Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a cosmetic sheet for a face which can easily press acupressure points on the face.
  • a mask sheet which is formed by a substrate sheet such as a non-woven fabric sheet impregnated with a lotion or the like has been used for cosmetic treatments of the skin, in particular the face.
  • a substrate sheet such as a non-woven fabric sheet impregnated with a lotion or the like
  • USP 6702792 discloses a mask sheet which is used for moisturizing the skin of the face, and removing dirt from the skin.
  • acupressure is widely known as one of traditional cosmetic treatments in some Asian countries such as China and Japan.
  • acupressure points on the skin are stimulated to treat "unusual" health conditions which can provide beatifying effects.
  • a facial mask that indicates acupressure points on the face is known, for example, as shown in JP-A-2003- 116957.
  • the facial mask is placed on a face, and a user of the facial mask pushes by fingers the indications on the face mask showing the places of acupressure points on the face.
  • the size of a face depends on age, sex, size of a skull, and the like of a person, and therefore, the acupressure points on the face may vary depending on the individual. Therefore, sometimes, the indications on a facial mask of acupressure points on a face do not work. Thus, some users of a conventional facial mask as shown in JP-A-2003 -116957 cannot push appropriately acupressure points on a face, and therefore, sufficient acupressure effects cannot be obtained.
  • An objective of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic sheet for a face, which may be referred to as a facial cosmetic sheet or the like, to make it possible for any user to appropriately push acupressure points on the face of the user regardless of the difference in size of the face.
  • Another objective of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic sheet for a face which can obtain effective stimulation on the acupressure points on the face to provide sufficient acupressure effects as well as massaging effects.

Description

DESCRIPTION
COSMETIC SHEET FOR FACE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a cosmetic sheet for a face which can easily press acupressure points on the face.
BACKGROUND ART
A mask sheet which is formed by a substrate sheet such as a non-woven fabric sheet impregnated with a lotion or the like has been used for cosmetic treatments of the skin, in particular the face. For example, USP 6702792 discloses a mask sheet which is used for moisturizing the skin of the face, and removing dirt from the skin.
On the other hand, acupressure is widely known as one of traditional cosmetic treatments in some Asian countries such as China and Japan. Typically, using thin needles, acupressure points on the skin are stimulated to treat "unusual" health conditions which can provide beatifying effects.
A facial mask that indicates acupressure points on the face is known, for example, as shown in JP-A-2003- 116957. The facial mask is placed on a face, and a user of the facial mask pushes by fingers the indications on the face mask showing the places of acupressure points on the face.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
The size of a face depends on age, sex, size of a skull, and the like of a person, and therefore, the acupressure points on the face may vary depending on the individual.
An objective of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic sheet for a face, which may be referred to as a facial cosmetic sheet or the like, to make it possible for any user to appropriately push acupressure points on the face of the user regardless of the difference in size of the face.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic sheet for a face which can obtain effective stimulation on the acupressure points on the face to provide sufficient acupressure effects as well as massaging effects.
The above objectives of the present invention can be achieved by a cosmetic sheet for a face comprising:
(a) at least one substrate sheet; and
(b) at least one protrusion on the substrate sheet, wherein
the substrate sheet is stretchable such that the elongation ratio, determined by the formula
(Li-Lo)/Lo where L0 denotes the length of the unstretched substrate sheet and \ denotes the length of the stretched substrate sheet, is 40% or more, preferably 50% or more and more preferably 60% or more.
The stretched substrate sheet may be spontaneously shrinkable or may not be spontaneously shrinkable. The substrate sheet may comprise at least one woven or non- woven fabric sheet. On the other hand, the substrate sheet may comprise at least one non-fabric sheet.
It is preferable that the at least one protrusion be placed on the substrate sheet such that it can push an acupressure point or points on the face.
It is preferable that the protrusion be placed on the substrate sheet such that it can push the acupressure point between the eyes of the face.
It is preferable that a plurality of the protrusions be placed on the substrate sheet such that they are symmetric with regard to the longitudinal center line of the substrate sheet.
