固定模板包括上固定模板和下固定模板,下固定模板定位侧条带长度定位器和/或侧条带宽度定位器,上固定模板扣合在侧定位条带成形槽上,上固定模板和下固定模板使侧定位条带上表面与下表面平整或制作出符合因运输带生产需要的形状。
上固定侧定位条器包括螺杆、夹具、扣槽或固定销,上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器通过螺杆扣合连接或通过夹具扣合连接或通过扣槽扣合连接或通过固定销扣合连接,当使用螺杆扣合连接时,上固定侧定位条器上设有上连接孔,下固定侧定位条器上设有下连接丝孔,螺杆穿过上连接孔旋入下连接丝孔固定上紧固侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器。
上固定侧定位条器上设有上定位侧条半圆孔,下固定侧定位条器上设有下定位侧条半圆孔,带外侧定位条设置在下定位侧条半圆孔内,上定位侧条半圆孔与下定位侧条半圆孔扣合定位带外侧定位条,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带。
上固定侧定位条器定位在上固定模板上,下固定侧定位条器定位在下固定模板上,带外侧定位条设置在侧条固定孔或侧条固定槽内,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带。
侧条带长度定位器包括精准定位侧条挡片孔和精准定位侧条挡片,精准定位侧条挡片孔设置在侧条固定孔朝向固定模板内侧端部,侧条带长度定位器对精准定位侧条挡片定位,将精准定位侧条挡片穿在侧定位条上,将带外侧定位条置入固定带外侧条孔,将精准定位侧条挡片推入精准定位侧条挡片孔内,精准定位侧条挡片孔和精准定位侧条挡片对侧定位条精准定位,精准定位侧条挡片阻止胶体进入固定带外侧条孔内。
侧定位条齿带包括平面侧定位条齿带或包括阻漏挡边面侧定位条齿带或包括阻滑料纹面侧定位条齿带,当制作阻滑料纹面侧定位条齿带时,上固定模板或下固定模板上设有阻滑料模纹槽,阻滑料模纹槽布置在侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体流入阻滑料模纹槽形成阻滑料纹面侧定位条齿带。
槽式固定侧定位条器包括左固定侧定位槽和/或右固定侧定位槽,将带外侧定位条设置在左固定侧定位槽和/或右固定侧定位槽,左固定侧定位槽固定带外侧定位条左侧,右固定侧定位槽固定带外侧定位条右侧,槽式固定侧定位条器上设有与固定模板相互固定的槽固定侧条件机构,槽固定侧条件机构包括螺纹式固定机构、销轴式固定机构、扣件式固定机构、挡边式固定机构。
侧定位条带成形槽内设有减带厚板,减带厚板与固定模板分体连接或为一体式,减带厚板宽度与侧定位条齿带带面宽度一致或减带厚板宽度小于侧定位条齿带带面宽度,当减带厚板宽度小于侧定位条齿带带面宽度时,减带厚板至侧条带长度定位器之间的胶体形成侧定位 条齿带挡边,等距离固定侧定位条孔的直径小于侧定位条齿带厚度或等距离固定侧定位条孔的直径等于侧定位条齿带厚度或等距离固定侧定位条孔的直径大于侧定位条齿带厚度,带外侧定位条的直径大或等于侧定位条齿带厚度,带外侧定位条承受超大拉力不变形。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.固定模板固定侧条带宽度定位器和/或侧条带长度定位器,侧条带长度定位器设置于固定模板的一侧或两侧,侧条带长度定位器朝向固定模板内侧与侧条带宽度定位器形成侧定位条带成形槽,带外侧定位条设置于固定侧定位条槽,带内侧定位条设置在侧定位条带成形槽内,上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器扣合,前侧条带宽度定位器和/或后侧条带宽度定位器设置于固定模板的端部,侧条带宽度定位器、侧条带长度定位器与固定模板扣合形成侧定位条带成形槽,带内侧定位条布置在侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体设置于侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带,带外侧定位条在侧定位条带一侧或两侧形成侧定位条齿带,孔式固定侧定位条器侧部设有固定带外侧条孔,带外侧定位条设置在固定带外侧条孔内,孔式固定侧定位条器朝向固定模板内侧与侧条带宽度定位器形成侧定位条带成形槽,带内侧定位条设置在侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