마스크 팩
본 발명의 실시예들은 마스크 팩에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 얼굴 피부의 관리를 위하여 마스크 팩을 일정 시간동안 피부에 부착시키는 방법이 사용되었다. 이러한 마스크 팩은 보습제와 같은 피부에 유익한 여러 가지 성분들을 함유한 미용물질이나 화장품 등을 피부 깊숙이 흡수시키기 위해, 미용물질이나 화장품 등을 도포한 부직포를 포함한다.
한편, 안면 피부는 의학적으로 이마, 볼, 눈 주위, 코, 입 주위, 턱과 같은 미용단위로 나누며, 미용성형 수술 시 각 단위의 피부는 다른 단위와 특성이 다르므로 그 점을 유의하여 수술하는 것이 잘 정립되어 있다. 그러나, 종래의 마스크 팩은 이러한 미용단위를 고려하지 않고, 하나의 화장성분으로만 이루어져 있어 눈가나 이마 등에는 불필요한 자극을 주고 볼이나 턱의 피부에는 유분함량을 높여 번들거리게 하는 문제점이 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명의 실시예들은 피부 미용 단위 기반으로 화장 성분을 다르게 공급하는 마스크 팩을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 베이스 시트 및 상기 베이스 시트 상에 배치되며, 제1 화장품 성분을 제1 농도로 구비하는 제1 분할영역과, 상기 제1 분할영역과 비중첩되며 제2 화장품 성분을 제2 농도로 구비하는 제2 분할영역을 구비하는 기능성 시트를 포함하고, 상기 제1 화장품 성분은 상기 제2 화장품 성분과 서로 다르거나, 상기 제1 농도는 상기 제2 농도와 서로 다른 마스크팩을 제공한다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 제1 캡슐부 및 상기 제2 캡슐부는 각각 상기 제1 분할시트 및 상기 제2 분할시트와 맞닿는 면에 절취선이 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 제1 분할시트 및 상기 제2 분할시트는 상기 베이스 시트보다 흡수성이 더 높은 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.

어떤 실시예가 달리 구현 가능한 경우에 특정한 공정 순서는 설명되는 순서와 다르게 수행될 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 연속하여 설명되는 두 공정이 실질적으로 동시에 수행될 수도 있고, 설명되는 순서와 반대의 순서로 진행될 수 있다.
이하의 실시예에서, 막, 영역, 구성 요소 등이 연결되었다고 할 때, 막, 영역, 구성 요소들이 직접적으로 연결된 경우뿐만 아니라 막, 영역, 구성요소들 중간에 다른 막, 영역, 구성 요소들이 개재되어 간접적으로 연결된 경우도 포함한다. 예컨대, 본 명세서에서 막, 영역, 구성 요소 등이 전기적으로 연결되었다고 할 때, 막, 영역, 구성 요소 등이 직접 전기적으로 연결된 경우뿐만 아니라, 그 중간에 다른 막, 영역, 구성 요소 등이 개재되어 간접적으로 전기적 연결된 경우도 포함한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마스크 팩(10)을 개략적으로 도시한 개념도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 마스크 팩(10)의 평면도이다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마스크 팩(10)은 베이스 시트(100) 및 기능성 시트(120)를 구비할 수 있다.
베이스 시트(100)는 사용자의 신체, 예를 들면 사용자의 안면에 착용되는 구조로 형성되며, 구체적으로 얼굴 형상에 대응되게 형성될 수 있다. 베이스 시트(100)는 사람의 얼굴에 밀착될 수 있도록 사람의 얼굴 형상에 따라 변형될 수 있는 구조로 형성되며, 눈, 입 등을 외부로 노출시키기 위한 하나 이상의 개구가 형성될 수 있다.
일 실시예로서, 베이스 시트(100)는 마스크 팩(10)을 지지하는 기능을 수행한다. 예를 들면, 베이스 시트(100)는 폴리우레탄, 릴리스, 순면, 부직포, 한지 등의 기능성 소재로 이루어질 수 있다.
기능성 시트(120)는 베이스 시트(100) 상에 배치되며, 사용자의 얼굴에 직접적으로 접촉하는 시트일 수 있다. 이때, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 기능성 시트(120)는 피부미용 단위 별 맞춤형 미용효과를 제공할 수 있도록 피부미용 단위에 대응되는 위치에 서로 다른 화장성분을 포함하는 분할된 영역으로 이루어질 수 있다. 다시 말해, 기능성 시트(120)는 적어도 베이스 시트(100) 상에 배치되며, 제1 화장품 성분 및 제1 농도로 구비하는 제1 분할영역(P1)과, 제1 분할영역(P1)과 비중첩되며 제2 화장품 성분을 제2 농도로 구비하는 제2 분할영역(P2)을 구비할 수 있다.
