在本申请的车载显示装置中,至少一所述第一显示屏与至少一所述第二显示屏拼接形成所述显示屏组,用于翻转展开所述第一显示屏的所述非弯曲部的边沿用于与所述第二显示屏靠近所述第一显示屏一侧的边沿拼接形成所述显示屏组。
在本申请的车载显示装置中,所述第一显示屏包括保护壳以及设置于所述保护壳内的显示面板,所述第一显示屏的所述非弯曲部远离所述弯曲部的一端设置有卷轴,所述卷轴位于所述保护壳内且两端依附于所述保护壳上,所述显示面板包括延伸部,所述卷轴用于收卷或展开所述显示面板的所述延伸部。
在本申请的车载显示装置中,所述保护壳内还设置有弹性构件,所述弹性构件依附于所述保护壳内,且所述弹性构件的一端与所述显示面板的所述延伸部连接。
在本申请的车载显示装置中,所述保护壳包括对应所述非弯曲部的刚性部以及对应所述弯曲部的柔性部,其中所述刚性部远离所述柔性部的一端设置有刚性延伸部,所述刚性延伸部的至少一部分嵌设于所述刚性部内,所述卷轴依附于所述刚性延伸部上,通过所述刚性延伸部沿平行于所述刚性部所在平面的方向移动以带动所述卷轴转动。
在本申请的车载显示装置中,所述刚性延伸部与所述刚性部通过滑轨连接,且所述保护壳上设置有锁扣,当所述刚性延伸部沿所述滑轨移动时,所述锁扣处于打开状态,当所述刚性延伸部移动至预设距离后所述锁扣处于关闭状态。
在本申请的车载显示装置中,所述车厢包括车顶、挡风玻璃、中控台、遮阳板以及后视镜,所述第二显示屏依附于所述中控台上,所述第一显示屏依附于所述车顶靠近所述挡风玻璃一侧且与所述第二显示屏相对应的位置,所述第一显示屏展开后用于与所述第二显示屏形成所述显示屏组。
在本申请的车载显示装置中,所述遮阳板和/或所述后视镜为所述第一显示屏。
在本申请的车载显示装置中,所述车厢还包括座椅,所述第二显示屏依附于所述座椅的靠背后面,所述第一显示屏依附于所述车顶上且与所述第二显示屏相对应的位置,所述第一显示屏展开后用于与所述第二显示屏形成所述显示屏组。
本申请的有益效果为:本申请提供的车载显示装置及具有车载显示装置的汽车,通过将柔性折叠显示屏运用于车载显示,可极大的节省了显示装置的空间占比,为其他装置的设计提供了空间;另外,本申请的车载显示装置可兼作为汽车中的遮阳板/后视镜等构件,进一步的节省了空间,且柔性折叠显示屏具有重量轻、体积小等优势,展开后可与汽车内的其他显示屏拼接形成大面积显示的显示屏组,使得车载显示装置的设置更加灵活方便。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本申请可用以实施的特定实施例。本申请所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本申请,而非用以限制本申请。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
本申请针对现有的车载显示装置占据较多的表面区域,以及因体积和重量等因素使布设位置受到局限的技术问题,本实施例能够解决该缺陷。
如图1所示,为本申请实施例提供的汽车内车载显示装置的结构示意图。所述车载显示装置1依附于车厢2内,如图1中的a1和a2所示,分别为所述车载显示装置1在所述车厢2内的正视图和侧视图,所述车载显示装置1包括相互独立且相对设置的第一显示屏11与第二显示屏12,所述第二显示屏12可以设置于所述车厢2内的中控台21上,但不以此为限,也可以设置于所述车厢2的其他位置。所述第一显示屏11设置于所述第二显示屏12的上方。其中至少所述第一显示屏11为柔性折叠显示屏。所述第一显示屏11展开后用于与所述第二显示屏12拼接以形成显示屏组。
在本申请的其他实施例中,所述第一显示屏11与所述第二显示屏12均为所述柔性折叠显示屏,所述第一显示屏11与所述第二显示屏12展开后拼接形成所述显示屏组。本实施例中仅以所述第一显示屏11为柔性折叠显示屏,所述第二显示屏12为液晶显示屏为例进行详细说明。