体设置于侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带,将带内侧定位条抽出形成穿孔侧定位条带或使带内侧定位条与胶体为一体式,该模具的发明解决了旧式模具不能生产侧定位条齿带的问题,本模具的发明和使用使侧定位条齿带的发明转化为了提高输送生产效率的有巨大使用价值的产品,使侧定位条齿带的发明及使用避免了旧式皮带、甲带运行中经常跑偏造成的洒漏料,避免了旧式皮带、甲带磨损导料槽,避免了旧式皮带、甲带跑偏撕裂断裂,避免了旧式皮带、甲带跑偏、斜拉阻力过大造成电机烧毁等故障的发生,免除了使用现场经常维修更换旧式皮带、甲带造成的严重人力物力浪费,该工艺工装的发明填补了国内外胶带两侧设置侧定位条齿的工艺,结构合理,具有针对性解决了侧定位条齿带的生产难题,实用性强。
2.通过模板定位条槽或模板定位条孔或模板定位条挡边或模板定位条平板或模板定位条夹装件定位侧条带长度定位器,使侧条带长度定位器不会相对于固定模板位移,确保了制作出的侧定位条齿带,尺寸精度高、使用寿命长。
3.下固定模板定位侧条带长度定位器和/或侧条带宽度定位器,上固定模板扣合在侧定位条带成形槽上,上固定模板和下固定模板使侧定位条带上表面与下表面平整或制作出符合因运输带生产需要的形状。
4.带外侧定位条设置在下定位侧条半圆孔内,上定位侧条半圆孔与下定位侧条半圆孔扣合定位带外侧定位条,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带,下定位侧条半圆孔有利 于快速摆放侧定位条,对侧定位条之间的间距进行定位,上定位侧条半圆孔与下定位侧条半圆孔扣合避免胶体覆盖带外侧定位条,当制作完侧定位条齿带时,将上固定模板移动离开侧条带长度定位器,上侧条带长度定位器自行脱离侧定位条齿带,提高了侧定位条齿带的制作效率。
5.上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器通过螺杆扣合连接或通过夹具扣合连接或通过扣槽扣合连接或通过固定销扣合连接,当使用螺杆扣合连接时,螺杆穿过上连接孔旋入下连接丝孔固定上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器,确保上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器不相对位移,其扣缝严实不会流入胶体,提高制作精度,减少修边所需的人力物力。
6.直接将上固定侧定位条器定位在上固定模板上,直接将下固定侧定位条器定位在下固定模板上,使带外侧定位条设置在侧条固定孔或侧条固定槽内,使胶体包裹带内侧定位条,使上固定模板压扣在下固定模板上,使侧定位条齿带快速成型,快速将上固定模板或下固定模板拆除,不需调整固定侧定位条器,减少制作侧定位条齿带的工序,提高生产效率,节省制作时间及人力。
7.精准定位侧条挡片孔设置在侧条固定孔朝向固定模板内侧端部,侧条带长度定位器对精准定位侧条挡片定位,将精准定位侧条挡片穿在侧定位条上,将带外侧定位条置入固定带外侧条孔,将精准定位侧条挡片推入精准定位侧条挡片孔内,精准定位侧条挡片孔和精准定位侧条挡片对侧定位条精准定位,精准定位侧条挡片阻止胶体进入固定带外侧条孔,提高了侧定位条齿带的精度质量。
8.当制作阻滑料纹面侧定位条齿带时,上固定模板或下固定模板上设有阻滑料模纹槽,阻滑料模纹槽布置在侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体流入阻滑料模纹槽形成阻滑料纹面侧定位条齿带,通过对固定模板的形状设置实现对各种侧定位条齿带带面制作,丰富了侧定位条齿带的品种和功能。
9.当使上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器为一体式时,在侧条带长度定位器上设置固定带外侧定位条穿孔或在侧条带长度定位器上设置固定带外侧定位条槽形成槽式固定侧定位条器,将带外侧定位条设置在固定带外侧定位条槽内,使槽式固定侧定位条器朝向固定模板内侧与侧条带宽度定位器形成侧定位条带成形槽,带内侧定位条设置在侧定位条带成形槽内,使胶体设置于侧定位条带成形槽内,使胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带,槽式固定侧定位条器避免了上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器分体扣合带外侧定位条造成的上下扣合误差,增加了固定侧定位条器的厚度,使制作固定侧定位条器工艺简单,增加了固定侧定位条器的使用寿命。
