进一步地,在投放人靠近箱体投放垃圾时或环卫工人驾驶垃圾专运车将垃圾碎片抽离箱体的过程中,进料仓顶盖会自动开启。
本发明实施例具有如下优点:智能垃圾箱通过设置有储存塑料类垃圾、金属类垃圾、纸制品类垃圾和有机物残渣类垃圾的四种箱体将垃圾进行分类,促进垃圾的可回收循环;通过粉碎装置将垃圾进行粉碎,使垃圾颗粒化、流体化从而减少垃圾的占用空间,进一步减少清理、运输、人工成本;通过药剂喷洒装置对有机物残液进行发酵催化或杀毒抑菌,有机物分解后可作为肥料再利用,从而达到资源的循环利用,进一步减少垃圾的填埋焚烧。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,一种智能垃圾箱管理系统,包括:
智能垃圾箱管理平台,垃圾投放人终端、环卫工人终端、垃圾回收企业终端以及上述智能垃圾箱;所述垃圾投放人终端、所述环卫工人终端、所述垃圾回收企业终端以及所述智能垃圾箱分别通过无线网络与所述智能垃圾箱管理平台建立通信;
所述智能垃圾箱管理平台用于:接收所述智能垃圾箱发送的数据;基于所述数据对垃圾投放人进行结算并将结算结果保存在垃圾投放人的账户中;将所述数据同步传输给所述垃圾投放人终端、所述环卫工人终端和所述垃圾回收企业终端。
进一步地,还包括垃圾专运车,所述垃圾专运车装有大型负压吸尘器以及对接管,用于对所述智能垃圾箱储存的已分类的垃圾碎片进行分类收集运输,送达各类垃圾目的地。
本发明实施例具有如下优点:智能垃圾箱管理系统中的智能垃圾管理平台基于智能垃圾箱发送的信息对垃圾投放人进行结算并将信息共享给垃圾投放人终端、企业回收终端和环卫工人终端,能够促使公民自觉执行垃圾分类工作,减少垃圾对城市环境的污染,极大改善城市卫生形象。

本发明实施例提供一种智能垃圾箱,图1为本发明实施例中提供的一种智能垃圾箱的主视图,参见图1,包括:
第一箱体、第二箱体、第三箱体、第四箱体、供电单元、通信单元以及控制单元;
所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体以及所述第四箱体分别设置有电机19、粉碎装置9、箱体外接出料口15、残液滤网16、残液输送管17和至少一个进料仓18,其中所述进料仓18位于所述粉碎装置9的上方,所述残液滤网16位于所述残液输送管17的上方且与所述残液输送管17相连接,所述电机19用于驱动粉碎装置9对各类垃圾进行粉碎处理;
所述箱体外接出料口15设置在各箱体的底部;
具体地,环卫工人驾驶装有大型负压吸尘器以及对接管的垃圾专运车,通过对接所述智能垃圾箱301的箱体外接出料口15,将已分类的垃圾碎片进行抽离。
所述第一箱体还设置有塑料储存仓5,所述塑料储存仓5位于所述第一箱体的粉碎装置9的下方,用于储存塑料类垃圾;
所述第二箱体还设置有金属储存仓6,所述金属储存仓6位于所述第二箱体的粉碎装置9的下方,用于储存金属类垃圾;
所述第三箱体还设置有纸制品储存仓7、压实机11、螺杆14和另一电机,所述纸制品储存仓7位于所述第三箱体的粉碎装置9的下方,用于储存纸制品类垃圾,所述压实机11为格栅状压实机11,所述另一电机设置在所述第三箱体内的底部;
具体地,在投放人投放纸制品类垃圾时,所述压实机11通过所述控制单元在所述另一电机的作用下通过螺杆14升起、格栅打开,经过粉碎装置9粉碎后的纸制品碎片通过格栅中的缝隙漏至所述纸制品储存仓7的底部。在粉碎装置9停止工作后,所述压实机11的格栅关闭;在所述另一电机的带动下,所述压实机11通过螺杆14整体向下压实纸制品碎片。
所述第四箱体还设置有有机物残渣储存仓8、药剂喷洒装置12和残液水泵13;所述有机物残渣储存仓8位于所述第四箱体的粉碎装置9的下方,用于储存有机物残渣类垃圾;所述药剂喷洒装置12内装有发酵催化剂或杀毒抑菌药液,用于对有机物残液进行发酵催化或杀毒抑菌;所述残液水泵13用于将所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体中的有机物残液通过残液输送管17运输到所述第四箱体的有机物残渣储存仓中;
