本实用新型涉及一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构,其特征在于:包括盒体组件,所述盒体组件内横向设有止动轮组,所述止动轮组包括一扭力轮及一止动轮,所述扭力轮与止动轮并列设置且相互啮合,所述盒体组件包括上盖及下盖,所述扭力轮及止动轮均设有轮体及轮体转轴,所述轮体转轴设于轮体中心,所述轮体转轴空心设置,所述下盖位于轮体转轴安装位置相对应处设有下盖凸轴,所述下盖凸轴中心设有内腔,所述上盖在轮体转轴相对应位置设有上盖凸轴,所述上盖凸轴外径小于下盖凸轴内腔的内径,所述止动轮内设有滚珠,所述止动轮与盒体组件之间设有旋转止动组件。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及无外露拉绳百叶窗领域,具体涉及一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构。
背景技术
窗帘主要具有遮阳及保护隐私的作用、窗帘的种类繁多,如传统的布制窗帘、收放式百褶窗帘及百叶窗式窗帘,传统的布制窗帘容易收到外界自然风的影响发生摆动,不仅不够美观、而且不够简洁,开启及关闭的过程较为繁琐,而收放式百褶叶窗及百叶窗式窗帘则是通过显露于窗帘外的拉绳以垂直升降的方式实施开启或关闭,拉绳显露于外容易于室内的其他物品发生缠绕或者干涉,而且还存在较大的安全隐患,如孩童在玩耍时将拉绳缠绕于脖子上容易造成意外事故。
针对此类窗帘存在的问题,本领域技术人员经过不断的研究,研发了一种无绳窗帘,即用于控制窗帘升降的拉伸隐藏于窗帘内,窗帘外部不具有拉绳,此类窗帘具有一个控制拉绳的传动装置,该传动装置包括有盒体、并列设置于盒体内的卷状扭力弹簧及若干个并列设置且相互齿合的扭力轮,拉绳缠绕于该扭力轮上,由于拉绳处于扭力轮上时经常会出现打滑,使得窗帘定位时无法止动,窗帘会朝上部运动继续打开,传统的止动方式是在窗帘的下方设置承重块,使窗帘下部的自重实施止动,然而承重块的安装无疑提高了窗帘的生产成本,同时加工工艺及装配过程也变得更为繁琐,降低生产效率,也提高了消费者的消费成本,专利号CN201620428050.4公布了一种无绳窗帘的传动止动装置,其采用在盒体内设置止动轮,在盒体与止动轮之间设置旋转止动组件,其所述的旋转止动组件为轮体、轮体转轴、在盒体位于止动轮的安装处设置供止动轮转轴滑移的滑槽,在轮体转轴外周面上设置至少一个钩块及在盒体上设置与钩块适配的止动沟槽,通过钩块及止动沟槽的配合来实现止动功能,这种方式不足的地方是制作小规格窗帘时,由于摩擦力加窗帘的下梁的重力小于弹簧收绳的力,窗帘仍会出现回弹现象,仍需要在下梁增加垂重物品来放置回弹。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,
提供一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构,其特征在于:包括盒体组件,所述盒体组件内横向设有止动轮组,所述止动轮组包括一扭力轮及一止动轮,所述扭力轮与止动轮并列设置且相互啮合,所述盒体组件包括上盖及下盖,所述扭力轮及止动轮均设有轮体及轮体转轴,所述轮体转轴设于轮体中心,所述轮体转轴空心设置,所述下盖位于轮体转轴安装位置相对应处设有下盖凸轴,所述下盖凸轴中心设有内腔,所述上盖在轮体转轴相对应位置设有上盖凸轴,所述上盖凸轴外径小于下盖凸轴内腔的内径,所述止动轮内设有滚珠,所述止动轮与盒体组件之间设有旋转止动组件。
采用上述技术方案,通过在盒体组件内设置止动轮组,在止动轮内设置滚珠,止动轮与盒体组件之间设置旋转止动组件,使用止动轮内的滚珠与盒体组件之间的旋转止动组件的配合从而保证窗帘的上升及垂放得到准确的定位,而且可以根据具体的无绳窗帘大小、重量来设置一组或者两组止动轮组,在两组止动轮组之间设置多个扭力轮,最端部的扭力轮与止动轮组的扭力轮啮合,两端的止动轮组结构相同,其主要区别只是工作方向相反,且止动轮的内部结构方向相反。
上述的一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构可进一步设置为:所述旋转止动组件包括有止动轮靠近下盖的一端设置的制动腔,所述制动腔中设有与制动腔一体成型沿圆周排布的三段弧形壁,所述弧形壁外设有与弧形壁一体成型的呈正三角形排列的钩状壁,所述滚珠设置于钩状壁中,所述止动轮设有制动腔盖,所述制动腔盖设有外径略小于弧形壁圆周的止动盘,所述止动盘设有呈正三角形排列的止动缺口。
上述的一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构可进一步设置为:所述止动轮相对于设置制动腔一端的另一端绕设有扭力弹簧,所述扭力弹簧靠近上盖的一端为卡接端,所述卡接端与轮体转轴相切,所述上盖凸轴设有上盖凸轴环壁,所述上盖凸轴环壁设有与卡接端形状一致的缺口,所述卡接端卡接于缺口。
