下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
另外,为了更好地说明本发明,在下文的具体实施方式中给出了众多的具体细节。本领域技术人员应当理解,没有某些具体细节,本发明同样可以实施。在一些实例中,对于本领域技术人员熟知的空调室内机的内部构造、工作原理等未作详细描述,以便于凸显本发明的主旨。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

基于背景技术指出的现有的安装后的嵌入式空调检修不方便的问题,本发明提供了一种用于空调室内机的安装组件,旨在简化空调室内机的安装过程,以及方便空调室内机的检修。

首先参照图3和图4,本实施例提供的待安装的空调室内机包括:室内机主体3、背板4和外罩5。安装之前,室内机主体3、背板4和外罩5处于装配状态,方便运输。室内机主体3包括风机、管道、换热器等空调室内机的常规配置,在此不再具体阐述,以突显本发明的主旨。
参照图3,背板4与主体3通过螺钉彼此连接,用于遮盖和保护主体3内部的零部件。背板4向下凹陷形成凹槽40。参照图4,室内机主体3的结构为四方形,由于该室内机安装在墙角,因此其两个侧面为平面且彼此垂直。主体3的彼此相邻的两个侧面分别向内凹陷形成第 一立壁面30和第二立壁面31,这样与墙壁8之间形成一定的空间,方便后续的管道安装、线路安装等。
参照图1-图4,本实施例提供的用于空调室内机的安装组件包括:挂墙板1、第一支架6、第二支架7和第三支架2。
参照图1所示,挂墙板1为板状结构,为增加强度,板上加工有浅槽或凸筋。参照图5,在安装好的状态下,挂墙板1固定连接到墙角的天花板80上。继续参照图1,挂墙板1的下表面设置有L型的第一挂接部12和第二挂接部13,其前端设置有第三挂接部15,以及设置有用于与天花板80连接的供螺栓等紧固件穿过的螺栓孔14,螺栓可以采用膨胀螺栓。优选地,挂墙板1的下表面向下延伸并折弯以形成第一挂接部12和第二挂接部13。挂墙板1的前端向下延伸并折弯以形成第三挂接部15,这样既方便加工,又能提高强度。进一步地,第一挂接部12和第二挂接部13与竖直墙面平行,第一挂接部12与第二挂接部13相向折弯,方便安装。
参照图4,第一支架6通过紧固件如螺钉固定连接到第一立壁面30上,第一支架6形成大致为U形的结构,其第一端折弯形成第一折弯部60,第二端折弯形成第三折弯部61。与第一支架6的结构一致,第二支架7固定连接到第二立壁面31上,其第一端折弯形成第二折弯部70,第二端折弯形成第四折弯部71,外罩5可以借助第三折弯部61和第四折弯部71连接到主体3上。
参照图2,第三支架2的中部折弯形成为U形结构,且设置有第一V型槽20。参照图3,第三支架2通过螺钉固定连接到背板4的凹槽40上。相应地,第三挂接部15上形成有能够与第一V型槽20匹配的第二V型槽150,在安装好的状态下,第三挂接部15插入凹槽40,第一V型槽20与第二V型槽150卡合,起到限位的作用,防止安装后的室内机相对挂墙板1窜动。第一V型槽20和第二V型槽150均为下凹的V型槽。
为增强室内机与挂墙板1的连接稳定性,第一挂接部12和第一支架6之间还连接有紧固件,第二挂接部13和第二支架7之间也连接有紧固件,紧固件可以为螺钉,或螺栓,或铆钉中的一种或多种。为了方便紧固件的连接,在第一挂接部12和第二挂接部13的水平板上形成有长圆孔,以供紧固件穿过,并且可在安装过程中适应安装误差。
下面结合图5-图16对空调室内机的安装过程进行描述。
S1、将挂墙板1固定安装到天花板80上。具体地,参照图5,将挂墙板1向上抵接到天花板80后,向里推动挂墙板1,使其第一边缘10与第一墙面81和天花板80的交线重合,使其第二边缘11与第二墙面82和天花板80的交线重合,然后通过膨胀螺栓或其他强度较大的紧固件将挂墙板1固定到天花板80的角落处,此时第一挂接部12和第二挂接部13与墙面平行。
S2、将第三支架2通过螺钉固定连接到背板4的凹槽40上。
S3、将外罩5拆下,托起室内机主体3及与其连接的背板4,背板4朝向天花板80,参照图6所示,然后向上向后移动室内机主体3,向后即向着墙角的方向,使第一支架6的第一折弯部60搭接在L型的第一挂接部12上,使第二支架7的第二折弯部70搭接在L型的第二挂接部13上。参照图7-图10,图7和图8示出了第三支架2与第三挂接部15搭接的初始状态,此时第一V型槽20与第二V型槽150尚未卡接,图9和图10示出了第一支架6与第一挂接部12、第二支架7与第二挂接部13搭接的初始状态,此时的长圆孔尚未与支架上的螺孔对齐。
S4、沿墙壁8推动空调室内机,当运动困难时,微抬主体3的前端,即远离墙角的一端,继续向后推动室内机主体3,当听到“噔”的声音后停止推动。具体参照图11和图12,当听到“噔”的声音后,表示第一V型槽20与第二V型槽150成功卡接,室内机主体3已安装到位;参照图13和图14,此时的第一支架6与第一挂接部12已搭接到位,第一长圆孔120与第一支架6上的螺孔对齐,第二支架7与第二挂接部13搭接到位,第二长圆孔130与第二支架7上的螺孔对齐。
