人体的皮肤由表皮、真皮、皮下组织三个部分组织而成，加上一些毛发、汗腺、等具有特别机能的配件，便组成了对人体具有最基础保护功能的皮肤。皮肤覆盖在身体的表面，依不同的部位需要的保护作用不同，估其厚度、结构也会稍有差别。例如眼部皮肤的厚度为0.3-0.36mm，比脸部其他皮肤薄2-5倍，缺乏弹性纤维和胶原结构，脂肪含量少，水脂膜很薄，所以过敏原很容易穿过眼部皮肤；并且其淋巴循环系统不活跃，容易产生浮肿、眼袋、黑眼圈；而相对来说眼部却是活动量很大的(每天眨动上万次)，因此也更易出现皱纹、松弛等老化现象；再就是眼部神经纤维密度高，对一些感觉特别敏感，因此，眼部皮肤更需要我们做特殊护理。而唇部皮肤相对也较薄，成年人有16-20个表皮细胞层，而婴幼儿只有3-5层，只有身体皮肤的1/3厚。由于它本身没有汗孔、皮脂腺，所以对秋冬季干燥的空气、低温等环境就特别敏感，唇部的干燥造成唇纹明显、表皮脱落，加上双唇的肌肉纤薄柔嫩，微笑、喝水、吃东西、说话，易被牵动而产生皱纹。
除了面部各部分肌肤的结构差异之外，还有部分特殊情况，致使部分皮肤不适合直接使用面膜。例如当今社会的多样化美容方式(半永久眉毛、眼线、睫毛等)使得经常敷面膜容易导致色素快速脱落、不持久等问题，以及面部有伤口、创伤等情况时也不易敷面膜。
因此针对面部不同部位结构、需求差异，亟待发明一种采用具有定点部位针对性护肤的面膜。而现有市场上的面膜基本都是一张面膜采用同一种精华液、且不易于切割取舍，无法满足一张脸上不同部位不同精华液的护理需求。
发明内容
基于现有技术中存在的缺陷，本发明的目的在于针对面部肌肤的不同需求，提供一种按需求划分切割、特制多点储存不同精华液的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜；本发明的另一目的在于提供该可变造型全方位护肤的面膜的制备方法；本发明的再一目的在于提供该可变造型全方位护肤的面膜的应用。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案得以实现：
一方面，本发明提供一种可变造型全方位护肤的面膜，该面膜包括：
下吸塑层；
面膜层，位于所述下吸塑层上；
上吸塑层，位于所述面膜层上；
所述上吸塑层、所述下吸塑层均设置有眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽；
所述面膜层包括面膜基材，所述面膜基材用于吸附精华液；
所述面膜层划分为眼部层、唇部层和余下的脸部层三个区域；所述眼部层、所述唇部层和所述脸部层分别用于吸附针对眼部、唇部和脸部的精华液；
所述上吸塑层与所述下吸塑层通过卡合方式匹配，将中部面膜层中的眼部层、唇部层分别卡合于所述下吸塑层的眼部凹槽、唇部凹槽中；
在所述下吸塑层的眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽向下弯曲处通过硅胶膜抵接至所述上吸塑层的眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽向下弯曲处，实现所述眼部层、所述唇部层、所述脸部层吸附精华液时将各部层中的精华液隔离；且保证所述上吸塑层和所述下吸塑层之间留有间隙。
现有技术中的面膜大致三类；第一类是针对不同部位分别对应有不同的面膜产品，例如：针对脸部的面膜，针对眼部的眼膜，针对唇部的唇膜等；第二类是针对不同部位采取一张面膜，且同一张面膜基本采用同一种精华液，然而人体面部组织结构不同、厚度不同、每个部位的保护作用也均不相同，很难实现同一种精华液满足面部不同部位的护理需求；第三类是针对面部不同部位设置不同精华液，此类面膜虽然划分了不同区域并采取了不同精华液，但是很难保证精华液不互混，尤其是在面膜运输途中，振荡等极易导致精华液互混。
本发明中，发明人创造性的通过吸塑层及硅胶膜的卡合匹配固定，有效实现了各区域精华液的分隔，采用吸塑方式的固定能够较佳实现精华液不互混；另外，护肤使用过 程也较为方便。具体为：本发明采用多部位结构可控的面膜设计，针对不同部分选取不同的精华液(眼部、唇部、脸部等)，并采用特制多点存储精华液的吸塑模具，以使面膜中的不同精华液之间不易混合。在使用时，使用者只需将上吸塑层取下，针对眼部护肤，只需将下吸塑层眼部凹槽中的眼部层撕下实现眼部的护肤，然后合上上吸塑层，亦可保证其他未使用的面膜能够进一步储存，便于需要时再次使用；针对唇部护肤，只需将下吸塑层唇部凹槽中的唇部层撕下实现唇部的护肤；针对脸部护肤，只需将下吸塑层中的脸部层撕下实现脸部的护肤。另外，硅胶膜的抵接一方面有利于阻挡分隔精华液，避免不同部位的精华液互混；另一方面能够保证上吸塑层和下吸塑层在卡合固定时，能够留有间隙，避免过于挤压中部面膜层，从而导致脸部层精华液的流失，优选地，硅胶膜在切向上的长度大于中部面膜层的厚度；再一方面能够更加有利于使用者针对各部位面膜的使用进行方便的撕下。同时，本发明中上吸塑层与下吸塑层结构相同、但尺寸略小于下吸塑层，通过卡合匹配使其能夹住面膜避免滑动，并阻止面膜中不同部位精华液的流动。
