本申请要求于2019年7月1日递交的名称为“一种驱动装置及包含该驱动装置的电动车”的第201920999843.5号中国专利申请的优先权,其通过引用被全部并入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电动自行车技术领域,具体涉及一种驱动装置及包含该驱动装置的电动车。
背景技术
电动车的驱动装置早期为轮毂式驱动装置,由于轮毂式驱动装置的爬坡性能欠佳,所以衍生出爬坡性能好的中置式驱动装置,现有的中置式驱动装置一般是通过皮带或链条带动轮毂转动,现有的驱动装置不能满足现有电动车的需求。
所以急需研究一种新型的驱动装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种新型驱动装置及包含该驱动装置的电动车。
为了实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供如下技术方案:
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,提供一种驱动装置,所述驱动装置包括第一固定架、第二固定架、动力机构、齿轮组和输出轴,所述第一固定架的一端与所述第二固定架的一端可拆卸连接,所述第一固定架的另外一端靠近所述第二固定架的一侧设置有腔室,所述腔室中设置有动力机构和齿轮组,所述输出轴的一端与所述齿轮组连接,所述输出轴的另外一端固定在所述第二固定架上,所述动力机构带动齿轮组运动,所述齿轮组带动输出轴运动。
在一个示例中,所述第一固定架和第二固定架形成“U”形固定架。
在一个示例中,所述腔室包括动力机构腔室和齿轮组腔室,所述动力机构设置在动力机构腔室内,所述齿轮组设置在所述齿轮组腔室内。
在一个示例中,所述腔室远离所述第二固定架的一侧设置可拆卸的腔室盖。
在一个示例中,所述齿轮组腔室上设置有油标尺以便检测油量。
在一个示例中,所述输出轴的另外一端通过轴承固定在所述第二固定架上。
在一个示例中,所述动力机构腔室上设有用于动力机构散热的散热孔。
在一个示例中,所述动力机构为电机。
根据本申请实施例的第二方面,提供一种电动车,所述电动车包括上述所述的驱动装置。
本申请实施例具有如下优点:
本申请实施例提供的一种驱动装置通过齿轮组和输出轴将动力机构提供的动力输出,这种驱动装置结构紧凑,且较容易维护。

如图1至图4所示,为本实施例提供的一种驱动装置,包括第一固 定架1、第二固定架2、动力机构3、齿轮组4和输出轴5;第一固定架1和第二固定架2形成“U”形固定架,第一固定架1的一端与第二固定架2的一端可拆卸连接,第一固定架1的另外一端靠近第二固定架2的一侧设置有腔室,腔室远离第二固定架2的一侧设置可拆卸的腔室盖7,腔室包括动力机构腔室11和齿轮组腔室12,动力机构3设置在动力机构腔室11内,在本实施例中,动力机构3为电机;齿轮组4设置在齿轮组腔室12内,齿轮组4包括主动齿轮41、第一从动齿轮42和第二从动齿轮43,主动齿轮41设置在动力机构3的转轴上,第一从动齿轮42和第二从动齿轮43分别通过安装轴可转动地设置在齿轮组腔室12内,第一从动齿轮42与主动齿轮41啮合,第二从动齿轮43与第一从动齿轮42啮合,输出轴5的一端和第二从动齿轮43刚性连接并同体转动,输出轴5的另一端通过轴承固定在第二固定架2上,动力机构3带动齿轮组4运动,齿轮组4带动输出轴5运动,轮毂6设置在输出轴5上并随输出轴5同体转动以实现驱动电动车行走。
在一个示例中,齿轮组腔室12上设置有油标尺121以便检测油量。
在一个示例中,齿轮组腔室12由齿轮箱盖122密封设置在动力机构腔室11的靠近第二固定架2的一侧壁上而形成。
在一个示例中,动力机构腔室11上设有用于动力机构散热的散热孔。
本实施例提供的一种驱动装置,适用于现有市面上所有款式的电动自行车。
本申请实施例提供的一种驱动装置在保留高性能爬坡的同时通过齿轮组和输出轴将动力机构提供的动力输出,这种驱动装置结构比较紧凑,且比较容易维护。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本申请作了详尽的描述,但在本申请基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本申请精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本申请要求保护的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种驱动装置,包括:第一固定架(1)、第二固定架(2)、动力机构(3)、齿轮组(4)和输出轴(5),所述第一固定架(1)的一端与所述第二固定架(2)的一端可拆卸连接,所述第一固定架(1)的另外一端靠近所述第二固定架(2)的一侧设置有腔室,所述腔室中设置有动力机构(3)和齿轮组(4),所述输出轴(5)的一端与所述齿轮组(4)连接,所述输出轴(5)的另外一端固定在所述第二固定架(2)上,所述动力机构(3)带动齿轮组(4)运动,所述齿轮组(4)带动输出轴(5)运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其中,所述第一固定架(1)和第二固定架(2)形成“U”形固定架。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其中,所述腔室包括动力机构腔室(11)和齿轮组腔室(12),所述动力机构(3)设置在动力机构腔室(11)内,所述齿轮组(4)设置在所述齿轮组腔室(12)内。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的驱动装置,其中,所述腔室远离所述第二固定架(2)的一侧设置可拆卸的腔室盖(7)。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的驱动装置,其中,所述齿轮组腔室(12)上设置有油标尺(121)以便检测油量。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的驱动装置,其中,所述输出轴(5)的另外一端通过轴承固定在所述第二固定架(2)上。
  7. 如权利要求3或5所述的驱动装置,其中,所述动力机构腔室(11)上设有用于动力机构散热的散热孔。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的驱动装置,其中,所述动力机构(3)为电机。
  9. 一种电动车,包括权利要求1-8中任一项所述的驱动装置。