여기서, 제1 분할영역(P1)은 얼굴의 이마부분에 대응되는 영역이며, 제2 분할영역(P2)은 얼굴의 볼 부분에 대응되는 영역일 수 있다. 일반적으로 사람의 이마는 피지 분비가 많고 자외선 노출이 심한 영역이고, 사람의 볼은 건조함 및 홍조가 발생되는 영역이기 때문에, 상기한 특성에 맞는 미용관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해, 제1 분할영역(P1)과 제2 분할영역(P2)의 화장성분을 서로 달리하거나, 농도를 달리하여 사용자의 피부에 제공할 수 있다. 제1 화장품 성분은 노화 및 피지를 억제하고 광 손상을 억제하는 기능성 성분을 포함하고, 제2 화장품 성분은 진정작용과 보습을 위한 기능성 성분을 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 제1 화장품 성분은 제2 화장품 성분과 서로 다르거나, 제1 농도는 제2 농도와 서로 다를 수 있다.
한편, 기능성 시트(120)는 제1 분할영역(P1) 및 제2 분할영역(P2) 모두와 비중첩되며 제3 화장품성분을 제3 농도로 구비하는 제3 분할영역(P3)을 더 구비할 수 있다. 여기서, 제3 분할영역(P3)은 얼굴의 눈 주위 부분에 대응되는 영역일 수 있다. 사람의 눈 주위는 주름이 잘 형성되는 영역이므로, 제3 분할영역(P3)의 제3 화장품 성분은 주름 개선 효과를 갖는 기능성 성분을 포함할 수 있다. 제3 화장품 성분은 제1 화장품 성분 및 제2 화장품 성분과 다르거나, 제3 농도는 제1 농도 및 제2 농도와 다를 수 있다.
또한 기능성 시트(120)는 제4 분할영역(P4), 제5 분할영역(P5) 및 제6 분할영역(P6)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 제4 분할영역(P4)은 얼굴의 입 주위 부분에 대응되는 영역이고, 제5 분할영역(P5)은 얼굴의 코 부분에 대응되는 영역이며, 제6 분할영역(P6)은 얼굴의 턱 부분에 대응되는 영역일 수 있다. 마찬가지로, 사람의 입 주위 부분, 코 부분, 턱 부분은 각 단위 별로 특성이 다르기 때문에, 제4 분할영역 내지 제6 분할영역(P4 내지 P6)은 이에 대응되는 기능성 화장성분을 포함할 수 있다.
상기한 분할영역들을 구비하는 기능성 시트(120)는 사용자의 피부에 접촉할 때 분할영역 별로 서로 다른 화장성분 또는 농도를 갖게 하기 위하여, 각 분할영역들을 겔(gel) 형태로 형성할 수 있다. 즉, 기능성 시트(120)는 하이드로겔 시트로 이루어질 수 있다. 하이드로겔 시트는 하이드로겔 형성 성분, 분산제 및 희석용제 등을 포함하고, 여기에 각 분할영역마다 요구되는 기능성 조성물을 더 첨가하여 형성될 수 있다.
