汽车迎宾灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种迎宾灯,尤其是涉及一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案的迎宾灯。
背景技术
随着人类社会的进步、经济的发展、人们的生活水平越来越高,汽车作为人类必不可少的交通工具走进了千万户,汽车也成了人类时尚的个性展示的载体。因此汽车迎宾灯也就应运而生,当打开车门时,迎宾灯就会投影出各种车主自己定制的图案,形成一种无形的喜悦感帮助车主扫去一天的烦恼。现有的迎宾灯基本上是由一个高亮LED光源和菲林胶片再组合放大透镜和透镜固定支架及壳体组成。实现原理是,高亮LED光源照射位于透镜中间的菲林胶片,通过透镜投射出菲林胶片图案,类似幻灯投影原理。
菲林用久后可能老化褪色需要更换,或者车主根据自己的喜好需要更换不同的图案。但是,现有的迎宾灯更换图案必须得另外再买新的迎宾灯,而大多迎宾灯拆装、更换不方便,需要专门的技术人员才能操作,有的还有可能对车门进行破坏才能实现对迎宾灯更换,因此迎宾灯投影的图案也不能随意更换,且更换成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提出一种

提供一种汽车迎宾灯,包括盖体、LED灯、装设于盖体内的控制电路板、透镜筒组件和图案投影组件,所述透镜筒组件包括镜筒上部分、镜筒下部分和设置在镜筒下部分内的第一凹槽,该第一凹槽用于放置图案投影组件,所述镜筒下部分设有若干凸起骨位或槽位,相应地,所述镜筒上部分设有若干槽位或凸起骨位,借助所述凸起骨位与槽位的压入配合,所述图案投影组件平放在镜筒下部分的第一凹槽内。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明的较佳实施例作详细说明。
如图1所示,一种汽车迎宾灯,包括盖体、LED灯20、装设于盖体内的控制电路板30(如PCBA板)和透镜筒组件50,盖体包括本体10和面盖40。本体10上设有用于为LED灯20散热的散热件,控制电路板30借助支架装设在盖体内。所述面盖40上设有通孔,所述透镜筒组件50穿越该通孔进入所述本体10内与LED灯20正对。还包括遮蔽所述通孔的透镜盖60,该透镜盖60上设有开锁标识61和关锁标识6。本实用新型汽车迎宾灯装设在车门上,当车门打开,PCBA板上的引脚上电,PCBA板开始工作,LED灯亮,LED灯发出的光线通过菲林和透镜片组,将菲林的图案投影到地面。
如图2至图6所示,所述透镜筒组件50包括镜筒上部分1、镜筒下部分4和设置在镜筒下部分4内的第一凹槽5,该第一凹槽5用于放置图案投影组件2,凹槽内有防呆设计不用担心装反。所述本体10内用于容纳镜筒下部分4的腔体侧面设有缺口4-1,所述镜筒下部分的外立壁上设有防滑齿4-2,所述防滑齿4-2一部分对应所述缺口的位置暴露在外。这样设置以方便转动透镜筒组件50来调节图案的方向以便图案达到用户满意的状态。该图案投影组件2包括上支架6和下支架8,上支架6可以带有“TOP”字符标识,装配时,带“TOP”字符的面朝上。下支架8上设有第二凹槽11,菲林片7平放于该第二凹槽11中。透镜筒组件50还包括设置在镜筒内的包括凸透镜的透镜片组,菲林设置在两片凸透镜之间。

需要更换菲林时,拧开产品的透镜盖60至开锁标识61与产品面盖40的缺口对齐使透镜盖脱离面盖,然后取出透镜筒组件50,把透镜筒组件50的上下部分分开,取出原来的图案投影组件再水平放入新的图案投影组件。最后插入透镜筒组件接着盖上透镜盖拧动到关锁标识62与产品面盖缺口41对齐,便完成投影组件的更换。
