Description

角磨机及其防护罩组件 技术领域
本申请涉及电动工具,尤其涉及角磨机及其防护罩组件。
背景技术
角磨机是使用较为广泛的一种电动工具,其用途主要有磨削、抛光和切割等,切割需要使用封闭护罩,而磨削只要使用半护罩即可。在实际使用中经常需要在这两种工作状态之间进行切换,鉴于此,也就需要根据使用需求进行护罩的更换,而护罩的更换往往是非常繁琐的。不但需要事先准备好两套护罩,增加了角磨机的成本且不便携带,而且更换护罩还要借助多种工具进行一系列的拆卸和安装操作,不能一步到位,直接导致工作效率的降低。
因此,有必要改进以克服现有技术中存在的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请要解决的主要是提供一种便于两种护罩功能快速切换的防护罩组件及具有其的角磨机。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种角磨机用防护罩组件,包括主防护罩和可拆卸地组装于所述主防护罩的辅助罩,所述主防护罩包括用以和角磨机组接的固定环、与所述固定环连接且平行于角磨机旋转工作平面设置的第一壁面以及总体垂直于所述第一壁面形成的环形周壁,所述环形周壁远离第一壁面的一端具有内折缘,所述辅助罩具有与所述第一壁面相对的第二壁面以及与所述内折缘扣合的固定部,所述第一壁面、环形周壁和第二壁面共同围设形成具有切割功能开口的防护空间。
本申请还提供了一种角磨机,包括机器颈部、输出轴以及组装于所述输出轴的角磨片,所述角磨机还包括所述的保护罩组件,所述固定环箍设于所述机器颈部,部分的所述角磨片从所述切割功能开口伸出。
根据本申请,所述防护罩组件利用主防护罩现有的内折缘对辅助罩进行固 定,无需对现有主防护罩进行复杂的结构变更,即可实现两种护罩功能的切换。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图1至图6,所述角磨机400包括机器颈部401、输出轴402以及组装于所述输出轴402的角磨片(图未示),一个保护罩组件100至少部分地包围所述角磨片。下面结合其他附图,详细描述本申请角磨机400及其防护罩组件100的具体实施方式。不同实施例之间主体结构类似,为便于理解和说明,相同结构采用相同标号,特此说明。
请重点结合图2和图3,所述防护罩组件100,包括主防护罩10和可拆卸地组装于所述主防护罩10的辅助罩20,所述主防护罩10包括用以箍设于所述机器颈部401的固定环101、与所述固定环101连接且平行于角磨机旋转工作平面设置的第一壁面102以及相对于所述第一壁面102弯折形成的环形周壁103,所述环形周壁103远离第一壁面102的一端具有内折缘104,所述辅助罩20具有与所述第一壁面102相对的第二壁面201以及与所述内折缘104扣合的固定部202,所述第一壁面102、环形周壁103和第二壁面201共同围设形成具有切割功能开口301的防护空间30。所述角磨片403的一部分被所述防护空间30围设,另一部分从所述切割功能开口301伸出所述防护空间30外,以供进行切割工作。所述防护罩组件100利用主防护罩10现有的内折缘104对辅助罩20进行固定,无需对现有主防护罩10进行复杂的结构变更,即可实现两种护罩功能的切换。
所述主防护罩10的第一壁面102和环形周壁103覆盖150°至180°的扇面区域,所述辅助罩20的第二壁面201覆盖与第一壁面102相当的扇面区域。 所述辅助罩20具有可让位角磨机输出轴末端的缺口204。所述主防护罩10的内折缘104呈环形,所述辅助罩20的固定部202为一整个环形凹部202’,以实现更稳定的固定。当然,请参阅图4,在其他一些实施例中,所述辅助罩20的固定部也可以是若干个分布的点凹部集合202”,通过多点的配合固定至主防护罩10的内折缘104。
请着重参阅图2至图4,所述内折缘104和固定部202通过旋转嵌合而装配成一体,所述辅助罩20具有围设于所述环形周壁103外壁面的护缘203。理想状态下,主防护罩10、辅助罩20与输出轴402系同轴设置,因而所述旋转可以理解为辅助罩20围绕输出轴402旋转并与所述主防护罩10嵌合。进一步地,所述环形凹部202’或者点凹部集合202”具有周向开口的嵌合起始端2021和周向止挡的嵌合挡止端2022,以对辅助罩20的装配方向和终点进行定义,避免操作者混淆和过旋等操作失误。
