Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る情報処理装置1を含めたシステム100の構成を示した図である。同図に示すように、システム100は、情報処理装置1と複数の端末である、端末3-1~端末3-l、端末4-1~端末4-m及び端末5-1~端末5-nを含んで構成される。情報処理装置1は、端末3-1~端末3-l、端末4-1~端末4-m及び端末5-1~端末5-nのそれぞれと、インターネット等のネットワーク2を介して相互に通信可能となっている。
図2は、情報処理装置1の機能的な構成を示すブロック図である。なお、同図に示す端末3は、図1に示した端末3-1~端末3-l、端末4-1~端末4-m及び端末5-1~端末5-nのうちの任意のものである。この図2に示す情報処理装置1の各部は、情報処理装置1がプログラムを実行することにより実現される。
次に、情報処理装置1を用いた投票の流れを、利用者の視点から説明する。図3は、利用者の視点からの投票の流れを示すアクティビティ図である。
次に、情報処理装置1の動作の流れを説明する。図4は、情報処理装置1の動作の流れを示すアクティビティ図である。
受付部102は、メニュー画面から投票権の販売が選択されると、端末3に投票権の販売画面を表示する。この販売画面には、投票対象となるチームの選択、購入する投票権の数、支払い方法等を入力することができる。受付部102は、メニュー画面に入力された情報に基づき、支払いが確認されたことを条件に、販売した投票権の情報を管理部101に管理させる。なお、支払い方法が銀行振込等であり、確認までに時間を要するものである場合には、仮登録として管理部101に管理させるようにしてもよい。なお、投票権を販売していない時期には、メニュー画面から投票権の販売を選択することはできない。
受付部102は、メニュー画面から投票券の登録が選択されると、端末3に投票券の券面に印字されたシリアルコードを入力させる画面を表示させる。この画面にシリアルコードが入力されると、受付部102は、入力されたシリアルコードを登録部107に渡し、登録部107がシリアルコードの認証を行い、正しいものであれば、該当する投票権に利用者を登録する。これにより、管理部101では、「未登録」の状態を「未投票」に変更する。
受付部102は、メニュー画面から投票が選択されると、端末3に投票可能な投票権の一覧を表示させる。そして、端末3より選択された投票権による投票を行う。これにより、管理部101では、「未投票」の状態を「投票済」、「勝利投票済」、「敗退投票済」のいずれかに変更する。
受付部102は、メニュー画面から投票が選択されると、端末3に保留可能な投票権の一覧を表示させる。そして、端末3より選択された投票権を保留とする。これにより、管理部101では、「未投票」の状態を「保留」に変更する。
受付部102は、メニュー画面から払い戻しが選択されると、端末3に払い戻し可能な投票権の一覧を表示させる。そして、端末3より選択された投票権を払い戻しの対象として、払戻部105が算出した払い戻し額を利用者に振り込む等の処理を行う。これにより、管理部101では、「未投票」の状態を「払戻済」に変更する。
また、予め指定された条件が満たされると、投票処理部106は、管理部101が管理している投票権のうち、状態が「未投票」であるものを対象に、受付部102に投票を行わせる。その結果、管理部101では、「未投票」の状態を「投票済」に変更する。なお、前述したように、未投票の投票権を保留させるようにしてもよい。
また、試合結果が確定すると、結果処理部103は、管理部101が管理している投票権のうち、状態が「投票済」等であるもので、その予想が的中していたものの価値数を増加させる。その一方で、予想が外れていた投票権を消滅させる。そして、プール金管理部104は、消滅された投票権の譲渡対価の所定割合をプール金に加算する。なお、前述したように、消滅された投票権の譲渡対価ではなく、投票権の販売直後の試合結果が確定した後に、当該試合で販売した投票権の譲渡対価の所定割合を、プール金に加算するようにしてもよい。
前述の説明では、投票権に価値を対応させる場合を説明したが、価値を用いずに、予想が的中した場合に投票権の数を増加させる、例えば、予想が的中した投票権の口数を倍にするようにしてもよい。

Claims (10)
- 利用者の端末と通信可能な情報処理装置であって、
管理部と、受付部と、結果処理部とを備え、
前記管理部は、利用者を識別する利用者識別情報に、所定のチームの勝敗予想を投票可能な投票権と該投票権の価値とを対応付けて管理し、