It is preferable that the protrusions be placed on the substrate sheet such that they can push acupressure points around the eyes, nose, mouth and/or cheeks of the face. It is preferable that the cosmetic sheet have at least one hole or slit corresponding to at least one of eyes, nose and mouth of the face.
It is preferable that the protrusion be in the form of a convex dot. It is preferable that the protrusion comprise at least one thermoplastic resin. It is preferable that the thermoplastic resin be a hot melt adhesive.
The protrusion on the cosmetic sheet according to the present invention can be prepared by, for example, the steps including:
dispensing a hot melt adhesive on the substrate sheet; and
cooling or drying the hot melt adhesive as it is.
It is preferable that the substrate sheet comprise at least one means for handling the substrate sheet. It is preferable that the means for handling the substrate sheet be capable of hanging the substrate sheet on the ears of a user of the cosmetic sheet according to the present invention.
It is possible that the substrate sheet be composed of two or more separate sub-sheets.
The present invention also relates to a cosmetic process comprising the steps of:
applying the cosmetic sheet according to the present invention on a face; and pushing the protrusion to the face, preferably to an acupressure point or points on the face.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
After diligent research, the inventors have discovered that it is possible to provide a cosmetic sheet for a face which makes it possible for any possible user to appropriately push acupressure points on the face of the user regardless of the difference in size of the face, by using a stretchable substrate sheet with protrusion(s).
The cosmetic sheet for a face according to the present invention can push acupressure points on the face by protrusion(s), and the position(s) of the protrusion(s) on the face can be adjusted by the stretchable substrate sheet. Therefore, the cosmetic sheet for a face according to the present invention can obtain effective stimulation on the acupressure points on the face to provide sufficient acupressure effects as well as massaging effects.
The acupressure effects as well as massaging effects obtained by the present invention can enhance the cosmetic effects provided by a cosmetic product in the cosmetic sheet for a face according to the present invention if the cosmetic product is included in the cosmetic sheet.
Hereafter, a cosmetic sheet for face or a facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention will be explained in detail.
(Substrate Sheet)
The cosmetic sheet for a face according to the present invention includes at least one substrate sheet. If necessary, the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention includes two or more substrate sheets. The substrate sheet in the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention is stretchable such that the elongation ratio, determined by the formula (L1-Lo)/L0 where L0 denotes the length of the unstretched substrate sheet and Li denotes the length of the stretched substrate sheet, is 40% or more, preferably 50% or more and more preferably 60% or more. The elongation can be measured at any part of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention. For example, the length of a longitudinal center line or a horizontal line of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention may be used as a standard for determining the elongation.
It has been found that the interpupiUary breadth of Japanese female adults is typically from 53 mm to 76 mm. The difference between the maximal interpupiUary breadth and the minimal interpupiUary breadth is 23 mm, which corresponds to about 43% of the minimal interpupiUary breadth. This means that a facial cosmetic sheet for those who have the minimal interpupiUary breadth can also be used for those who have the maximal interpupiUary breadth, if the facial cosmetic sheet can elongate by 43% of the original size thereof. Accordingly, it is preferable that the elongation ratio of the substrate sheet of the cosmetic sheet for a face according to the present invention be more than 43%, in order to cover the face of any possible female adult user thereof.
In order to cover the face of any possible user of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention, the elongation ratio of the substrate sheet is 40% or more, preferably 50% or more, and more preferably 60% or more. Furthermore, the elongation ratio of the substrate sheet may be 80% or more, 100% or more, 120% or more, 150% or more, and 200% or more.
The thickness of the substrate sheet is not limited. It is preferable that the thickness of the substrate sheet be less than 5 mm, and preferably between 0.1 mm to 3 mm. The substrate sheet is spontaneously shrinkable or is not spontaneously shrinkable. If the substrate sheet is spontaneously shrinkable, the elongated substrate sheet can shrink on the face of a user, and therefore, the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention can be effectively fixed due to the protrusion(s) on the substrate sheet. If the substrate sheet is not spontaneously shrinkable, the elongated substrate sheet cannot move spontaneously any more on the face of a user, and therefore, the risk of the protrusion(s) on the substrate sheet deviating from acupressure point(s) on the face can be reduced.