所述塑料储存仓5、所述金属储存仓6、所述纸制品储存仓7和所述有机物残渣储存仓8四者为全部透明或正面后面透明,所述正面为面对垃圾投放人的一面,所述后面为所述正面的相对面。
所述供电单元用于对所述智能垃圾箱301的用电元件进行供电;
所述控制单元分别与粉碎装置9、压实机11、药剂喷洒装置12、残液水泵13供电单元和通信单元电连接;
本发明实施例提供的一种智能垃圾箱301,通过设置有储存塑料类、金属类、纸制品类和有机物残渣类的四种箱体将垃圾进行分类,促进垃圾的可回收循环;通过粉碎装置9将垃圾进行粉碎,从而减少垃圾占用 空间,进一步减少清理、运输、人工成本;通过药剂喷洒装置12对有机物残液进行发酵催化或杀毒抑菌,有机物分解后可作为肥料再利用,从而达到资源的循环利用,进一步减少垃圾的填埋焚烧。
所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体以及所述第四箱体通过残液输送管17相连接。
在本发明上述实施例的基础上,提供一种智能垃圾箱301,所述粉碎装置9由撕碎机、粉碎机和切割刀片三者之一或任意两者或全部组成,用于对垃圾进行粉碎处理。
需要说明的是,所述第二箱体的粉碎装置9能够对金属类垃圾进行粉碎。
具体地,在垃圾投放人投放垃圾时,所述控制单元启动电机19,使粉碎装置9开始运行,对垃圾进行粉碎处理。
在本发明上述实施例的基础上,提供一种智能垃圾箱301,所述第三箱体内还设置有称重装置,用于对纸制品类垃圾进行称重。所述控制单元与称重装置电连接。
具体地,在垃圾投放人投放纸制品类垃圾后,通过计算所述第三箱体内投放前和投放后的纸制品类垃圾重量的变化量,得到垃圾投放人所投放的纸制品类垃圾的重量,所述控制单元通过所述通信单元将垃圾投放人所投放的纸制品类垃圾的重量发送给智能垃圾管理平台。
在本发明上述实施例的基础上,提供一种智能垃圾箱301,所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体二者的进料仓18内分别设置有计数传感器1,用于对投放的垃圾进行计数。所述控制单元与所述计数传感器1电连接。
具体地,所述控制单元将垃圾投放人投放的塑料类垃圾和金属类垃圾的数量通过所述通信单元发送到智能垃圾箱管理平台。
在本发明上述实施例的基础上,提供一种智能垃圾箱301,所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体、所述第四箱体四者的进料仓顶盖4分别设置有生物识别传感器3和贴有二维码标识2,用于识别垃圾投放人和环卫工人。
具体地,垃圾投放人和环卫工人可以过扫描二维码标识2的方式使智能垃圾箱301确认身份,或者通过生物识别传感器3来识别。
在本发明上述实施例的基础上,提供一种智能垃圾箱301,所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体和所述第四箱体内分别设置有储量传感器10,用于识别各箱体内的垃圾存储量。所述控制单元与所述储量传感器10电连接。
具体地,所述储量传感器10在识别出仓内垃圾存满后,控制单元通过通信单元将信息发送到智能垃圾箱管理平台,智能垃圾箱301管理平台将所述信息同步到环卫工人终端304,提醒环卫工人来清理箱仓。
本发明实施例提供的一种智能垃圾箱301,通过储量传感器10对箱体内的垃圾存储量进行识别,能够在仓满时及时通知环卫工人来清理,防止垃圾的溢出造成二次污染。
在本发明上述实施例的基础上,提供一种智能垃圾箱301,所述第二箱体的粉碎装置9下方还设置有磁力装置;所述第二箱体的金属储存仓6内还设置有挡板,用于通过所述磁力装置对铝制类金属垃圾和铁质类金属垃圾进行分类。
在本发明上述实施例的基础上,提供一种智能垃圾箱301,在投放人靠近箱体投放垃圾时或环卫工人驾驶垃圾专运车将垃圾碎片抽离箱体的过程中,进料仓顶盖4会自动开启。所述控制单元与所述进料仓顶盖4电连接。
