　この保持具のフックは、バネによって没入側（テーブル側）に付勢され、フックに傘などの手元に置きたい長尺物の持手付近を係止することで、出先で入った飲食店において長尺物を手元で邪魔にならないように保持できるようにしている。

　ところが、前記従来のものは、テーブルの裏面に予め取り付けられているため、このような設置型の保持具が出先の飲食店等に有れば、傘や杖などの長尺物を手元で保持することができるものの、無ければ長尺物を手元で保持することができず、長尺物の手元での置き場に困って邪魔となる事態を招く。
　本発明は、かかる点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、傘や杖などの長尺物の利用者が携行できるようにし、出先の飲食店等に設置型の保持具が無くても長尺物を倒れ難い状態で保持することができ、長尺物の手元での置き場に困って邪魔となる事態を解消することができる保持具を提供することにある。
　前記目的を達成するため、本発明では、手元に置きたい長尺物を倒れ難い状態で保持する保持具を前提とする。そして、前記長尺物の持手付近を挿通した状態で保持する伸縮可能な環状のリング材と、前記リング材に一端側が取り付けられ、前記長尺物を保持する際に支えるプレート材と、を備える。更に、前記プレート材の表裏両面のうちの裏面に、前記長尺物が支えられるように滑らかな面に対し剥離可能に粘着する粘着シートを取り付けることを特徴としている。

　また、プレート材の表裏両面を手指二本分程度の大きさに形成することで、保持具が非常にコンパクトなものとなり、バッグなどに収納したり、長尺物の持手付近に付帯しても、邪魔となり難く、保持具の携行性能を高めることもできる。
　また、長尺物の持手付近の周長よりも長い周長のリング材に、持手付近を挿通した際にその持手付近に対し周長の一部分を伸長により絞った状態のままで拘束する拘束材を設けることで、周長の長いリング材によって長尺物の持手付近に対する挿通作業をスムーズに行うことができる上、持手付近を挿通したリング材の周長の一部分を拘束材により伸長させた状態のままで円滑に拘束することができる。
　更に、リング材の周長を一部分と残る部分とに自在に区画するように拘束材の切欠部を介して拘束孔に挿通した周長の一部分を伸長させた状態で周長の二か所をそれぞれ拘束することで、リング材の周長の一部分の長さを長尺物の持手付近の周長に応じて自在に調整することができ、長尺物の持手付近に対するリング材の保持性能をより高めることができる。
　また、プレート材本体の他端より折り曲げ可能に延設した延設片の裏面に粘着シートを取り付けることで、不使用時に粘着シートがプレート材本体の裏面に接着され、粘着面へのごみの付着を抑えて粘着シートの粘着性能を確保することができる。
　また、延設片を折り曲げた不使用時に重ね合わされるプレート材本体の裏面に、粘着シートを剥離可能とする透明な剥離シートにより表面が覆われたネームプレートを取り付けることで、保持具がネームプレートとしても利用できる上、不使用時に重ね合わされる剥離シートによって粘着シートを剥がし易くすることができる。

　以下、添付図面を参照しながら、本発明の実施の形態について説明し、本発明の理解に供する。なお、以下の実施の形態は、本発明を具体化した一例であって、本発明の技術的範囲を限定する性格のものではない。
　図１は本発明の実施の形態に係る保持具をテーブルの表面に取り付けて杖を保持した状態を示す斜視図、図２は図１の保持具を載置した状態での平面図をそれぞれ示している。
　図１及び図２に示すように、１は保持具であって、この保持具１は、長尺物としての杖Ｓを倒れ難い状態で保持する際に供される。この保持具１は、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１を挿通した状態で保持する環状のリング材２と、このリング材２にキーリング１３を介して一端（図２では上端）が取り付けられ、杖Ｓを保持する際に支えるプレート材３とを備えている。プレート材３の一端には開口孔３０が設けられ、この開口孔３０にキーリング１３が係止されることで、リング材２がプレート材３と連結される。
　リング材２は、伸縮可能なシリコンゴムにより成形され、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１の周長よりも長い周長に形成されている。また、リング材２は、略楕円形状を呈し、長径の外径が７０ｍｍに設定されている一方、内径が６５ｍｍに設定されている。一方、リング材２の短径の外径が２０ｍｍに設定されている一方、内径が１５ｍｍに設定されている。このリング材２は、断面がほぼ真円形状に形成され、その直径が２．５ｍｍとなっている。