前記受付部は、前記端末から前記利用者識別情報に対応付けられた投票権による投票を指示する投票指示と前記投票の保留指示を含む複数の指示のうち一つを受け付け、
前記結果処理部は、前記受け付けた指示が保留指示である場合には、前記管理部に管理される投票権に対応付けられた価値を前記投票の前以下の価値として該投票権を維持し、前記受け付けた指示が投票指示である場合には、前記投票権に対応するチームの勝敗予想が的中した場合に、該投票指示に基づく投票権に前記投票の前よりも高い価値を対応付けて投票可能な投票権として前記管理部に管理させ、前記投票権に対応するチームの勝敗予想を外した場合に、該投票指示に基づく投票権に対応付けられた価値を消滅させる
情報処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の情報処理装置において、
プール金管理部と、払戻部を備え、
前記プール金管理部は、プール金を管理し、該プール金に、前記投票権の譲渡対価の所定割合を加算し、
前記払戻部は、前記管理部が管理する投票権に対応付けられた価値の総数と、前記プール金管理部により管理されるプール金に基づいて決定される単位価値にしたがって払戻額を決定する
情報処理装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の情報処理装置において、
投票処理部を備え、
前記投票処理部は、予め指定された条件が満たされた際に、前記受付部が前記投票指示と前記保留指示とを含む複数の指示のいずれの指示も受け付けていない場合には、前記投票権に対応するチームの勝利に投票する
情報処理装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の情報処理装置において、
投票処理部を備え、
前記投票処理部は、予め指定された条件が満たされた際に、前記受付部が前記投票指示と前記保留指示とを含む複数の指示のいずれの指示も受け付けていない場合には、前記投票権に対する前回の指示を継続する
情報処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記受付部は、前記投票権に対応付けられた価値が閾値以上になった場合に、該価値に基づく払戻要求を受け付ける
情報処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記受付部は、前記投票指示が投票権による初回の投票の指示である場合には、該投票権に対応するチームの試合開始後の所定の時期まで該投票指示を受け付け、前記投票指示が前記投票権による二回目以降の投票の指示である場合には、前記時期よりも前まで該投票指示を受け付ける
情報処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記受付部は、前記投票権に対応するチームの勝利予想を前記投票指示として受け付ける
情報処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記結果処理部は、前記受け付けた指示が投票指示である場合には、前記投票権に対応するチームの試合が引き分けだった場合に、前記管理部に管理される投票権に対応付けられた価値を前記投票の前以下の価値として該投票権を維持する
情報処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置において、
登録部を備え、
前記登録部は、投票内容が設定された投票権識別情報の入力を前記端末から受け付け、該受け付けた投票権識別情報から特定される投票権に対応するチームの勝敗予想が的中していた場合、該投票権に前記投票権識別情報の入力時よりも高い価値を対応付けるとともに、前記利用者識別情報に対応付け、投票可能な投票権として前記管理部に管理させる
情報処理装置。 - 利用者の端末と通信可能な情報処理装置であって、
管理部と、受付部と、結果処理部とを備え、
前記管理部は、利用者を識別する利用者識別情報に、所定のチームの勝敗予想を投票可能な投票権を対応付けて管理し、
前記受付部は、該端末から該利用者識別情報に対応付けられた投票権による投票を指示する投票指示と前記投票の保留指示を含む複数の指示のうち一つを受け付け、
前記結果処理部は、前記受け付けた指示が保留指示である場合には、前記管理部に管理される投票権を維持し、前記受け付けた指示が投票指示である場合には、前記投票権に対応するチームの勝敗予想が的中した場合に、該投票権に新たな投票権を加えた複数の投票権を投票可能な投票権として前記管理部に管理させ、前記投票権に対応するチームの勝敗予想を外した場合に、該投票権を消滅させる
