请参考图1~图2,本申请中的子锁部2,与申请人已经申请的专利名称为《一种可限位双锁舌的智能锁锁体》,专利申请号为201810568644.9中所述的“单锁舌2”一致,其主要功能及结构设置相同。当锁体处于锁门状态时,子锁部2在门框的压力作用下向内收缩于壳体部1内侧,当锁体离开门框时,子锁部2无外部压力限制可直接伸出壳体部1。
请参考图1及图2,所述把手部3包括若干个把手推动件31,把手推动件31可以收到把手及电机8的控制旋转移动,所述把手推动件31位于壳体部1内侧。当把手旋转时,把手可以带动把手推动件31内部的方棒结构从而使得把手推动件31以中心的方棒结构为轴心进行旋转;当电机8收到指令后,电机8带动电机齿轮81进而带动与电池齿轮81连接的部件移动,最终带动把手推动件31可以发生与把手旋转时同样的动作。本申请及说明书附图中没有明确指出方棒结构,但通过附图也可以明确理解方棒结构及其作用。
请参考图1~图2、图12~图16,限位部包括受子锁部2控制的限位组件41、固定于下壳体52的限位拨杆43,限位组件41与限位拨杆43之间由推拉杆42连接,使得当子锁部2运动时,限位组件41可以通过推拉杆42带动限位拨杆43运动,同时限位拨杆43也可以在把手推动件31的带动下运动。
限位部还包括导向块44,导向块44与限位拨杆43连接,当限位拨杆43移动时,可以带动导向块44同步移动。
限位拨杆43包括形状完全相同的限位拨杆上片43A及限位拨杆下片限位拨杆43B,限位拨杆上片43A及限位拨杆下片限位拨杆43B之间通过柱体固定连接,使得限位拨杆上片43A及限位拨杆下片限位拨杆43B之间呈一体化设置。
限位拨杆上片43A及限位拨杆下片限位拨杆43B上均包括用于与导向块44连接的拨杆头部431,及用于容置下壳体52的限位拨杆定位柱53的固定孔432,连接后,限位拨杆固定柱53穿过固定孔432,使得整个限位拨杆43可以限位拨杆固定柱53为旋转中心发生旋转。
本申请中对于限位组件41通过推拉杆42带动限位拨杆43以固定柱53为旋转中心旋转的原理不在详细阐述,其各部分结构及原理已经在申请人申请的专利名称为《一种可限位双锁舌的智能锁锁体》,专利申请号为201810568644.9,及专利名称为《一种限位单锁舌自动开门的智能锁锁体》,专利申请号为201920364563.7中说明,本申请中在此不做赘述。
请参考图1~图4,单向斜舌部1包括单向斜舌部1包括单斜舌部11、与单斜舌部11活动连接的连动部12、及第一弹性体13。
单斜舌部11包括伸缩部111及旋转部112。
伸缩部111包括锁门时与单向斜舌孔511垂直的平面1111、及与平面1111呈一定角度的斜面1112。
旋转部112包括长及宽都大于单向斜舌孔511的肩部1121、及容置连动部12的连动件容置槽1124,肩部1121上设置有头部卡槽1122、头部卡槽1122的顶端设置有轴槽1123。
连动部12包括容置于轴槽1123内的轴杆121、容置于下壳体52及盖体的第一导向槽(图中未标号)内的第一导向凸起122、及容置第一弹性体13的弹簧容置孔123、及与静音部配合的卡齿部124。
卡齿部124固定于连动部12的一侧,具体的,卡齿部124与弹簧容置孔123相邻,位于弹簧容置孔123远离主锁舌部的一侧。
连接后,单斜舌部11可以以轴杆121为轴进行旋转。
第一导向槽的长度大于第一导向凸起122,且两者宽度相同,第一导向凸起122在第一导向槽内滑动时,连动部12只能在第一导向槽的长度方向上直线运动,即连动部12只能在垂直于单向斜舌孔511的方向上直线运动。
第一弹性体13的一端容置于弹簧容置孔123内,另一端与限位拨杆挡板54接触,限位拨杆挡板54上设置有用于防止第一弹性体13移动的、直径小于第一弹性体13直径的第一弹性体容置凸起541。由于限位拨杆挡板54位于下壳体52上且伸入盖板内进而固定于壳体内,故在第一弹性体13的自然张力作用下,第一弹性体13始终存在使连动部12及与连动部12活动连接的单斜舌部11远离壳体的力,由于连动部12只能在垂直于单向斜舌孔511的方向上做直线运动,故第一弹性体13的张力使得连动部12及单斜舌部11始终存在垂直于单向斜舌孔511方向上的、伸出壳体力。
