Description

一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具及其定位方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电力部件安装技术领域,特别涉及一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具及其定位方法。
背景技术
端子排是承载多个或多组相互绝缘的端子组件的绝缘部件,端子排能够起到对电流电压或者信号传输的作用;端子排多应用在电气柜内,且电气柜内的端子排需要定位安装在特定的位置,防止电气柜内其他零部件的安装,端子排可以使电气柜内的接线美观、接线维护方便等优点。
电气柜内的端子排结构如图8所示,端子排通过安装架锁定在电气柜内,端子排的上下两端分别设置有进线端口与出线端口,端子排的钱端设置有凹槽;端子排安装在电气柜内的两侧时多为竖直安装,即安装架竖直安装在电气柜的两侧,电气柜的中部端子排多为水平安装,端子排安装时其安装位置不能出现偏差,否则会影响其他元器件的安装,现有对端子排进行安装时一般采用人工的方式进行,人工对电气柜内的端子排安装时存在的问题如下:
端子排需要人工对其安装方位进行摆正,人工无法准确的调节端子排的方位,从而影响端子排的安装效果,且端子排安装时需要多人进行配合操作,增加工人的劳动量,端子排的安装时安装位置与其设计安装位置会存在一定的偏差,从而其他零件在电气柜内安装时需要经常挪动端子排的位置。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案,一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,包括连接板、伸缩板、方位连柱、夹持板和夹持机构,所述的连接板为下端开口的空心结构,连接板的左右内侧壁上均设置有滑块,伸缩板位于连接板内,伸缩板的外侧面设置有与连接板上的滑块滑动配合的滑槽,方位连柱的左端通过轴承安装在伸缩板的中部右侧面上,方位连柱的右端上安装有夹持板,夹持板的上下两端均设置有一个方槽,夹持板上安装有夹持机构,夹持机构能够将端子排夹持住,通过调节伸缩板在连接板内的位置,使得端子排位于合适的位置。
所述的夹持机构包括夹持架、夹持弹簧、卡位槽、卡位板、卡位弹簧、锁定体和限位板,夹持板的每个方槽内均分布有一个夹持架,夹持架为U型结构,夹持架的左端通过夹持弹簧安装在夹持板的方槽内;
-夹持架的右端内侧面设置有右侧壁带有滑槽的卡位槽,卡位板的外端位于卡位槽内,卡位板的右侧面设置有与卡位槽上的滑槽相配合的滑块;
-卡位板的后端通过卡位弹簧安装在卡位槽的后侧壁上,卡位板的前端设置有滑动杆,滑动杆穿过夹持架的右端前侧壁,卡位板上的滑动杆在锁定体进行位置调节时对其起到限位的作用,防止锁定体在移动时其位置产生角度的变化;
-卡位板的内端上均匀安装有锁定体,锁定体的内端为尖状结构,卡位板内端的锁定体中部均安装在一个限位板上,具体工作时,夹持机构能够针对端子排的结构将其夹持住,将端子排的安装端朝右放置在两个夹持架之间,锁定体在卡位弹簧的作用下能够自动调节其前后位置,使得锁定体能够插入到端子排的进线端口或者出线端口内,限位板能够对锁定体的插入深度进行限位,从而端子排的能够被锁定住并且端子排处于水平状态。
所述的方位连柱的顶部与前侧面上均设置有一个V型槽,位于方位连柱前端的V型槽内设置有方位插块,方位插块的后端为V型结构,方位插块的前侧面与方位弹柱的后端相连接,方位弹柱的中部穿过方位连扳,方位连扳安装在伸缩板的右侧面上,方位弹柱为自动回弹结构,具体工作时,通过人工向前拉动方位弹柱,使得方位插块从方位连柱的V型槽内移出,之后控制方位连柱向前旋转九十度,方位插块能够锁定在方位连柱原顶部的V型槽内,此时夹持机构夹持的端子排处于竖直的状态,从而通过人工拉动方位弹柱能够调节端子排的方位。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的连接板的前后侧面均设置有卡槽,连接板的卡槽与连接板的空心结构相连通,伸缩板的前后侧面上均设置有卡块,卡块为三角形结构;