The material of the substrate sheet is not limited as long as it is stretchable. Thus, the substrate sheet may comprise at least one woven or non-woven fabric sheet. Typically, the material of the substrate sheet may be a woven or non- woven fabric made of natural fibers such as cotton, pulp, bamboo and cellulose fibers, semi-natural fibers such as viscose rayon fibers and synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers, polyethylene terephthalate fibers, polyethylene fibers, and polypropylene fibers. Two or more selected from the above fibers may be used in combination.
It is preferable that the substrate sheet comprise at least one non-woven fabric sheet. The term "non-woven" means that individual fibers or threads forming the sheet are arranged in a disorganized manner in a web type structure, and which are not woven or knitted. The fibers of the non- woven fabric sheet are generally bonded together, either under the effect of a mechanical action (for example, mterlocking, air jet, etc.), or under the effect of a thermal action, or by adding a binder.
A stretchable non- woven fabric can be obtained from the market. For example, a non- woven fabric sheet marketed by Daiwabo Polytec. Co., Ltd may be preferably used as the stretchable non-woven fabric sheet.
Alternatively, the substrate sheet may comprise at least one non-fabric sheet. Typically, the material of the substrate sheet may be a film or sheet made from at least one selected from synthetic polymers such as polyethylenes and polyvinylalcohols, semi-synthetic polymers such as bio-celluloses and alginates, and natural polymers such as polysaccharides (e.g., carageenan and xanthan gum), mucopolysaccharides (e.g., hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate), polypeptides (e.g., γ-polyglutamic acid) and proteins (e.g., gelatin and collagen). The film or sheet may be in the form of a gel or a jelly which may be transparent, translucent or opaque. Two or more selected from the above substances may be used in combination.
(Protrusions)
The cosmetic sheet for a face according to the present invention has at least one protrusion on the substrate sheet. It is preferable that the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention have two or more protrusions on the substrate sheet.
It is preferable that the protrusion(s) be placed on the substrate sheet such that it or they can push an acupressure point or points on the face of a user of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention. The protrusion(s) may be placed on the substrate sheet such that it or they can push an acupressure point or points on the face, even when the substrate sheet is unstretched. Alternatively, the protrusion(s) may be placed on the substrate sheet such that it or they can push an acupressure point or points on the face, when the substrate sheet is stretched. The term "protrusion" here means a convex or a projection. Thus, a cross-sectional view of a "protrusion" has a profile sticking out from the surface of the substrate sheet. The shape of a "protrusion" is not limited. For example, the protrusion may be in the form of a dome, a part of sphere such as hemisphere, a cube, a cuboid, a pyramid, a cone, and the like. For safety, it is preferable that the top surface of the protrusion be smooth or is free from any sharp edge. Thus, it is preferable that the shape of the protrusion be a dome or a part of sphere such as hemisphere.
For front view of the protrusion is not limited either. For example, the front view of the protrusion may be in the form of a line, a dot, a circle, and the like. It is preferable that the protrusion is in the form of a convex dot. It is preferable that the convex dot be in the form of a dome. The contact angle of the convex dot may be from 30 to 150°, preferably from 50 to 120°C, and more preferably from 70 to 90°C.
The height of the protrusion is not limited as long as it can push the acupressure point on a face. For example, the height of the protrusion from the surface of the substrate sheet can be ,1 to 20 mm, preferably 3 to 15 mm, and more preferably, 5 to 10 mm.
