采用上述技术方案后,本申请实施例至少具有如下有益效果:本申请实施例通过采用两个结构相同且相互啮合的两个外齿轮在动力机构和绕线轮之间进行传动,两个外齿轮的中心距为定值且两者中的一个与所述动力机构的输出轴传动连接而另一个与所述绕线轮传动连接,由于两个外齿轮的中心距为定值,两个外齿轮又是非圆齿轮且节线的曲率半径逐渐增大,两个外齿轮的啮合点与各自旋转中心的距离会随时发生变化,而且会是一个外齿轮的啮合点与旋转中心的距离逐渐增大时,另一个外齿轮的啮合点与旋转中心的距离必然逐渐减小时,反之亦然,由此,两个外齿轮的传动比会随拉绳在绕线轮上收放而相应随之逐渐变化,从而能使动力机构传递到绕线轮上的扭矩更好地与窗帘的帘布升降过程中所需拉力相匹配,有效达到省力的效果;而采用曲面衔接过渡可使外齿轮的齿廓形成完整的一圈,方便两个外齿轮能有效的啮合传动。

本申请的实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。应当理解,以下的示意性实施例及说明仅用来解释本申请,并不作为对本申请的限定,而且,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。
如图1-图4所示,本申请实施例提供一种窗帘拉绳收放装置的传动机构1,用于在所述窗帘拉绳收放装置的动力机构3和绕线轮5之间传动以带动绕线轮5旋转,所述传动机构1包括结构相同且相互啮合的两个外齿轮10,所述两个外齿轮10的中心距为定值且两者中的一个与所述动力机构3的输出轴30传动连接而另一个与所述绕线轮5传动连接,所述外齿轮10为非圆齿轮且节线的曲率半径逐渐增大,节线上曲率半径最小的节点对应的轮齿101与节线上曲率半径最大的节点对应的轮齿101之间以曲面衔接过渡。
本申请实施例通过采用两个结构相同且相互啮合的两个外齿轮10在动力机构3和绕线轮5之间进行传动,两个外齿轮10的中心距为定值且两者中的一个与所述动力机构3的输出轴30传动连接而另一个与所述绕线轮5传动连接,由于两个外齿轮10的中心距为定值,两个外齿轮10又是非圆齿轮且节线的曲率半径逐渐增大,两个外齿轮10的啮合点与各自旋转中心的距离会随时发生变化,而且会是一个外齿轮10的啮合点与旋转中心的距离逐渐增大时,另一个外齿轮10的啮合点与旋转中心的距离必然逐渐减小时,反之亦然,由此,两个外齿轮10的传动比会随拉绳7在绕线轮5上收放而相应随之逐渐变化,从而使动力机构3传递到绕线轮5上的扭矩能更好地与窗帘的帘布升降过程中所需拉力相匹配,有效达到省力的效果;而采用曲面衔接过渡可使外齿轮10的齿廓形成完整的一圈,方便两个外齿轮10能有效的啮合传动。
在本申请一个可选实施例中,每个所述外齿轮10中部还开设有中心孔12,所述中心孔12的内壁成型为内齿轮14,所述中心孔12内组装有太阳齿轮16和行星齿轮组18,所述太阳齿轮16的旋转轴线和所述外齿轮10的旋转轴线重合,所述行星齿轮组18的每个行星齿轮181均分别与所述太阳齿轮16和内齿轮14相啮合,其中一个外齿轮10中部安装的所述太阳齿轮16与所述动力机构3的输出轴30固定连接,而另一个外齿轮10中部安装的所述太阳齿轮16与所述绕线轮5固定连接。本实施例通过设置内齿轮14、太阳齿轮16和行星齿轮组18,并可通过设置具体的传动比,可使得外齿轮10旋转较少圈数而绕线轮5能对应旋转较多圈数,使拉绳的收放操作更加省力便捷。
在本申请一个可选实施例中,所述中心孔12内装设有将所述中心孔12沿轴向分隔为多层收容空间的第一隔板121,每一层收容空间内均安装有一个太阳齿轮16和对应的一行星齿轮组18。本实施例设置多个太阳齿轮16和行星齿轮组18,可以提供更加稳定的支撑力和传动力。
在本申请一个可选实施例中,如图5所示,每个第一隔板121均与一个太阳齿轮16固定一体且各第一隔板121的中心设有贯穿第一隔板121和太阳齿轮16的通孔123,所述第一隔板121上还凸出设置有行星齿轮轴125,各行星齿轮轴125上对应安装有所述行星齿轮181,所述输出轴30及绕线轮5的一端均凸伸出一根对应插入所述中心孔12并对应穿过所述通孔123的芯轴50,所述芯轴50的根部固定有一个所述太阳齿轮16。本实施例通过设置第一隔板121,通过芯轴50和各个隔板121的行星齿轮轴125,方便安装各个行星齿轮181和太阳齿轮16。
