一种改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋 技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋。
背景技术
现代物流过程中使用小包装袋(≤25kg/包)包装货物使用量很大。随着社会经济的快速发展,及现代社会劳动人口红利的下降。小包装袋货物的转运过程中,怎样做到机械化,高效化,整体化,节约化,标准化是一个急需解决的问题。
小包装袋的货物现在普遍的使用方式如下:
1、人工单包搬运,人工单包码放,人工单包装车,人工单包装集装箱,人工单包装船。这样劳动强度很高,多次重复搬运效率低,搬运过程中包装物常有破损,工人有安全隐患,搬运过程中还常出现数量清点不准确且需反复验数。
2、小包装袋货物码放软体吊兜上。再用叉车或吊车将软体吊兜上的货物转运。这个过程中由于机械的参与,工作的效率会大幅提高,劳动强度大幅降低。软体吊兜使用场景中会出现以下缺点:由于软体吊兜着力点集中,已经整齐码放在吊兜中的货物经过一次转运就会变形,小包装货物受挤压有破损风险。由于机械起吊致使货物倾斜,二次堆放时需人工将货物重新整理。这种转运方式基本只能保证一次完美使用。
3、小包装袋货物整体规整码放在托盘上,再用打包带及缠绕膜将袋装货物固定在托盘上,后期用叉车将货物快速转运。这样货物在托盘的支撑下,货物可以多次转运,堆高。这种方式是现阶段最安全,高效,准确的方式。这种模式中托盘是关键物件,经济快速发展造成托盘需求量大幅增长,现有转运托盘材质主要是木材(≥15kg/片),塑料(≥15kg/片)。这两种材料成本居高不下后期看涨。这两种材料大量使用也不利于资源节约环境友好。托盘占用运输载体容积,增加成本;木托盘在随货物出口过程中需要熏蒸,熏蒸不过关有退货风险。
发明人曾经为解决现有集装袋装入集装箱繁琐、装箱破损率高的问题的同时解决叉起较重集装箱的问题,申请了201921416820 .3号专利并取得了授权,且投入到了实际运用中。虽然,由于发明人的在先专利很好地解决了本领域长期以来未解决的难题,受到市场的高度认可,但该在先专利的用途主要是用于装卸粉体或颗粒料等可以直接从集装袋入料口装入的物料,却无法解决已经由小包装袋(≤25kg/包)包装好的袋装货物的问题,虽然大家都想将该技术借鉴到运输小包装袋货物中,可是小包装袋包装的货物既不能直接投入到在先专利所述的集装袋中,又不能将小包装袋拆开将所包装货物直接倒入集装袋中。以至于即使发明人将改进的集装袋投入市场应用,却依旧没人思考和解决小包装袋包装的货物运输的问题,小包装袋包装的货物还是采取的传统的直接单个单个码到集装箱中、或者用软体吊兜装入集装箱中、或者先放在托盘上再将托盘装入集装箱中,费时费力费钱还效率低。于是发明人后来又申请了PCT/CN2021/125926(一种小包袋装货物专用集装袋),该集装袋本体展开为一个平面,该平面包括底板面以及分别与底板面四边折合式连接的前侧板面、后侧板面、左侧板面和右侧板面;所述后侧板面的外端边设有与该外端边折合式连接的顶板面;所述左侧板面外端边的内表面和右侧板面外端边的内表面均设有两端敞口的叉车叉子通道;所述前侧板面外端边的两个拐角处、后侧板面外端边的两个拐角处均设有与叉车叉子通道的敞口对应的开口;所述集装袋本体折合时,所述前侧板面、后侧板面、左侧板面和右侧板面中相邻两个板面的侧边通过连接件固接。较好地解决了现有的技术问题,但是在实践时可能因为是全折叠式样的,导致仍然存在不能承受较大重量及小包货物整体包裹性差的问题。
实用新型
本实用新型旨在解决现有集装袋在实际应用中的问题,提供一种改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋。

下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本实用新型中,在将袋体设计成四角具有加强筋吊耳且加强筋吊耳缝制于袋体侧面双经布制成的加强带上的同时,在袋体上取消了进料口和出料口,而是将袋体设置成具有顶盖的式样,当需要装小包装袋时,掀开顶盖装货即可,装货后,再将顶盖盖好并将设置于顶盖盖檐处和顶盖两侧的锁紧绳与袋体下部的锁紧孔锁紧。当叉车的叉子从加筋带吊耳穿过并叉起装满小包装货物的及集装袋时,可以很稳定地起吊装满重物的集装袋,在吊运过程中不会产生袋体脱落、吊耳绷断的现象。本实用新型的设计很好地解决了发明人此前设计的小包装装货专用集装袋存在的不足。
作为一种优选方案,本实用新型中将叉车叉齿通道的侧面整个缝合在袋体顶面两侧,然后通过四角的加强筋吊耳加固。设计的加强筋吊耳不需要整体环绕袋体,而是至设置在四个顶角处,加强筋吊耳的一端缝合在袋体一侧面、另一端缝合在袋体的另一侧面,而加强筋吊耳刚好绕过叉车叉齿通道上邻近通道口的位置,并且加强筋吊耳也和叉车叉齿通道缝合。这样,加强筋吊耳不仅与袋体缝合,而且还和叉车叉齿通道缝合,完美地起到了承受较大重力的效果。
作为一种优选方案,本实用新型中选择三角皮带或线管弹簧作为弹性支撑,三角皮带和线管弹簧是发明人经过多种产品比对后最终确定和选择的,三角皮带和线管弹簧具有它独特的包括记忆、弹力、拉力等力学性能,同时又具有它的柔韧性,预埋在加强筋吊耳内部时不会因为运输挤压、摩擦等刺穿袋体。本实用新型中所述的弹簧为线管弹簧,其成本比三角皮带更有低。
另外,考虑到集装袋的跟踪和定位,本实用新型在集装袋上设置定位装置,通过后台系统能够接收集装袋的位置等物理信息。

