【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种PCB板加工设备的辅助结构，尤其是指一种PCB板加工设备上使用的安全防护护角。
【背景技术】
PCB板(印刷电路板)作为电子和信息产品的基本部件需求量日益增加，对PCB板加工设备的要求也随之提高。现有的PCB板加工设备多为箱体结构，箱体由板材拼接成四方形状，四个角均为直角，设备工作时操作人员很容易被此棱角刮伤或碰伤，形成安全隐患。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于克服PCB板加工设备箱体棱角所产生的缺陷，提供一种可另PCB板加工设备使用和操作安全的防护护角。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括“L”形护角体，护角体的转角为圆弧形，长边上开设有通孔；
上述防护护角中，所述护角体“L”形长边通孔外侧设有螺钉孔塞。
相比于原有的PCB板加工设备箱体棱角，本实用新型的有益效果在于：防护护角通过螺钉固定安装在原箱棱角外侧，将直角结构转换光滑的圆弧形过渡，操作人员即使不小心擦碰上也不会刮伤，彻底消除了原有设备的安全隐患，从而实现安全高效生产，适宜被行业推广使用。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图3所示，在本实用新型采用“L”形护角体2，护角体2的转角为圆弧形，“L”形长边上开设有通孔4，通孔4用于穿套安装螺钉5；为了安装美观及防止螺钉生锈，护角体2“L”形长边通孔4外侧设有螺钉孔塞3。
使用时，将本实用新型扣附在PCB板加工设备箱体1棱角，用螺钉5通过“L”形长边上的通孔4将其固定在箱体上即可；固定后，将螺钉孔塞3塞入通孔4。