另一方面,本申请实施例还提供一种窗帘拉绳收放装置,包括供拉绳7卷绕于其上的绕线轮5、动力机构3以及在所述动力机构3和绕线轮5之间传动以带动绕线轮5相应旋转而收放拉绳7的传动机构1,所述传动机构1为如权上述任一项所述的传动机构。
在本申请一个可选实施例中,所述动力机构3包括中轴线相互平行设置的弹簧卷绕盘32和输出轴30以及卷绕于所述弹簧卷绕盘32上且外端部还固定至所述输出轴30外侧面上的平面涡卷弹簧34。本实施例通过采用平面涡卷弹簧34且与输出轴30轴向平行设置,由平面涡卷弹簧34作为动力件来驱动输出轴30旋转,安装方便,所提供的驱动力的可控性强,从而可以更好地设计拉绳7在收放时所需的驱动力,而且整体结构简单,方便组装且易于操控。
在本申请一个可选实施例中,所述平面涡卷弹簧34为输出扭矩为恒定值的平面涡卷弹簧。由于两个外齿轮10可实现传动比的实时变化,而使得在本实施例中可采用输出扭矩为恒定值的平面涡卷弹簧34即可实现拉绳7的平稳且省力的拉动,可有效降低平面涡卷弹簧34的成本。
在本申请一个可选实施例中,所述窗帘拉绳收放装置还包括壳体9,所述绕线轮5、动力机构3和传动机构1均安装于所述壳体9内,所述壳体9的侧面开设有供拉绳7穿过的穿孔90,所述壳体9内部还设置有多个用于定位和引导拉绳7的导线柱92。本实施例将各个构件均安装至壳体9内,简化安装结构,并通过设置穿孔90和导线柱92,防止拉绳7与各个构件之间的干扰,拉动更加顺畅。
在本申请一个可选实施例中,所述壳体9上还设置有定位孔94,所述绕线轮5的一端中心伸出枢接轴52,所述绕线轮5以所述枢接轴52与所述定位孔94配合枢接于壳体9上,所述弹簧卷绕盘32也枢设于所述枢接轴52上。本实施例通过枢接轴52与定位孔94配合,简化壳体9内绕线轮5和弹簧卷绕盘32的安装结构,优化布局,减小占用体积。
在本申请一个可选实施例中,所述绕线轮5设有两个线槽54,所述壳体9的相对两端各设有一个供拉绳7穿过的穿孔90,且在所述壳体9内侧靠两端处正对所述穿孔90的位置处还组装有将所述穿孔90分为两层通道的第二隔板96,分别从壳体9两端穿入的拉绳7是从对应穿孔的不同层通道穿入壳体9内并经导线柱92引导后卷绕至所述绕线轮5上不同的线槽54上。在具体实施时,所述壳体由底壳97和扣合在底壳97上的罩壳98组成,底壳97和罩壳98配合形成所述穿孔90,方便各个结构的组装。本实施例采用第二隔板96将穿孔90分为两层,将拉绳7的运动空间分为两层,防止位于绕线轮5的两个线槽54内的拉绳7相互干扰。
本申请实施例提供的窗帘拉绳收放装置在实际应用时的工作原理如下:当窗帘需要遮蔽窗户时,通过向下拉动帘布,即会带动拉绳7从绕线轮5上放出并带动绕线轮5旋转,由此再依次传动使对应于绕线轮5安装的太阳齿轮16、行星齿轮组18、内齿轮14和外齿轮10随之旋转,进而通过两个外齿轮10的啮合而将动力传递至对应于动力机构3的输出轴30安装的另一个外齿轮10,随后再依次传动使另一个外齿轮10内部装设的内齿轮14、行星齿轮组18、太阳齿轮16旋转而将动力传递至动力机构3的输出轴30,使平面涡卷弹簧34逐渐绕设至输出轴30上而逐步积蓄弹性势能,通过合理的传动比设计,可以达到外齿轮10旋转一圈即可使帘布在完全收拢状态(完全不遮蔽窗户)与完全展开(完全遮蔽窗户)状态之间完全转变的效果,而且帘布拉动到位后而会因为受力平衡而停止在任意高度位置。而需要再次打开窗帘时,只需略微对施加帘布向上的力,打破帘布原来的受力平衡状态,平面涡卷弹簧34即会回绕至弹簧卷绕盘32上,同时释放扭矩,通过传动机构1的传动而带动绕线轮5收卷拉绳7。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本申请的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
