Description

一种曲轴锥度长度测量装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种曲轴检测工具,更确切地说,是一种曲轴锥度长度测量装置。
背景技术
曲轴或曲柄零件在输出端常设有锥度结构,如图4所示,锥度面至曲柄平面的长度为锥度长度,一般公差带为0.2mm~0.3mm,原始检测方法为游标卡尺检测或者三坐标检测,游标卡尺测量虽然方便但因为锥度与杆径部位为圆滑过渡,测量点难以固定,加之测量误差,所测量的数据未尽准确,三坐标检测属于精密检测仪器,需要专门送检,耗费时间长,确认结果慢,锥度长度值不能有效获取和验证。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种曲轴锥度长度测量装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种曲轴锥度长度测量装置,其特征在于,所述的曲轴锥度长度测量装置包含一平板和一检测组件,所述的检测组件包含一锥度盘,所述的锥度盘的上表面的边缘设有一安装槽口,所述的安装槽口上设有一安装孔,所述的锥度盘的底部中心设有一贯穿的锥形的锥度腔,所述的安装槽口上设有一可拆卸的固定块,所述的固定块上设有一第一固定孔和一第二固定孔,所述的第一固定孔内设有一可拆卸的百分表,所述的锥度盘的下方设有一连接测量杆,所述的连接测量杆的内部设有一连接螺纹孔,所述的百分表的指针与所述的连接螺纹孔固定连接,一固定螺钉分别贯穿所述的第二固定孔和安装孔。
本发明的曲轴锥度长度测量装置具有以下优点:本发明的曲柄类锥度长度检测装置能够快速高效的解决游标卡尺测量不准确和三坐标检测费时费力的问题,在线对曲轴或曲柄类的锥度长度进行检测确认,以产品质量得到管控,提升产品品质稳定性,同时也提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1至图3所示,该曲轴锥度长度测量装置包含一平板3和一检测组件2,该检测组件2包含一锥度盘5,该锥度盘5的上表面的边缘设有一安装槽口51,该安装槽口51上设有一安装孔52,该锥度盘5的底部中心设有一贯穿的锥形的锥度腔10,该安装槽口51上设有一可拆卸的固定块6,该固定块6上设有一第一固定孔61和一第二固定孔62,该第一固定孔61内设有一可拆卸的百分表7,该锥度盘5的下方设有一连接测量杆8,该连接测量杆8的内部设有一连接螺纹孔81,该百分表7的指针与该连接螺纹孔81固定连接,一固定螺钉9分别贯穿 该第二固定孔62和安装孔52。
下面介绍该该曲轴锥度长度测量装置的具体的使用方法,步骤是:
S1、擦净平板3,将曲柄4的大端平面朝下水平放置在平板3上,确保锥度方向垂直,如图1所示;
S2、将锥度盘5的锥度腔10通过曲柄锥度杆径,放置在曲柄4上,并通过旋转调整以确保锥度腔10和曲柄4的锥度杆径最大化接触;
S3、保持锥度腔10与曲柄锥度杆径全接触后,手动周向旋转检测组件2,观察百分表7指针的最大值和最小值,即曲柄4的锥度长度的测量值。
本发明的曲柄类锥度长度检测装置能够快速高效的解决游标卡尺测量不准确和三坐标检测费时费力的问题,在线对曲轴或曲柄类的锥度长度进行检测确认,以产品质量得到管控,提升产品品质稳定性,同时也提高了生产效率。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

  1. 一种曲轴锥度长度测量装置,其特征在于,所述的曲轴锥度长度测量装置包含一平板(3)和一检测组件(2),所述的检测组件(2)包含一锥度盘(5),所述的锥度盘(5)的上表面的边缘设有一安装槽口(51),所述的安装槽口(51)上设有一安装孔(52),所述的锥度盘(5)的底部中心设有一贯穿的锥形的锥度腔(10),所述的安装槽口(51)上设有一可拆卸的固定块(6),所述的固定块(6)上设有一第一固定孔(61)和一第二固定孔(62),所述的第一固定孔(61)内设有一可拆卸的百分表(7),所述的锥度盘(5)的下方设有一连接测量杆(8),所述的连接测量杆(8)的内部设有一连接螺纹孔(81),所述的百分表(7)的指针与所述的连接螺纹孔(81)固定连接,一固定螺钉(9)分别贯穿所述的第二固定孔(62)和安装孔(52)。