　また、プレート材３は、樹脂としては伸縮変形し難い透明なＰＰ（ポリプロピレン）やＰＥＴ（ポリエチレンテレフタラート）により成形され、厚さ０．４ｍｍ程度の厚さに設定されたプレート材本体３１を備えている。このプレート材本体３１は、その表裏両面が手指二本分程度の大きさとなるような略長方形状に形成されている。具体的には、長さが７３ｍｍ程度に、幅が２８ｍｍ程度にそれぞれ設定されている。
　更に、プレート材３は、プレート材本体３１の他端（図２では下端）より互いに裏面同士が重ね合わされるように折り曲げ可能に延設された延設片３２を備えている。この延設片３２は、プレート材本体３１と同様に透明なＰＰやＰＥＴにより成形され、プレート材本体３１の他端に対し薄肉に形成されたヒンジ３３を介して一体的に形成されている。延設片３２は、長さが５３ｍｍに、幅が２８ｍｍにそれぞれ設定されている。そして、プレート材本体３１及び延設片３２の表面には、図示しない反射シールが剥離不能に貼着されている。このとき、反射シールは、プレート材本体３１及び延設片３２の裏面からも透視される。
　プレート材本体３１の裏面の他端に延設された延設片３２の裏面には、杖Ｓが支えられるようにテーブルＴの滑らかな表面Ｔ１に対し剥離可能に粘着する粘着シート４が取り付けられている。この粘着シート４は、合成樹脂材よりなり、延設片３２の裏面の周囲に盗み部を存した状態でほぼ全域を覆うような大きさに形成されている。
　図３は図２の保持具１のプレート材３の延設片３２を伸ばした状態での縦断面図、図４は図２の保持具１のプレート材３の延設片３２を折り曲げた状態での縦断面図をそれぞれ示している。
　図３及び図４に示すように、粘着シート４の合成樹脂材は発砲ポリウレタンフォーム４２と、ＰＥＴよりなる両面テープ４１とを備え、これらによって２層構造に構成されている。発砲ポリウレタンフォーム４２は、粘着シート４の最表層側（図３では最も上側）に設けられ、この発砲ポリウレタンフォーム４２の裏面（図３では下面）に両面テープ４１の表面（図３では上面）が剥離不能に接着されている。両面テープ４１の裏面（図３では下面）は、延設片３２の裏面（図３では上面）に剥離不能に接着されている。
　また、プレート材本体３１の裏面（図３では上面）には、当該プレート材本体３１に対し延設片３２を折り曲げた際に粘着シート４の表面に重ね合わされるネームプレート４６の裏面（図４では上面）が接着剤（図示せず）を介して剥離不能に貼着されている。このネームプレート４６は、白い発泡ポリエチレンテレフタレートにより成形され、粘着シート４とほぼ同じ大きさに形成されている。ネームプレート４６の表面は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートよりなる透明なカバーフィルム４５（剥離シート）により覆われ、延設片３２を折り曲げた際に当該延設片３２の裏面がカバーフィルム４５を介して剥離可能に接着される。この場合、カバーフィルム４５は、ネームプレート４６にペンなどで名前等を記入した後にその表面（記入面）を覆うように接着され、この状態で、プレート材本体３１の裏面（図３では上面）にネームプレート４６の裏面（図３では下面）を貼着させている。また、発砲ポリウレタンフォーム４２は、表面にゴミなどが付着しても水洗いにより洗浄され、粘着力が復帰する。
　図５は図２の拘束材の平面図、図６は図５の拘束材を切欠部側から見た側面図をそれぞれ示している。図５及び図６に示すように、リング材２には、持手付近Ｓ１を挿通した際に当該持手付近Ｓ１に対し保持されるように周長の一部分２１を伸長させた状態のままで拘束する拘束材５が設けられている。この拘束材５は、ポリプロピレン樹脂により成形され、直径１３ｍｍ程度の円盤状に形成されている。そして、拘束材５は、リング材２の周長を一部分２１と残る部分２２とに自在に区画するように周長の二か所２３，２４が挿通される切欠部５１と、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１を挿通したリング材２の周長の一部分２１を伸長させた状態で切欠部５１を介して挿通されたリング材２の周長の二か所２３，２４をそれぞれ緊締状態に保持する保持孔５２とを備えている。
　切欠部５１と対向する保持孔５２の周囲対向位置には、先端が切欠部５１の両辺間まで突出する拘束片５４が突設されている。この拘束片５４は、保持孔５２を２つの保持孔部５５，５５に二分し、リング材２の周長の一部分２１を伸長させた状態で切欠部５１を介して挿通された周長の二か所２３，２４をそれぞれ緊締状態に圧接して保持孔部５５，５５内に保持している。また、切欠部５１の両辺は、両保持孔部５５，５５の周囲に対しそれぞれ収束するように連続している。
　また、切欠部５１の両辺の収束端には、各保持孔部５５を狭めるように保持孔５２の中心に向かって略半円弧状に突出する突起５３，５３が設けられている。そして、拘束片５４は、基端が１．２ｍｍに、先端が０．６ｍｍにそれぞれ設定され、先細り状となる形状によって各保持孔部５５のうちの一方にリング材２の周長の一か所２３（又は２４）を挿通させる際に他方に撓んで収容し易くしている。