结合图2和图3所示,所述第一显示屏11包括弯曲部11a以及位于所述弯曲部11a两侧的非弯曲部11b,其中一所述非弯曲部11b用于依附于所述车厢2上,另一所述非弯曲部11b通过所述弯曲部11a以将所述第一显示屏11折叠或展开。
所述第一显示屏11包括保护壳111以及设置于所述保护壳111内的显示面板112,所述保护壳111用于保护所述显示面板112。所述第一显示屏11的所述非弯曲部11b远离所述弯曲部11a的一端设置有卷轴113,所述卷轴113位于所述保护壳111内且两端依附于所述保护壳111上,所述卷轴113的直径小于所述保护壳111形成的容置腔的高度,即所述卷轴113与所述保护壳111的上下表面存在预设尺寸的空隙。
其中,所述保护壳111包括对应所述非弯曲部11b的刚性部111a以及对应所述弯曲部11a的柔性部111b,本实施例不对所述刚性部111a以及所述柔性部111b的结构及材质进行限制,只要两所述刚性部111a通过所述柔性部111b能够实现折叠或展开即可。
图3为图2中柔性折叠显示屏的显示面板的结构示意图,所述显示面板112包括显示部112a和延伸部112b,所述卷轴113用于收卷或展开所述显示面板112的所述延伸部112b。其中,所述显示面板112的所述延伸部112b的端部与所述卷轴113粘接。所述延伸部112b也具备显示功能,在所述第一显示屏11展开时,所述延伸部112b绕卷于所述卷轴113上,此时,绕卷于所述卷轴113上的所述延伸部112b的部分不用于显示,所述显示面板112的其余部分用于显示。
结合图2和图4所示,其中在所述保护壳111的所述刚性部111a远离所述柔性部111b的一端设置有刚性延伸部111a’,刚性延伸部111a’设置于所述保护壳111的两端,此处仅以一端的所述刚性延伸部111a’为例进行说明。所述刚性延伸部111a’的至少一部分嵌设于所述刚性部111a内,所述卷轴113依附于所述刚性延伸部111a’上,通过所述刚性延伸部111a’沿平行于所述刚性部111a所在平面的方向移动以带动所述卷轴113转动,从而带动所述显示面板112的所述延伸部112b收卷或展开。
其中,将所述刚性延伸部111a’向外(远离柔性部111b的方向)拉时,所述显示面板112的延伸部112b被展开,此时,所述第一显示屏11相较于未延伸时的面积进行了扩展增大,且被展开的所述延伸部112b的部分与所述显示部112a均用于显示;将所述刚性延伸部111a’向内(靠近柔性部111b的方向)推时,所述显示面板112的所述延伸部112b被收卷,若所述延伸部112b被完全收卷,则所述显示部112a用于显示,若所述延伸部112b被部分收卷,则所述显示部112a以及未收卷的所述延伸部112b共同用于显示。
所述刚性延伸部111a’与所述刚性部111a通过滑轨A与滑轮(未图示)组成的滑动组件进行移动,但不限于此,还可以为其他常用的移动方式。采用这种“抽屉式”的设计,在需要所述第一显示屏11的空间占比较小时,可将所述刚性延伸部111a’收纳至所述刚性部111a内,再将所述第一显示屏11进行折叠;当需要大面积显示时,可将所述刚性延伸部111a’拉出,以获得大尺寸显示。
另外,所述保护壳111上设置有锁扣B,当所述刚性延伸部111a’沿所述滑轨A移动时,所述锁扣B处于打开状态,当所述刚性延伸部111a’移动至预设距离后所述锁扣B处于关闭状态,以将所述刚性延伸部111a’与所述刚性部111a固定,避免所述刚性延伸部111a’发生位移。
