Description

一种汽车座椅及其高度调节器
本申请要求于2019年08月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910818293.7、发明名称为“一种汽车座椅及其高度调节器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆汽车座椅技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车座椅及其高度调节器。
背景技术
汽车座椅可通过升降机构调节高度,以满足不同用户提供舒适的乘坐需求,升降机构包括高度调节器和汽车座椅齿板等部件,其中,高度调节器用于控制汽车座椅升降功能的实现和保持调整后的汽车座椅高度,该高度调节器由驱动部分和核心件两个部分组成。
汽车座椅在使用过程中,核心件在受交变载荷的作用下可能会发生蠕动(缓慢转动),核心件的蠕动最终会导致汽车座椅高度的变化,用户需在一段时间后需要重新调节汽车座椅的高度,以保证该汽车座椅的舒适性。
因此,如何防止在使用过程中由于核心件的蠕动使得汽车座椅的高度发生变化,保证汽车座椅的舒适性,是本领域技术人员所需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车座椅及其高度调节器,可防止在使用过程中由于核心件的蠕动使得汽车座椅的高度发生变化,保证汽车座椅的舒适性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种汽车座椅的高度调节器,其包括壳体、固定盖、驱动部、锁定部和设有棘轮的核心件,所述固定盖固设于所述壳体的顶端并围合形成容置腔,所述核心件位于所述容置腔内,所 述棘轮设有内齿圈和外齿圈;所述驱动部包括与操作手柄连接的驱动板以及设于所述容置腔内的棘爪和阻滞片,所述驱动板、所述阻滞片和所述核心件同轴,所述驱动板与所述固定盖可旋转连接,所述阻滞片夹设于所述固定盖和所述核心件之间,所述棘爪的两侧分别设有棘齿,所述棘爪的第一铰接点与所述驱动板铰接,所述棘爪的第二铰接点与所述阻滞片铰接,所述驱动板的转动能够带动所述棘爪绕所述第二铰接点转动以使所述棘爪的一侧的所述棘齿与所述内齿圈啮合或脱离;所述锁定部包括锁簧及沿周向与所述壳体相对固定的锁卡,所述锁卡包括可在所述锁簧的作用下与所述外齿圈配合的锁块,所述驱动板还设有解锁片,所述驱动板的转动能够通过所述解锁片作用于所述锁卡以使所述锁块与所述外齿圈配合或脱离。
锁簧能够提供弹性力并作用于锁卡使得锁卡的锁块与棘轮的外齿圈配合,因此,当通过该高度调节器调节汽车座椅的高度至适当位置后,驱动板回至原位,此时,锁卡的锁块与外齿圈配合,由于锁卡与壳体沿周向相对固定,因此,当该高度调节器的核心件由于受到交变载荷的影响而发生转动时,会带动棘轮转动,而棘轮的转动被锁卡传递到壳体上,由于壳体是固定不动的,因此约束了棘轮的转动,从而限制了核心件以及汽车座椅的转动,达到防蠕动的效果,进而可防止座椅下沉。
当需要对汽车座椅的高度进行调节时,驱动板在操作手柄的带动下转动,并通过解锁片作用于锁卡使得锁块与外齿圈脱离,此时,锁定部处于解锁状态,可通过操作手柄(驱动板)的转动调节该汽车座椅的高度,位置调节好后,操作手柄(驱动板)回至原位,锁块重新与外齿圈配合以实现锁定,防止在使用过程中汽车座椅的高度发生变化。
该高度调节器,能够实现对汽车座椅的高度位置进行双向驱动调节,同时,锁定部结构简单,可实现在使用过程中,对于核心件的蠕动进行限制,以使汽车座椅能够保持较为舒适的高度,进而保证汽车座椅的舒适性。
可选地,所述解锁片设有滑道和开设于所述滑道的限位槽,所述锁卡还包括限位件,所述限位件与所述限位槽配合时,所述锁块与所述外齿圈配合,所述限位件沿所述滑道滑动时,所述锁块与所述外齿圈脱离;所述驱动板的转动能够带动所述解锁片转动以使所述限位件沿所述限位槽的内壁滑动至所述滑道并沿所述滑道滑动。