　したがって、本実施の形態では、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１が挿通されるリング材２に保持され、このリング材２に一端側が取り付けられたプレート材３が、そのプレート材本体３１の他端より延設した延設片３２の裏面の粘着シート４によってテーブルＴの滑らかな表面Ｔ１に対し剥離可能に粘着されているので、杖Ｓを保持具１によって倒れ難い状態で保持することができる。そして、この保持具１は、プレート材３の延設片３２の裏面の粘着シート４によってテーブルＴの滑らかな表面Ｔ１に対し剥離可能に粘着されることにより、杖Ｓなどの長尺物の利用者が携行することが可能となり、出先の飲食店等に設置型の保持具が無くても、長尺物（杖Ｓ）の手元での置き場に困って長尺物が邪魔となる事態を解消することができる。
　また、プレート材３は、そのプレート材本体３１の一端側との当接により杖Ｓが支えられるようにテーブルＴの滑らかな表面Ｔ１に対しそのふちからプレート材本体３１の一端側を突出させた状態で延設片３２の粘着シート４により粘着されているので、杖ＳがテーブルＴのふちから突出させたプレート材本体３１の一端側との当接により凭れかけた状態で支えられ、重さを気遣うことなく杖Ｓを安心して手元に保持することができる。
　また、プレート材本体３１の表裏両面が手指二本分程度の大きさに形成されているので、プレート材本体３１の裏面に延設片３２の裏面を重ね合わせるように折り曲げた状態の保持具１が非常にコンパクトなものとなり、バッグなどに収納したり、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１に付帯しても、邪魔となり難く、保持具１の携行性能を高めることもできる。
　また、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１の周長よりも長い周長のリング材２に、持手付近Ｓ１を挿通した際にその持手付近Ｓ１に対し周長の一部分２１を伸長により絞った状態のままで拘束する拘束材５が設けられているので、周長の長いリング材２によって杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１に対する挿通作業をスムーズに行うことができる上、持手付近Ｓ１を挿通したリング材２の周長の一部分２１を拘束材５により伸長させた状態のままで円滑に拘束することができる。
　更に、リング材２の周長を一部分２１と残る部分２２とに自在に区画するように拘束材５の切欠部５１を介して拘束孔部５５，５５にそれぞれ個別に挿通した周長の一部分２１を伸長させた状態で周長の二か所２３，２４が拘束されているので、リング材２の周長の一部分２１の長さを杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１の周長に応じて自在に調整することができ、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１に対するリング材２の保持性能をより高めることができる。
　また、プレート材本体３１の他端より折り曲げ可能に延設した延設片３２の裏面に粘着シート４が取り付けられているので、不使用時に粘着シート４の発砲ポリウレタンフォーム４２がプレート材本体３１の裏面のカバーフィルム４５に接着され、粘着面へのごみの付着を抑えて粘着シート４の発砲ポリウレタンフォーム４２の粘着性能を確保することができる。
　また、延設片３２を折り曲げた不使用時に重ね合わされるプレート材本体３１の裏面に、粘着シート４の発砲ポリウレタンフォーム４２を剥離可能とする透明なカバーフィルム４５により表面が覆われたネームプレート４６が取り付けられているので、保持具１がネームプレート４６としても利用できる上、不使用時に重ね合わされるカバーフィルム４５によって粘着シート４の発砲ポリウレタンフォーム４２を剥がし易くすることができる。
　なお、本発明は、前記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、その他種々の変形例を本願している。例えば、前記実施の形態では、保持具１を杖Ｓに付帯させた場合について述べたが、図７に示すように、保持具１がプレート材本体３１の裏面に延設片３２の裏面を重ね合わせるように折り曲げた状態で長傘Ａ（長尺物）の持手付近Ａ１に付帯されていてもよい。
　更に、図８に示すように、保持具１が折り畳み傘Ｂ（長尺物）の持手付近Ｂ１に付帯されていてもよい。このとき、折り畳み傘Ｂは、プレート材３の延設片３２の裏面の粘着シート４によりテーブルＴの表面Ｔ１に粘着された保持具１のプレート材本体３１にキーリング１３及びリング材２を介して吊下されている。