在另一种实施例中,所述保护壳111内还设置有弹性构件C,所述弹性构件C依附于所述保护壳111内,且所述弹性构件C的一端与所述显示面板112的所述延伸部112b连接。例如,如图5所示,所述卷轴113为空腔结构,且在所述卷轴113的表面设置有开口部113a,所述卷轴113的内部设置有所述弹性构件C,所述延伸部112b的一端经由所述开口部113a与所述弹性构件C的一端固定,所述弹性构件C的另一端依附于所述卷轴113上,所述弹性构件C对所述延伸部112b存在预拉力,从而保证所述显示面板112表面的平整性,防止褶皱;同时,保证所述延伸部112b被完全展开时不至于因拉力过大导致所述显示面板112的损坏。
在本实施例中,所述弹性构件C为卷簧,但并不以此为限。
结合图6和图7所示,为所述柔性折叠显示屏折叠后的结构示意图。所述显示面板112的所述延伸部112b收卷于所述卷轴113上,所述柔性折叠显示屏两侧的所述非弯曲部11b通过折叠后相互贴合。
值得注意的是,所述柔性折叠显示屏在折叠状态与展开状态下均可进行延伸。其中,在展开状态下的延伸如上述图4中的描述,此处不再赘述;在折叠状态下即所述柔性折叠显示屏不用于显示时,也可以对其进行延伸,延伸方式与展开状态下的延伸方式相似,具体请参照上述图4中的描述。
还需要说明的是,所述柔性折叠显示屏的延伸可以为单侧延伸,即只对一侧的所述非弯曲部11b进行延伸,也可以为双侧延伸,即对两侧的所述非弯曲部11b均进行延伸。
在本申请中,至少一所述第一显示屏11与至少一所述第二显示屏12拼接形成所述显示屏组,其中,用于翻转展开所述第一显示屏11的所述非弯曲部11b的边沿用于与所述第二显示屏12靠近所述第一显示屏11一侧的边沿拼接形成所述显示屏组。
如图8所示,为本申请实施例一提供的汽车内车载显示装置的结构示意图。所述车厢2包括但不限于中控台21、车顶22、挡风玻璃23、座椅24以及遮阳板,以所述遮阳板为所述第一显示屏11,与所述中控台21上的所述第二显示屏12拼接形成显示屏组为例进行详细说明。
图8中b1~b4的图示为所述车载显示装置在所述车厢内的正视图;b1’~b4’的图示为所述车载显示装置在所述车厢内的侧视图。如图中b1和b1’所示,所述第一显示屏11的两个非弯曲部11b的面积相等,且其中一所述非弯曲部11b整面贴合于所述车顶22靠近所述挡风玻璃23一侧且与所述第二显示屏12相对应的位置,将所述第一显示屏11由折叠状态展开预设角度后,使其与所述中控台21上的所述第二显示屏12拼接形成所述显示屏组。其中,所述第一显示屏11展开的角度可根据遮阳效果进行调整,此处不做限制。
如图中b2和b2’所示,相较于图中的b1和b1’,该组图示中用于翻转展开所述第一显示屏11的所述非弯曲部11b翻转至与所述挡风玻璃23表面贴合,所述第一显示屏11与所述第二显示屏12拼接形成所述显示屏组。
如图中b3和b3’所示,所述第一显示屏11的两个非弯曲部11b的面积不相等,且其中面积较小的所述非弯曲部11b整面贴合于所述车顶22上,另一所述非弯曲部11b翻转贴合至所述挡风玻璃23表面,并与所述第二显示屏12拼接形成所述显示屏组。
如图中b4和b4’所示,该组图示中的所述第一显示屏11呈180°展开,并且与所述第二显示屏12在同一平面上,所述第一显示屏11的边沿与所述第二显示屏12的边沿实现无缝拼接,从而形成所述显示屏组。
需要说明的是,图8中的所述第一显示屏11展开后,可根据实际需求对所述第一显示屏11进行单侧或双侧延伸。
当然,所述车厢内的其他部件也可以为所述第一显示屏11,如后视镜等,此处不做限制。
如图9所示,在一种实施例中,所述第二显示屏12也可以活动,比如可以通过调整倾斜角度,与所述第一显示屏11无缝对接,使得所述座椅24调整角度后,驾驶员有更好的视觉角度。其中,图中c1~c3的图示为所述车载显示装置在所述车厢内的正视图;c1’~c3’的图示为所述车载显示装置在所述车厢内的侧视图。