具体地,在投放人通过扫描二维码标识2或被所述智能垃圾箱301的生物识别传感器3识别,确认身份后,所述控制单元会开启进料仓顶盖4;为保证箱体内外气压处于平衡状态,在环卫工人驾驶垃圾专运车将垃圾碎片抽离箱体的过程中,所述控制单元会开启进料仓顶盖4。
本发明实施例提供一种智能垃圾箱管理系统,图2为本发明实施例中提供的一种智能垃圾箱管理系统的结构图,参见图2,包括:
智能垃圾箱管理平台302,垃圾投放人终端303、环卫工人终端304、垃圾回收企业终端305以及上述智能垃圾箱301;所述垃圾投放人终端 303、所述环卫工人终端304、所述垃圾回收企业终端305以及所述智能垃圾箱301分别通过无线网络与所述智能垃圾箱管理平台302建立通信;
所述智能垃圾箱管理平台302用于:接收所述智能垃圾箱301发送的数据;将所述数据同步传输给所述垃圾投放人终端303、所述环卫工人终端304和所述垃圾回收企业终端305,其中所述数据包括垃圾投放人信息及其投放金属类垃圾和塑料类垃圾的数量、纸制品类垃圾的重量以及各箱体内的垃圾储量;基于所述数据对垃圾投放人进行结算并将结算结果保存在垃圾投放人的账户中;在箱满时,向所述环卫工人终端304发送提示信息;在环卫工人收集已分类的垃圾碎片后,接收所述环卫工人终端304发送的已收集信息,并向所述垃圾回收企业终端305发送回收准备的信息;
所述垃圾投放人终端303用于:接收所述智能垃圾箱管理平台302发送的所述数据;查看账户中的结算结果。
所述环卫工人终端304用于:接收所述智能垃圾箱管理平台302发送的所述数据;在箱满时,接收所述智能垃圾箱管理平台302发送的提示信息;在环卫工人收集已分类的垃圾碎片后,向所述智能垃圾箱管理平台302发送已收集信息;
所述垃圾回收企业终端305用于:接收所述智能垃圾箱管理平台302发送的所述数据;接收所述智能垃圾箱管理平台302发送的回收准备信息;
具体地,所述智能垃圾箱管理平台302在接收所述智能垃圾箱301发送的数据后,根据垃圾投放人信息及其投放垃圾的种类、数量和重量存入该垃圾投放人的个人账户并形成积分,垃圾投放人可通过所述垃圾投放人终端303查看数据,还可通过积分制度获得相应奖励。在本发明上述实施例的基础上,还包括垃圾专运车,所述垃圾专运车装有大型负压吸尘器以及对接管,用于对所述智能垃圾箱储存的已分类的垃圾碎片进行分类收集运输,送达各类垃圾目的地。
具体地,所述垃圾专运车将可回收类垃圾运往垃圾回收企业,有机 物残渣类垃圾运往沼气发电站或堆肥场。
本发明实施例提供的一种智能垃圾箱管理系统,通过垃圾专运车对已分类的垃圾碎片进行分类收集运输,实现垃圾的有效分类,减少垃圾对城市环境的污染;智能垃圾管理平台基于智能垃圾箱发送的信息进行结算并共享给垃圾投放人终端、企业回收终端、环卫工人终端,能够促使公民自觉执行垃圾分类工作,极大改善城市卫生形象。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能垃圾箱(301),其特征在于,包括:第一箱体、第二箱体、第三箱体、第四箱体、供电单元、通信单元以及控制单元;
    所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体以及所述第四箱体分别设置有电机(19)、粉碎装置(9)、箱体外接出料口(15)、残液滤网(16)、残液输送管(17)和至少一个进料仓(18),其中所述进料仓(18)位于所述粉碎装置(9)的上方,所述残液滤网(16)位于所述残液输送管(17)的上方且与所述残液输送管(17)相连接,所述电机(19)用于驱动粉碎装置(9)对各类垃圾进行粉碎处理;
    所述第一箱体还设置有塑料储存仓(5),所述塑料储存仓(5)位于所述第一箱体的粉碎装置(9)的下方,用于储存塑料类垃圾;
    所述第二箱体还设置有金属储存仓(6),所述金属储存仓(6)位于所述第二箱体的粉碎装置(9)的下方,用于储存金属类垃圾;
    所述第三箱体还设置有纸制品储存仓(7)、压实机(11)、螺杆(14),所述纸制品储存仓(7)位于所述第三箱体的粉碎装置(9)的下方,用于储存纸制品类垃圾,所述压实机(11)为格栅状压实机(11);