采用上述技术方案后,本申请实施例至少具有如下有益效果:本申请实施例通过采用两个结构相同且相互啮合的两个外齿轮在动力机构和绕线轮之间进行传动,两个外齿轮的中心距为定值且两者中的一个与所述动力机构的输出轴传动连接而另一个与所述绕线轮传动连接,由于两个外齿轮的中心距为定值,两个外齿轮又是非圆齿轮且节线的曲率半径逐渐增大,两个外齿轮的啮合点与各自旋转中心的距离会随时发生变化,而且会是一个外齿轮的啮合点与旋转中心的距离逐渐增大时,另一个外齿轮的啮合点与旋转中心的距离必然逐渐减小时,反之亦然,由此,两个外齿轮的传动比会随拉绳在绕线轮上收放而相应随之逐渐变化,从而能使动力机构传递到绕线轮上的扭矩更好地与窗帘的帘布升降过程中所需拉力相匹配,有效达到省力的效果;而采用曲面衔接过渡可使外齿轮的齿廓形成完整的一圈,方便两个外齿轮能有效的啮合传动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种窗帘拉绳收放装置的传动机构,用于在所述窗帘拉绳收放装置的动力机构和绕线轮之间传动以带动绕线轮旋转,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括结构相同且相互啮合的两个外齿轮,所述两个外齿轮的中心距为定值且两者中的一个与所述动力机构的输出轴传动连接而另一个与所述绕线轮传动连接,所述外齿轮为非圆齿轮且节线的曲率半径逐渐增大,节线上曲率半径最小的节点对应的轮齿与节线上曲率半径最大的节点对应的轮齿之间以曲面衔接过渡。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的窗帘拉绳收放装置的传动机构,其特征在于,每个所述外齿轮中部还开设有中心孔,所述中心孔的内壁成型为内齿轮,所述中心孔内组装有太阳齿轮和行星齿轮组,所述太阳齿轮的旋转轴线和所述外齿轮的旋转轴线重合,所述行星齿轮组的每个行星齿轮均分别与所述太阳齿轮和内齿轮相啮合,其中一个外齿轮中部安装的所述太阳齿轮与所述动力机构的输出轴固定连接,而另一个外齿轮中部安装的所述太阳齿轮与所述绕线轮固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的窗帘拉绳收放装置的传动机构,其特征在于,所述中心孔内装设有将所述中心孔沿轴向分隔为多层收容空间的第一隔板,每一层收容空间内均安装有一个太阳齿轮和对应的一行星齿轮组。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的窗帘拉绳收放装置的传动机构,其特征在于,每个第一隔板均与一个太阳齿轮固定一体且各第一隔板的中心设有贯穿第一隔板和太阳齿轮的通孔,所述第一隔板上还凸出设置有行星齿轮轴,各行星齿轮轴上对应安装有所述行星齿轮,所述输出轴及绕线轮的一端均凸伸出一根对应插入所述中心孔并对应穿过所述通孔的芯轴,所述芯轴的根部固定有一个所述太阳齿轮。
  5. 一种窗帘拉绳收放装置,包括供拉绳卷绕于其上的绕线轮、动力机构以及在所述动力机构和绕线轮之间传动以带动绕线轮相应旋转而收放拉绳的传动机构,其特征在于,所述传动机构为如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的传动机构。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的窗帘拉绳收放装置,其特征在于,所述动力机构包括中轴线相互平行设置的弹簧卷绕盘和输出轴以及卷绕于所述弹簧卷绕盘上且外端部还固定至所述输出轴外侧面上的平面涡卷弹簧。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的窗帘拉绳收放装置,其特征在于,所述平面涡卷弹簧为输出扭矩为恒定值的平面涡卷弹簧。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的窗帘拉绳收放装置,其特征在于,所述窗帘拉绳收放装置还包括壳体,所述绕线轮、动力机构和传动机构均安装于所述壳体内,所述壳体的侧面开设有供拉绳穿过的穿孔,所述壳体内部还设置有多个用于定位和引导拉绳的导线柱。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的窗帘拉绳收放装置,其特征在于,所述壳体上还设置有定位孔,所述绕线轮的一端中心伸出枢接轴,所述绕线轮以所述枢接轴与所述定位孔配合枢接于壳体上,所述弹簧卷绕盘也枢设于所述枢接轴上。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的窗帘拉绳收放装置,其特征在于,所述绕线轮设有两个线槽,所述壳体的相对两端各设有一个供拉绳穿过的穿孔,且在所述壳体内侧靠两端处正对所述穿孔的位置处还组装有将所述穿孔分为两层通道的第二隔板,分别从壳体两端穿入的拉绳是从对应穿孔的不同层通道穿入壳体内并经导线柱引导后卷绕至所述绕线轮上不同的线槽上。