10.当使用分体式上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器时,槽式下固定侧定位条器设置在固定模板上,槽式下固定侧定位条器设有多个等距离固定侧定位条槽,多个上固定侧定位条块配合多个等距离固定侧定位条槽形成多个等距离固定侧定位条孔,带外侧定位条设置于多个等距离固定侧定位条孔,该发明用多个等距离固定侧定位条槽给侧定位条与侧定位条之间准确等距离定位,提高了侧定位条齿带的制造精度,使带外侧定位条距离均等,有利于带外侧定位条与驱动齿轮的精确配合,有利于滚子链与侧定位条齿带的精确配合,避免了因多个带外侧定位条之间的距离不均等与驱动齿轮啮合不当造成爬链、卡齿等故障,确保了侧定位条齿带运行无噪音,提高了滚子链的使用寿命。
11.将带外侧定位条设置在左固定侧定位槽和/或右固定侧定位槽,左固定侧定位槽固定带外侧定位条左侧,右固定侧定位槽固定带外侧定位条右侧,槽式固定侧定位条器上设有与固定模板相互固定的槽固定侧条件机构,左固定侧定位槽和/或右固定侧定位槽避免了上下固定侧定位条因侧定位条齿带厚度限制,使上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器做的比较薄,使用寿命短等缺陷,提高了侧条带长度定位器的使用寿命。
12.侧定位条带成形槽内设有减带厚板,减带厚板与固定模板分体连接或为一体式,减带厚板宽度与侧定位条齿带带面宽度一致或减带厚板宽度小于侧定位条齿带带面宽度,在保证侧定位条齿带使用寿命的前提下,使用减带厚板减少了整条侧定位条齿带的重量,节约了材料,当减带厚板宽度小于侧定位条齿带带面宽度时,减带厚板至侧条带长度定位器之间的胶体形成侧定位条齿带挡边,等距离固定侧定位条孔的直径小于侧定位条齿带厚度或等距离固定侧定位条孔的直径等于侧定位条齿带厚度或等距离固定侧定位条孔的直径大于侧定位条齿带厚度,当带外侧定位条的直径大或等于侧定位条齿带厚度时,使带外侧定位条能够承受超大拉力不变形、耐磨损,提高了侧定位条齿带的抗拉强度,提高了侧定位条齿带的运输能力,提高了侧定位条齿带的使用寿命。

  1. 一种侧定位条齿带的制作工艺方法,其特征在于:
    一、设置上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器组成侧条带长度定位器,使上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器分体连接或为一体式;
    二、设置前侧条带宽度定位器和/或后侧条带宽度定位器形成侧条带宽度定位器;
    三、在侧条带长度定位器上设置侧条固定孔或侧条固定槽;
    四、设置固定模板,固定模板固定侧条带宽度定位器和/或侧条带长度定位器;
    五、设置带外侧定位条和设置带内侧定位条组成侧定位条;
    六、侧条带长度定位器设置于固定模板的一侧或两侧,使侧条带长度定位器朝向固定模板内侧与侧条带宽度定位器形成侧定位条带成形槽;
    七、当使用分体式上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器时,使上固定侧定位条器和/或下固定侧定位条器设有固定侧定位条槽,将带外侧定位条设置于固定侧定位条槽,将带内侧定位条设置在侧定位条带成形槽内,使上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器扣合,将前侧条带宽度定位器和/或后侧条带宽度定位器设置于固定模板的端部,使侧条带宽度定位器、侧条带长度定位器与固定模板扣合形成侧定位条带成形槽,将带内侧定位条布置在侧定位条带成形槽内,将胶体设置于侧定位条带成形槽内,使胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带;
    八、将带内侧定位条抽出形成穿孔侧定位条带或使带内侧定位条与胶体为一体式,使带外侧定位条在侧定位条带一侧或两侧形成侧定位条齿带;