导向块44上设置有可伸入头部卡槽1122的卡位凸起441、容置于下壳体52及盖体的第二导向槽(图中未标号)内的第二导向凸起442、及容纳拨杆头部411的拨杆槽443。
本实用新型中,拨杆头部411与拨杆槽443固定连接。故导向块44与限位拨杆43固定连接,当限位拨杆43旋转时,导向块44随之旋转。
第二导向槽的长度大于第二导向凸起442,且两者宽度相同,第二导向凸起442在第二导向槽内滑动时,导向块44只能在第二导向槽的长度方向上直线运动,即导向块44只能在垂直于单向斜舌孔511的方向上直线运动。
在自然状态下,第一弹性体13的自然张力使得单斜舌部11和连动部2始终远离壳体,伸缩部111伸出单向斜舌孔511,肩部1121卡在单向斜舌孔511内边。
锁门状态时,限位拨杆41带动导向块44移动,卡位凸起441卡入旋转部112的头部卡槽1122内,此时旋转部112无法旋转且无法向壳体内移动,单斜舌部11被限位实现锁门。
需要开门时,外力带动限位拨杆41顺时针旋转,导向块44随之向上移动离开头部卡槽1122,此时单斜舌部11的限位消失,单斜舌部11在第一弹性体13的张力作用下使得单斜舌部11向壳体内部缩入。
单斜舌部11向壳体内部缩入时,单斜舌部11以轴杆121为轴,以肩部1121为支点,前后两侧方向都可以旋转,这样使得无论是哪个方向拉门都可以实现开门的效果。
此时单斜舌部11旋转,带动连动部12按压第一弹性体13,在第二导向凸起442的作用下单斜舌部11只能在垂直于单向斜舌孔511的方向上壳体内部缩入,并可以完全缩入壳体内部,门可开启。
请参考图2~图12,静音部包括固定于下壳体52、与限位拨杆43连接的静音驱动部61,及与静音驱动部61连接的的驱动弹性体62,及固定于下壳体52的静音限位部63,及与静音限位部63连接的限位弹性体64。
请参考图2、图5~图6、图12,静音驱动部61包括形状完全相同的静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B,静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B之间通过静音驱动部连接片61C连接,连接后,静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B之间的距离即为静音驱动部连接片61C的宽度。装配后,限位拨杆43位于静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B两侧,即限位拨杆上片43A及限位拨杆下片限位拨杆43B分别位于静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B的外侧,且限位拨杆上片43A与静音驱动部上片61A接触,限位拨杆下片限位拨杆43B与静音驱动部下片61B接触。
当然,与本申请实现相同的效果的前提下,将限位拨杆上片43A及限位拨杆下片限位拨杆43B装配于静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B内侧也在本申请的保护范围内,本申请再次不做赘述。
静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B上包括用于与下壳体51连接的驱动头部611,及用于避免与限位拨杆挡板54接触的驱动部避空612,及与静音限位部63接触的驱动推杆613。及与限位拨杆43的把手连接部433形状完全相同、受把手推动件31控制的驱动处614,及用于避免与下壳体52部分结构接触的驱动部下避空617,及用于避免与把手推动部31部分结构接触的驱动部上避空618。
静音驱动部连接片61C包括连接侧壁615,及位于连接侧壁615下侧、用于连接驱动弹性体62的驱动弹性体容置处616。
驱动头部611上包括头部容置孔6111,头部容置孔6111用于容置限位拨杆定位柱53穿过,装配后,静音驱动部61在外力作用下以限位拨杆定位柱53为旋转中心旋转。
驱动部避空612向静音驱动部61内部凹陷,呈圆滑的孔状,使得当静音驱动部61旋转时,驱动部避空612可以使静音驱动部61避免与限位拨杆挡板54接触,有足够的旋转空间。
