その際、前記挿通孔を、左右方向に所定の長さ延びる長軸を有する楕円形の、前後方向の前方側と後方側が後方に向かって円弧状に膨らんだ形状になるよう構成することできる。
このような構成によって、前記衣服は、着用した際に、この衣服と着用者の頭部及び頚部との間に空間が形成され、前記衣服を構成する生地が着用者の髪に接触しないため、着用者の髪や身体に圧迫感を与えないので、着心地が良く、また、着用時の見栄えが良いものとなる。
このような構成によれば、前記生地からなる衣服主体は、着用者が、その身体の脚部を前記挿通孔に挿通させて、前記生地を、前側(着用者の正面側)と後側(着用者の背面側)の境界位置で折り返して着用したのち、前記生地の左端両隅部同士を互いに接合するとともに、右端両隅部同士も互いに接合させることによって、衣服を構成することになる。
したがって、極めて斬新且つ高いデザイン性を有する衣服として利用することが可能となる。
なお、この発明は開示された実施例にのみ限定されるものではなく、その要旨を変更しない範囲内において種々改良することができるものである。
前記形状としては、例えば、円形、三角形、矩形(四角形)、星形、多角形などの幾何学的な形状及びこれらの角に丸みをつけたものや、異形などの抽象的な形状などが挙げられる。
例えば、前記生地2を、その端縁が着用者の腰部や、膝部、足首部、肩部の近傍に位置するような大きさのもので構成することができる。
この挿通孔2aは、頭部や肩部、腕部、脚部など、着用者の身体の所定の部分を挿通させるためのものである。
具体的には、まず着用者が前記生地2の挿通孔2aに自身の身体の所定の部位を挿通させたのち、適宜、前記生地2の端部の折り返しや、折り曲げ、前記生地2の端部同士の接合などの処理を行うことによって、衣服を構成することができる。
したがって、衣服1は、その製造に際して、実質的に縫製ないし縫着を行う必要がなく、複数枚の生地同士の接合のための熟練の技術を必要としないので、容易に製造することができる。
しかしながら、生地の端縁部や、生地に形成された挿通孔や切り込みの周縁などにおいて縫製や縫着を行うことを排除する趣旨ではない。
具体的には、着用者の身体の頭部が挿通可能な挿通孔2aが、その中心が前記生地2の中心に位置するように形成され、その両側に、それぞれが前記着用者の身体の腕部の挿通孔としても機能する2つの開口部2b,2cが並んで形成されている。
このように構成した生地2からなる衣服主体1aで衣服1を構成した場合には、その端縁が非対称となるので、前記衣服1は、極めて斬新で独特な、高いデザイン性を有する。
なお、この実施例において、折れ線3は、図2(A)に示すように、前記生地2の前後方向の略中央部より後方側に形成されている。
したがって、衣服1は、その製造に際して、従来行っていた本体や袖などの各部材を構成する複数の生地の、縫製や縫着による接合が必要とされないので、実質的に縫製ないし縫着を行う必要がなく、極めて斬新で、高いデザイン性を有するものである。
なお、この実施の形態において、前記生地としては、高いデザイン性を得る観点から、ドレープ性が高い素材を選択することが好ましい。
この挿通孔12aは、着用者の身体の両肩部が挿通可能な大きさになるよう形成されている。
この場合には、前記衣服11を、極めて斬新で独特な、高いデザイン性を有するものとすることができる。
したがって、この生地12からなる衣服主体11aで構成された衣服11は、着用した際に、この衣服11と着用者の頭部及び頚部との間に空間が形成され、前記衣服11を構成する生地12が着用者の髪に接触しないため、着用者の髪や身体に圧迫感を与えないので、着心地が良く、また、着用時の見栄えが良いものとなる。
この挿通孔22aは、着用者の身体の両肩部が挿通可能な大きさになるよう形成されている。
なお、前記生地12において、前記挿通孔12aを、その中心が前記生地12の中心よりも前(外)側になる位置であって、前記衣服11の端縁が非対称となるような位置に形成してもよい。
なお、前記衣服主体21aの左右端縁の接合については、前記実施例2と同様である。