The hardness of the protrusion is not limited as long as it can push the acupressure point on a face. Preferably, the protrusion is hard such that it cannot deform when being pushed to the acupressure point. On the other hand, the protrusion may slightly deform when being pushed. The color of the protrusion is not limited. The protrusion may have any color such as blue and red, or a combination of some colors. It is preferable that the color of the protrusion be different from that of the substrate sheet, because a user can easily recognize the position of the protrusion on the substrate sheet.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a protrusion may be placed on the substrate sheet such that it can push the acupressure point between the eyes of a face. If there are two or more acupressure points between the eyes, a plurality of protrusions may be provided on the substrate sheet such that they can push the acupressure points between the eyes.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of the protrusions may be placed on the substrate sheet such that they are symmetric with regard to the longitudinal center line of the substrate sheet. Since acupressure points typically present on a face in a symmetrical manner with regard to the longitudinal center line (on a nose) of a face, this embodiment can effectively push the symmetric acupressure points on the face.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the protrusions may be placed on the substrate sheet such that they can push acupressure points around, for example, the eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks and/or fringes of the face, as well as around the ears. Since the acupressure points concentrate around the eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks and/or fringes of the face, as well as around the ears, this embodiment can effectively push the acupressure points on the face.
If the number of the protrusions is too many, they could reduce the adhesion power of the substrate sheet to the face, and therefore, cosmetic effects provided by the present invention might be reduced. Therefore, it may be necessary to optimize the number of protrusions by, for example, allocating protrusions on a limited area on the substrate sheet, setting the maximum number of protrusions, adding a means for hanging the substrate sheet on the ears, controlling the composition of the cosmetic impregnated into the substrate sheet, selecting materials with high adhesion powder for the substrate sheet, and separating the substrate sheet into two or more parts.
The materials of the protrusion are not limited as long as they are safe for the skin even if they directly touch the skin. A single material or a combination of two or more materials may be used to form the protrusion.
Any inorganic or organic materials as well as a combination of inorganic and organic materials may be used to prepare the protrusion.
As the inorganic materials, mention may be made of metals such as iron, copper, silver, gold, aluminum, zinc, nickel, titanium and platinum. A metal oxide such as titanium oxide and alumina may also be used. A material which can emit infrared rays such as zeolite and carbon black may also be used.
As the organic materials, thermoplastic or thermosetting resins may be used. As the
thermoplastic resins, mention may be made of, for example, polyolefms such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyvinyl chlorides, polyvinylidene chlorides, polystyrenes, polyvinylacetates, polyesters such as PET, polycarbonate, polyamides such as Nylon®, poly(meth)acrylates, and ABS resins. As the thermosetting resins, mention may be made of polyurethanes, epoxy resins, and phenol resins.
It is preferable that the protrusion be made from at least one thermoplastic resin, because it is relatively easy to prepare the protrusion. It is preferable that the thermoplastic resin be selected from hot melt adhesives. As the materials for the hot meld adhesives, mention may be made of, for example, polyesters, poly(meth)acrylates, ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymers, polyolefins, ethylene- vinylacetate copolymers, polyamides, and chloroprene resins. Polyesters, ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymers, polyolefins, ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers, polyamides are preferable. If a hot melt adhesive is used to prepare the protrusion(s), the protrusion(s) may be prepared by the steps including:
dispensing a hot melt adhesive on the substrate sheet; and
cooling or drying the hot melt adhesive as it is. In order to dispense a hot melt adhesive on the substrate sheet, any conventional dispenser or applicator can be used. Alternatively, the dispensing step may be performed manually.
The temperature of the hot melt adhesive when dispensing is not limited as long as it is fluidable. For example, the hot melt adhesive may be heated from 80 to 200 °C, preferably 100 to 180 °C, and more preferably from 120 to 160 °C.
The temperature when cooling is not limited. For example, the cooling temperature may be from -80 to 40 °C, preferably from 0 to 30 °C, and more preferably from 20 to 25°C. Since the preparation of protrusion(s) is simple and easy, it is preferable to use at least one hot melt adhesive to form a protrusion or protrusions on the substrate sheet.
(Cosmetic Sheet) Hereinafter, the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention will be explained by using figures.
Fig. 1 shows a front view of an example of a facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention. The facial cosmetic sheet shown in Figure 1 is formed by a single substrate sheet 1.
