Description

一种洗衣机用旋钮结构及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机技术领域,具体涉及一种洗衣机用旋钮结构及洗衣机。
背景技术
目前,洗衣机的控制面板上大都安装有旋钮。通过旋钮和多个按键配合工作,来实现洗涤模式或洗涤时间等程序功能的设置与切换。现有的洗衣机旋钮按键分布零散,无旋转段位显示功能,操作起来十分不方便,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种洗衣机用旋钮结构及洗衣机,该洗衣机用旋钮结构及洗衣机能够解决现有技术中存在的不足,具有旋转段位显示功能,操作起来简单方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,包括旋钮组件、按压组件,还包括显示屏组件、增量式码盘和PCBA板,其中:
所述旋转组件可将下按的力传递按压组件;
所述显示屏组件设置在旋转组件内,与PCBA板电性连接,显示屏组件用于显示洗衣机各项命令;
所述增量式码盘设置在旋转组件的内部,并与PCBA板电性连接,增量式码盘根据旋转组件旋转角度的改变,反馈不同的电信号至PCBA板,所述PCBA板处理该电信号后,调取对应的程序,并发送相应的命令至显示屏组件;
所述PCBA板位于按压组件下方,按压组件的开关按键与PCBA板电性连接,并在按压组件受到外力下降时,开关按键开启,并且确定显示屏组件上的命令。
进一步的,所述旋钮组件包括旋钮转动座、固定体和安装在旋钮转动座顶部上方的旋钮装饰环;所述旋钮转动座的上端开设有容置槽一,中段开设有容 置槽二,下端开设有容置槽三;所述容置槽二的内周壁上设有若干均匀分布的凹凸槽。
进一步的,所述显示屏组件包括显示基座、安装在显示基座顶部且与PCBA板电性连接的显示模组和粘贴在显示模组顶部的玻璃透镜;所述显示基座的上端放置在容置槽一内;所述固定体的下端位于容置槽二底部的下方,固定体的中上端从容置槽二穿过后与显示基座的上端固定相连,所述旋钮装饰环与显示屏组件之间设有空隙。
进一步的,所述按压组件包括旋钮固定支架、开关按键;所述旋钮固定支架包括支撑板、安装在支撑板中间上方的支撑槽一、安装在支撑板外周上方的支撑槽二和安装在支撑板下方的支撑槽三;所述开关按键安装在支撑槽一内,且与PCBA板电性连接;所述PCBA板安装在支撑槽三内;所述支撑板的上方还安装有转动声音发生器安装座和若干定位柱;所述定位柱位于支撑槽一与支撑槽二之间;所述定位柱上套设有复位弹簧;所述旋钮转动座的中下端嵌入设置在支撑槽二内;所述显示基座的中下端穿过容置槽二后伸入到支撑槽一内且与支撑槽一相连
进一步的,所述的旋钮结构还包括防水组件;所述防水组件包括设置在显示基座与容置槽一之间的密封圈A、设置在容置槽一与支撑槽二之间的密封圈B、安装在支撑槽三底部开口处的底盖以及设置在支撑槽三与底盖之间的密封圈C。
优选的,所述支撑槽一上设有卡爪和导向槽。
进一步的,所述旋钮结构还包括转动声音发生器,所述转动声音发生器安装座沿支撑槽一的外周设置;所述转动声音发生器包括钢球和弹簧;所述转动声音发生器安装座上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的上方设有盖板,所述钢球和弹簧从外向内依次安装在安装槽内;所述弹簧的内端与支撑槽一的外周壁相接触,外端与钢球相接触;所述钢球的外端部从安装槽的外侧开口处伸出后与凹凸槽相适应。
进一步的,所述增量式编码器包括金属导电片A、金属导电片B、金属导电片C和金属导电片D;所述容置槽二的底部安装有金属导电片A;所述固定体的下端安装有金属导电片B、金属导电片C和金属导电片D;所述金属导电 片A上端面的周边上按照一定夹角的均匀设置有多个触点;所述金属导电片B、金属导电片C和金属导电片D的引脚分别与PCBA板电性连接;所述金属导电片B、金属导电片C和金属导电片D上均设有位于固定体外侧的触角。
进一步的,所述开关按键上安装有硅胶开关;所述支撑板上还安装有用于固定按键开关及硅胶开关的开关支架。
一种洗衣机,包括控制面板,所述控制面板的正面设有触摸显示屏,背面设有触摸显示控制系统,所述控制面板上还设有如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的旋钮结构;所述触摸显示控制系统与PCBA板电性连接。