-连接板的每个卡槽内分布有一个锁定杆,锁定杆为L型结构,锁定杆的下端内侧为三角形结构,锁定杆的中部通过销轴安装在耳座上,耳座安装在连接板的侧面上,锁定杆的上端通过锁定弹簧与连接板相连接,具体工作时,锁定杆能够锁定在卡块上,使得伸缩板的位置得到锁定,当伸缩板的位置需要调节时,人工将锁定杆的上端按下,再将伸缩板拉动到合适的位置,之后松开锁定杆,使得锁定杆重新锁定在卡块上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的连接板的前侧面安装有档位架,档位架的下端为伸缩结构,且档位架的底面为弧形面,档位架位于锁定杆的正上方,具体工作时,档位架能够将连接板前端的锁定杆卡住,从而在伸缩板进行位置的调节时能够先按下连接板前端的锁定杆,之后再单手按下连接板后端的锁定杆,同时另一只手托住伸缩板,可以准确的调节伸缩板的位置,这种承托住伸缩板对其进行位置的调节方式能够更直观的调节其位置,伸缩板位置调节更加便捷。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的每个夹持架的前侧面上均安装有一个L型结构的解锁架,解锁架的内侧面为弧形面,每个解锁架的内端均分布有一个推动架,推动架的前端为向外倾斜结构;
-推动架的中部通过销轴安装在解锁耳座上,解锁耳座与夹持板的前侧面相连接,两个推 动架的倾斜结构之间安装有正位弹,人工向内压动推动架,推动架的后端能够带动解锁架向上移动,从而夹持架能够张开,以便对端子排的锁定动作。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的夹持板的中部右侧面上设置有卡板,卡板的右端为尖状结构,卡板能够针对端子排前端的凹槽对其进行限位。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的伸缩板的左侧面中部上设置有刻度,伸缩板上的刻度能够准确的对伸缩板的位置进行调节。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的连接板的顶部上连接有调节柱,调节柱的顶部上通过轴承安装有锁定机构;
-所述的锁定机构包括安装板、移动锁板、锁定螺栓和锁定连扳,安装板为L型结构,安装板的上端右侧面设置有滑槽,安装板的滑槽内通过滑动配合的方式连接有移动锁板,移动锁板的底部设置有橡胶卡齿;
-移动锁板的顶部通过轴承与锁定螺栓的底部相连接,锁定螺栓的中部与锁定连扳为螺纹配合,锁定连扳安装在安装板的上端,安装板的右端上设置有卡齿板,具体工作时,锁定机构能够锁定在电气柜的顶部上,使得本发明能够以电气柜的顶部为固定点对端子排进行安装动作,人工转动锁定螺栓使得移动锁板与安装板上的卡齿板相配合锁定在电气柜的顶部上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的调节柱的外侧面对称设置有定位槽,调节柱的定位槽内分布有定位插柱,插柱支板安装在安装板的底部上,定位插柱的中部穿过插柱支板,定位插柱为自动回弹结构,通过拉动定位插柱能够调节连接板的位置,使得端子排能够安装在电气柜的正面或者侧面。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的锁定连扳的顶部上设置有刻度,安装板的后端上设置有可伸缩的刻度尺,具体工作时,锁定连扳上的刻度能够确定锁定机构与锁定连扳之间的距离,从而夹持机构的位置能够进行确定,以便端子排安装在电气柜的侧面时能够对其左右位置进行精确调节。