可选地,还包括固设于所述壳体外壁的挡片和套设于所述壳体的扭簧,所述驱动板设有挡板,所述挡片和所述挡板均位于所述扭簧的两个支腿之间;所述锁簧为底部与所述挡片固定的片弹簧,所述锁卡夹设于所述挡片和所述片弹簧之间。
可选地,所述锁定部还包括卡槽,所述卡槽从底部同时卡紧所述挡片和所述片弹簧。
可选地,所述挡片的底端设有让位缺口和设于所述让位缺口上方的定位孔,所述锁卡的下部设有与所述定位孔相适配的定位凸起,且所述锁卡能够绕所述定位凸起转动使所述锁卡的底端穿过所述让位缺口。
可选地,所述挡片的顶端设有限位缺口,所述固定盖设有与所述限位缺口对应的孔结构;所述锁块位于所述限位缺口内并可穿过所述孔结构与所述外齿圈配合。
可选地,所述固定盖设有异形孔,所述异形孔的外缘边为开口朝向所述固定盖的中心的弧形边,所述弧形边的周向两侧设置有向远离所述固定盖的中心的一侧延伸的延伸孔;所述第一铰接点穿过所述异形孔并与所述驱动板铰接,且所述棘爪在所述第一铰接点的两侧分别设有一个侧凸台,所述驱动板在回至原位过程中,所述侧凸台能够贴紧所述弧形边并沿所述弧形边滑动,以使所述棘齿与所述内齿圈脱离。
可选地,还包括连接片,设于所述固定盖远离所述驱动板的一侧,所述连接片穿过所述固定盖的中心并与所述驱动板固定。
可选地,所述阻滞片还设有能够提供轴向支撑力的弹性件。
另外,本发明还提供了一种汽车座椅,其包括如上所述的高度调节器。

为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。

本发明实施例提供了一种汽车座椅及其高度调节器,其中,汽车座椅包括上述高度调节器,高度调节器用于调节汽车座椅的高度,以使汽车座椅能够满足用户的高度需求,提高用户的舒适性。
具体的,如图1和图2所示,高度调节器包括壳体1、固定盖2、驱动部、锁定部4和核心件10,其中,固定盖2固设于壳体1的顶端并且二者围合形成一个容置腔,核心件10位于该容置腔内,并且核心件10设有棘轮5,棘轮5设有内齿圈51和外齿圈52。
驱动部包括驱动板3和设于容置腔内的棘爪6和阻滞片7,其中,驱动板3、阻滞片7和核心件10同轴设置。具体的,驱动板3与操作手柄连接,并且该驱动板3与固定盖2可旋转连接,阻滞片7夹设于固定盖2和核心件10之间,棘爪6的两侧分别设有与内齿圈51相适配的棘齿61,棘爪6包括第一铰接点62和第二铰接点63,其中第一铰接点62与驱动板3铰接,第二铰接点63与阻滞片7铰接。
详细的讲,棘爪6的第一铰接点62和第二铰接点63不同轴设置,并且第二铰接点63与阻滞片7的转动轴线(即驱动板3、固定盖2、阻滞片7和核心件10的轴线)不同轴,使得与第一铰接点62铰接的驱动板3在转动时能够带动棘爪6转动。
阻滞片7夹设于固定盖2和核心件10之间,在驱动板3带动棘轮5转动时,该棘轮5能够通过第二铰接点63带动阻滞片7使其产生转动的趋势,而由于阻滞片7夹紧于固定盖2和核心件10之间,使得阻滞片7在相对于核心件10和固定盖2转动时,由于摩擦阻力的作用将使其转动受阻。因此,驱动板3在操作手柄的作用下转动时,能够通过第一铰接点62带动棘爪6转动,由于阻滞片7的阻滞作用(摩擦阻力)使得棘爪6能够绕第二铰接点63转动,进而使得棘爪6的一侧的棘齿61与内齿圈51啮合,而当操作手柄回位时,驱动板3反向转动并回位(即反向转动至初始位置,驱动板3相对于壳体1的转动区间的中间位置),此时驱动板3的反向转动将带动棘爪6绕第二铰接点63反向转动直至其棘齿61与内齿圈51脱离。
棘爪6的两侧分别设有棘齿61,也就是说,驱动板3在操作手柄的 作用下会向正反两个方向转动,而驱动板3的两个方向的转动均可带动棘轮5绕第二铰接点63转动至棘齿61与内齿圈51啮合,如此一来即可实现该高度调节器的双向驱动。当然,本实施例中,棘爪6两侧的棘齿61中,在同一时刻,最多仅有一侧的棘齿61能够与内齿圈51啮合。
锁定部4包括锁簧41和锁卡42,其中,锁卡42沿周向与壳体1相对固定,该锁卡42包括与外齿圈52相适配的锁块421,且锁卡42在锁簧41的作用下与外齿圈52配合以限制棘轮5的转动,驱动板3还设有解锁片32,并且驱动板3的转动能够通过解锁片32作用于锁卡42以使锁块421与外齿圈52配合或脱离。