本发明中，以面膜使用时贴近脸部的方向为下，以面膜使用时远离脸部的方向为上。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，该面膜还包括针对眼部、唇部和脸部的精华液；所述精华液在面膜产品中预先吸附于所述眼部层、唇部层和脸部层中，或单独隔离放置。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，所述面膜基材可以选自凝胶、无纺布、生物纤维素、蚕丝等中的一种。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，所述眼部层与所述脸部层通过可撕卸方式连接；所述唇部层与所述脸部层通过可撕卸方式连接。本发明的可撕卸方式可以采取非连续性切割方式实现，例如：采用锯齿状滚刀得到的非连续性的切割口，设计多处面膜撕角，在使用时，可以从任意切口处撕开。以实现使用者能够方便的取出各部位面膜，可根据自身需要进行局部取舍，使其能够有效作为多张单独功能的眼膜、唇膜和脸膜等使用。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，所述脸部层上设置有鼻部开口，使用时用于保证脸部与鼻部能够与所述脸部层相服贴。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，所述上吸塑层、所述下吸塑层的材质各自独立地选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯中的一种。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，所述眼部凹槽和所述唇部凹槽的槽深为1～5mm。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，所述下吸塑层的外边缘设置有向上的边缘凸起，用于实现与所述上吸塑层密封连接。避免脸部层中的精华液从边缘处溢流出。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，针对眼部的精华液包括第一基础成分和第一活性成分；
所述第一基础成分包括水、丁二醇、聚乙二醇-40、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氢化聚异丁烯、甘油和抗坏血酸葡糖苷中的一种或多种的组合；
所述第一活性成分包括荞麦提取物、麦冬提取物、灰树花提取物、黄芩提取物、水青冈提取物、光果甘草提取物、兰花提取物、黑莓叶提取物、假叶树提取物、积雪草提取物和洋甘菊植物提取物中的一种或多种的组合。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，更加优选地，针对眼部的精华液包括90.9wt％的水、2wt％的丁二醇、1wt％的聚乙二醇-40、1wt％的聚二甲基硅氧烷、1wt％的氢化聚异丁烯、3wt％的甘油、0.5wt％的抗坏血酸葡糖苷、0.2wt％的黄芩提取物、0.2wt％的光果甘草提取物、0.1wt％的积雪草提取物和0.1wt％的洋甘菊植物提取物。
本发明中，针对眼部的精华液采取植物提取物、轻薄质感的精华液。由于眼部皮肤较为细薄，更易出现皱纹、脂肪粒、色素沉着等，唇部肌肤相当柔嫩，受环境气候影响大，且日常护理较少。采取本发明眼部层的精华液有利于为眼部敏感肌肤补充水分，增加肌肤弹性，消除眼部皮肤的暗淡，防止皱纹的产生及肌肤的松弛现象，有效改善眼部肿胀现象。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，针对唇部的精华液包括第二基础成分和第二活性成分；
所述第二基础成分包括水、甘油和蜂蜜中的一种或多种的组合；