    所述第四箱体还设置有有机物残渣储存仓(8)、药剂喷洒装置(12)和残液水泵(13);所述有机物残渣储存仓(8)位于所述第四箱体的粉碎装置(9)的下方,用于储存有机物残渣类垃圾;所述药剂喷洒装置(12)用于对有机物残渣进行发酵催化或杀毒抑菌;所述残液水泵(13)用于将所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体中的有机物残液通过残液输送管(17)运输到所述第四箱体的有机物残渣储存仓中;
    所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体以及所述第四箱体通过残液输送管(17)相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱(301),其特征在于,所述粉碎装置(9)由撕碎机、粉碎机和切割刀片三者之一或任意两者或全部组成,用于对垃圾进行粉碎处理。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱(301),其特征在于,所述第三箱体内还设置有称重装置,用于对纸制品类垃圾进行称重。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱(301),其特征在于,所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体二者的进料仓(18)内分别设置有计数传感器(1),用于对投放的垃圾进行计数。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱(301),其特征在于,所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体、所述第四箱体四者的进料仓顶盖(4)分别设置有生物识别传感器(3)和贴有二维码标识(2)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱(301),其特征在于,所述第一箱体、所述第二箱体、所述第三箱体和所述第四箱体内分别设置有储量传感器(10),用于识别各箱体内的垃圾存储量。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱(301),其特征在于,所述第二箱体的粉碎装置(9)下方还设置有磁力装置;所述第二箱体的金属储存仓(6)内还设置有挡板,用于通过所述磁力装置对铝制类金属垃圾和铁质类金属垃圾进行分类。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能垃圾箱(301),其特征在于,在投放人靠近箱体投放垃圾时或环卫工人驾驶垃圾专运车将垃圾碎片抽离箱体的过程中,进料仓顶盖(4)会自动开启。
  9. 一种智能垃圾箱(301)管理系统,其特征在于,包括:智能垃圾箱管理平台(302),垃圾投放人终端(303)、环卫工人终端(304)、垃圾回收企业终端(305)以及权利要求1至8中任一项的智能垃圾箱(301);所述垃圾投放人终端(303)、所述环卫工人终端(304)、所述垃圾回收企业终端(305)以及所述智能垃圾箱(301)分别通过无线网络与所述智能垃圾箱管理平台(302)建立通信;
    所述智能垃圾箱管理平台(302)用于:接收所述智能垃圾箱(301)发送的数据;基于所述数据对垃圾投放人进行结算并将结算结果保存在垃圾投放人的账户中;将所述数据同步传输给所述垃圾投放人终端(303)、所述环卫工人终端(304)和所述垃圾回收企业终端(305)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能垃圾箱(301)管理系统,其特征在于,还包括垃圾专运车,所述垃圾专运车装有大型负压吸尘器以及对接管,用于对所述智能垃圾箱(301)储存的已分类的垃圾碎片进行分类收集运输,送达各类垃圾目的地。
