Abstract

本发明公开了一种键盘按键,包括底板,由下自上依次设置在底板上的电路板、底座、剪刀脚机构和键帽;其还包括复位弹簧和光耦。本发明的键盘按键采用四边形结构的剪刀脚机构,通过底座的边界盒面积增大了键帽与底座的基础接触面积,使用者触动键帽的任何一个位置既可以完成相应的下压动作,提高了按键反应的灵敏度,延长了按键及键盘的使用寿命;采用了光耦,光耦具有体积小、无接触点能够有效避免机械接触点的杂讯干扰、使用寿命长,等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子产品的键盘结构,具体涉及一种键盘按键。
背景技术
键盘是电脑或与电脑用同样功能的电子产品的输入设备,通过键盘可以输入字符,也可以控制电脑的运行。随着电子产品的快速发展和广泛引用,键盘作为人机交互的桥梁,在日常的生活和工作中占据了重要的位置。目前市场上超簿键盘产品的结构比较常见的有三种,分别是薄膜开关类键盘、导电硅胶开关类键盘、机械开关类键盘。在这三类键盘中,薄膜开关类键盘的使用范围最为普遍。薄膜开关类键盘按照其按键的结构分为火山结构、剪刀脚结构和宫柱结构。火山口结构薄膜键盘多见于PC机的键盘和一般的POS机;剪刀脚结构薄膜开关键盘因产品厚度簿多用于笔记本键盘中,当然在中端PC机的键盘中也比较普及;宫柱结构薄膜开关键盘结构独特,但因手感不理想目前并不普及。
剪刀脚结构也称X结构全称叫做SCISSOR,它的工作原理是:运用两组平行四连杆机构,以强迫运动方式让使用者按触键盘的四个角落时都能享受到顺畅及一致的手感,轻质的塑钢材料,结构坚固,耐用度比一般键盘要好。剪刀脚结构的设计多数用于笔记本以及超薄的PC电脑键盘上。它是键帽与底座之间采用了类似剪刀形状的两组连杆结构支撑架,键程一般约为2.50mm~3.0mm左右,这种设计能让用户的手指均匀地受力在键帽上,每个按键均能获得同样的手感。现有的剪刀脚按键结构存在诸多缺陷,一方面按键使用硅胶作为弹力体,手感较差;另一方面薄膜开关很容易氧化造成按键的反应灵敏性较低,一次操作要对应多次动作,缩短了产品的使用寿命;再者,现有的按键为机械接触易产生杂讯。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种键盘按键,提高动作灵敏度,延长产品使用寿命,并排除开关杂讯的干扰。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种键盘按键,包括底板,由下自上依次设置在底板上的电路板、底座、剪刀脚机构和键帽;其还包括复位弹簧和光耦;
所述光耦包括发射端和接收端;
所述底座上设置有容纳剪刀机构的容置腔,所述容置腔中设置有安装发射端和接收端的安装位;发射端和接收端的底部固定与电路板电连接;
所述剪刀脚机构包括四边形结构的第一框体和第二框体;所述第一框体位于第二框体内部,其中部通过转轴转动连接在第二框体内侧的中部,第一框体和第二框体的四个角部的位置处设置有限位柱,底座对应于限位柱的位置处设置与限位柱相匹配的孔槽,限位柱恰好能安装进孔槽中;所述第一框体上设置挡光板,挡光板位于发射端和接收端之间;
所述底座中部设有定位柱,复位弹簧的下端套接在底座定位柱上,复位弹簧的上端与键帽抵持。
本发明还可以通过以下方案实现。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述键盘按键还包括电连接片,电连接片与电路板电连接,在底座底部设置有安装有电连接片的安装槽,安装槽与安装位相通,所述光耦的发射端和接收端通过安装位固定在电连接片上。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述电连接片包括一对引脚,所述引脚与电路板电连接。
在本发明中,电路板不限定为某一结构的电路板,可以是带有剪刀脚结构的键盘可以适用的任何一种电路板,作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述电路板为薄膜电路板或PCB板。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述光耦的发射端和接收端固定在电路板上。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述键帽扣合在底座上,将剪刀脚机构、复位弹簧以及光耦封闭在容置腔中。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明所述的键盘按键采用四边形结构的剪刀脚机构,通过底座边界盒面积增大了键帽与底座的基础接触面积,使用者触动键帽的任何一个位置既可以完成相应的动作,使用复位弹簧作为弹性体提高了按键反应的灵敏度,延长了按键及键盘的使用寿命;
2.本发明所述的键盘按键中采用了光耦,光耦具有体积小、无触点能够有效避免机械接触点的杂讯干扰、寿命长、开关动作反应快等优点;
3.本发明所述的键盘按键结构简单,手感舒适。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述的键盘按键,包括底板1,由下自上依次设置在底板上的电路板、底座3、剪刀脚机构5和键帽6;其还包括复位弹簧7和光耦8;所述光耦8包括发射端和接收端;所述底座上设置有容纳剪刀脚机构7的容置腔31,所述容置腔31中设置有安装发射端和接收端的安装孔;发射端和接收端的底部固定与电路板电连接;所述剪刀脚机构包括四边形结构的第一框体52和第二框体51;所述第一框体52位于第二框体51内部,其中部通过转轴转动连接在第二框体51内侧的中部,第一框体52和第二框体51的四个角部的位置处设置有限位柱,底座对应于限位柱的位置处设置与限位柱相匹配的孔槽,限位柱恰好能安装进孔槽中;所述第一框体上设置挡光板53,挡光板53位于发射端和接收端之间;这种四边形结构的剪刀脚机构中第一框体52和第二框体51的的四个角部的位置处设置有限位柱,增大了与电路板之间的接触面积,能有效提高按键的使用寿命;所述底座3中部设有定位柱4,复位弹簧7的下端套接在定位柱4,复位弹簧7的上端与键帽6抵持;在外力作用下敲击键帽,将复位弹簧压下同时剪刀脚机构下沉向下移动挡光板53阻挡在发射端和接收端中间,开关产生一次开信号进行输入,当外力移除后,键帽在复位弹簧的作用下复位,完成一次输入。由于复位弹簧的作用,使得键帽可以快速复位,加快了输入的速度。在本发明中,光耦具有体积小、寿命长、无触点,抗干扰能力强等优点,挡光板设置在剪刀脚机构的第一框体上,在键帽受力压下和弹回的动作过程中,挡光板53对光耦的发射端和接收端进行阻挡和不阻挡实现电信号的导通和断开。
本发明还可以通过以下方案实现。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述键盘按键还包括电连接片2,电连接片2与电路板电连接,在底座3底部设置有安装有电连接片2的安装槽,安装槽与安装孔相同,所述光耦的发射端和接收端通过安装位固定在电连接片上。优选的,所述电连接片包括一对引脚,所述引脚与电路板电连接。
在本发明中,电路板不限定为某一结构的电路板,可以是带有剪刀脚结构的键盘可以适用的任何一种电路板,作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述电路板为薄膜电路板或PCB板。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述光耦8的发射端和接收端固定在电路板上。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述键帽6扣合在底座3上,将剪刀脚机构5、复位弹簧7以及光耦8封闭在容置腔中。
本发明中,所述光耦8选自发光二极管和光敏二极管、光敏三极管、光敏电阻等中的一种。

