穿过袋体1上端并分别固定在袋体1上端内壁两侧的两根叉车叉子导管2。
其中，所述袋体1上与叉车叉子导管2垂直的两端附近环设有加固支撑带3。所述加固支撑带3环设于袋体1外表面或内表面。所述袋体1上面设有进料口4，所述袋体1下面设有出料口5。所述叉车叉子导管2两端伸出袋体1或与袋体1齐平。所述叉车叉子导管2的直径＞叉车叉子的宽度。

  1. 一种方便装卸的改进集装箱专用集装袋，其特征在于，所述方便装卸的集装箱专用集装袋包括袋体(1)和穿过袋体(1)上端并分别固定在袋体(1)上端内壁两侧的两根叉车叉子导管(2)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方便装卸的集装箱专用集装袋，其特征在于，所述袋体(1)上与叉车叉子导管(2)垂直的两端附近环设有加固支撑带(3)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方便装卸的集装箱专用集装袋，其特征在于，所述加固支撑带(3)环设于袋体(1)外表面或内表面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方便装卸的集装箱专用集装袋，其特征在于，所述袋体(1)上面设有进料口(4)，所述袋体(1)下面设有出料口(5)。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的方便装卸的集装箱专用集装袋，其特征在于，所述叉车叉子导管(2)两端伸出袋体(1)或与袋体(1)齐平。
  6. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的方便装卸的集装箱专用集装袋，其特征在于，所述叉车叉子导管(2)的直径＞叉车叉子的宽度。