하이드로겔 형성 성분은 셀룰로오스, 곤약, 로커스트콩 검, 캐럽콩 검, 알기네이트, 키토산, 전분, 팩틴, 알길, 구아검, 만난, 플루로니그 아라비아 검, 플루란, 콜라겐, 젤란검, 잔탄검, 카라기난, 스클레로튬검 및 한천으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
분산제는 지방산 모노글리세라이드, 솔비탄 지방산 에스테르, 당 에스테르, 세스퀴올레인산소르비탄, POE 지방알코올 에테르 유도체, POE 지방산 에스테르 유도체, POE 솔비탄 지방산 에스테르 유도체, 및 POE 수소첨가 피마자유 유도체로 이루어진 군 중에서 어느 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
희석용제는 에탄올, 프로판올, 이소프로필알코올, 부탄올, 펜탄올, 헥산올, 헵탄올, 옥탄올, 노난올, 데칸올, 프로필렌글리콜, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜, 메틸프로판디올, 부틸에틸프로판디올, 아미노메틸프로판디올, 아미노에틸프로판디올, 에틸렌글라이콜, 에틸헥산디올, 옥탄디올, 이소펜틸디올, 카프릴릴글라이콜, 프로판디올, 2,3-부탄디올 1,2-펜탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,2-헥산다이올, 1,6-헥산다이올, 글리세린, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 및 솔비톨로 이루어진 군 중에서 어느 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
기능성 조성물은 노화방지기능 조성물, 피지분비 억제 조성물, 광 손상 억제 조성물, 진정작용 조성물, 보습작용 조성물, 주름 개선 조성물, 미백 개선 조성물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 조성물을 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 마스크 팩(10')을 개략적으로 도시한 평면도이고, 도 4는 도 3의 마스크 팩(10')의 구조를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3 및 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 마스크 팩(10')은 일 실시예에 따른 마스크 팩(10)과 마찬가지로 피부미용 단위 별 맞춤형 미용효과를 제공할 수 있도록 피부미용 단위에 대응되는 위치에 서로 다른 화장성분을 포함하는 분할된 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 다만, 다른 실시예에 따른 마스크 팩(10')은 하이드로겔로 제조되는 일 실시예에 따른 마스크팩(10)과 달리 각 분할영역 별로 화장성분을 캡슐로 저장하였다가 사용자가 피부에 마스크 팩을 올리기 전 캡슐을 터뜨려 사용할 수 있다. 이하에서는 설명의 편의를 위하여 동일한 구성요소에는 동일한 도면부호를 부여하고, 중복되는 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
베이스 시트(100)는 사용자의 신체, 예를 들면 사용자의 안면에 착용되는 구조로 형성되며, 구체적으로 얼굴 형상에 대응되게 형성될 수 있다. 베이스 시트(100)는 사람의 얼굴에 밀착될 수 있도록 사람의 얼굴 형상에 따라 변형될 수 있는 구조로 형성되며, 눈, 입 등을 외부로 노출시키기 위한 하나 이상의 개구가 형성될 수 있다.
일 실시예로서, 베이스 시트(100)는 마스크 팩(10)을 지지하는 기능을 수행한다. 예를 들면, 베이스 시트(100)는 폴리우레탄, 릴리스, 순면, 부직포, 한지 등의 기능성 소재로 이루어질 수 있다.
기능성 시트(120)는 베이스 시트(100) 상에 배치되며, 사용자의 얼굴에 직접적으로 접촉하는 시트일 수 있다. 이때, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 기능성 시트(120)는 피부미용 단위 별 맞춤형 미용효과를 제공할 수 있도록 피부미용 단위에 대응되는 위치에 서로 다른 화장성분을 포함하는 분할된 영역으로 이루어질 수 있다.
이때, 제1 분할영역(P1)은 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 분할시트(P11)와 제1 캡슐부(P12)를 포함할 수 있다. 마찬가지로, 제2 분할영역(P2)은 제2 분할시트(P21)와 제2 캡슐부(P22)를 포함할 수 있다. 다만, 이하에서는 설명의 편의를 위하여 제1 분할영역(P1)을 중심으로 설명하기로 한다.
제1 분할시트(P11)는 제1 분할영역(P1)에 대응되는 형상으로 이루어질 수 있다. 제1 분할시트(P11)는 베이스시트(100)와 결합되며, 후술하는 제1 캡슐부(P12)로부터 화장성분을 포함하는 마스크액이 잘 스며들 수 있도록 흡수성이 좋은 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제1 분할시트(P11)는 폴리우레탄, 릴리스, 순면, 부직포, 한지 등의 기능성 소재로 이루어질 수 있다. 이때, 제1 분할시트(P11)는 베이스시트(100)와 동일한 소재로 이루어질 수 있으나, 다만, 제1 캡슐부(P12)로부터 용출되는 화장료가 사용자의 얼굴에 직접 접촉하는 기능성 시트(120)로 더 잘 스며들게 하기 위해서, 베이스 시트(100)보다 흡수성이 더 좋은 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
한편, 제1 분할시트(P11)는 다른 분할시트들(P21 내지 P61)들과의 경계 부분이 흡수성이 낮은 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 다시 말해, 제1 캡슐부(P12)로부터 용출된 제1 마스크액이 제1 분할시트(P11)에서만 확산되도록 하며, 다른 분할시트(P21 내지 P61)들로는 흡수되지 않도록 함으로써, 피부미용 단위 별로 다른 기능성 화장성분들을 효과적으로 제공할 수 있게 된다.