采用上述技术方案,通过止动轮内的制动腔中设置的弧形壁及钩状壁中设置滚珠,以及制动腔盖上设置有止动缺口的止动盘三者之间配合工作,当止动轮在绳体的带动下旋转时,制动腔中的滚珠将被迫滚动,从而滚珠会滚入由钩状壁及止动缺口之间形成的小缺口中,滚珠将无法继续运动,从而卡死制动腔与制动盘,这时候,止动轮将在滚珠的作用下卡死而无法朝之前的运动方向转动,只有朝反向运动即当窗帘受到向上的力时才能复位,这时候止动轮相对于设置制动腔一端的另一端设置的扭力弹簧也被迫拉伸,当窗帘在受力下拉到使用者需要的位置时,使用者会松开窗帘,而窗帘这时候将不受到除自重以外的力,这时候绳体将停止带动止动轮运动,在绳体停止受力的一瞬间,止动轮与扭力弹簧之间的配合使窗帘在下降过程中得到精准定位,这种结构不会松动,因而定位效果极其精准,而在窗帘受到往上的作用力时,止动轮朝与下拉时反方向运动,滚珠得到复位,此时,扭力弹簧将迅速回位,当上升到一定位置停止对窗帘施加往上的推力因为扭力弹簧足以承受窗帘的自重,所以上升后不会在窗帘自重影响而向下滑动,从而保证上升时的精准定位。
上述的一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构可进一步设置为:所述滚珠数量为三个。
采用上述技术方案,将滚珠的数量设置为三个以对应由三段弧形壁跟钩状壁组成的制动腔,且三个滚珠只要任意一个滚珠进入小缺口就使得止动轮无法继续转动,提升了三倍的止动效率。
上述的一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构可进一步设置为:所述下盖及上盖通过插接件拼接而成。
采用上述技术方案,这种通过插接件拼接而成的机构方便拆装,易于维修安装,提升施工与维修效率。
本实用新型的有益效果为:生产效率高,施工快,止动效果极好,使用寿命长。

参见图1-图6所示:一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构,其特征在于:包括盒体组件1,所述盒体组件1内横向设有止动轮组2,所述止动轮组2包括一扭力轮21及一止动轮22,所述扭力轮21与止动轮22并列设置且相互啮合,所述盒体组件1包括上盖11及下盖12,所述扭力轮21及止动轮22均设有轮体23及轮体转轴24,所述轮体转轴24设于轮体23中心,所述轮体转轴24空心设置,所述下盖12位于轮体转轴24安装位置相对应处设有下盖凸轴121,所述下盖凸轴121中心设有内腔122,所述上盖11在轮体转轴24相对应位置设有上盖凸轴111,所述上盖凸轴111外径小于下盖凸轴121内腔的内径,所述止动轮22内设有滚珠25,所述止动轮22与盒体组件1之间设有旋转止动组件,所述旋转止动组件包括有止动轮22靠近下盖12的一端设置的制动腔31,所述制动腔31中设有与制动腔31一体成型沿圆周排布的三段弧形壁32,所述弧形壁32外设有与弧形壁32一体成型的呈正三角形排列的钩状壁33,所述滚珠25设置于钩状壁33中,所述止动轮22设有制动腔盖221,所述制动腔盖221设有外径略小于弧形壁32圆周的止动盘222,所述止动盘222设有呈正三角形排列的止动缺口223,所述止动轮22相对于设置制动腔31一端的另一端绕设有扭力弹簧26,所述扭力弹簧26靠近上盖11的一端为卡接端261,所述卡接端261与轮体转轴24相切,所述上盖凸轴111设有上盖凸轴环壁112,所述上盖凸轴环壁112设有与卡接端261形状一致的缺口113,所述卡接端261卡接于缺口113,所述滚珠25数量为三个,所述下盖12及上盖11通过插接件拼接而成。

1.一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构,其特征在于:包括盒体组件,所述盒体组件内横向设有止动轮组,所述止动轮组包括一扭力轮及一止动轮,所述扭力轮与止动轮并列设置且相互啮合,所述盒体组件包括上盖及下盖,所述扭力轮及止动轮均设有轮体及轮体转轴,所述轮体转轴设于轮体中心,所述轮体转轴空心设置,所述下盖位于轮体转轴安装位置相对应处设有下盖凸轴,所述下盖凸轴中心设有内腔,所述上盖在轮体转轴相对应位置设有上盖凸轴,所述上盖凸轴外径小于下盖凸轴内腔的内径,所述止动轮内设有滚珠,所述止动轮与盒体组件之间设有旋转止动组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构,其特征在于:所述旋转止动组件包括有止动轮靠近下盖的一端设置的制动腔,所述制动腔中设有与制动腔一体成型沿圆周排布的三段弧形壁,所述弧形壁外设有与弧形壁一体成型的呈正三角形排列的钩状壁,所述滚珠设置于钩状壁中,所述止动轮设有制动腔盖,所述制动腔盖设有外径略小于弧形壁圆周的止动盘,所述止动盘设有呈正三角形排列的止动缺口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构,其特征在于:所述止动轮相对于设置制动腔一端的另一端绕设有扭力弹簧,所述扭力弹簧靠近上盖的一端为卡接端,所述卡接端与轮体转轴相切,所述上盖凸轴设有上盖凸轴环壁,所述上盖凸轴环壁设有与卡接端形状一致的缺口,所述卡接端卡接于缺口。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构,其特征在于:所述滚珠数量为三个。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种无绳窗帘的传动止动机构,其特征在于:所述下盖及上盖通过插接件拼接而成。