本发明还涉及一种洗衣机,包括控制面板,所述控制面板的正面设有触摸显示屏,背面设有触摸显示控制系统,所述控制面板上还设有上述旋钮结构;所述触摸显示控制系统与PCBA板电性连接。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明所述的旋钮结构具有旋转和按压功能,通过旋钮结构的旋转,可以选择不同的程序,并在触摸显示屏和显示屏组件上实时显示程序内容,通过旋钮结构按压,可以确定选择的程序,也可以通过触摸显示屏或触摸显示控制系统直接触摸选择程序,提高洗衣机控制面板的空间利用率,操作起来简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明:
如图1-图14所示的一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,包括旋钮组件10、显示屏组件20、按压组件30和PCBA板601,其中:
所述旋转组件10可将下按的力传递按压组件30,也就是说,旋转组件10不仅可以在洗衣机上旋转,而且能够将下按的力传递至按压组件30上,从而使操作人员可以仅仅通过操控旋转组件10,并能够控制按压组件30的压缩,具体的,旋转组件10可以是支撑在按压组件30上的,在旋转组件10受到下按的压力时候,推动按压组件30压缩。
所述显示屏组件20设置在旋转组件10内,与PCBA板601电性连接,显示屏组件20用于显示洗衣机各项命令,可见,操控人员通过旋转组件10便能够清晰知道洗衣机所处的命令,不再需要在洗衣机上增设其他显示组件,以帮 助操作人员操作,当然显示屏组件20是不跟随旋转组件10旋转的。
所述增量式码盘设置在旋转组件10的内部,并与PCBA板601电性连接,增量式码盘根据旋转组件10旋转角度的改变,反馈不同的电信号至PCBA板601,所述PCBA板601处理该电信号后,发送相应的命令至显示屏组件20,首先,增量式码盘是可以测量到旋转组件10的旋转角度和旋转方向的,然后,PCBA板601根据旋转的角度不同,并经过数据处理后,调取相应的程序,在显示屏组件20上显示对应的命令,最后操作人员通过转动旋转组件10不同角度,达到输入不同指令的目的。
所述PCBA板601位于按压组件30下方,按压组件30的开关按键与PCBA板601电性连接,并在按压组件30受到外力下降时,开关按键开启,并且确定显示屏组件20上的命令。因为操作人员通过操控旋转组件10便能够完成对按压组件30下压的动作,所以,在操控洗衣机工作时候,操作人员仅仅通过转动旋转组件10便完成命令的选择,下按旋转组件10(即下按按压组件30)确认执行该命令。
所述旋钮组件10包括旋钮转动座102、固定体104和安装在旋钮转动座102顶部上方的旋钮装饰环101。所述旋钮转动座102的上端开设有容置槽一102-1,中段开设有容置槽二102-2,下端开设有容置槽三102-3。所述容置槽二102-2的内周壁上设有若干均匀分布的凹凸槽102-4,若干凹凸槽102-4在容置槽二102-2的内周壁上形成齿轮状结构。所述凹凸槽102-4与转动声音发生器50相对应设置。当旋钮转动座102与固定在旋钮固定支架301上的转动声音发生器50发生相对运动时,转动声音发生器50的钢球502会沿着各个凹凸槽102-4滚动,一会儿向外侧运动,一会儿向内侧运动,与凹凸不平的容置槽二的内壁相接触,从而发出哒哒的提示音。比如说,钢球502的外端部先进入凹凸槽102-4的凹处,此时弹簧501处于原长或压缩状态,然后再进入凹凸槽102-4的凸处,凸处给钢球502一个指向弹簧501的作用力,使钢球502及弹簧501受到挤压,当钢球502进入凹凸槽102-4的下一个凹处时,在弹簧501的弹力作用下,钢球502会再向外侧运动。旋钮装饰环101和旋钮转动座102固定连接在一起,二者以旋钮转动座102的中心线为转动轴,一起旋转转动。固定体104不能和旋钮转动座102一起转动。
所述容置槽二102-2的底部安装有金属导电片A103。所述固定体104的下端安装有金属导电片B104-B、金属导电片C104-C和金属导电片D104-D,金属导电片B104-B、金属导电片C104-C和金属导电片D104-D和固定体104注塑在一起。所述金属导电片A103上设有若干触点Z,若干触点Z在金属导电片A103上按一定的角度分布。所述金属导电片B104-B、金属导电片C104-C和金属导电片D104-D的引脚均与PCBA板601电性连接。所述金属导电片B104-B、金属导电片C104-C和金属导电片D104-D上均设有位于固定体外侧的触角104-1,各个金属导电片的触角按一定的规则排列。金属导电片A可以随旋钮转动座一同旋转,旋转时,金属导电片A上的触点Z与金属导电片B、金属导电片C和金属导电片D裸露在固定体外侧的触角相应接触,形成增量式编码器功能,将旋转信号传递给PCBA板601,进而可以选择不同的程序。