也就是说,锁簧41能够提供弹性力并作用于锁卡42使得锁卡42的锁块421与棘轮5的外齿圈52配合,因此,当通过该高度调节器调节汽车座椅的高度至适当位置后,驱动板3回至原位,此时,锁卡42的锁块421与外齿圈52配合,由于锁卡42与壳体1沿周向相对固定,因此,当该高度调节器的核心件10由于受到交变载荷的影响而发生转动时,会带动棘轮5转动,而棘轮5的转动被锁卡42传递到壳体1上,由于壳体1是固定不动的,因此约束了棘轮5的转动,从而限制了核心件10以及汽车座椅的转动,达到防蠕动的效果,可防止座椅下沉。
当需要对汽车座椅的高度进行调节时,驱动板3在操作手柄的带动下转动,并通过解锁片32作用于锁卡42使得锁块421与外齿圈52脱离,此时,锁定部4处于解锁状态,可通过操作手柄(驱动板3)的转动调节该汽车座椅的高度,位置调节好后,操作手柄(驱动板3)回至原位,锁块421重新与外齿圈52配合以实现锁定,防止在使用过程中汽车座椅的高度发生变化。
本实施例中的高度调节器,能够实现对汽车座椅的高度位置进行双向驱动调节,同时,锁定部4结构简单,可实现在使用过程中,对于核心件10的蠕动进行限制,以使汽车座椅能够保持较为舒适的高度,进而保证汽车座椅的舒适性。
另外,本实施例中,核心件10设有转轴11,阻滞片7、固定盖2和驱动板3依次套接于转轴11上,以实现核心件10、阻滞片7、固定盖2和驱动板3之间的同轴设置,当然,本实施例中,还可以将转轴11设于阻滞片 7、固定盖2和驱动板3中的任意一者均可。
在上述实施例中,解锁片32设有滑道322和开设于该滑道322的限位槽321,锁卡42包括与限位槽321相适配的限位件422,当限位件422与限位槽321配合时,锁块421与棘轮5的外齿圈52配合锁定部4锁定,棘轮5的转动受限,当限位件422沿滑道322滑动时,锁块421与外齿圈52脱离,锁定部4解锁,棘轮5的转动不再受限。当驱动板3在操作手柄的作用下转动时,能够带动解锁片32转动,使得限位件422能够推动锁簧41并在锁簧41的弹力作用下贴紧限位槽321的槽壁并沿槽壁滑动至滑道322,接着沿滑道322滑动,使得锁定部4实现解锁(如图4和图6所示);当驱动板3反向转动时,解锁片32反向转动,使得限位件422沿滑道322反向移动,当驱动板3回至原位时,限位件422沿滑道322滑动至限位槽321内使二者配合,锁块421与外齿圈52配合,即该锁定部4处于锁定状态(如图3和图5所示)。
如此设置可使得该锁定部4的整体结构简单,仅需通过旋转驱动板3即可实现该锁定部4的锁定和解锁过程,无需人工进行额外的操作。
本实施例中,对于限位槽321和滑道322的具体结构不做限制,如可将限位件422的端部设置为截面呈V型并向外突出的结构,将限位槽321设置为V型槽或U型槽等槽壁与限位槽321的端面呈平滑过渡的结构即可,滑道322可以是滑槽也可以是解锁片32侧面的圆弧面均可。
或者,本实施例中,对于解锁片32的结构不做限制,如还可以将限位槽321的结构设置为V型槽,当驱动板3带动解锁片32转动时,限位件422将沿着V型槽的槽壁向远离槽底的方向移动,而当驱动板3反向转动时,限位件422将沿着V型槽的槽壁向槽底的方向移动,当限位件422位于V型槽的槽底时,二者即为配合状态,此时驱动板3处于原位,锁块421与外齿圈52配合,锁定部4处于锁定状态,此种设置下,限位件422始终位于该V型槽内。而设有限位槽321和滑道322的方案可减小该限位槽321的槽宽和槽深,简化整体结构、降低加工要求。
具体的,本实施例中,对于解锁片32和驱动板3之间的固定方式不做限制,如可以是解锁片32设有固定凸起,驱动板3设有固定孔,解锁片32夹设于驱动板3和固定盖2之间,使其轴向位置不会发生移动,而固定 凸起和固定孔配合以限制其在驱动板3和固定盖2之间发生窜动,进而实现该解锁片32与驱动板3之间的固定。或者,还可以是驱动板3设有固定凸起,解锁片32设有固定孔,亦或者,还可以将解锁片32与驱动板3直接焊接固定均可。