与之相同的,驱动部下避空617同样向静音驱动部61内部凹陷,其凹陷处用于避免静音驱动部61旋转时与壳体固定件56接触,驱动部上避空618也向静音驱动部61内部凹陷,其凹陷处用于避免静音驱动部61旋转时与把手推动部31的部分结构发生不必要的接触,为把手推动部31预留足够的旋转空间。
驱动推杆613位于驱动头部611下方,向单向锁舌部1方向倾斜,驱动推杆613成长条状,边缘处包括驱动推杆顶部6131,驱动推杆顶部6131呈圆滑的顶点,驱动推杆顶部6131可按压静音限位部63。当把手推动部31不对静音驱动部61施加外力时,驱动推杆顶部6131与静音限位部63接触,按压静音限位部63;当把手推动部31对静音驱动部61施加外力时,驱动推杆613主体侧壁与静音限位部63接触,驱动推杆顶部6131对静音限位部63的按压限位消失,静音限位部63发生位置变化。
驱动处614与位于驱动头部611右侧,其形状与把手连接部433完全一致,驱动处614包括位于驱动处614上侧的驱动处上顶点6141、位于驱动处614下侧的驱动处下顶点6142、及位于驱动处上顶点6141及驱动处下顶点6142中间且向内凹陷的驱动处凹槽6143。驱动处上顶点6141、驱动处下顶点6142、驱动处凹槽6143之间呈圆滑的曲线,故而当把手推动部31在按压带动静音驱动部61旋转时可以落入驱动处凹槽6143内实现更好的推动手感,同时也避免把手推动部31不易按压带动静音驱动部61旋转。
当把手推动部31在外力作用下与静音驱动部61接触时,把手推动部31直接滑入按压驱动处凹槽6143内,带动静音驱动部61旋转。
连接侧壁615位于静音驱动部连接片61C,即静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B侧边,连接侧壁615下侧包括宽度小于连接侧壁615的驱动弹性体容置处616。
驱动弹性体62的直径小于驱动侧壁615的宽度且大于驱动弹性体容置处616的宽度,使得驱动弹性体62可以套设于驱动弹性体容置处616上,被驱动侧壁615限位。
本实施例中,驱动弹性体容置处616呈长方体状,当然,只要能实现将驱动弹性体62套设于驱动弹性体容置处616上,其驱动弹性体容置处616的形状不受限制。
驱动弹性体62的一端套设于驱动弹性体容置处616上,另一端直接接触下壳体52,与下壳体52的侧壁接触,由于静音驱动部61位置与下壳体52侧壁接近,且静音驱动部连接片61C与驱动弹性体62另一端接触的下壳体52侧壁接近垂直,故驱动弹性体62不会倾斜滑出下壳体52侧壁。驱动弹性体62在自身张力作 用下,始终存在将驱动弹性体容置处616远离下壳体52侧壁的力,由此使得静音驱动部61始终存在驱动弹性体容置处616远离下壳体52侧壁的力,在无外力作用下,静音驱动部61的位置保持固定。
静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B的侧边厚度为静音驱动部侧壁61h,限位拨杆43的把手连接部433形状与静音驱动部上片61A及静音驱动部下片61B的驱动处614形状相同,把手连接部433的侧边厚度为限位拨杆侧壁43h,把手推动件31的侧边厚度为推动侧壁31h。从图12中可视出,以一侧为例,推动侧壁31h大于等于静音驱动部侧壁61h与限位拨杆侧壁43h之和,使得当把手部3带动把手推动件31旋转时,把手推动件31可以同时推静音驱动部61及限位拨杆43同时发生移动,且静音驱动部61及限位拨杆43都以限位拨杆定位柱53为旋转轴,故静音驱动部61及限位拨杆43在把手推动件31的作用下可以同步发生相同角度的旋转。
请参考图1~图2、图7~图11,静音限位部63位于连动部12及静音驱动部61之中的下方,静音限位部63与下壳体52固定,下壳体52包括静音定位柱55,静音定位柱55穿过静音限位部63,使得静音限位部63在外力作用下能够以静音定位柱55为旋转轴发生旋转。
静音限位部63受静音驱动部61的控制,同时,静音限位部63通过限位卡齿部124实现对单向斜舌部1的限位。
静音限位部63包括限位连接部631及与之相连接的限位卡位部632,两者配套形成完整的静音限位部63.