此外,本发明提供了一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具的定位方法,其步骤如下:
第一步:夹持锁定:首先将锁定机构放置在电气柜的上端上,通过锁定连扳上的刻度与安装板上的刻度尺能够确定锁定机构的锁定位置,然后人工拧动锁定螺栓,移动锁板与安装板上的卡齿板相配合锁定在电气柜的顶部上,人工检查锁定机构的锁紧程度;
第二步:端子排夹持方位调节:人工拉动定位插柱并控制连接板旋转一百八十度,使得夹持机构位于机柜的外侧,以便端子排能够夹持在夹持机构上,通过方位连柱的方位调节使得端子排能够处于横向或者纵向的安装状态;
第三步:端子排定位:人工向内压下推动架,推动架的后端通过解锁架带动夹持架能够张开,将端子排放置在两个夹持架之间,卡板能够针对端子排前端的凹槽对其进行定位;
第四步:端子排锁定:端子排定位完成后松开推动架,夹持架会回复到初始位置,锁定 体在卡位弹簧的作用下能够自动调节其前后位置,使得锁定体能够插入到端子排的进线端口或者出线端口内,人工晃动端子排以便确定端子排锁定的紧密程度,从而端子排的能够被锁定住并且端子排处于水平状态;
第五步:端子排高度调节:人工将锁定杆的上端按下,再将伸缩板拉动到合适的位置,之后松开锁定杆,使得锁定杆重新锁定在卡块上,从而端子排能够位于合适的高度;
第六步:端子排安装:端子排高度调节好后,控制连接板转动到合适的安装方位,之后控制端子排锁定在电气柜内并解除对端子排的夹持动作,再将锁定机构锁定在电气柜上的其他位置,以便进行端子排的连续安装。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明提出的一种端子排的夹持机构,夹持机构能够在不损坏端子排的情况下针对其结构将其进行定位锁定,夹持机构具有夹持稳定性好、夹持操作便捷等优点,且夹持的端子排处于水平或者竖直状态,从而提高端子排的安装效果。
(2)本发明提出的一种可将端子排安装在电气柜内不同位置的夹持调节架,调节架能够调节端子排处于竖直或者水平的安装位置,调节架还能够精确的调节端子排安装的高度与位置,增加端子排的安装精度。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具 体图示,进一步阐述本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。
如图1至图11所示,一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,包括连接板1、伸缩板2、方位连柱3、夹持板4和夹持机构5,所述的连接板1为下端开口的空心结构,连接板1的左右内侧壁上均设置有滑块,伸缩板2位于连接板1内,伸缩板2的外侧面设置有与连接板1上的滑块滑动配合的滑槽,方位连柱3的左端通过轴承安装在伸缩板2的中部右侧面上,方位连柱3的右端上安装有夹持板4,夹持板4的上下两端均设置有一个方槽,夹持板4上安装有夹持机构5,夹持机构5能够将端子排夹持住,通过调节伸缩板2在连接板1内的位置,使得端子排位于合适的位置。
所述的夹持机构5包括夹持架51、夹持弹簧52、卡位槽53、卡位板54、卡位弹簧55、锁定体56和限位板57,夹持板4的每个方槽内均分布有一个夹持架51,夹持架51为U型结构,夹持架51的左端通过夹持弹簧52安装在夹持板4的方槽内;
-夹持架51的右端内侧面设置有右侧壁带有滑槽的卡位槽53,卡位板54的外端位于卡位槽53内,卡位板54的右侧面设置有与卡位槽53上的滑槽相配合的滑块;
-卡位板54的后端通过卡位弹簧55安装在卡位槽53的后侧壁上,卡位板54的前端设置有滑动杆,滑动杆穿过夹持架51的右端前侧壁,卡位板54上的滑动杆在锁定体56进行位置调节时对其起到限位的作用,防止锁定体56在移动时其位置产生角度的变化;
