本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件上,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者它可能通过第三部件间接固定于或设置于另一个元件上。当一个元件被称为“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者它可能通过第三部件间接连接于另一个元件上。
需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。

请同时参阅图1和图2,本实用新型实施例提供一种新型加湿器,该新型加湿器1包括外壳100、固定支架200、雾化器400和控制电路组件500,外壳100具有容腔10,固定支架200设于容腔10内并将容腔10分隔成第一隔离腔11和第二隔离腔12,控制电路组件500安装于第一隔离腔11,雾化器400设于用于盛装溶液的第二隔离腔12并与溶液接触,雾化器400与控制电路组件500电性连接。
在本实施例中,外壳100具有容腔10,固定支架200置于容腔10内并将容腔10分隔成相对的第一隔离腔11和第二隔离腔12,控制电路组件500安装于第一隔离腔11,而溶液盛装在第二隔离腔12内,雾化器400置于第二隔离腔12内的溶液中并与控制电路组件500电性连接,控制电路组件500控制雾化器400以使雾化器400对第二隔离腔12内的溶液进行雾化,这样,通过固定支架200的设置,将容腔10分成用于安装控制电路组件500的第一隔离腔11以及用于存放溶液的第二隔离腔12,有效地将液电分离,避免控制电路组件500与溶液直接接触,提高整体的安全指数,同时延长控制电路组件500的使用寿命。
在本实用新型中,第一隔离腔11可以位于第二隔离腔12之上,也可以位于第二隔离腔12之下,第一隔离腔11与第二隔离腔12也可以左右布置,但并不局限于此,只需满足容设控制电路组件500的第一隔离腔11与容纳溶液的第二隔离腔12隔离即可。在本实施例中,第一隔离腔11相对位于第二隔离腔12之上。
请同时参阅图1和图2,优选地,外壳100包括端盖110和主壳体120,端盖110扣合于主壳体120并共同形成容腔10,端盖110与主壳体120可拆卸连接,固定支架200固定于端盖110。可以理解地,控制电路组件500安置于端盖110与固定支架200之间,溶液盛装在主壳体120内。
在本实施例中,端盖110罩扣于主壳体120并与主壳体120共同形成容腔10,固定支架200置于容腔10内并与端盖110固定连接,当需要添加溶液时,只需开启端盖110,此时,端盖110连同固定支架200一起与主壳体120分开,可直接往主壳体120里注入溶液,使用方便,而且,主壳体120内部结构简单,无任何复杂结构,便于直接清洗。再有,端盖110与主壳体120之间可拆卸连接,这样,提高了端盖110扣合与开启的效率,方便用户使用,提高用户对新型加湿器1的体验性。
端盖110与主壳体120可拆卸连接,该连接结构可以为卡扣连接,也可以为磁吸连接,但端盖110与主壳体120之间的可拆卸连接结构并不仅限于此。
在本实施例中,雾化器400为超声波打水器或加热器。
在本实施例中,控制电路组件500包括与雾化器400电性连接的控制电路板510以及与控制电路板510电性连接的电源连接器520,端盖110开设与第一隔离腔11连通的电源接口101,电源连接器520固定于电源接口101处。当然,控制电路组件500还可以包括与控制电路板510电性连接的电池,这样可以无需插电,便可使用,而且可以移动到任何没有电源的地方使用,提高其便利性。
在本实施例中,新型加湿器1还包括支撑垫600,主壳体120抵坐于支撑垫600之上。具体地,支撑垫600为倒扣的盘形体。
请同时参阅图1和图2,优选地,固定支架200包括与端盖110固定连接的隔离架体210,端盖110与隔离架体210共同形成第一隔离腔11,隔离架体210与主壳体120共同形成第二隔离腔12,隔离架体210开设有用于连通第一隔离腔11与第二隔离腔12的第一开口201,端盖110开设有与第一隔离腔11连通的出雾口102。
新型加湿器1还包括用于连通第一开口201与出雾口102的导雾结构700,导雾结构700一端连接于隔离架体210,另一端连接于端盖110。