如图10所示,为本申请实施例二提供的汽车内车载显示装置的结构示意图。与实施例一不同之处为:本实施例可根据所述车厢内各显示屏设计的不同,拼接方式有多种,不局限于“一对一”拼接,也可以为“多对多”或“一对多”的方式拼接。如图10中的d1~d4所示,一所述第一显示屏11可以对应与至少两所述第二显示屏12拼接形成所述显示屏组;或者,一所述第二显示屏12可以对应与至少两所述第一显示屏11拼接形成所述显示屏组;或者,至少两所述第一显示屏11与对应的至少两所述第二显示屏12拼接形成所述显示屏组。附图中仅示意了四种拼接方式,但不以此为限。
如图11所示,为本申请实施例三提供的汽车内车载显示装置的结构示意图。图中e1~e2的图示为所述车载显示装置在所述车厢内的正视图;e1’~e2’的图示为所述车载显示装置在所述车厢内的侧视图。本实施例与上述实施例一、二不同之处为:在所述车厢的后座箱,也可由位于所述车顶22的所述第一显示屏11和位于所述座椅24后面的所述第二显示屏12拼接形成所述显示屏组。具体地,所述第二显示屏12依附于所述座椅24的靠背后面,所述第一显示屏11依附于所述车顶22上且与所述第二显示屏12相对应的位置,所述第一显示屏11展开后用于与所述第二显示屏12形成所述显示屏组。
本申请通过将柔性折叠显示屏运用于车载显示,可极大的节省了显示装置的空间占比,为其他装置的设计提供了空间;另外,本申请的车载显示装置可兼作为汽车中的遮阳板/后视镜等部件,进一步的节省了空间,且柔性折叠显示屏具有重量轻、体积小等优势,展开后可与汽车内的其他显示屏拼接形成大面积显示的显示屏组,使得车载显示装置的设置更加灵活方便。
本申请还提供一种具有如上所述的车载显示装置的汽车。
综上所述,虽然本申请已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (17)
- 一种车载显示装置,其中,所述车载显示装置依附于车厢内,所述车载显示装置包括相互独立且相对设置的第一显示屏与第二显示屏,其中至少所述第一显示屏为柔性折叠显示屏;所述第一显示屏包括弯曲部以及位于所述弯曲部两侧的非弯曲部,一所述非弯曲部依附于所述车厢上,另一所述非弯曲部通过所述弯曲部以将所述第一显示屏折叠或展开;其中,所述第一显示屏展开后用于与所述第二显示屏拼接以形成显示屏组。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述第一显示屏包括保护壳以及设置于所述保护壳内的显示面板,所述第一显示屏的所述非弯曲部远离所述弯曲部的一端设置有卷轴,所述卷轴位于所述保护壳内且两端依附于所述保护壳上,所述显示面板包括延伸部,所述卷轴用于收卷或展开所述显示面板的所述延伸部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述保护壳内还设置有弹性构件,所述弹性构件依附于所述保护壳内,且所述弹性构件的一端与所述显示面板的所述延伸部连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述保护壳包括对应所述非弯曲部的刚性部以及对应所述弯曲部的柔性部,其中所述刚性部远离所述柔性部的一端设置有刚性延伸部,所述刚性延伸部的至少一部分嵌设于所述刚性部内,所述卷轴依附于所述刚性延伸部上,通过所述刚性延伸部沿平行于所述刚性部所在平面的方向移动以带动所述卷轴转动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述刚性延伸部与所述刚性部通过滑轨连接,且所述保护壳上设置有锁扣,当所述刚性延伸部沿所述滑轨移动时,所述锁扣处于打开状态,当所述刚性延伸部移动至预设距离后所述锁扣处于关闭状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述车厢包括车顶、挡风玻璃、中控台、遮阳板以及后视镜,所述第二显示屏依附于所述中控台上,所述第一显示屏依附于所述车顶靠近所述挡风玻璃一侧且与所述第二显示屏相对应的位置,所述第一显示屏展开后用于与所述第二显示屏形成所述显示屏组。