　また、前記実施の形態では、プレート材本体３１の他端より延設片３２を延設したプレート材３を用いたが、図９に示すように、プレート材６がプレート材本体６１のみにより構成された保持具８であってもよく、プレート材本体６１の裏面に粘着シート４が両面テープ４１により接着されている。そして、プレート材本体６１の一端の開口孔６０にキーリング１３を介して連結されるリング材７としては、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１の周長よりも周長が短いものが適用され、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１に挿通された際にリング材７が伸長して持手付近Ｓ１を保持している。この場合には、不使用時に延設片を折り曲げる必要がなくなって非常に取り扱いし易いものとなる上、杖Ｓの持手付近Ｓ１にリング材７を挿通するだけで保持具８を簡単に付帯することが可能となる。
　また、前記実施の形態では、保持孔５２を二分した保持孔部５５，５５を備えた拘束材５について述べたが、図１０及び図１１に示すように、リング材２の周長の二か所２３，２４が挿通される切欠部９１と、この切欠部９１を介して挿通されたリング材２の周長の二か所２３，２４をそれぞれ緊締状態に保持する単一の保持孔９２とを備えた拘束材９であってもよい。この拘束材９もポリプロピレン樹脂により成形され、円盤状に形成されている。切欠部９１の両辺は、保持孔９２の周囲に対し徐々に間隔を狭めながらそれぞれ収束するように連続し、その一辺側（図１０では左側）の収束端に他辺側（図１０では右側）の収束端に向かって略半円弧状に突出する突起９３が設けられている。一方、他辺側の収束端には、保持孔９２に挿通されたリング材２の周長の二か所２３，２４をそれぞれ緊締状態に圧接して保持孔９２内に拘束する拘束片９４が設けられている。この拘束片９４は、一辺側の収束端を保持孔９２の内側から塞ぐように他辺側の収束端から伸びている。この拘束片９４は、切欠部９１から引き込まれたリング材２の周長の二か所２３，２４を保持孔９２に挿通させるように変形可能な肉厚（例えば０．５ｍｍ程度）に設定されている。
　更に、本実施の形態では、透明なプレート材本体３１及び延設片３２の表面に反射シールを貼着したが、透明なプレート材本体及び延設片の表面にＰＥＴやＰＰなどの樹脂よりなる印刷シールが剥離不能に貼着されていてもよい。
　また、本実施の形態では、傘Ａや杖Ｓを保持する際にプレート材３の延設片３２の裏面の粘着シート４をテーブルＴの滑らかな表面Ｔ１に対し剥離可能に粘着したが、壁などの壁面のうちの滑らかな表面に対し粘着シートによってプレート材が剥離可能に粘着されていてもよく、その場合には、持手付近が保持された傘や杖はその下端を接地又は非接地とした状態で支えられる。

Claims (7)

  1. 　手元に置きたい長尺物を倒れ難い状態で保持する保持具であって、
    　前記長尺物の持手付近を挿通した状態で保持する伸縮可能な環状のリング材と、
    　前記リング材に一端側が取り付けられ、前記長尺物を保持する際に支えるプレート材と、
    を備えており、
    　前記プレート材の表裏両面のうちの裏面には、前記長尺物が支えられるように滑らかな面に対し剥離可能に粘着する粘着シートが取り付けられていることを特徴とする保持具。
  2. 　前記プレート材は、当該プレート材の一端側との当接により前記長尺物が支えられるように前記滑らかな面に対しそのふちから一端側を突出させた状態で前記粘着シートにより粘着されている請求項１に記載の保持具。
  3. 　前記プレート材は、その表裏両面が手指二本分程度の大きさとなるように形成されている請求項１又は請求項２に記載の保持具。
  4. 　前記リング材は、前記長尺物の持手付近の周長よりも長い周長に形成され、前記長尺物の持手付近を挿通した際にその持手付近に対し周長の一部分を伸長により絞った状態のままで拘束する拘束材を備えている請求項１～請求項３のいずれか１つに記載の保持具。
  5. 　前記拘束材は、
    前記リング材の周長を一部分と残る部分とに自在に区画するように周長の二か所が挿通される切欠部と、
    前記長尺物の持手付近を挿通した前記リング材の周長の一部分を伸長させた状態で前記切欠部を介して挿通された前記リング材の周長の二か所をそれぞれ緊締状態に保持する保持孔と、
    を備えている請求項４に記載の保持具。
  6. 　前記プレート材は、プレート材本体と、このプレート材本体の他端より裏面同士が重ね合わされるように折り曲げ可能に延設された延設片とを備え、
    　前記延設片の裏面には、前記粘着シートが取り付けられている請求項１～請求項５のいずれか１つに記載の保持具。
  7. 　前記延設片を折り曲げた際に前記粘着シートに重ね合わされる前記プレート材本体の裏面には、前記粘着シートを剥離可能とする透明な剥離シートにより表面が覆われたネームプレートが取り付けられている請求項６に記載の保持具。