限位连接部631包括形状完全相同的连接部上片631A及连接部下片631B,连接部上片631A及连接部下片631B通过连接部连接片631相连接,连接后,连接部上片631A与连接部下片631B通过连接部连接片631C连接的一侧闭合,未连接的另一侧留有缝隙即连接部间隙6315。
连接部上片631A及连接部下片631B上包括用于容置静音定位柱55的连接部容置孔6311,使得静音定位柱55可以穿过连接部容置孔6311将限位连接部631固定于下壳体52;还包括连接部避空槽6312。
连接部连接片631C上包括连接侧壁6313,连接侧壁6313上包括连接部卡槽6314,连接部卡槽6314向连接侧壁6313内陷。
限位卡位部632呈片状,其厚度与连接部间隙6315相同,连接后,限位卡位部632的卡位头部6325卡位于连接部间隙6315内。
限位卡位部632包括用于容置静音定位柱55的卡位部容置孔6321,使得静音定位柱55可以穿过卡位部容置孔6321将限位卡位部632固定于下壳体52,且卡位部容置孔6321与连接部容置孔6311同轴,即同时容置静音定位柱55穿过,使得限位卡位部632与限位连接部631旋转中心相同。
限位卡位部632还包括与卡齿部124接触的卡位顶点6322,卡位顶点6322卡入卡齿部124时,可将单向斜舌部1限位,防止单向斜舌部1向壳体部外伸出。
限位卡位部632还包括卡位部限位部6323,卡位部限位部6323与卡位顶点6322包括向限位卡位部632内部凹陷的限位卡槽6324,连接后,限位卡槽6324与连接部卡槽6314相配合,使得连接侧壁6313卡入限位卡槽6324内,将限位卡位部632与限位连接部631形成一体化设置。
卡位部限位部6323下侧包括限位弹性体容置处6326,限位弹性体容置处6326可以容置限位弹性体64套设于限位弹性体容置处6326上。
限位弹性体64的直径小于卡位部限位部6323的宽度且大于限位弹性体容置处6326的宽度,使得限位弹性体64可以套设于限位弹性体容置处6326上,被卡位部限位部6323限位。
本实施例中,限位弹性体容置处6326呈长方体状,当然,只要能实现将驱动限位弹性体64套设于限位弹性体容置处6326上,其限位弹性体容置处6326的形状不受限制。
驱动限位弹性体64的一端套设于限位弹性体容置处6326上,另一端直接接触下壳体52,与下壳体52的侧壁接触,静音定位柱55位于下壳体52侧壁上侧,与下壳体52侧壁接近,且连接部连接片631C与驱动限位弹性体64另一端接触的下壳体52侧壁接近垂直,故驱动限位弹性体64不会倾斜滑出下壳体52侧壁。驱动限位弹性体64在自身张力作用下,始终存在将限位弹性体容置处6326远离下壳体52侧壁的力,由此使得限位卡位部632始终存在限位弹性体容置处6326远离下壳体52侧壁的力,在无外力作用下,限位卡位部632的位置保持固定。
同时,限位卡槽6324卡入连接部卡槽6314内,卡位头部6325卡入连接部间隙6315内,使得限位卡接部632与限位连接部631卡接呈一体化设置,连接后,连接部容置孔6311与卡位部容置孔6321同轴,使得整个静音限位部63以静音定位柱55为轴心旋转,且受驱动限位弹性体64的张力作用。
请参考图1~图2,图4,卡齿部124位于连动部12一侧,卡齿部124包括与卡位顶点6322接触的卡齿1241、位于卡齿部124远离单斜舌部11一端的卡齿侧壁1242、及呈圆弧状的卡齿避空1243。
卡齿避空1243呈圆弧状,其弧度与第一弹性体13适配,使得第一弹性体13可以顺利的容置于弹性体容置孔123内。
卡齿侧壁1242位于卡齿部124末端,向卡齿部124内侧略微凹陷,呈圆弧曲度,避免当卡位顶点6322位于卡齿侧壁1242时被限位。
卡齿1241上包括若干卡齿凸起,凸起顶部呈尖锐状,使得卡位顶点6322可以卡入凸起内实现限位功能,当卡位顶点6322在外力作用下向上卡入卡齿1241时,卡齿1241即停止移动,进而实现单向斜舌部1停止移动。