- 根据权利要求6所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述遮阳板和/或所述后视镜为所述第一显示屏。
- 根据权利要求6所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述车厢还包括座椅,所述第二显示屏依附于所述座椅的靠背后面,所述第一显示屏依附于所述车顶上且与所述第二显示屏相对应的位置,所述第一显示屏展开后用于与所述第二显示屏形成所述显示屏组。
- 一种具有如权利要求1所述的车载显示装置的汽车。
- 一种车载显示装置,其中,所述车载显示装置依附于车厢内,所述车载显示装置包括相互独立且相对设置的第一显示屏与第二显示屏,其中至少所述第一显示屏为柔性折叠显示屏;所述第一显示屏包括弯曲部以及位于所述弯曲部两侧的非弯曲部,一所述非弯曲部依附于所述车厢上,另一所述非弯曲部通过所述弯曲部以将所述第一显示屏折叠或展开;其中,至少一所述第一显示屏展开后用于与至少一所述第二显示屏拼接以形成显示屏组,用于翻转展开所述第一显示屏的所述非弯曲部的边沿用于与所述第二显示屏靠近所述第一显示屏一侧的边沿拼接形成所述显示屏组。
- 根据权利要求10所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述第一显示屏包括保护壳以及设置于所述保护壳内的显示面板,所述第一显示屏的所述非弯曲部远离所述弯曲部的一端设置有卷轴,所述卷轴位于所述保护壳内且两端依附于所述保护壳上,所述显示面板包括延伸部,所述卷轴用于收卷或展开所述显示面板的所述延伸部。
- 根据权利要求11所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述保护壳内还设置有弹性构件,所述弹性构件依附于所述保护壳内,且所述弹性构件的一端与所述显示面板的所述延伸部连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述保护壳包括对应所述非弯曲部的刚性部以及对应所述弯曲部的柔性部,其中所述刚性部远离所述柔性部的一端设置有刚性延伸部,所述刚性延伸部的至少一部分嵌设于所述刚性部内,所述卷轴依附于所述刚性延伸部上,通过所述刚性延伸部沿平行于所述刚性部所在平面的方向移动以带动所述卷轴转动。
- 根据权利要求13所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述刚性延伸部与所述刚性部通过滑轨连接,且所述保护壳上设置有锁扣,当所述刚性延伸部沿所述滑轨移动时,所述锁扣处于打开状态,当所述刚性延伸部移动至预设距离后所述锁扣处于关闭状态。
- 根据权利要求10所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述车厢包括车顶、挡风玻璃、中控台、遮阳板以及后视镜,所述第二显示屏依附于所述中控台上,所述第一显示屏依附于所述车顶靠近所述挡风玻璃一侧且与所述第二显示屏相对应的位置,所述第一显示屏展开后用于与所述第二显示屏形成所述显示屏组。
- 根据权利要求15所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述遮阳板和/或所述后视镜为所述第一显示屏。
- 根据权利要求15所述的车载显示装置,其中,所述车厢还包括座椅,所述第二显示屏依附于所述座椅的靠背后面,所述第一显示屏依附于所述车顶上且与所述第二显示屏相对应的位置,所述第一显示屏展开后用于与所述第二显示屏形成所述显示屏组。