所述显示屏组件20包括显示基座203、安装在显示基座203顶部且与PCBA板601电性连接的显示模组202和通过光学胶粘贴在显示模组202顶部的玻璃透镜201。如图4所示,所述显示基座203的上端放置在容置槽一102-1内;所述固定体104的下端位于容置槽二102-2底部的下方,固定体104的中上端从容置槽二102-2穿过后与显示基座203的上端固定相连。
所述按压组件30包括旋钮固定支架301、开关按键302和转动声音发生器50;所述旋钮固定支架301包括支撑板301-1、安装在支撑板301-1中间上方的支撑槽一301-2、安装在支撑板301-1外周上方的支撑槽二301-3和安装在支撑板301-1下方的支撑槽三301-4;所述开关按键302安装在支撑槽一301-2内,且与PCBA板601电性连接;所述PCBA板601安装在支撑槽三301-4内;所述支撑板301-1的上方还安装有转动声音发生器安装座和若干定位柱Y;所述转动声音发生器安装座沿支撑槽一301-2的外周设置;所述定位柱Y位于支撑槽一301-2与支撑槽二301-3之间;所述定位柱Y上套设有复位弹簧305;所述转动声音发生器50包括钢球502和弹簧501;所述转动声音发生器安装座上开设有安装槽,所述钢球502和弹簧501从外向内依次安装在安装槽内;所述弹簧501的内端与支撑槽一301-2的外周壁相接触,外端与钢球502相接触;所述钢球502的外端部从安装槽的外侧开口处伸出后与凹凸槽102-4相适应;所述旋钮转动座102的中下端嵌入设置在支撑槽二301-3内;所述显示基座203 的中下端穿过容置槽二102-2后伸入到支撑槽一302-2内且与支撑槽一302-2相连。当按压旋钮结构1-3时,显示屏组件20和固定体104能够沿旋钮结构1-3的轴向向下移动,进而接触到开关按键302,开关按键302向PCBA板601发送相应的信号。按压动作结束后,在复位弹簧305的弹力作用下,显示屏组件20和固定体104恢复到原位。
进一步的,该旋钮结构1-3还包括防水组件40;所述防水组件40包括设置在显示基座203与容置槽一102-1之间的密封圈A401、设置在容置槽一102-1与支撑槽二302-3之间的密封圈B402、安装在支撑槽三302-4底部开口处的底盖404以及设置在支撑槽三302-4与底盖404之间的密封圈C403。所述密封圈A401、密封圈B402、密封圈C403和底盖404都起到密封作用。所述防水组件40可以防止水汽或水滴进入旋钮结构1-3内部,保证旋钮结构1-3工作环境的稳定。
进一步的,所述支撑槽一302-2上设有卡爪KZ和导向槽DXC。所述卡爪KZ,用于与显示基座203的下端卡合连接,固定住显示基座203。所述显示基座203的下端外周壁上设有与导向槽DXC相适应的凸起,该凸起安装在导向槽DXC内。所述导向槽DXC,用于限制显示基座203只能沿旋钮结构1-3的轴向上下按压移动。
进一步的,所述旋钮装饰环101与显示屏组件20之间设有空隙,该空隙保证显示屏组件20只能沿旋钮结构1-3的轴向上下移动。
进一步的,所述安装槽的上方设有盖板503。所述盖板503将钢球502和弹簧501压合在安装槽中。根据钢球502的尺寸,通过对安装槽的尺寸进行设计,使钢球502既可以在安装槽中运动,又不会从安装槽中脱落。
进一步的,所述开关按键302上安装有硅胶开关303;所述支撑板302-1上还安装有用于固定开关按键302及硅胶开关303的开关支架304。所述开关按键302,可以感知按压信号,并将按压信号传递给PCBA板601。
本发明还涉及一种洗衣机1,包括控制面板1-1,所述控制面板1-1的正面设有触摸显示屏1-4,背面设有触摸显示控制系统1-2,所述控制面板1-1上还设有上述旋钮结构1-3;所述触摸显示控制系统1-2与PCBA板601电性连接。所述控制面板1-1采用玻璃、亚克力、ABS塑料、贴塑注塑等透明材料。整个 控制面板1-1的正面均为触摸显示区域。所述触摸显示控制系统1-2与显示屏组件20显示的信息可以实时共享。控制面板1-1、触摸显示控制系统1-2、旋钮结构1-3和触摸显示屏1-4均安装在洗衣机1上。通过触摸显示控制系统1-1和旋钮结构1-3可以进行程序选择,控制洗衣机1的运行。触摸显示控制系统1-2和旋钮结构1-3电性连接。显示屏组件20显示的内容和触摸显示屏1-4上显示的内容实时共享,并且在触摸显示屏1-4上有更详细的显示说明。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,包括旋钮组件、按压组件,其特征在于:还包括显示屏组件、增量式码盘和PCBA板,其中:
