Claims (10)
- 一种电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,包括阀针丝杆组件(1),所述阀针丝杆组件(1)包括阀针(11)、阀针套(12)、垫圈部(13)、弹簧(14)以及丝杆组件(15);所述阀针(11)与所述阀针套(12)固定连接,所述阀针套(12)包括周壁部(122)和配合部(121),所述配合部(121)的内径小于所述周壁部(122)的内径;所述丝杆组件(15)包括下止挡部(153)、阀针支撑部(154)以及上止挡部(155),所述下止挡部(153)能够与所述垫圈部(13)相抵;所述阀针支撑部(154)能够与所述阀针套(12)的所述配合部(121)相抵;所述上止挡部(155)能够与所述弹簧(14)相抵;所述下止挡部(153)与所述垫圈部(13)相抵时,所述阀针支撑部(154)与所述垫圈部(13)之间的距离为D1,所述阀针支撑部(154)与所述配合部(121)上端之间的距离为D2,且D1≥D2。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述下止挡部(153)包括下凸缘部(1531),所述下凸缘部(1531)沿所述丝杆(151)的周向延伸,所述下凸缘部(1531)与所述丝杆(151)一体成型或者固定连接,所述下凸缘部(1531)能够与所述垫圈部(13)相抵。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述丝杆组件(15)包括轴套部件(156),所述轴套部件(156)包括供所述丝杆(151)插入的接孔部(1561)、本体部(1562)以及悬吊卡合部(1563),所述下止挡部(153)为所述本体部(1562),所述本体部(1562)与所述垫圈部(13)能够相抵。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述悬吊卡合部(1563)沿所述本体部(1562)的周向延伸,所述阀针支撑部(154)为所述悬吊卡合部(1563),所述悬吊卡合部(1563)与所述阀针套(12)的配合部(121)能够直接或者间接相抵。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述悬吊卡合部(1563)沿所述本体部(1562)的周向延伸,所述丝杆组件(15)还包括轴套 垫圈(157),所述轴套垫圈(157)支撑于所述悬吊卡合部(1563),所述阀针支撑部(154)为所述轴套垫圈(157),所述轴套垫圈(157)能够与所述阀针套(12)的配合部(121)相抵,所述悬吊卡合部(1563)与所述阀针套(12)的配合部(121)能够间接相抵。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述阀针支撑部(154)包括阀针支撑垫圈(1541),所述丝杆(151)包括阀针支撑凹槽部(1512)以及阀针支撑凸缘部(1513),所述阀针支撑垫圈(1541)与所述阀针支撑凹槽部(1512)固定连接或者限位连接,所述阀针支撑垫圈(1541)能够与所述阀针套(12)的配合部(121)相抵。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述上止挡部(155)包括上凸缘部(1551),所述上凸缘部(1551)沿所述丝杆(151)的周向延伸,所述上凸缘部(1551)与所述丝杆(151)一体成型或者固定连接,所述上凸缘部(1551)与所述弹簧(14)相抵;
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述上止挡部(155)包括上挡圈(1552),所述丝杆(151)包括弹簧上环形凹槽(159),所述弹簧上环形凹槽(159)与所述上挡圈(1552)限位连接或者固定连接,所述上挡圈(1552)与所述弹簧(14)相抵。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述垫圈部(13)的表面包括涂层,所述涂层包括聚四氟乙烯或石墨或二硫化钼。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,0≤D1-D2≤0.03mm。