参见图2,所述改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋包括顶部敞口的袋体(1)和一侧边与袋体(1)缝合的顶盖(2);所述袋体(1)顶部四角各设有加强筋吊耳(3),所述加强筋吊耳(3)一端起始于袋体(1)的一侧面的上部,加强筋吊耳(3)另一端终止于袋体(1)的另一侧面的上部,所述加强筋吊耳(3)的起始端和终止端位于袋体(1)相邻的两个侧面上,所述加强筋吊耳(3)与袋体(1)缝合连接;所述顶盖(2)上与袋体(1)缝合边相对的另一边设有盖檐(4),所述盖檐(4)上设有锁紧绳(5);所述袋体(1)侧面下部设有与锁紧绳(5)相配合的锁紧孔(6)。所述顶盖(2)的另外两侧边上也设有锁紧绳(5)。所述盖檐(4)上是设有三条锁紧绳(5),顶盖(2)的另外两侧边上是各设有一条锁紧绳(5);设有锁紧绳(5)的一侧对应的袋体(1)的侧面底部上设有锁紧孔(6),锁紧绳(5)的数量与锁紧孔(6)的数量相同。所述改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋还包括侧面缝合于袋体(1)顶部两侧边的两根叉车叉齿通道(7);所述加强筋吊耳(3)一端起始于袋体(1)的一侧面的上部,然后向上延伸并从叉车叉齿通道(7)顶面绕过后,加强筋吊耳(3)另一端终止于袋体(1)的另一侧面的上部,所述加强筋(3)的起始端和终止端位于袋体(1)相邻的两个侧面上。所述加强筋吊耳(3)与叉车叉齿通道(7)缝合连接。所述叉车叉齿通道(7)的通道口处内侧环设有A弹性支撑。所述叉车叉齿通道(7)两端伸出袋体(1)或与袋体(1)齐平。所述叉车叉齿通道(7)的直径>叉车叉齿的宽度。所述A弹性支撑为与叉车叉齿通道(7)的通道口内壁贴合的弹性环。所述袋体(1)侧面纵向设置若干条双经布制成的加强带,所述加强筋吊耳(3)缝制于加强带的位置。所述袋体(1)底面不设出料口。所述改进集装箱专用集装袋上设有定位装置。所述加强筋吊耳(3)内部设有B弹性支撑。所述B弹性支撑为三角皮带或线管弹簧。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋包括顶部敞口的袋体(1)和一侧边与袋体(1)缝合的顶盖(2);所述袋体(1)顶部四角各设有加强筋吊耳(3),所述加强筋吊耳(3)一端起始于袋体(1)的一侧面的上部,加强筋吊耳(3)另一端终止于袋体(1)的另一侧面的上部,所述加强筋吊耳(3)的起始端和终止端位于袋体(1)相邻的两个侧面上,所述加强筋吊耳(3)与袋体(1)缝合连接;所述顶盖(2)上与袋体(1)缝合边相对的另一边设有盖檐(4),所述盖檐(4)上设有锁紧绳(5);所述袋体(1)侧面下部设有与锁紧绳(5)相配合的锁紧孔(6)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述顶盖(2)的另外两侧边上也设有锁紧绳(5)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋还包括侧面缝合于袋体(1)顶部两侧边的两根叉车叉齿通道(7);所述加强筋吊耳(3)一端起始于袋体(1)的一侧面的上部,然后向上延伸并从叉车叉齿通道(7)顶面绕过后,加强筋吊耳(3)另一端终止于袋体(1)的另一侧面的上部,所述加强筋(3)的起始端和终止端位于袋体(1)相邻的两个侧面上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述所述的改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述加强筋吊耳(3)与叉车叉齿通道(7)缝合连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述所述的改进小包袋装货物专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述叉车叉齿通道(7)的通道口处内侧环设有A弹性支撑;所述叉车叉齿通道(7)两端伸出袋体(1)或与袋体(1)齐平。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的改进集装箱专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述叉车叉齿通道(7)的直径>叉车叉齿的宽度。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的改进集装箱专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述A弹性支撑为与叉车叉齿通道(7)的通道口内壁贴合的弹性环。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的改进集装箱专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述袋体(1)侧面纵向设置若干条双经布制成的加强带,所述加强筋吊耳(3)缝制于加强带的位置。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的改进集装箱专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述袋体(1)底面不设出料口。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的改进集装箱专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述改进集装箱专用集装袋上设有定位装置。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的改进集装箱专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述加强筋吊耳(3)内部设有B弹性支撑。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的改进集装箱专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述B弹性支撑为三角皮带或弹簧。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的改进集装箱专用集装袋,其特征在于,所述弹簧为线管弹簧。