在本实施例中,通过导雾结构700连通隔离架体210上的第一开口201和端盖110的出雾口102,可有效将雾化器400雾化的雾气依次经由第一开口201、导雾结构700和出雾口102引导至新型加湿器1之外,重要的是,雾化器400雾化后的雾气不会进入第一隔离腔11内,与控制电路组件500接触,更有效地提高整体的安全性。
在本实施例中,隔离架体210为带有容纳槽202的盘形体,第一开口201开设有容纳槽202的槽底。
请同时参阅图1和图2,优选地,导雾结构700包括导雾管710、外出雾管720和内出雾管730,其中,导雾管710的一端连接于隔离架体210的第一开口201处且另一端向出雾口102延伸,内出雾管730设于外出雾管720的管腔且二者的一端皆连接于端盖110的出雾口102处,且另一端均朝向隔离架体210方向延伸,内出雾管730的外管壁、外出雾管720的内管壁以及端盖110中位于二者之间的内壁共同 形成环形插槽701,导雾管710的上端与外出雾管720的下端对接,或者导雾管710的上端插于外出管的管腔,或者导雾管710的上端插于环形插槽701,导雾管710的管腔与内出雾管730的管腔连通。
优选地,内出雾管730呈喇叭状,且其喇叭口背对隔离架体210。
请同时参阅图1和图2,作为可替代方案,导雾结构700包括一端连接于隔离架体210的第一开口201处且另一端朝向出雾口102延伸的导雾管710以及一端连接于端盖110的出雾口102处且另一端朝向隔离架体210方向延伸的外出雾管720,导雾管710的上端与外出雾管720的下端对接,或导雾管710的上端插于外出雾管720的管腔,导雾管710的管腔与外出雾管720的管腔连通。
请同时参阅图1至图4,进一步地,新型加湿器1还包括安置于第一隔离腔11内的风扇800,风扇800与控制电路组件500电性连接,风扇800具有进风口(图中未标记)和出风口801,隔离架体210开设有第二开口203,第二开口203与出风口801相对;端盖110开设有至少一个进风孔103。这样,通过风扇800的设置,可有效是主壳体120内的雾气形成涡流状态,便于雾气快速从第一开口201导出。
优选地,第二开口203开设于隔离架体210的边缘处,这样,可以对主壳体120内的雾气进行彻底搅动,加速第一开口201的雾气流通量。
在本实施例中,固定支架200还包括安装围墙220,安装围墙220设于第一隔离腔11并与隔离架体210连接,并包围第二开口203,风扇800安置于安装围墙220,这样,提高第二开口203的出风量。
优选地,固定支架200还包括设于第二隔离腔12内的导风围墙230,导风围墙230连接于隔离架体210并与第二开口203连通。
在本实施例中,第二围墙230连接于隔离架体210的下表面,并包围第二开口203,用以供风导出。这样,可以使风直导液面,搅动液面上的雾气,并由第一开口201导出。
请同时参阅图1、图2和图5,优选地,新型加湿器1还包括能够浮于溶液表面的浮体件900,雾化器400与浮体件900固定连接并与浮体件900共同漂浮于溶液表面或悬浮于溶液中。具体地,雾化器400与浮体件900一起漂浮在溶液表面,或 者悬浮在距离溶液表面一定距离的溶液中。
在本实施例中,将雾化器400与浮体件900固定连接在一起,这是利用浮体件900的自重使雾化器400潜浮于液体中的一定位置,当液体的液位发生变化时,浮体件900会根据液位的变化而改变悬浮位置,始终保持雾化器400与液面保持一定距离。
在本实施例中,该新型加湿器1还包括定位结构,该定位结构的一端连接于隔离架体210且另一端朝向第二隔离腔12延伸,或者该定位结构的一端连接于第二隔离腔12的腔壁且另一端朝向隔离架体210延伸。该定位结构具有滑接腔,且该滑接腔沿溶液的深度方向延伸,浮体件900设于该滑接腔内并与定位结构滑动配合。当液面上升或下降时,浮体件900带动雾化器400沿着滑接腔的延伸方向浮动,实现对浮体件900和雾化器400的定位浮动。具体地,该定位结构为套筒,该套筒的一端连接于隔离架体210且另一端朝向第二隔离腔12延伸,或者该套筒的一端连接于第二隔离腔12的腔壁且另一端朝向隔离架体210延伸,套筒壁设有至少一个通液口以使套筒内的液面与第二隔离腔12内的液面齐平,浮体件900和雾化器400皆设于套筒的滑接腔内,并沿滑接腔延伸方向浮动。当然,该定位结构并不仅限于上述结构。
具体地,浮体件900开设有上下贯通的通液腔901,雾化器400固定于浮体件900的下表面,并且其一端部插于通液腔901内。