したがって、製造に際しては、従来行っていた各パーツを構成する複数の生地の、縫製や縫着による接合が必要とされないので、実質的に縫製ないし逢着を行う必要がなく、加えて、従来にない斬新で、高いデザイン性を有する衣服が構成されるものである。
なお、この実施の形態において、前記生地としては、高いデザイン性を得る観点から、ドレープ性が高い素材のものを選択することが好ましい。
したがって、広い産業分野で利用される可能性を有するものである。

- 任意の形状を有する所要の大きさのシート状の1枚の生地からなる衣服主体で構成され、
前記生地は、
厚さ方向に貫通形成した、少なくとも1つの所要の大きさを有する身体挿通用の挿通孔を有するものであること
を特徴とする衣服。 - 前記生地は、
着用者の身体の頭部が挿通可能になるよう厚さ方向に貫通形成された1つの挿通孔と、前記挿通孔の両側に所定の間隔を存して前後方向に沿って延びるよう形成された2つの開口部又は切込みを有すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の衣服。 - 前記挿通孔は、
前記生地に、着用者の身体の両肩部が挿通可能に一つ形成され、その中心が、前記生地の中心よりも前側になるよう形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の衣服。 - 前記挿通孔は、
左右方向に所定の長さ延びる長軸を有する楕円形の、前後方向の前方側と後方側が後方に向かって円弧状に膨らんだ形状を有すること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の衣服。 - 前記衣服主体は、
その左右端縁が、所定の固定手段を用いて、互いに接合可能に構成されていること
を特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の衣服。 - 前記挿通孔は、
前記生地に、着用者の身体の両脚部が挿通可能に一つ形成されるか又は着用者の身体の各脚部が挿通可能に二つ形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の衣服。 - 任意の形状を有し、かつ厚さ方向に貫通形成した挿通孔を1つ有する所要の大きさの生地の衣服としての使用方法であって、
前記挿通孔は、着用者の身体の頭部が挿通可能に形成されたもので、
前記生地は、前記挿通孔の両側に所定の間隔を存して前後方向に沿って延びるよう形成された2つの開口部又は切込みを有し、
前記着用者が、その身体の頭部を前記挿通孔に挿通させ、前記開口部又は切込みの外側に位置する両端縁を、それぞれ下方に垂れ下がった状態にさせたのち、前記開口部又は切込みのそれぞれに腕部を挿通させて着用すること
を特徴とする生地の衣服としての使用方法。 - 任意の形状を有し、かつ厚さ方向に貫通形成した挿通孔を1つ有する所要の大きさの生地の衣服としての使用方法であって、
前記挿通孔は、着用者の身体の両肩部が挿通可能なもので、その中心が、前記生地の中心よりも前側になるよう形成され、
前記着用者が、その身体の背面側から、前記挿通孔に両腕部と両肩部を挿通し、前記生地の前端部を頚部後部に掛けて着用すること
を特徴とする生地の衣服としての使用方法。 - 前記挿通孔は、
左右方向に所定の長さ延びる長軸を有する楕円形の、前後方向の前方側と後方側が後方に向かって円弧状に膨らんだ形状を有するものであること
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の生地の衣服としての使用方法。 - 任意の形状を有し、かつ厚さ方向に貫通形成した挿通孔を一又は二つ有する所要の大きさの生地の衣服としての使用方法であって、
前記生地は、前記挿通孔として、着用者の身体の両脚部が挿通可能に形成された挿通孔を一つ有するか又は着用者の身体の各脚部が挿通可能に形成された二つの挿通孔を有し、
前記着用者が、その身体の脚部を前記挿通孔に挿通させ、前記生地を、前側と後側の境界位置で折り返して着用したのち、前記生地の左端両隅部同士を互いに接合するとともに、右端両隅部同士も互いに接合させること
を特徴とする生地の衣服としての使用方法。
