本实用新型实施例中,所述供电部4包括安装于车架1的电池41,所述用电部5包括安装于车壳3的车灯51,车灯51包括在车壳3前后的前车灯及后车灯。可以理解,供电部4还可以采用外部电源供电,而车架1只需安装连接外部电源的电连接插接口即可。
具体地,本实施例的供电部4设置于车架1,用电部5设置于车壳3。
车架1设置有第一磁性件6,且第一磁吸件6电性连接供电部4。
车壳3设置有第二磁性件7,且第二磁吸件7电性连接用电部5。
第一磁吸件6与第二磁吸件7吸合以磁吸连接车架1与车壳3并导通所述供电部4与用电部5的电性连接。即安装车架1与车壳3时,将车壳3的第一磁性件6与车架1的第二磁性件7接触吸合即可。由于第一磁性件6同时电性 连接供电部4,第二磁性件7同时电性连接用电部5,如图4中所示,第一磁性件6与供电部4、第二磁性件7与用电部5用导线8连接,故在第一磁吸件6与第二磁吸件7吸合的同时,由于在第一磁吸件6和第二磁吸件7自身的导电功能并将供电部4与用电部5之间的电路连接导通,从而保证车壳3的用电部5如车灯51能正常使用。而拆卸时,对车壳3与车架1施加向外的力,使得第一磁吸件6与第二磁吸件7脱开即可实现车架1与车壳3的完全分离,在分离状态下不受两者之间导线干扰。
如图5所示,优选地,本实用新型的车架1上端前后间隔设置有两个第一磁吸件安装架9,第一磁吸件安装架9安装有所述第一磁吸件6。
所述车壳3内表面与两个第一磁吸件安装架9相对位置设置有两个第二磁吸件安装架10,第二磁吸件安装架10安装有所述第二磁吸件7。
这样在车架1与车壳3前后位置分别设置第一磁吸件6与第二磁吸件7进行磁吸连接,以增加车架1与车壳3之间的连接的稳定性。
进一步地,所述第一磁吸件安装架9为门形架体,门形架体的顶端安装所述第一磁性件6。第一磁吸件安装架9设置为门形架体,使得第一磁吸件安装架9与车架1之间有空间,便于车架1上其他部分的安装。
如图6所示,本实用新型的第一磁吸件6、第二磁吸件7均分别包括间隔排列的多个磁铁11,每一磁铁中间开设有安装孔111,且磁铁11连接有导线8。本实施例中,磁铁11与导线8采用焊接连接。磁铁连接的导线8连接对应的供电部4或者用电部5,如第一磁吸件6的多个磁铁11焊接连接的导线8连接供电部4,第二磁吸件7的多个磁铁11焊接连接的导线8连接用电部5。第一磁吸件6、第二磁吸件7中每个磁铁11都可以焊接导线8或者其中几个磁铁11焊接导线8,能构成导电回路即可。
所述第一磁吸件安装架9、第二磁吸件安装架10均间隔设置有多个连接螺孔12,每一磁铁11的安装孔111穿设有连接螺钉13将该磁铁11固定于磁吸 件安装架的连接螺孔12。第一磁吸件6、第二磁吸件7均设置有多个磁铁11,这样能保证车架1与车壳3之间能牢固地吸合连接。
如图7所示,所述车壳3设置有插接孔14,所述第二磁吸件安装架10背离第二磁吸件的一端面设置有插接柱101插接于所述插接孔14。这样便于第二磁吸件安装架10与车壳3的安装。
优选地,所述插接柱101包括有两个对称设置于第二磁吸件安装架10的两端。这样使得第二磁吸件安装架10两端都与车壳3插接连接,加强插接连接效果。
如图2中所示,本实用新型的车模100还包括设置于车架3内的驱动组件15。驱动组件15用于对车轮进行驱动及控制转速、转向等。驱动组件15可以包括主控电路,电机、变速箱等。
如图8所示,本实用新型的车模100还包括设于车架3内的遥控电路单元16。遥控电路单元16可以接收外部无线信号如遥控器的控制,从而能对本实用新型的车模100进行遥控操作。供电部4连接遥控电路单元16提高电源。遥控电路单元16可自带控制芯片或连接车模100的主控电路以对遥控信号进行处理。
本实用新型实施例提出的磁吸导电的车模100,通过在车架1与车壳3之间设置磁吸连接部分将车架1与车壳3磁吸连接,且车架1与车壳3磁吸连接后该磁吸连接部分导通车架1上的供电部4与车壳3上的用电部5的电路连接,这样本实用新型车模100的车架1与车壳3可方便快速地安装与拆卸,同时又能磁吸导电。拆卸时,能将车架1和车壳3完全分离,安装时能同时导通电路,便于车模100的安装和维护,不再受车架1与车壳3之间导线8连接的干扰,提高了使用体验。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例,并非因此限制本实用新型的专利范围,凡是在本实用新型的实用新型构思下,利用本实用新型说明书及附图内 容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本实用新型的专利保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种磁吸导电的车模,包括车架、设于车架下方的车轮、设于车架上方的车壳,还包括供电部及用电部分开安装于车架与车壳,其特征在于,所述车架与车壳磁吸连接,且所述磁吸连接导通所述供电部与用电部的电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸导电的车模,其特征在于,所述供电部设置于车架,所述用电部设置于车壳;所述车架设置有第一磁性件,且第一磁吸件电性连接供电部;所述车壳设置有第二磁性件,且第二磁吸件电性连接用电部;第一磁吸件与第二磁吸件吸合以磁吸连接车架与车壳并导通所述供电部与用电部的电性连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的磁吸导电的车模,其特征在于,所述车架上端前后间隔设置有两个第一磁吸件安装架,第一磁吸件安装架安装有所述第一磁吸件;所述车壳内表面与两个第一磁吸件安装架相对位置设置有两个第二磁吸件安装架,第二磁吸件安装架安装有所述第二磁吸件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的磁吸导电的车模,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸件、第二磁吸件均分别包括间隔排列的多个磁铁,每一磁铁中间开设有安装孔,且磁铁连接有导线;所述第一磁吸件安装架、第二磁吸件安装架均间隔设置有多个连接螺孔;每一磁铁的安装孔穿设有连接螺钉将该磁铁固定于磁吸件安装架的连接螺孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的磁吸导电的车模,其特征在于,所述车壳设置有插接孔,所述第二磁吸件安装架背离第二磁吸件的一端面设置有插接柱插接于所述插接孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的磁吸导电的车模,其特征在于,所述插接柱包括有两个对称设置于第二磁吸件安装架的两端。
- 根据权利要求3所述的磁吸导电的车模,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸件安装架为门形架体,门形架体的顶端安装所述第一磁性件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸导电的车模,其特征在于,所述供电部包括安装于车架的电池,所述用电部包括安装于车壳的车灯。
- 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸导电的车模,其特征在于,还包括设置于车架内的驱动组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸导电的车模,其特征在于,还包括设于车架内的遥控电路单元。