驱动弹性体62的弹力大于限位弹性体64,使得当无其他外力作用时,静音驱动部61的驱动推杆顶部6131会按压连接侧壁6313,防止卡位顶点6322卡入卡齿1241内;当静音驱动部61在把手推动部31的按压下,驱动弹性体62被压缩,静音驱动部61的驱动推杆顶部6131对连接侧壁6313的按压消失,限位弹性体64在张力作用下将静音限位部63向上顶起,卡位顶点6322卡入卡齿1241内。
请参考图2,限位拨杆挡板54上为了使卡齿部124向后延伸,还包括有使得第一弹性体13能够完全容置于限位拨杆挡板54的弹性体挡板壁542、及向限位拨杆挡板54内侧凹陷的挡板避空543。
挡板避空543使得卡齿部124可以穿过限位拨杆挡板54向后延伸,挡板避空543处与卡齿部124适配。
请参考图1~图2,图13~图17,以下,结合说明书附图对本申请的静音智能锁锁体各部分的工作原理进行进一步的解释说明。
图1为锁体锁门时各部分状态,此时,主锁舌部7、单向斜舌部1伸出侧边51,子锁部2被门框遮挡,未伸出侧边51,缩入壳体部内。
在限位组件41的作用下,推拉杆42带动限位拨杆43将限位拨杆43向下按压,使得导向块44伸入 单向斜舌部1的轴槽1123,单向斜舌部1被限位。
此时,静音驱动部61无其他外力作用,驱动弹性体62在张力作用下将静音驱动部61以限位拨杆定位柱53为轴保持按压静音限位部63的连接侧壁6313状态,由于驱动弹性体62的弹力大于限位弹性体64的弹力,故静音限位部63被按压,卡位顶点6322不与卡齿部124接触。
图13为锁体主锁舌部7已经在电机8的作用下已经缩入壳体部内的状态,此时,单向斜舌部1仍伸出侧边51,子锁部2仍被门框遮挡,未伸出侧边51,缩入壳体部内。
在限位组件41的作用下,推拉杆42带动限位拨杆43将限位拨杆43向下按压,使得导向块44伸入单向斜舌部1的轴槽1123,单向斜舌部1被限位。
此时,静音驱动部61仍无其他外力作用,驱动弹性体62在张力作用下将静音驱动部61以限位拨杆定位柱53为轴保持按压静音限位部63的连接侧壁6313状态,由于驱动弹性体62的弹力大于限位弹性体64的弹力,故静音限位部63被按压,卡位顶点6322不与卡齿部124接触。
图14~图15为主锁舌部7已解锁、按压把手部3时的状态,此时,把手部3在把手的带动下发生旋转,把手推动件31接触并按压驱动处凹槽6143,使静音驱动部61以限位拨杆定位柱53为轴顺时针旋转,进而按压驱动弹性体62,此时,驱动推杆613的驱动推杆顶部6131停止对连接侧壁6313按压,静音限位部63在限位弹性体64的张力作用下以静音定位柱55为旋转轴逆时针旋转,将静音限位部63的卡位顶点6322向上顶起,卡位顶点6322进入卡齿部124的卡齿侧壁1242处。
图16~图17为锁体的主锁舌部7已解锁、按压把手部7推门时的状态,此时,子锁部2在无门框的阻挡伸出壳体部的侧边51,使得限位组件41带动推拉杆42将限位拨杆43以限位拨杆定位柱53为轴向上提起,导向块44对单向斜舌部1的限位取消,单向斜舌部1可以缩入壳体部内,推门时,单向斜舌部1在门框边缘的作用下可以缩入壳体部内,单向斜舌部1在向内收缩滑动时,卡位顶点6322卡入卡位部124的卡齿1241内,将单向斜舌部1限位,使得单向斜舌部1在固定缩入壳体部内,不会再伸出壳体部外。
此时,推开门体,即可将门打开,此时由于卡位顶点6322将单向锁舌部1限位,开门至门框边缘时,单斜舌部11不会接触门框边缘,即单斜舌部11不会发生撞击门框的声音,实现静音效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,通过延迟单向斜舌部回弹实现静音效果,锁体外部包括壳体部,用于包裹锁体内部的结构,壳体部包括侧边、下壳体及盖体,下壳体与盖体盖合,侧边位于下壳体及盖体的侧面,锁体内部包括子锁部及主锁舌部,所述锁体还包括把手部,其特征在于:
    所述单向斜舌部包括单斜舌部及连动部,连动部上包括卡齿部,卡齿部上包括呈锯齿状的卡齿;
    所述锁体包括限位部,限位部包括受子锁部控制的限位组件、及连接限位组件及限位拨杆的推拉杆、及由限位组件或把手部控制的限位拨杆、及连接于限位拨杆的导向块;
    所述锁体还包括静音部,静音部包括静音驱动部及静音限位部,静音限位部上包括卡位顶点;