在上述实施例中,该高度调节器还包括固设于壳体1外壁的挡片9和套设于壳体1的扭簧8,驱动板3设有挡板31,挡片9和挡板31均位于扭簧8的两个支腿81之间,挡片9与壳体1固定,用于对扭簧8的位置进行限定,驱动板3转动后将推动扭簧8的支腿81转动并压缩扭簧8,而当撤出操作手柄的作用力后,驱动板3将在扭簧8的作用下回转至原位。锁簧41是底部与挡片9固定的片弹簧,锁卡42夹设于挡片9和片弹簧之间,由于片弹簧的底部与挡片9固定,使得片弹簧的顶部具有向挡片9贴紧的趋势。或者,本实施例中,还可以将锁簧41设置为螺旋弹簧,其一端与壳体1固定,另一端与锁卡42固定,当锁卡42在解锁片32的作用下向远离壳体1的一侧移动时,螺旋弹簧将处于拉伸状态,该螺旋弹簧的恢复力将作用于锁卡42使其具有向壳体1的一侧贴紧的趋势。片弹簧的设置可减少对锁簧41的安装空间的要求,同时,锁卡42夹设于片弹簧和挡片9之间,可使锁卡42的安装稳定。
进一步的,如图7所示,锁定部4还包括卡槽43,该卡槽43从底部同时卡紧挡片9和片弹簧,具体的,该卡槽43内设有分别与挡片9的底端和片弹簧的底端相适配的槽结构,并将挡片9和片弹簧一同卡紧固定。或者,本实施例中,如图8所示,还可以将片弹簧的底部设有卡爪411,通过卡爪411与挡片9的底端固定,并将锁卡42夹紧于片弹簧和挡片9之间即可。而卡槽43的设置可简化该锁定部4的安装操作,同时可使得挡片9和卡槽43的安装更为稳定。
更进一步的,挡片9的底端设有让位缺口91和设于该让位缺口91上方的定位孔92,锁卡42的下部设有与定位孔92相适配的定位凸起423,且锁卡42能够绕定位凸起423转动使锁卡42的底端穿过让位缺口91。其中,定位凸起423相当于一个支点,当解锁片32作用于锁卡42使得锁卡42的顶端向远离壳体1的一侧移动时,该锁卡42将以定位凸起423为中心进行转动,顶部将推动弹簧片向远离壳体1的一侧移动,底部将穿过让 位缺口91,如此一来可避免锁卡42发生变形影响该锁定部4的锁紧效果,从而保证避免蠕动情况的发生。另外,定位凸起423和定位孔92的设置便于该锁卡42的安装,同时,由于锁卡42夹设于挡片9和锁簧41之间,定位凸起423和定位孔92便于对该锁卡42记性定位避免发生锁卡42沿锁片和锁簧41之间向上窜出的情况。
如图7所示,本实施例中,挡片9的顶端设有限位缺口93,同时,固定盖2也设有与限位缺口93对应的孔结构21,锁卡42的顶端设有上述限位件422和锁块421,锁块421位于限位缺口93内并可穿过孔结构21与外齿圈52配合。该限位缺口93的设置可对锁块421进行限位,避免锁块421在多次往复移动后发生窜位而无法与外齿圈52配合的情况。
在上述实施例中,如图10所示,固定盖2设有异形孔22,异形孔22的外缘边为开口朝向固定盖2的中心的一侧的弧形边221,弧形边221的周向两侧设置有向远离固定盖2的中心的一侧延伸的延伸孔222,第一铰接点62穿过异形孔22并与驱动板3铰接,且棘爪6在第一铰接点62的两侧分别设有一个侧凸台64,驱动板3由极限位置回至原位过程中,侧凸台64能够贴紧弧形边221并沿弧形边221滑动,以使棘爪6与内齿圈51脱离。
其中,异形孔22的外缘边是指异形孔22远离固定盖2中心的一侧的孔边,具体的,该异形孔22可以是扇形孔也可以是弧形孔均可,在此不做具体限制。棘爪6的第一铰接点62可在异形孔22内移动,以实现其与驱动板3之间的灵活铰接,侧凸台64可在异形孔22内移动,而当驱动板3转动至极限位置并在回至原位的过程中,带动棘爪6反转时,棘爪6先绕第二铰接点63反转使得相互啮合的棘齿61与内齿圈51脱离,并且棘爪6另一侧的棘齿61有与内齿圈51啮合的趋势,但与该具有啮合趋势的棘齿61的同侧的侧凸台64将与弧形边221贴紧并沿该弧形边221滑动,以限制该棘爪6的转动角度,从而避免该棘爪6的棘齿61与内齿圈51啮合。保证驱动板3在回至原位之前,棘爪6两侧的棘齿61均与内齿圈51保持脱离的状态,直至驱动板3回至原位,使得在驱动板3回至原位的过程中不会产生噪音,舒适性好。