Claims (7)

1.一种键盘按键,包括底板,由下自上依次设置在底板上的电路板、底座、剪刀脚机构和键帽;其特征在于:其还包括复位弹簧和光耦;
所述光耦包括发射端和接收端;
所述底座上设置有容纳剪刀脚机构的容置腔,所述容置腔中设置有安装发射端和接收端的安装位;发射端和接收端的底部固定与电路板电连接;
所述剪刀脚机构包括四边形结构的第一框体和第二框体;所述第一框体位于第二框体内部,其中部通过转轴转动连接在第二框体内侧的中部,第一框体和第二框体的四个角部的位置处设置有限位柱,底座对应于限位柱的位置处设置与限位柱相匹配的孔槽,限位柱恰好能安装进孔槽中;所述第一框体上设置挡光板,挡光板位于发射端和接收端之间;
所述底座中部设有定位柱,复位弹簧的下端套接在底座定位柱上,复位弹簧的上端与键帽抵持。
2.根据权利要求1所述的键盘按键,其特征在于:所述键盘按键还包括电连接片,电连接片与电路板电连接,在底座底部设置有安装有电连接片的安装槽,安装槽与安装位相通,所述光耦的发射端和接收端通过安装位固定在电连接片上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的键盘按键,其特征在于:所述电连接片包括一对引脚,所述引脚与电路板电连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的键盘按键,其特征在于:所述电路板为薄膜电路板或PCB板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的键盘按键,其特征在于:所述光耦的发射端和接收端固定在电路板上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的键盘按键,其特征在于:所述键帽扣合在底座上,将剪刀脚机构、复位弹簧以及光耦封闭在容置腔中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的键盘按键,其特征在于:所述光耦为发光二极管和光敏二极管、光敏三极管、光敏电阻中的一种。
