Abstract

本发明提供一种制备石墨烯远红外添加剂的方法,包括将膨胀石墨粉碎,得到粉碎的膨胀石墨;将所述粉碎的膨胀石墨和炭黑粉体、树脂和助剂进行预混,得到预混物;加入溶剂于所述预混物中,并搅拌,得到均匀无起泡的油墨前驱体分散液;以及将所述油墨前驱体分散液经过剥离工艺,得到石墨烯远红外添加剂。所制得的石墨烯远红外添加剂分散性良好,可直接添加在涂层或印花浆料,且其远红外性能佳。