    九、当将上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器设置为一体式时,使上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器组成孔式固定侧定位条器,在孔式固定侧定位条器侧部设置固定带外侧条孔,将带外侧定位条设置在固定带外侧条孔内,使孔式固定侧定位条器朝向固定模板内侧与侧条带宽度定位器形成侧定位条带成形槽,带内侧定位条设置在侧定位条带成形槽内,使胶体设置于侧定位条带成形槽内,使胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带,将带内侧定位条抽出形成穿孔侧定位条带或使带内侧定位条与胶体为一体式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种侧定位条齿带制作工艺方法的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:包括侧定位条、固定模板、侧条带宽度定位器、侧条带长度定位器和胶体,侧条带长度定位器与固定模板分体连接或为一体式,侧条带宽度定位器与固定模板分体连接或为一体式,侧条带长度定位器包括左侧条带长度定位器和/或右侧条带长度定位器,固定模板固定侧条带宽度定位器和/或侧条带长度定位器,侧条带长度定位器设置于固定模板的一侧或两侧,侧条带长度定位器朝向固定模板内侧与侧条带宽度定位器形成侧定位条带成形槽,侧条 带长度定位器包括上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器,上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器分体连接或为一体式,当上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器分体连接时,上固定侧定位条器和/或下固定侧定位条器设有固定侧定位条槽,侧定位条包括带外侧定位条和带内侧定位条,带外侧定位条设置于固定侧定位条槽,带内侧定位条设置在侧定位条带成形槽内,上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器扣合,侧条带宽度定位器包括前侧条带宽度定位器和/或后侧条带宽度定位器,前侧条带宽度定位器和/或后侧条带宽度定位器设置于固定模板的端部,侧条带宽度定位器、侧条带长度定位器与固定模板扣合形成侧定位条带成形槽,带内侧定位条布置在侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体设置于侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带,将带内侧定位条抽出形成穿孔侧定位条带或使带内侧定位条与胶体为一体式,带外侧定位条在侧定位条带一侧或两侧形成侧定位条齿带,当上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器为一体式时,上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器组成孔式固定侧定位条器,孔式固定侧定位条器侧部设有固定带外侧条孔,带外侧定位条设置在固定带外侧条孔内,孔式固定侧定位条器朝向固定模板内侧与侧条带宽度定位器形成侧定位条带成形槽,带内侧定位条设置在侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体设置于侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带,将带内侧定位条抽出形成穿孔侧定位条带或使带内侧定位条与胶体为一体式,当使上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器为一体式时,在侧条带长度定位器上设置固定带外侧定位条穿孔或在侧条带长度定位器上设置固定带外侧定位条槽形成槽式固定侧定位条器,将带外侧定位条设置在固定带外侧定位条槽内,使槽式固定侧定位条器朝向固定模板内侧与侧条带宽度定位器形成侧定位条带成形槽,带内侧定位条设置在侧定位条带成形槽内,使胶体设置于侧定位条带成形槽内,使胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带,将带内侧定位条抽出形成穿孔侧定位条带或使带内侧定位条与胶体为一体式,当使用分体式上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器时,下固定侧定位条器包括槽式下固定侧定位条器,槽式下固定侧定位条器设置在固定模板上,上固定侧定位条器包括上固定侧定位条块,槽式下固定侧定位条器设有多个等距离固定侧定位条槽,多个上固定侧定位条块配合多个等距离固定侧定位条槽形成多个等距离固定侧定位条孔,带外侧定位条设置于多个等距离固定侧定位条孔,带内侧定位条设置在侧定位条带成形槽内,前侧条带宽度定位器和/或后侧条带宽度定位器设置于固定模板的端部,胶体设置于侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:固定模板包括模板定位条槽、模板定位条孔、模板定位条挡边、模板定位条平板或模板定位条夹装件,模板定位条槽或模板定位条孔或模板定位条挡边或模板定位条平板或模板定位条夹装件定位侧条带长度 定位器。