或者,还可以将该异形孔22理解为设于固定盖2的一个弧形孔或扇形 孔,在该弧形孔或扇形孔远离固定盖2中心的一侧的孔边向固定盖2中心的一侧凸出以形成上述弧形边221,弧形边221的周向两侧的部分形成上述延伸孔222。如图10所示,本实施例中,延伸孔222不仅向远离固定盖2的中心的一侧延伸,同时还沿周向向外延伸,如此一来,可在为棘爪6的转动提供足够空间的同时,还能够减小该异形孔22的截面积,保证该固定盖2的强度。
在上述实施例中,该高度调节器还包括连接片12,该连接片12设于固定盖2远离驱动板3的一侧,连接片12穿过固定盖2的中心并与驱动板3固定,从而实现在轴向上对驱动板3进行限位,使得驱动板3能够相对于固定盖2转动并且二者不会脱离。具体的,固定盖2的中心设有中心孔,该中心孔与驱动板3的旋转轴11线同轴,连接片12设有套筒,套筒穿过中心孔与驱动板3焊接固定。
在上述实施例中,阻滞片7还设有能够提供轴向支撑力的弹性件71,具体的,可将该弹性件71设置为螺旋弹簧或者弹性片均可,在此不做具体限制。该弹性件71能够为阻滞片7提供轴向支撑力以使阻滞片7的下表面贴紧核心件10。具体的,如图2所示,棘轮5的中部设有与核心件10的其它驱动结构连接的连接结构,该连接结构的顶端面设有环形台面,阻滞片7的下端面该环形台面贴紧并在转动过程中产生摩擦阻力,当然,本实施例中,还可以将阻滞片7的下端面与核心件10的其它部位接触以产生摩擦阻力,在此并不做具体限制。弹性件71可以设于阻滞片7的上方,使得弹性件71的上端面与固定盖2的下端面接触,阻滞片7的下端面与核心件10接触,或者,还可以将弹性件71设于阻滞片7的下方,弹性件71的下端面与核心件10接触,阻滞片7的上端面与固定盖2的下端面接触,安装时,固定盖2能够从上方对阻滞片7的弹性件71产生预压的作用,使得阻滞片7能够在固定盖2和核心件10(棘轮5)之间呈预压状态,棘轮5在转动过程中,固定盖2和核心件10能够同时从上下两侧为阻滞片7提供摩擦阻力,从而保证其具有足够的摩擦力,该弹性件71的设置还可避免发生该阻滞片7被压坏的情况,保证其使用寿命。
具体的,本实施例中,棘爪6的第一铰接点62与驱动板3铰接,对于铰接的结构不做具体限制,如图2和图9所示,本实施例中,驱动板3设 有驱动孔,棘爪6设有驱动凸台,驱动凸台穿过异形孔22后位于驱动孔内,以实现驱动板3的转动可带动棘爪6转动。或者,本实施例中,还可以将驱动板3设有驱动凸台,棘爪6设有驱动孔,以实现驱动板3的转动可带动棘爪6转动均可,在此不做具体限制。同样的,棘爪6通过第二铰接点63与阻滞片7铰接,具体的,可以是如图9所示的,棘爪6设有铰接孔,阻滞片7设有铰接凸起,铰接孔与铰接凸起配合以实现棘爪6与阻滞片7之间的铰接,或者还可以是棘爪6设有铰接凸起,阻滞片7设有铰接孔均可,在此不做具体限制。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车座椅的高度调节器,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)、固定盖(2)、驱动部、锁定部(4)和设有棘轮(5)的核心件(10),所述固定盖(2)固设于所述壳体(1)的顶端并围合形成容置腔,所述核心件(10)位于所述容置腔内,所述棘轮(5)设有内齿圈(51)和外齿圈(52);
    所述驱动部包括与操作手柄连接的驱动板(3)以及设于所述容置腔内的棘爪(6)和阻滞片(7),所述驱动板(3)、所述阻滞片(7)和所述核心件(10)同轴,所述驱动板(3)与所述固定盖(2)可旋转连接,所述阻滞片(7)夹设于所述固定盖(2)和所述核心件(10)之间,所述棘爪(6)的两侧分别设有棘齿(61),所述棘爪(6)的第一铰接点(62)与所述驱动板(3)铰接,所述棘爪(6)的第二铰接点(63)与所述阻滞片(7)铰接,所述驱动板(3)的转动能够带动所述棘爪(6)绕所述第二铰接点(63)转动以使所述棘爪(6)的一侧的所述棘齿(61)与所述内齿圈(51)啮合或脱离;
