本实用新型涉及机电设备的使用安全领域,具体为一种机电设备外侧的人员防护装置。

机电设备一般指机械、电器及电气自动化设备。
机电设备种类繁多,按用途可分为三大类,即产业类机电设备、信息类机电设备和民生类机电设备。产业类机电设备是指用于生产企业的设备,例如机械制造行业使用的各类机械加工设备、自动化生产线、工业机器人,还有其他行业使用的机械设备,如纺织机械、矿山机械等都属于产业类机电设备。信息类机电设备是指用于信息采集、传输和存储处理的电子机械产品。例如,计算机、打印机、复印机、传真机、通讯设备等其他办公自动化设备都属于信息类机电设备。民生类机电设备是指用于人民生活领域的电子机械产品。例如,各种家用电器、家用加工机械、汽车电子化产品、健身运动机械等都属于民生类机电设备。
其中,产业类机电设备由于生产的特殊性,经常存在一定的危险性,新闻中也时有播报工作人员、头发或肢体被卷入各种机电设备而导致的事故,
目前,市面上也有为工作人员的人身安全设计的防护装置,例如公布号为CN107984295A,专利名称为《一种机床用防护装置》的发明专利,其公布了一种通过用建立屏障的方式防止飞溅物冲出对人造成伤害的装置;还有其他类似的将整个机电设备罩住的装置,但是这样的保护也未免有些“矫枉过正”,并没有做到在保护人员安全的同时不影响设备的正常使用,因此市场上急需一种机电设备外侧的人员防护装置来解决这些问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种机电设备外侧的人员防护装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有机电设备的保护技术并没有做到在保护人员安全的同时不影响设备的正常使用的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种机电设备外侧的人员防护装置,包括机电设备和所述机电设备上的危险隐患部位,所述机电设备的外侧上部设置有上防护杆,所述机电设备的外侧下部设置有下防护杆。
优选的,所述上防护杆的两端与所述机电设备的上部固定连接,所述下防护杆的两端与所述机电设备的下部固定连接。
优选的,所述上防护杆与所述下防护杆之间设置有至少两个防护支撑杆,所述上防护杆和所述下防护杆分别与所述防护支撑杆固定连接,所述防护支撑杆的下端固定于所述机电设备的外侧的地面上。
优选的,所述上防护杆和所述下防护杆之间设置有防护盖板。
优选的,所述防护盖板的上端两侧和下端两侧均设置有滑动限位装置,所述防护盖板与所述上防护杆和所述下防护杆分别通过所述滑动限位装置滑动连接。
优选的,所述防护盖板设置于所述机电设备上的所述危险隐患部位处的外侧。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.该机电设备外侧的人员防护装置,设置有上下两根防护杆,可以有效防止工作人员与机电设备的误接触,当工作人员接近机电设备时,首先会碰触到防护杆或防护盖板,而不是立即接触危险隐患部位例如车刀、搅辊、电机轴、啮合齿轮或冲压装置等,这就使得工作人员的人身安全有了一层保护盾。
2.该机电设备外侧的人员防护装置,并没有完全罩住机电设备,而仅仅是在上部和下部进行了防护,工作人员依然可以从上下两根防护杆之间对机 电设备正常操作,该机电设备外侧的人员防护装置解决了现有机电设备的保护技术并没有做到在保护人员安全的同时不影响设备的正常使用的问题,不仅可以起到保护作用,而且不影响工作的正常进行。
3.该机电设备外侧的人员防护装置,可以适用几乎所有类型的机电设备,通用性广泛,价格低廉,实用性极强,可以很大程度地提高生产安全性,减少事故发生。

进一步,上防护杆21与下防护杆22之间设置有至少两个防护支撑杆25,上防护杆21和下防护杆22分别与防护支撑杆25固定连接,防护支撑杆25的下端固定于机电设备1的外侧的地面上,上防护杆21和下防护杆22的安装位置距机电设备1有一定间隙,防护作用更好,但是对机电设备1的操作相比实施例一稍微复杂,但如果此间隙较大,则可以实现人员在机电设备外侧的人员防护装置外起到防护作用,人员在机电设备外侧的人员防护装置与机电设备1之间的间隙内可以正常操作机电设备1。
进一步,上防护杆21和下防护杆22之间设置有防护盖板23,防护盖板23可以有效避免人员的身体部位被绞入机电设备1。
进一步,防护盖板23的上端两侧和下端两侧均设置有滑动限位装置24,防护盖板23与上防护杆21和下防护杆22分别通过滑动限位装置24滑动连接。
进一步,防护盖板23设置于机电设备1上的危险隐患部位11处的外侧。
图6所示为机电设备1的俯视形状不是矩形时,实施例2的安装示意, 图中机电设备1的一侧没有安装本实用新型一种机电设备外侧的人员防护装置,应当理解为凡是机电设备1的某侧十分安全,即该侧不需要安装。
工作原理:当人员接近机电设备1时,首先接触到上防护杆21和下防护杆22,避免事故发生;当人员接近机电设备1上的危险隐患部位11时,首先接触到防护盖板23,避免事故发生;当需要操作机电设备1上的危险隐患部位11时,可以通过滑动限位装置24滑动防护盖板23至不遮盖危险隐患部位11处,即可正常操作。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机电设备外侧的人员防护装置,其特征在于:所述上防护杆(21)与所述下防护杆(22)之间设置有至少两个防护支撑杆(25),所述上防护杆(21)和所述下防护杆(22)分别与所述防护支撑杆(25)固定连接,所述防护支撑杆(25)的下端固定于所述机电设备(1)的外侧的地面上。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种机电设备外侧的人员防护装置,其特征在于:所述上防护杆(21)和所述下防护杆(22)之间设置有防护盖板(23)。