S5、自下而上在长圆孔中装入螺钉,实现第一支架6与第一挂接部12、第二支架7与第二挂接部13的紧固连接。
S6、将外罩5固定连接到主体3上。参照图4、图15和图16,第一支架6上形成有第三折弯部61,第二支架7上形成有第四折弯部71,外罩5上设置有能有与第三折弯部61和第四折弯部71配合连接的连接部,通过螺钉实现将外罩5固定连接到主体3上,从而完成空调室内机的安装。
在安装好的状态下,第三挂接部15插入凹槽40,第一支架6借助第一折弯部60挂接到第一挂接部12上,第二支架7借助第二折弯部70挂接到第二挂接部13上,使得空调室内机挂接到挂墙板1上。
需要说明的是,图7、图8、图11和图12显示的视角是从天花板看向空调室内机,图9、图10、图13和图14显示的视角是从地面看向空调室内机。
本发明提供的用于空调室内机的安装组件,通过设置挂墙板和三个支架,使得空调室内机可以方便快捷地吊装到天花板上,与嵌入式空调的安装方式相比,本发明中的安装方式使得用户可以很容易地发现空调的故障,而且检修十分方便,此种安装方式对天花板的破坏程度甚微,保持了天花板的完整性。此外,通过在挂墙板上设置三个挂接部,以及利用第三支架和空调室内机背板上的凹槽来构造插接槽,在空调安装过程中仅需要预先将三个支架安装到室内机主体和背板上,在挂墙板固定到天花板以后即可将空调整机挂接并固定到挂墙板上,该操作过程简单方便,可以大幅地降低空调的安装成本,提高空调的安装效率,且可以在后续的维修阶段为用户节约维修成本。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于空调室内机的安装组件,其特征在于,所述室内机包括彼此连接的主体和背板,所述主体的彼此相邻的两个侧面分别向内凹陷形成第一立壁面和第二立壁面,所述背板向下凹陷形成凹槽,所述安装组件包括:
    挂墙板,在安装好的状态下,所述挂墙板固定连接到墙角的天花板上,所述挂墙板的下表面设置有L型的第一挂接部和第二挂接部,所述挂墙板的前端设置有第三挂接部;
    第一支架,其固定连接到所述第一立壁面上,所述第一支架的第一端折弯形成第一折弯部,在安装好的状态下,所述第一支架能够借助所述第一折弯部挂接到所述第一挂接部上;
    第二支架,其固定连接到所述第二立壁面上,所述第二支架的第一端折弯形成第二折弯部,在安装好的状态下,所述第二支架能够借助所述第二折弯部挂接到所述第二挂接部上;
    第三支架,其固定连接到所述凹槽,在安装好的状态下,所述第三挂接部插入所述凹槽,使得所述背板能够借助所述第三支架挂接到所述第三挂接部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述挂墙板的下表面向下延伸并折弯以形成所述第一挂接部和/或所述第二挂接部;并且/或者
    所述挂墙板的前端向下延伸并折弯以形成所述第三挂接部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述第三支架的中部设置有第一V型槽;并且/或者
    所述第三支架的中部折弯形成为U形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述第三挂接部上形成有能够与所述第一V型槽匹配的第二V型槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述第一V型槽和所述第二V型槽均为下凹的V型槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述第一挂接部和所述第一支架之间还连接有紧固件;并且/或者
    所述第二挂接部和所述第二支架之间还连接有紧固件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件为螺钉或螺栓或铆钉。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述第一挂接部和/或所述第二挂接部上形成有长圆孔,以供所述紧固件穿过。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其特征在于,在安装好的状态下,所述第一挂接部和/或第二挂接部与竖直墙面平行。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述室内机还包括外罩,所述第一支架的第二端折弯形成第三折弯部,所述第二支架的第二端折弯形成第四折弯部,所述外罩借助所述第三折弯部和所述第四折弯部连接到所述主体上。