    所述锁定部(4)包括锁簧(41)及沿周向与所述壳体(1)相对固定的锁卡(42),所述锁卡(42)包括可在所述锁簧(41)的作用下与所述外齿圈(52)配合的锁块(421),所述驱动板(3)还设有解锁片(32),所述驱动板(3)的转动能够通过所述解锁片(32)作用于所述锁卡(42)以使所述锁块(421)与所述外齿圈(52)配合或脱离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车座椅的高度调节器,其特征在于,所述解锁片(32)设有滑道(322)和开设于所述滑道(322)的限位槽(321),所述锁卡(42)还包括限位件(422),所述限位件(422)与所述限位槽(321)配合时,所述锁块(421)与所述外齿圈(52)配合,所述限位件(422)沿所述滑道(322)滑动时,所述锁块(421)与所述外齿圈(52)脱离;
    所述驱动板(3)的转动能够带动所述解锁片(32)转动以使所述限位件(422)沿所述限位槽(321)的内壁滑动至所述滑道(322)并沿所述滑道(322)滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车座椅的高度调节器,其特征在于,还包括固设于所述壳体(1)外壁的挡片(9)和套设于所述壳体(1)的扭簧(8), 所述驱动板(3)设有挡板(31),所述挡片(9)和所述挡板(31)均位于所述扭簧(8)的两个支腿(81)之间;
    所述锁簧(41)为底部与所述挡片(9)固定的片弹簧,所述锁卡(42)夹设于所述挡片(9)和所述片弹簧之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车座椅的高度调节器,其特征在于,所述锁定部(4)还包括卡槽(43),所述卡槽(43)从底部同时卡紧所述挡片(9)和所述片弹簧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车座椅的高度调节器,其特征在于,所述挡片(9)的底端设有让位缺口(91)和设于所述让位缺口(91)上方的定位孔(92),所述锁卡(42)的下部设有与所述定位孔(92)相适配的定位凸起(423),且所述锁卡(42)能够绕所述定位凸起(423)转动使所述锁卡(42)的底端穿过所述让位缺口(91)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车座椅的高度调节器,其特征在于,所述挡片(9)的顶端设有限位缺口(93),所述固定盖(2)设有与所述限位缺口(93)对应的孔结构(21);
    所述锁块(421)位于所述限位缺口(93)内并可穿过所述孔结构(21)与所述外齿圈(52)配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的汽车座椅的高度调节器,其特征在于,所述固定盖(2)设有异形孔(22),所述异形孔(22)的外缘边为开口朝向所述固定盖(2)的中心的弧形边(221),所述弧形边(221)的周向两侧设置有向远离所述固定盖(2)的中心的一侧延伸的延伸孔(222);
    所述第一铰接点(62)穿过所述异形孔(22)并与所述驱动板(3)铰接,且所述棘爪(6)在所述第一铰接点(62)的两侧分别设有一个侧凸台(64),所述驱动板(3)在回至原位过程中,所述侧凸台(64)能够贴紧所述弧形边(221)并沿所述弧形边(221)滑动,以使所述棘齿(61)与所述内齿圈(51)脱离。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的汽车座椅的高度调节器,其特征在于,还包括连接片(12),设于所述固定盖(2)远离所述驱动板(3)的一侧,所述连接片(12)穿过所述固定盖(2)的中心并与所述驱动板(3)固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的汽车座椅的高度调节器,其特征在于,所述阻滞片(7)还设有能够提供轴向支撑力的弹性件(71)。
  10. 一种汽车座椅,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的高度调节器。