所述第二活性成分包括向日葵籽油、金盏花油、茶树油和澳洲坚果籽油中的一种或多种的组合。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，更加优选地，针对唇部的精华液包括96wt％的水、2wt％的甘油、1wt％的蜂蜜、0.5wt％的金盏花油和0.5wt％的澳洲坚果籽油。
本发明中，针对唇部的精华液采取纯天然酵母精华，其入口无害。采取本发明的唇部层精华液有利于唇部肌肤细胞的新陈代谢，改善暗哑唇色，恢复唇部光泽，改善唇部 肌肤保护屏障，使唇部柔软、紧实、富有弹性。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，针对脸部的精华液包括第三基础成分和第三活性成分；
所述第三基础成分包括水、棕榈酰水解牛奶蛋白、透明质酸、海藻糖、丁二醇、聚乙二醇-40、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氢化聚异丁烯、甘油和抗坏血酸葡糖苷中的一种或多种的组合；
所述第三活性成分包括牡丹根提取物、酸橙果皮提取物、酵母提取物、光果甘草提取物、芦荟提取物、豌豆提取物、薄荷油和桉叶提取物中的一种或多种的组合。
上述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜中，优选地，针对脸部的精华液包括83.6wt％的水、1wt％的棕榈酰水解牛奶蛋白、3wt％的透明质酸、1wt％的海藻糖、3wt％的丁二醇、1wt％的聚乙二醇-40、1wt％的聚二甲基硅氧烷、1wt％的氢化聚异丁烯、4wt％的甘油、0.5wt％的抗坏血酸葡糖苷、0.3wt％的牡丹根提取物、0.2wt％的酸橙果皮提取物、0.2wt％的酵母提取物、0.1wt％的光果甘草提取物和0.1wt％的芦荟提取物。
本发明中，针对脸部的精华液采取植物精油及天然促透剂，以实现全方位保护肌肤。由于脸颊等面部肌肤由于长时间涂抹粉底等粉质类化妆品，致使皮肤吸收营养能力减弱、角质层较厚等；采取本发明的脸部层精华液有利于激活肌肤自身活性，促进精华液中营养成分的吸收，强化肌肤屏障，抑制黑色素生成，使肌肤变得更加柔软、细腻、弹润、透亮。
另一方面，本发明还提供上述可变造型全方位护肤的面膜的制备方法，其包括以下步骤：
按照面部结构将面膜基材划分眼部层、唇部层和余下的脸部层三个区域；对应将下吸塑层上设置眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽；
将下吸塑层眼部凹槽中装载针对眼部的精华液，唇部凹槽中装载针对唇部的精华液，其余部分装载针对面部的精华液；在凹槽弯曲处通过硅胶膜隔离，避免精华液互混；
将面膜基材按照区域放置于所述下吸塑层上，眼部层、唇部层和脸部层分别吸收对应的精华液(放置时间优选为5-24h)，形成面膜层；
通过同样设置有眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽的上吸塑层将所述下吸塑层通过卡合方式匹配，将中部面膜层固定，同时所述硅胶膜于中部抵接以保证上吸塑层和下吸塑层之间留有间隙。
再一方面，本发明还提供上述可变造型全方位护肤的面膜在面部护肤中的应用。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明提供的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜为复合面膜结构，其能够实现针对脸部、眼部和唇部针对性的护肤，本发明的面膜中，针对脸部、眼部和唇部分别设置了不同的精华液，能够满足不同部位的针对性的护理需求；采取本发明的面膜结构，不同护肤部位的精华液不会互混，且在面膜运输过程中也能够有效保证精华液不会互混；针对不同护肤部位，能够根据自身需要实现方便局部取舍，使其能够有效作为多张单独功能的眼膜、唇膜和脸膜等使用。

下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明，均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等，如无特殊说明，均可从商业途径得到。
实施例