    当把手部转动时,把手部带动限位拨杆及静音驱动部旋转,限位拨杆带动导向块解除对单向斜舌部的限位,静音驱动部接触对静音限位部的限位,静音限位部移动使得卡位顶点卡入卡齿内,使单向斜舌部缩入壳体部内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,其特征在于:
    所述静音部还包括驱动弹性体及限位弹性体,驱动弹性体两端分别与静音驱动部及下壳体连接,限位弹性体两端分别与静音限位部及下壳体连接;
    驱动弹性体的弹性体张力大于限位弹性体的弹性体张力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,其特征在于:
    静音限位部包括限位连接部及限位卡位部;
    限位连接部包括连接部卡槽及连接部间隙,限位卡位部包括限位卡槽及卡位头部;
    限位卡槽卡入连接部卡槽内,卡位头部卡入连接部间隙内,使得限位连接部与限位卡位部连接一体化。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,其特征在于:
    所述下壳体包括静音定位柱,
    所述限位连接部包括容置静音定位柱的连接部容置孔,
    所述限位卡位部包括容置静音定位柱的卡位部容置孔,
    所述静音定位柱穿过连接部容置孔及卡位部容置孔,使所述限位连接部及所述限位卡位部以静音定位柱为轴同轴同步旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,其特征在于:
    所述静音驱动部包括直径大于驱动弹性体的连接侧壁,及直径小于所述驱动弹性体的驱动弹性体容置处,所述驱动弹性体套设于所述驱动弹性体容置处上,使所述驱动弹性体位于所述驱动弹性体容置处及下壳体侧边之间;
    所述限位卡位部包括直径大于所述限位弹性体的卡位部限位部,及直径小于所述限位弹性体的限位弹性体容置处,所述限位弹性体套设于所述限位弹性体容置处上,使得所述限位弹性体位于所述限位弹性体容置处及下壳体侧边之间。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,其特征在于:
    所述静音驱动部包括向下伸出的驱动推杆,驱动推杆顶端包括驱动推杆顶部;
    所述限位连接部包括连接侧壁;
    所述驱动推杆顶部按压所述连接侧壁时,所述静音限位部被限位,所述限位弹性体被压缩,所述卡位顶点无法卡入卡齿内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,其特征在于:
    静音驱动部包括驱动处,所述驱动处包括驱动处上顶点、驱动处下顶点、位于驱动处上顶点及驱动处下顶点中间且向内凹陷的驱动处凹槽;

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,其特征在于:
    下壳体包括限位拨杆定位柱;
    静音驱动部包括驱动头部,所述驱动头部包括容置限位拨杆定位柱的头部容置孔;
    限位拨杆包括容置限位拨杆定位柱的固定孔;
    所述限位拨杆定位柱穿过头部容置孔及固定孔,使所述静音驱动部及所述限位拨杆以限位拨杆定位柱为轴同轴同步旋转。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,其特征在于:
    静音驱动部包括形状完全相同的静音驱动部上片及静音驱动部下片,
    静音驱动部上片和静音驱动部下片的侧边厚度为静音驱动部侧壁;
    限位拨杆包括形状完全相同的限位拨杆上片及限位拨杆下片限位拨杆,限位拨杆上片及限位拨杆下片限位拨杆的侧边厚度为限位拨杆侧壁;
    把手部包括形状完全相同的两个把手推动件,把手推动件的侧边厚度为推动侧壁;
    所述推动侧壁大于等于所述静音驱动部侧壁与所述限位拨杆侧壁之和。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种延迟单锁舌回弹的静音智能锁锁体,其特征在于:
    所述卡齿部包括向卡齿部内侧略微凹陷,呈圆弧曲度的卡齿侧壁;卡齿侧壁避免当卡位顶点位于卡齿侧壁时,所述卡位顶点无法移动而被限位。
