- the steel file is made of carbon tool steel T12 or T13 after heat treatment, and then the working part is quenched. It is a small production tool.
- the surface of the file body is provided with many fine teeth and strip-shaped file patterns, which are hand tools used to file the workpiece. Used for micro processing of metal, wood, leather and other surface layers.
- Ceramic products are basically available in every family. For example, most tableware is made of ceramics. Ceramic tableware will inevitably break in the daily and frequent use. This is a problem that every family will encounter, but people are concerned about ceramics with holes. The product can only be endured or discarded. Enduring it may cut the skin, and discarding it will waste energy and money. This status quo has continued to this day.
- One of the objectives of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a file for trimming the edges of ceramics, which aims to solve the technical problem that the edges of ceramic products cannot be trimmed.
- the embodiment of the present application provides a file for trimming a fracture on a ceramic edge, which includes a file body, a transition section, a handle, and a handle anti-skid sleeve.
- the surface of the file body is distributed with teeth for filing work or covered with a working layer.
- the file body and the handle are connected by a transition section.
- the handle non-slip sleeve is wrapped around the handle.
- the main point of the first technical solution is that the top surface of the file body is similar to an inverted triangle, the top of the file body is flat, the left side of the file body and the right side of the file body are both concave arc surfaces, the left side of the file body and the right side of the file body
- the radian of the surface is symmetrical.
- the left side of the file body and the right side of the file body are mainly used to repair the ceramic edge fracture.
- the main point of the second technical solution is that from the end to the transition section of the file body, the vertical height between the bottom edge and the left and right concave arc surfaces gradually increases, the arc R gradually decreases, and the cross-sectional size gradually increases.
- the operator can use the appropriate part of the file body to trim according to the width and height of the ceramic edge break in actual use. Align the bottom edge of the file body with the transverse middle position of the ceramic edge break, close to the break, and make a semi-circular parabolic path to file back and forth. Use the filing teeth or working layer on the left and right sides of the file body to make sharp and irregular breaks After filing, the two sides of the top of the breach after preliminary trimming form a chamfering effect, which is smooth and not sharp, and the arc of the breach is symmetrical, which is beautiful. Then use the top of the file body and use it as a flat file. Chamfer the edge of the breach slightly to make the edge of the breach more smooth.
- This setting is used to meet the needs of trimming ceramic edge fractures of different shapes and sizes.
- the file body is a diamond file
- the file body is composed of a first metal base and a working layer, and the first metal base, the transition section and the handle of the file body are integrally formed.
- the integrated manufacturing process simplifies the production process, reduces the cost, and the product is more durable.
- the file body is a steel file structure
- the file body includes a second metal base and teeth
- the second metal base, the teeth, the transition section and the handle are integrally formed.
- the integrated manufacturing process simplifies the production process, reduces the cost, and the product is more durable.
- transition section is provided with a slope inclined to the side of the file body, and the surface of the transition section has no filing teeth or working layer.
- Such a setting is beneficial for the operator to press the finger on the transition section to exert force when using it, and the skin will not be rubbed by the working layer.
- the grain size of emery or diamond of the working layer on the surface of the file body is 120 to 180 mesh.
- the abrasive in this particle size range is more suitable for the detail trimming of the ceramic edge fracture, and the processed surface after trimming is more precise.
- the upper surface of the file body is rectangular, with a length of 90 mm and a width of 15 mm.
- the file body can be used as a flat file, which increases the functionality of the product.
- the upper surface of the file body has a uniform width of 15mm; the bottom edge of the file body is a straight line, the vertical height between the bottom edge and the left and right concave arcs is 1mm at the end, and the connection between the file body and the transition section is 8mm;
- the radian of the section is R ⁇ 29mm, and the radian of the joint between the file body and the transition section is R ⁇ 12mm.
- the vertical height between the bottom edge of the file body and the left and right concave arc surfaces gradually increases, the arc R of the left and right concave arc surfaces gradually decreases, and the cross section size of the file body gradually increases . It is possible to trim most of the ceramic edge fractures with a width less than or equal to 15mm and a height less than or equal to 8mm. Because most of the ceramic edge fractures are within this range, the file set according to this parameter is the most suitable for trimming ceramic edge fractures.
- the connecting surface between the ends of the left and right arc surfaces of the file body and the upper surface of the file body uses a chamfer design, and the thickness is 2 mm.
- the length of the transition section is 30 mm.
- Such a setting is suitable for the size of a finger pressing surface when most people use the file, and it is convenient for people to press the finger on it to exert force when using it, without being rubbed by the working layer to damage the skin.
- the handle is cylindrical and has a length of 90 mm.
- the handle is 80mm long.
- This setting is suitable for most people's grip surface size when gripping the file.
- the larger the contact surface during gripping the greater the friction force, which can exert greater force, and the reverse force will be more dispersed on the hand. It can make the operator more comfortable and labor-saving.
- the handle non-slip sleeve is made of rubber or plastic.
- rubber or plastic has the advantages of simple manufacturing process, low cost, strong anti-slip performance, and mass production.
- the file for trimming ceramic edge fractures of the present application has simple operation and strong functionality, and the trimmed ceramic edge fracture surface is smooth and has beautiful lines. If it is popularized in social households, it can prevent the edges of ceramics from causing cuts to people's skin, extend the service life of ceramic products (such as tableware, handicrafts, etc.), and make a certain contribution to the earth's energy conservation and environmental protection.