本实施提供一种可变造型全方位护肤的面膜。如图1、图2和图3所示，该面膜包括下吸塑层1，面膜层3，位于所述下吸塑层1上，上吸塑层2，位于所述面膜层3上；上吸塑层2、下吸塑层1均设置有眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽；面膜层3包括面膜基材，面膜基材用于吸附精华液；面膜层3划分为眼部层4、唇部层5和余下的脸部层6三个区域；眼部层4、唇部层5和脸部层6分别用于吸附针对眼部、唇部和脸部的精华液。
上吸塑层2与下吸塑层1通过卡合方式匹配，将中部面膜层3中的眼部层4、唇部层5分别卡合于下吸塑层1的眼部凹槽、唇部凹槽中。在下吸塑层1的眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽向下弯曲处通过硅胶膜7抵接至上吸塑层2的眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽向下弯曲处，实现眼部层4、唇部层5和脸部层6吸附精华液时将各部层中的精华液隔离；且保证上吸 塑层2和下吸塑层1之间留有间隙。

在一具体的优选实施方式中，所述脸部层上设置有鼻部开口(如图1所示，在面膜上切割有鼻部开口)，使用时用于保证脸部与鼻部能够与所述脸部层相服贴。
在一具体的优选实施方式中，上吸塑层、下吸塑层的材质可以为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯中的一种；眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽的槽深可 以为1～5mm。

本实施例的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜采取以下制备方法制备获得：
按照面部结构将面膜基材划分眼部层、唇部层和余下的脸部层三个区域；对应将下吸塑层上设置眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽；
将下吸塑层眼部凹槽中装载针对眼部的精华液，唇部凹槽中装载针对唇部的精华液，其余部分装载针对面部的精华液；在凹槽弯曲处通过硅胶膜隔离，避免精华液互混；
将面膜基材按照区域放置于所述下吸塑层上，眼部层、唇部层和脸部层分别吸收对应的精华液(放置时间优选5-24h)，形成面膜层；
通过同样设置有眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽的上吸塑层(与下吸塑层结构相同、但尺寸略小)将所述下吸塑层通过卡合方式匹配，将中部面膜层固定，使其能夹住面膜避免滑动，并阻止面膜中不同部位精华液的流动，同时所述硅胶膜于中部抵接以保证上吸塑层和下吸塑层之间留有间隙。
本实施例提供的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜为复合面膜结构，其能够实现针对脸部、眼部和唇部针对性的护肤，本发明的面膜中，针对脸部、眼部和唇部分别设置了不同的精华液，能够满足不同部位的针对性的护理需求；采取本发明的面膜结构，不同护肤部位的精华液不会互混，且在面膜运输过程中也能够有效保证精华液不会互混；针对不同护肤部位，能够根据自身需要实现方便局部取舍，使其能够有效作为多张单独功能的眼膜、唇膜和脸膜等使用。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种可变造型全方位护肤的面膜，该面膜包括：
    下吸塑层；
    面膜层，位于所述下吸塑层上；
    上吸塑层，位于所述面膜层上；
    所述上吸塑层、所述下吸塑层均设置有眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽；
    所述面膜层包括面膜基材，所述面膜基材用于吸附精华液；
    所述面膜层划分为眼部层、唇部层和余下的脸部层三个区域；所述眼部层、所述唇部层和所述脸部层分别用于吸附针对眼部、唇部和脸部的精华液；
    所述上吸塑层与所述下吸塑层通过卡合方式匹配，将中部面膜层中的眼部层、唇部层分别卡合于所述下吸塑层的眼部凹槽、唇部凹槽中；