제1 캡슐부(P12)는 제1 분할시트(P11)와 베이스 시트(100) 사이에 배치되며, 제1 농도의 제1 화장품 성분으로 이루어진 제1 마스크액을 내부에 수용할 수 있다. 제1 캡슐부(P12)는 외부에서 일정한 압력이 인가되면 제1 캡슐부(P12)가 파열되는 것에 의해 내부에 수용된 마스크액이 외부로 용출될 수 있다. 이를 위해, 제1 캡슐부(P12)는 사용자의 힘으로도 파일이 가능한 수지 필름 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
예를 들면, 제1 캡슐부(P12)는 폴리이미드 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리에테르이미드 수지, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET) 수지, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지, 나일론 수지와 같은 수지 필름 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 그러나, 본 발명은 이에 제한되지 않으며, 보존제를 내부에 수용하면서 일정한 압력이 인가되는 경우 파열되는 재질이면 어느 것이든 가능함은 물론이다.
제1 캡슐부(P12)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 베이스 시트(100)에 부착되는 면에 대향되며, 제1 분할시트(P11)와 맞닿는 면에 절취선(C1)이 형성될 수 있다. 절취선(C1)은 제1 캡슐부(P12)의 파열을 더 용이하게 할 수 있다. 절취선(C1)은 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 분할시트(P11)와 맞닿은 면의 중심을 지나는 하나로 형성될 수도 있지만, 서로 교차하거나 이격되는 둘 이상으로 형성될 수도 있다.
한편, 선택적 실시예로서, 제1 분할시트(P11)는 제1 캡슐부(P12)의 위치를 알려주는 인디케이터(I)가 형성될 수 있다. 인디케이터(I)는 제1 분할시트(P11) 상에 다른 영역들과 다른 색상으로 구분되거나 인쇄된 문자 등을 이용하여 제1 캡슐부(P12)의 위치를 사용자에게 알려줄 수 있다. 이를 통해, 사용자는 제1 캡슐부(P12)의 정확한 위치를 파악하고, 제1 캡슐부(P12)를 효과적으로 터뜨릴 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 마스크 팩은 분할된 영역에 서로 다른 화장성분 또는 농도를 갖도록 함으로써, 피부미용 단위 별 맞춤형 미용효과를 제공할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 마스크 팩은 가장 이상적인 피부 개선 효과를 구현할 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 도면에 도시된 일 실시예를 참고로 하여 설명하였으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며 당해 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 실시예의 변형이 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.
본 발명에 의하면, 마스크 팩을 제공한다. 또한, 산업상 이용하는, 피부에 유익한 여러 가지 성분들을 함유한 미용물질이나 화장품 등을 피부에 흡수시키기 위한 마스크 팩 등에 본 발명의 실시예들을 적용할 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 베이스 시트; 및
    상기 베이스 시트 상에 배치되며, 제1 화장품 성분을 제1 농도로 구비하는 제1 분할영역과, 상기 제1 분할영역과 비중첩되며 제2 화장품 성분을 제2 농도로 구비하는 제2 분할영역을 구비하는 기능성 시트;를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 화장품 성분은 상기 제2 화장품 성분과 서로 다르거나,
    상기 제1 농도는 상기 제2 농도와 서로 다른, 마스크팩.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 기능성 시트는,
    상기 제1 분할영역 및 상기 제2 분할영역과 비중첩되며 제3 화장품 성분을 제3 농도로 구비하는 제3 분할영역을 더 구비하고,
    상기 제3 화장품 성분은 상기 제1 화장품 성분 및 상기 제2 화장품 성분과 다르거나,
    상기 제3 농도는 상기 제1 농도 및 상기 제2 농도와 다른, 마스크팩.
  3. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 기능성 시트는 하이드로겔 시트인, 마스크팩.
  4. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 분할영역은 상기 제1 분할영역에 대응되는 형상의 제1 분할시트, 및 상기 제1 분할시트와 상기 베이스 시트 사이에 배치되며 상기 제1 농도의 상기 제1 화장품 성분으로 이루어진 제1 마스크액을 수용하는 제1 캡슐부를 구비하고,
    상기 제2 분할영역은 상기 제2 분할영역에 대응되는 형상의 제2 분할시트, 및 상기 제2 분할시트와 상기 베이스 시트 사이에 배치되며 상기 제2 농도의 상기 제2 화장품 성분으로 이루어진 제2 마스크액을 수용하는 제2 캡슐부를 구비하는, 마스크팩.
  5. 제4 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 캡슐부 및 상기 제2 캡슐부는 각각 상기 제1 분할시트 및 상기 제2 분할시트와 맞닿는 면에 절취선이 형성되는, 마스크팩.
  6. 제4 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 분할시트 및 상기 제2 분할시트는 상기 베이스 시트보다 흡수성이 더 높은 재질로 이루어진, 마스크팩.