当然,所述旋转嵌合的方式具有更高的紧固力和稳定性,可以承受更高的振动和外力冲击,但并不是实现本发明构思的唯一方式。例如,请着重参阅图5所示的另一种实施例,所述辅助罩20也可以以其第二壁面201平行于所述主防护罩第一壁面102的姿态,从所述切割功能开口301外侧组装至所述主防护罩10,即,将所述辅助罩20沿着平行于角磨片的方向水平插入所述主防护罩10,完成内折缘104和固定部202的配合。此时,所述护缘203取消而独立依靠所述内折缘104和固定部202的配合实现固持。同时,由于不再是旋转装配,该设计没有了周向开口的嵌合起始端设计,取而代之的是两个嵌合挡止端2022实现对辅助罩20完成装入后的挡止。当然,在本发明构思的基础上,依然可以选用可在组装过程中形变以越过所述环形周壁并复位于所述环形周壁的外壁面以辅助将所述辅助罩固定于主防护罩。
而且,请参阅图6,所述辅助罩20还可以以其第二壁面201平行于所述主防护罩10第一壁面102的姿态,朝接近所述第一壁面102的方向运动并组装至所述主防护罩10,所述辅助罩20具有可在组装过程中形变以与所述内折缘104装配的固定部202。即,将所述辅助罩20沿着垂直于角磨片的方向竖直插入所述主防护罩10,完成内折缘104和固定部202的配合。这种装配方式的特点在于:刚性的护缘203可以保留,形变部分位于凹部202的上缘205。同样具有快速装配, 且可以利用护缘缓冲所述辅助罩20受到的外力冲击。

  1. 一种角磨机用防护罩组件(100),包括主防护罩(10)和可拆卸地组装于所述主防护罩(10)的辅助罩(20),其特征在于:所述主防护罩(10)包括用以和角磨机组接的固定环(101)、与所述固定环(101)连接且平行于角磨机旋转工作平面设置的第一壁面(102)以及相对于所述第一壁面(102)弯折形成的环形周壁(103),所述环形周壁(103)远离第一壁面(102)的一端具有内折缘(104),所述辅助罩(20)具有与所述第一壁面(102)相对的第二壁面(201)以及与所述内折缘(104)扣合的固定部(202),所述第一壁面(102)、环形周壁(103)和第二壁面(201)共同围设形成具有切割功能开口(301)的防护空间(30)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的角磨机用防护罩组件(100),其特征在于,所述主防护罩(10)的内折缘(104)呈环形,所述辅助罩(20)的固定部(202)为一整个环形凹部(202’)或者若干个分布的点凹部集合(202”)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的角磨机用防护罩组件(100),其特征在于,所述内折缘(104)和固定部(202)通过旋转嵌合而装配成一体,所述辅助罩(20)具有围设于所述环形周壁(103)外壁面的护缘(203)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的角磨机用防护罩组件(100),其特征在于,所述环形凹部(202’)或者点凹部集合(202”)具有周向开口的嵌合起始端(2021)和周向止挡的嵌合挡止端(2022)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的角磨机用防护罩组件(100),其特征在于,所述辅助罩(20)以其第二壁面(201)平行于所述主防护罩(10)第一壁面(102)的姿态,从所述切割功能开口(301)外侧组装至所述主防护罩(10)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的角磨机用防护罩组件(100),其特征在于,所述辅助罩(20)以其第二壁面(201)平行于所述主防护罩(10)第一壁面(102)的姿态,朝接近所述第一壁面(102)的方向运动并组装至所述主防护罩(10),所述辅助罩(20)具有可在组装过程中形变以与所述内折缘(104)装配的固定部 (202)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的角磨机用防护罩组件(100),其特征在于,所述辅助罩(20)具有可让位角磨机输出轴末端的缺口(204)。