-卡位板54的内端上均匀安装有锁定体56,锁定体56的内端为尖状结构,卡位板54内端的锁定体56中部均安装在一个限位板57上,具体工作时,夹持机构5能够针对端子排的结构将其夹持住,将端子排的安装端朝右放置在两个夹持架51之间,锁定体56在卡位弹簧55的作用下能够自动调节其前后位置,使得锁定体56能够插入到端子排的进线端口或者出线端口内,限位板57能够对锁定体56的插入深度进行限位,从而端子排的能够被锁定住并且端子排处于水平状态。
所述的方位连柱3的顶部与前侧面上均设置有一个V型槽,位于方位连柱3前端的V型槽内设置有方位插块31,方位插块31的后端为V型结构,方位插块31的前侧面与方位弹柱32的后端相连接,方位弹柱32的中部穿过方位连扳33,方位连扳33安装在伸缩板2的右侧面上,方位弹柱32为自动回弹结构,通过人工向前拉动方位弹柱32,使得方位插块31从方位连柱3的V型槽内移出,之后控制方位连柱3向前旋转九十度,方位插块31能够锁定在方位连柱3原顶部的V型槽内,此时夹持机构5夹持的端子排处于竖直的状态,从而通过人工拉动方位弹柱32能够调节端子排的方位。
所述的连接板1的前后侧面均设置有卡槽,连接板1的卡槽与连接板1的空心结构相连通,伸缩板2的前后侧面上均设置有卡块21,卡块21为三角形结构;
-连接板1的每个卡槽内分布有一个锁定杆22,锁定杆22为L型结构,锁定杆22的下 端内侧为三角形结构,锁定杆22的中部通过销轴安装在耳座23上,耳座23安装在连接板1的侧面上,锁定杆22的上端通过锁定弹簧24与连接板1相连接,锁定杆22能够锁定在卡块21上,使得伸缩板2的位置得到锁定,当伸缩板2的位置需要调节时,人工将锁定杆22的上端按下,再将伸缩板2拉动到合适的位置,之后松开锁定杆22,使得锁定杆22重新锁定在卡块21上。
所述的连接板1的前侧面安装有档位架1a,档位架1a的下端为伸缩结构,且档位架1a的底面为弧形面,档位架1a位于锁定杆22的正上方,档位架1a能够将连接板1前端的锁定杆22卡住,从而在伸缩板2进行位置的调节时能够先按下连接板1前端的锁定杆22,之后再单手按下连接板1后端的锁定杆22,同时另一只手托住伸缩板2,可以准确的调节伸缩板2的位置,这种承托住伸缩板2对其进行位置的调节方式能够更直观的调节其位置,伸缩板2位置调节更加便捷。
所述的每个夹持架51的前侧面上均安装有一个L型结构的解锁架511,解锁架511的内侧面为弧形面,每个解锁架511的内端均分布有一个推动架512,推动架512的前端为向外倾斜结构;
-推动架512的中部通过销轴安装在解锁耳座513上,解锁耳座513与夹持板4的前侧面相连接,两个推动架512的倾斜结构之间安装有正位弹514,人工向内压动推动架512,推动架512的后端能够带动解锁架511向上移动,从而夹持架51能够张开,以便对端子排的锁定动作。
所述的夹持板4的中部右侧面上设置有卡板4a,卡板4a的右端为尖状结构,卡板4a能够针对端子排前端的凹槽对其进行限位。
所述的伸缩板2的左侧面中部上设置有刻度,伸缩板2上的刻度能够准确的对伸缩板2的位置进行调节。
所述的连接板1的顶部上连接有调节柱6,调节柱6的顶部上通过轴承安装有锁定机构7;
-所述的锁定机构7包括安装板71、移动锁板72、锁定螺栓73和锁定连扳74,安装板71为L型结构,安装板71的上端右侧面设置有滑槽,安装板71的滑槽内通过滑动配合的方式连接有移动锁板72,移动锁板72的底部设置有橡胶卡齿;
-移动锁板72的顶部通过轴承与锁定螺栓73的底部相连接,锁定螺栓73的中部与锁定连扳74为螺纹配合,锁定连扳74安装在安装板71的上端,安装板71的右端上设置有卡齿板,锁定机构7能够锁定在电气柜的顶部上,使得本发明能够以电气柜的顶部为固定点对端子排进行安装动作,人工转动锁定螺栓73使得移动锁板72与安装板71上的卡齿板相配合锁定在电气柜的顶部上。