浮体件900于其下表面开设有安装槽902,安装槽902与通液腔901相对且连通,雾化器400固定于安装槽902。
请参阅图1,优选地,新型加湿器1还包括用于观察第二隔离腔12中液面位置的观察窗30,外壳100开设有观察口301,观察窗30安装于观察口301。可以理解地,观察穿具有透明特性。
优选地,观察窗30设置有刻度线,这样,不仅可以实时观察第二隔离腔12内的液位情况,也可以实时获取液位的精确数据。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型加湿器,其特征在于,包括外壳、固定支架、雾化器和控制电路组件,所述外壳具有容腔,所述固定支架设于所述容腔内并将所述容腔分隔成第一隔离腔和第二隔离腔,所述控制电路组件安装于所述第一隔离腔,所述雾化器设于用于盛装溶液的第二隔离腔并与所述溶液接触,所述雾化器与所述控制电路组件电性连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的新型加湿器,其特征在于,所述外壳包括端盖和主壳体,所述端盖扣合于所述主壳体并共同形成所述容腔,所述端盖与所述主壳体可拆卸连接,所述固定支架固定于所述端盖。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的新型加湿器,其特征在于,所述固定支架包括与所述端盖固定连接的隔离架体,所述端盖与所述隔离架体共同形成所述第一隔离腔,所述隔离架体与所述主壳体共同形成所述第二隔离腔,所述隔离架体开设有用于连通所述第一隔离腔和所述第二隔离腔的第一开口,所述端盖开设有与所述第一隔离腔连通的出雾口;
    所述新型加湿器还包括用于连通所述第一开口与所述出雾口的导雾结构,所述导雾结构一端连接于所述隔离架体,另一端连接于所述端盖。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的新型加湿器,其特征在于,所述导雾结构包括一端连接于所述隔离架体的第一开口处且另一端朝向所述出雾口延伸的导雾管以及一端连接于所述端盖的出雾口处且另一端朝向所述隔离架体方向延伸的外出雾管,所述导雾管的上端与所述外出雾管的下端对接,或所述导雾管的上端插于所述外出雾管的管腔。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的新型加湿器,其特征在于,所述导雾结构包括导雾管、外出雾管和内出雾管,其中,所述导雾管的一端连接于 所述隔离架体的第一开口处且另一端向所述出雾口延伸,所述内出雾管设于所述外出雾管的管腔且二者的一端皆连接于所述端盖的出雾口处,且另一端均朝向所述隔离架体方向延伸,所述内出雾管的外管壁、所述外出雾管的内管壁以及所述端盖中位于二者之间的内壁共同形成环形插槽,所述导雾管的上端与所述外出雾管的下端对接,或者所述导雾管的上端插于所述外出管的管腔,或者所述导雾管的上端插于所述环形插槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的新型加湿器,其特征在于,所述内出雾管呈喇叭状,且其喇叭口背对所述隔离架体。
  7. 如权利要求3至6中任一项所述的新型加湿器,其特征在于,所述新型加湿器还包括安置于所述第一隔离腔内的风扇,所述风扇与所述控制电路组件电性连接,所述风扇具有进风口和出风口,所述隔离架体开设有第二开口,所述第二开口与所述出风口相对;所述端盖开设有至少一个进风孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的新型加湿器,其特征在于,所述固定支架还包括设于所述第二隔离腔内的导风围墙,所述导风围墙连接于所述隔离架体并与所述第二开口连通。
  9. 如权利要求2至6中任一项所述的新型加湿器,其特征在于,所述新型加湿器还包括能够浮于溶液表面的浮体件,所述雾化器与所述浮体件固定连接并与所述浮体件共同漂浮于溶液表面或悬浮于溶液中。
  10. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的新型加湿器,其特征在于,所述新型加湿器还包括用于观察所述第二隔离腔内中液面位置的观察窗,所述外壳开设有观察口,所述观察口与所述第二隔离腔连通,所述观察窗安装于所述观察口。
