本实用新型所述的一种整体式减速电机齿轮,包括条纹齿轮、固定凸台、固定凸轴,所述条纹齿轮的一端面设置有固定凸台,另一端面设置有固定凸轴,所述的条纹齿轮、固定凸台、固定凸轴位于同一轴心线上;其特征在于,还包括轴向油槽、径向油槽和导油槽,所述轴向油槽设置在所述固定凸台内,所述径向油槽环绕于所述固定凸台外侧;所述轴向油槽与所述径向油槽相连;所述导油槽设置于所述条纹齿轮表面,所述导油槽的一端与所述径向油槽相连,所述导油槽的另一端延伸至齿轮处。滑油通过所述轴向油槽注入,并导入所述径向油槽内,进而通过所述导油槽进入轮齿处。
优选的,所述导油槽设计为树叶经脉状。所述导油槽的主脉络的深度及宽度是各分脉络的总和,以保证润滑油能均匀输送。
优选的,其特征在于所述条纹齿轮可以是竖条纹,也可以是斜条纹。

所述导油槽4设计为树叶经脉状。
所述条纹齿轮1可以是竖条纹,也可以是斜条纹。