所述的调节柱6的外侧面对称设置有定位槽,调节柱6的定位槽内分布有定位插柱6a,插柱支板6b安装在安装板71的底部上,定位插柱6a的中部穿过插柱支板6b,定位插柱6a 为自动回弹结构,通过拉动定位插柱6a能够调节连接板1的位置,使得端子排能够安装在电气柜的正面或者侧面。
所述的锁定连扳74的顶部上设置有刻度,安装板71的后端上设置有可伸缩的刻度尺,锁定连扳74上的刻度能够确定锁定机构7与锁定连扳74之间的距离,从而夹持机构5的位置能够进行确定,以便端子排安装在电气柜的侧面时能够对其左右位置进行精确调节。
此外,本发明提供了一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具的定位方法,其步骤如下:
第一步:夹持锁定:首先将锁定机构7放置在电气柜的上端上,通过锁定连扳74上的刻度与安装板71上的刻度尺能够确定锁定机构7的锁定位置,然后人工拧动锁定螺栓73,移动锁板72与安装板71上的卡齿板相配合锁定在电气柜的顶部上,人工检查锁定机构7的锁紧程度;
第二步:端子排夹持方位调节:人工拉动定位插柱6a并控制连接板1旋转一百八十度,使得夹持机构5位于机柜的外侧,以便端子排能够夹持在夹持机构5上,通过方位连柱3的方位调节使得端子排能够处于横向或者纵向的安装状态;
第三步:端子排定位:人工向内压下推动架512,推动架512的后端通过解锁架511带动夹持架51能够张开,将端子排放置在两个夹持架51之间,卡板4a能够针对端子排前端的凹槽对其进行定位;
第四步:端子排锁定:端子排定位完成后松开推动架512,夹持架51会回复到初始位置,锁定体56在卡位弹簧55的作用下能够自动调节其前后位置,使得锁定体56能够插入到端子排的进线端口或者出线端口内,人工晃动端子排以便确定端子排锁定的紧密程度,从而端子排的能够被锁定住并且端子排处于水平状态;
第五步:端子排高度调节:人工将锁定杆22的上端按下,再将伸缩板2拉动到合适的位置,之后松开锁定杆22,使得锁定杆22重新锁定在卡块21上,从而端子排能够位于合适的高度;
第六步:端子排安装:端子排高度调节好后,控制连接板1转动到合适的安装方位,之后控制端子排锁定在电气柜内并解除对端子排的夹持动作,再将锁定机构7锁定在电气柜上的其他位置,以便进行端子排的连续安装。

    -卡位板(54)的后端通过卡位弹簧(55)安装在卡位槽(53)的后侧壁上,卡位板(54)的前端设置有滑动杆,滑动杆穿过夹持架(51)的右端前侧壁;
    -卡位板(54)的内端上均匀安装有锁定体(56),锁定体(56)的内端为尖状结构,卡位板(54)内端的锁定体(56)中部均安装在一个限位板(57)上;
    所述的方位连柱(3)的顶部与前侧面上均设置有一个V型槽,位于方位连柱(3)前端的V型槽内设置有方位插块(31),方位插块(31)的后端为V型结构,方位插块(31)的前侧面与方位弹柱(32)的后端相连接,方位弹柱(32)的中部穿过方位连扳(33),方位连扳(33)安装在伸缩板(2)的右侧面上,方位弹柱(32)为自动回弹结构。

    -连接板(1)的每个卡槽内分布有一个锁定杆(22),锁定杆(22)为L型结构,锁定杆(22)的下端内侧为三角形结构,锁定杆(22)的中部通过销轴安装在耳座(23)上,耳座(23)安装在连接板(1)的侧面上,锁定杆(22)的上端通过锁定弹簧(24)与连接板(1)相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,其特征在于:所述的连接板(1)的前侧面安装有档位架(1a),档位架(1a)的下端为伸缩结构,且档位架(1a)的底面为弧形面,档位架(1a)位于锁定杆(22)的正上方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,其特征在于:所述的每个夹持架(51)的前侧面上均安装有一个L型结构的解锁架(511),解锁架(511)的内侧面为弧形面,每个解锁架(511)的内端均分布有一个推动架(512),推动架(512)的前端为向外倾斜结构;