    所述旋转组件可将下按的力传递按压组件;
    所述显示屏组件设置在旋转组件内,与PCBA板电性连接,显示屏组件用于显示洗衣机各项命令;
    所述增量式码盘设置在旋转组件的内部,并与PCBA板电性连接,增量式码盘根据旋转组件旋转角度的改变,反馈不同的电信号至PCBA板,所述PCBA板处理该电信号后,调取对应的程序,并发送相应的命令至显示屏组件;
    所述PCBA板位于按压组件下方,按压组件的开关按键与PCBA板电性连接,并在按压组件受到外力下降时,开关按键开启,并且确定显示屏组件上的命令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,其特征在于:所述旋钮组件包括旋钮转动座、固定体和安装在旋钮转动座顶部上方的旋钮装饰环;所述旋钮转动座的上端开设有容置槽一,中段开设有容置槽二,下端开设有容置槽三;所述容置槽二的内周壁上设有若干均匀分布的凹凸槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,其特征在于:所述显示屏组件包括显示基座、安装在显示基座顶部且与PCBA板电性连接的显示模组和粘贴在显示模组顶部的玻璃透镜;所述显示基座的上端放置在容置槽一内;所述固定体的下端位于容置槽二底部的下方,固定体的中上端从容置槽二穿过后与显示基座的上端固定相连,所述旋钮装饰环与显示屏组件之间设有空隙。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,其特征在于:所述按压组件包括旋钮固定支架、开关按键;所述旋钮固定支架包括支撑板、安装在支撑板中间上方的支撑槽一、安装在支撑板外周上方的支撑槽二和安装在支撑板下方的支撑槽三;所述开关按键安装在支撑槽一内,且与PCBA板电性连接;所述PCBA板安装在支撑槽三内;所述支撑板的上方还安装有转动声音发生器安装座和若干定位柱;所述定位柱位于支撑槽一与支撑槽二之间;所述定位柱上套设有复位弹簧;所述旋钮转动座的中下端嵌入设置在支撑槽二内;所述显 示基座的中下端穿过容置槽二后伸入到支撑槽一内且与支撑槽一相连
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,其特征在于:还包括防水组件;所述防水组件包括设置在显示基座与容置槽一之间的密封圈A、设置在容置槽一与支撑槽二之间的密封圈B、安装在支撑槽三底部开口处的底盖以及设置在支撑槽三与底盖之间的密封圈C。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,其特征在于:所述支撑槽一上设有卡爪和导向槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,其特征在于:所述旋钮结构还包括转动声音发生器,所述转动声音发生器安装座沿支撑槽一的外周设置;所述转动声音发生器包括钢球和弹簧;所述转动声音发生器安装座上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的上方设有盖板,所述钢球和弹簧从外向内依次安装在安装槽内;所述弹簧的内端与支撑槽一的外周壁相接触,外端与钢球相接触;所述钢球的外端部从安装槽的外侧开口处伸出后与凹凸槽相适应。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,其特征在于:所述增量式编码器包括金属导电片A、金属导电片B、金属导电片C和金属导电片D;所述容置槽二的底部安装有金属导电片A;所述固定体的下端安装有金属导电片B、金属导电片C和金属导电片D;所述金属导电片A上端面的周边上按照一定夹角的均匀设置有多个触点;所述金属导电片B、金属导电片C和金属导电片D的引脚分别与PCBA板电性连接;所述金属导电片B、金属导电片C和金属导电片D上均设有位于固定体外侧的触角。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗衣机用旋钮结构,其特征在于:所述开关按键上安装有硅胶开关;所述支撑板上还安装有用于固定按键开关及硅胶开关的开关支架。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括控制面板,其特征在于:所述控制面板的正面设有触摸显示屏,背面设有触摸显示控制系统,所述控制面板上还设有如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的旋钮结构;所述触摸显示控制系统与PCBA板电性连接。