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:固定模板包括上固定模板和下固定模板,下固定模板定位侧条带长度定位器和/或侧条带宽度定位器,上固定模板扣合在侧定位条带成形槽上,上固定模板和下固定模板使侧定位条带上表面与下表面平整或制作出符合因运输带生产需要的形状。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:上固定侧定位条器包括螺杆、夹具、扣槽或固定销,上固定侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器通过螺杆扣合连接或通过夹具扣合连接或通过扣槽扣合连接或通过固定销扣合连接,当使用螺杆扣合连接时,上固定侧定位条器上设有上连接孔,下固定侧定位条器上设有下连接丝孔,螺杆穿过上连接孔旋入下连接丝孔固定上紧固侧定位条器和下固定侧定位条器。
  6. 根据权利要求2或4所述的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:上固定侧定位条器上设有上定位侧条半圆孔,下固定侧定位条器上设有下定位侧条半圆孔,带外侧定位条设置在下定位侧条半圆孔内,上定位侧条半圆孔与下定位侧条半圆孔扣合定位带外侧定位条,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带。
  7. 根据权利要求2或4所述的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:上固定侧定位条器定位在上固定模板上,下固定侧定位条器定位在下固定模板上,带外侧定位条设置在侧条固定孔或侧条固定槽内,胶体包裹带内侧定位条形成侧定位条齿带。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:侧条带长度定位器包括精准定位侧条挡片孔和精准定位侧条挡片,精准定位侧条挡片孔设置在侧条固定孔朝向固定模板内侧端部,侧条带长度定位器对精准定位侧条挡片定位,将精准定位侧条挡片穿在侧定位条上,将带外侧定位条置入固定带外侧条孔,将精准定位侧条挡片推入精准定位侧条挡片孔内,精准定位侧条挡片孔和精准定位侧条挡片对侧定位条精准定位,精准定位侧条挡片阻止胶体进入固定带外侧条孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:侧定位条齿带包括平面侧定位条齿带或包括阻漏挡边面侧定位条齿带或包括阻滑料纹面侧定位条齿带,当制作阻滑料纹面侧定位条齿带时,上固定模板或下固定模板上设有阻滑料模纹槽,阻滑料模纹槽布置在侧定位条带成形槽内,胶体流入阻滑料模纹槽形成阻滑料纹面侧定位条齿带。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:槽式固定侧定位条器包括左固定侧定位槽和/或右固定侧定位槽,将带外侧定位条设置在左固定侧定位槽和/或右固定侧定位槽,左固定侧定位槽固定带外侧定位条左侧,右固定侧定位槽固定带外侧定位条右侧,槽式固定侧定位条器上设有与固定模板相互固定的槽固定侧条件机构,槽固定侧条件机 构包括螺纹式固定机构、销轴式固定机构、扣件式固定机构、挡边式固定机构。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的侧定位条齿带制作工艺工装,其特征在于:侧定位条带成形槽内设有减带厚板,减带厚板与固定模板分体连接或为一体式,减带厚板宽度与侧定位条齿带带面宽度一致或减带厚板宽度小于侧定位条齿带带面宽度,当减带厚板宽度小于侧定位条齿带带面宽度时,减带厚板至侧条带长度定位器之间的胶体形成侧定位条齿带挡边,等距离固定侧定位条孔的直径小于侧定位条齿带厚度或等距离固定侧定位条孔的直径等于侧定位条齿带厚度或等距离固定侧定位条孔的直径大于侧定位条齿带厚度,带外侧定位条的直径大或等于侧定位条齿带厚度,带外侧定位条承受超大拉力不变形。