    -推动架(512)的中部通过销轴安装在解锁耳座(513)上,解锁耳座(513)与夹持板(4)的前侧面相连接,两个推动架(512)的倾斜结构之间安装有正位弹(514)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,其特征在于:所述的夹持板(4)的中部右侧面上设置有卡板(4a),卡板(4a)的右端为尖状结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,其特征在于:所述的伸缩板(2)的左侧面中部上设置有刻度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,其特征在于:所述的连接板(1)的顶部上连接有调节柱(6),调节柱(6)的顶部上通过轴承安装有锁定机构(7);
    -所述的锁定机构(7)包括安装板(71)、移动锁板(72)、锁定螺栓(73)和锁定连扳(74),安装板(71)为L型结构,安装板(71)的上端右侧面设置有滑槽,安装板(71)的滑槽内通过滑动配合的方式连接有移动锁板(72),移动锁板(72)的底部设置有橡胶卡齿;
    -移动锁板(72)的顶部通过轴承与锁定螺栓(73)的底部相连接,锁定螺栓(73)的中部与锁定连扳(74)为螺纹配合,锁定连扳(74)安装在安装板(71)的上端,安装板(71)的右端上设置有卡齿板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,其特征在于:所述的调节柱(6)的外侧面对称设置有定位槽,调节柱(6)的定位槽内分布有定位插柱(6a),插柱支板(6b)安装在安装板(71)的底部上,定位插柱(6a)的中部穿过插柱支板(6b),定位插柱(6a)为自动回弹结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,其特征在于:所述的锁定连扳(74)的顶部上设置有刻度,安装板(71)的后端上设置有可伸缩的刻度尺。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的一种电气设备连接用接线端子排定位夹具,其特征在于:端子排安装时的定位方法如下:
    第一步:夹持锁定:首先将锁定机构(7)放置在电气柜的上端合适的位置上,然后人工拧动锁定螺栓(73),移动锁板(72)与安装板(71)上的卡齿板相配合锁定在电气柜的顶部上,人工检查锁定机构(7)的锁紧程度;
    第二步:端子排夹持方位调节:人工拉动定位插柱(6a)并控制连接板(1)旋转一百八十度,使得夹持机构(5)位于机柜的外侧,以便端子排的夹持,通过方位连柱(3)的方位调节使得端子排能够处于横向或者纵向的安装状态;
    第三步:端子排定位:人工向内压下推动架(512),推动架(512)的后端通过解锁架(511)带动夹持架(51)张开,将端子排放置在两个夹持架(51)之间,卡板(4a)能够针对端子排前端的凹槽对其进行定位;
    第四步:端子排锁定:端子排定位完成后松开推动架(512),锁定体(56)在卡位弹簧(55)的作用下能够自动调节其前后位置,使得锁定体(56)能够插入到端子排的进线端口或者出线 端口内,人工晃动端子排以便确定端子排锁定的紧密程度;
    第五步:端子排高度调节:人工将锁定杆(22)的上端按下,再将伸缩板(2)拉动到合适的位置,之后控制锁定杆(22)重新锁定在卡块(21)上,从而端子排能够位于合适的高度;
    第六步:端子排安装:端子排高度调节好后,控制连接板(1)转动到合适的安装方位,之后控制端子排锁定在电气柜内并解除对端子排的夹持动作,再将锁定机构(7)锁定在电气柜上的其他位置,以便进行端子排的连续安装。