It is preferable that the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention have at least one hole or slit corresponding to at least one of eyes, nose and mouth of the face. Thus, in an example shown in Figure 1, the substrate sheet 1 has holes 2, 2 for eyes, a hole 3 for a nose, and a hole 4 for a mouth. Any of the holes 2, 2, 3, 4 may be replaced with slit(s) to uncover the eyes, nose and/or mouth. It is preferable that the substrate sheet 1 comprise at least one means for handling the substrate sheet 1. The means for handling the substrate 1 is not limited. For example, the substrate sheet 1 may have a tab or tabs, preferably on the outline thereof, for facilitating the handling of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention. It is preferable that the means for handling the substrate sheet 1 be capable of hanging the substrate sheet 1 on the ear or ears of a user of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention. If the means for handling the substrate sheet 1 is a means for hanging the substrate sheet 1 on the ear or ears, the substrate sheet
1 can be effectively fixed by anchor effects provided by the means for handling the substrate sheet 1.
The dotted and dashed line C in Figure 1 corresponds to a longitudinal center line of the substrate sheet 1. The longitudinal center line C shown in Figure 1 defines a center line of the substrate sheet 1 and is positioned to pass over the hole 3 for the nose as well as the hole 4 for the mouth. The longitudinal center line C shown in Figure 1 functions as a longitudinal symmetric axis for the substrate sheet 1. Thus, the holes 2, 2 for the eyes are located symmetrically with regard to the longitudinal center line C.
The facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention shown in Figure 1 has some protrusions on the substrate sheet 1. In the example shown in Figure 1 , all the protrusions are in the form of convex dots.
A protrusion 5a is located at the position on the longitudinal center line C and between the holes 2,
2 for the eyes. Thus, the protrusion 5a can be used to push the intercilium or glabellar acupressure point. The protrusions 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and 5f are located around the holes 2, 2 for the eyes. The positions of the protrusions 5b, 5c, 5d and 5f, are symmetrical with those of the protrusions 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and 5f with regard to the longitudinal center line C. Thus, the protrusions 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and 5f can be used to push the acupressure points around the eyes of a user of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention. The protrusions 5g and 5g' are located on the positions corresponding to the cheeks of a face. The position of the protrusion 5g is symmetrical with that of the protrusion 5g' with regard to the longitudinal center line C. Thus, the protrusions 5g and 5g' can be used to push the acupressure points on the cheeks of a user of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention.
The facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention may be made of two or more separate sub-sheets. Figure 2 shows a front view of an example of a facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention made of two separate sheets. The facial cosmetic sheet shown in Figure 2 consists of an upper sheet la to be applied around the eyes, nose and forehead, and a bottom sheet lb to be applied around the mouth and cheeks. The upper sheet la has holes 2, 2 for eyes, but does not have a hole for a nose. Instead, two slits are formed at positions on the upper sheet la corresponding to around a nose. The bottom sheet lb has a hole 4 for a mouth. Any of the holes (2, 2, 4) may be replaced with slit(s) to uncover the eyes and/or mouth. The two slits around the nose position may be replaced with a hole. The upper sheet la and/or the bottom sheet lb may have at least one means for handling the upper sheet 1 a and/or the bottom sheet 1 b. The means for handling the upper sheet 1 a and/or the bottom sheet lb is not limited. For example, the upper sheet la and/or the bottom sheet lb may have a tab or tabs, preferably on the outline thereof, for facilitating the handling of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention. It is preferable that the means for handling the upper sheet lb and/or the bottom sheet lb be capable of hanging the upper sheet la and/or the bottom sheet lb on the ear or ears of a user of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention.
In Figure 2, a longitudinal center line of is not shown. However, a longitudinal center line is present to pass over the middle of the holes 2, 2 for the eyes as well as the hole 4 for the mouth. The longitudinal center line functions as a longitudinal symmetric axis for the upper sheet la and the bottom sheet lb. Thus, the holes 2, 2 for the eyes are located symmetrically with regard to the longitudinal center line.
The facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention shown in Figure 2 also has some protrusions on the upper sheet la and the bottom sheet lb. In the example shown in Figure 2, all the protrusions are in the form of convex dots.
A protrusion 5a is located at the position on the longitudinal center line and between the holes 2, 2 for the eyes. Thus, the protrusion 5a can be used to push the intercilium or glabellar acupressure point. The protrusions 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and 5f are located in the upper sheet la around the holes 2, 2 of the eye. The positions of the protrusions 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and 5f, are symmetrical with those of the protrusions 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and 5Γ with regard to the longitudinal center line. Thus, the protrusions 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and 5f can be used to push the acupressure points around the eyes of a user of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention. The protrusions 5g and 5g' are located in the bottom sheet lb on the positions corresponding to the cheeks of a face. The position of the protrusion 5g is symmetrical with that of the protrusion 5g' with regard to the longitudinal center line. Thus, the protrusions 5g and 5g' can be used to push the acupressure points on the cheeks of a user of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention.
The cosmetic sheet according to the present invention shown in Figures 1 and 2 can be prepared by, for example:
dispensing a hot melt adhesive on predetermined positions on the substrate sheet 1 as well as the upper sheet la and the bottom sheet lb, by using a conventional hot melt dispenser, and cooling or drying the dispensed hot melt adhesive as it is, without touching anything on the dispensed hot melt adhesive, to form the protrusions.
The above predetermined positions correspond to acupressure points on the face. The dispending process may be performed once, or repeated two or more times. Thus, it is preferable to control the dispensing process by a computer system to prepare protrusions on appropriate positions even when the size of the substrate sheet changes. For example, it is possible to put a mark on the substrate sheet wherein the mark indicates the size of the substrate sheet, and the dispenser of a hot melt adhesive with a sensor to read the mark changes its dispensing position depending on the size information provided from the mark on the substrate sheet, based on the instructions from a computer control system. The cosmetic sheet for a face according to the present invention can be use for a cosmetic process for beautifying the face of a user. The cosmetic process can comprise the steps of:
applying the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention on a face; and
pushing the protrusion to the face, preferably to acupressure point or points on the face. For example, in case of the embodiment of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention shown in Figure 1, the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention shown in Figure 1 can be used by applying the substrate sheet 1 onto a face of a user such that the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and 5f touch on the skin of the face. The user can push by, for example, fingers some portions on the backside of the substrate sheet 1 which correspond to the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and 5f ' to push the protrusions towards the acupressure points on the face. Thus, the acupressure points on the face can be stimulated to exert cosmetic effects.
If necessary, the substrate sheet 1 can be stretched such that the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and 5f can position on the acupressure points on the face. Since the substrate sheet 1 can be stretched at least 40%, preferably 50% or more and more preferably 60% or more, from the original size thereof, the substrate sheet 1 can be used for the face of any possible user. In the case of the embodiment of the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention shown in Figure 2, the facial cosmetic sheet according to the present invention shown in Figure 2 can be used by applying the upper sheet la and/or the bottom sheet lb onto a face of a user such that the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and/or 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and/or 5f touch on the skin of the face. The user can push by, for example, fingers some portions on the backside of the upper sheet la and/or the bottom sheet lb which correspond to the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and/or 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and/or 5f to push the protrusions towards the acupressure points on the face. Thus, the acupressure points on the face can be stimulated to exert cosmetic effects. If necessary, the upper sheet la and/or the bottom sheet lb can be stretched such that the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e and/or 5f as well as 5b', 5c', 5d', 5e' and/or 5f can position on the acupressure points on the face. Figure 3 shows an example of stretching the upper sheet 1 a. In this case, the distance between the holes 2, 2 of the upper sheet la is stretched from 53 mm to 76 mm (by 43% of the original distance). Since the upper sheet la and the bottom sheet lb can be stretched at least 40%, preferably 50% or more and more preferably 60% or more, each of the upper sheet la and the bottom sheet lb can be used for the face of any possible user.