    在所述下吸塑层的眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽向下弯曲处通过硅胶膜抵接至所述上吸塑层的眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽向下弯曲处，实现所述眼部层、所述唇部层、所述脸部层吸附精华液时将各部层中的精华液隔离；且保证所述上吸塑层和所述下吸塑层之间留有间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜，该面膜还包括针对眼部、唇部和脸部的精华液；所述精华液在面膜产品中预先吸附于所述眼部层、所述唇部层和所述脸部层中，或单独隔离放置。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜，其中：针对眼部的精华液包 括第一基础成分和第一活性成分；
    所述第一基础成分包括水、丁二醇、聚乙二醇-40、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氢化聚异丁烯、甘油和抗坏血酸葡糖苷中的一种或多种的组合；
    所述第一活性成分包括荞麦提取物、麦冬提取物、灰树花提取物、黄芩提取物、水青冈提取物、光果甘草提取物、兰花提取物、黑莓叶提取物、假叶树提取物、积雪草提取物和洋甘菊植物提取物中的一种或多种的组合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜，其中，针对眼部的精华液包括90.9wt％的水、2wt％的丁二醇、1wt％的聚乙二醇-40、1wt％的聚二甲基硅氧烷、1wt％的氢化聚异丁烯、3wt％的甘油、0.5wt％的抗坏血酸葡糖苷、0.2wt％的黄芩提取物、0.2wt％的光果甘草提取物、0.1wt％的积雪草提取物和0.1wt％的洋甘菊植物提取物。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜，其中：针对唇部的精华液包括第二基础成分和第二活性成分；
    所述第二基础成分包括水、甘油和蜂蜜中的一种或多种的组合；
    所述第二活性成分包括向日葵籽油、金盏花油、茶树油和澳洲坚果籽油中的一种或多种的组合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜，其中：针对唇部的精华液包括96wt％的水、2wt％的甘油、1wt％的蜂蜜、0.5wt％的金盏花油和0.5wt％的澳洲坚果籽油。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜，其中：针对脸部的精华液包括第三基础成分和第三活性成分；
    所述第三基础成分包括水、棕榈酰水解牛奶蛋白、透明质酸、海藻糖、丁二醇、聚乙二醇-40、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氢化聚异丁烯、甘油和抗坏血酸葡糖苷中的一种或多种的组合；
    所述第三活性成分包括牡丹根提取物、酸橙果皮提取物、酵母提取物、光果甘草提取物、芦荟提取物、豌豆提取物、薄荷油和桉叶提取物中的一种或多种的组合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可变造型全方位护肤的面膜，其中：针对脸部的精华液包括83.6wt％的水、1wt％的棕榈酰水解牛奶蛋白、3wt％的透明质酸、1wt％的海藻糖、3wt％的丁二醇、1wt％的聚乙二醇-40、1wt％的聚二甲基硅氧烷、1wt％的氢化聚异丁烯、4wt％的甘油、0.5wt％的抗坏血酸葡糖苷、0.3wt％的牡丹根提取物、0.2wt％的酸橙果皮提取物、0.2wt％的酵母提取物、0.1wt％的光果甘草提取物和0.1wt％的芦荟提取物。
  14. 权利要求1-13任一项所述可变造型全方位护肤的面膜的制备方法，其包括以下步骤：
    按照面部结构将面膜基材划分眼部层、唇部层和余下的脸部层三个区域；对应将下吸塑层上设置眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽；
    将下吸塑层眼部凹槽中装载针对眼部的精华液，唇部凹槽中装载针对唇部的精华液，其余部分装载针对面部的精华液；在凹槽弯曲处通过硅胶膜隔离，避免精华液互混；
    将面膜基材按照区域放置于所述下吸塑层上，眼部层、唇部层和脸部层分别吸收对应的精华液，形成面膜层；
    通过同样设置有眼部凹槽和唇部凹槽的上吸塑层将所述下吸塑层通过卡合方式匹配，将中部面膜层固定，同时所述硅胶膜于中部抵接以保证上吸塑层和下吸塑层之间留有间隙。
  15. 权利要求1-13任一项所述可变造型全方位护肤的面膜在面部护肤中的应用。
