Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种迎宾灯，尤其是涉及一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯。包括一个灯筒(1)以及设置在灯筒(1)内能够插拔更换的图案投影组件(2)。图案投影组件(2)包括一个带有聚光放大透镜组的导光支架(3)、设置在导光支架(3)下方的菲林胶片(4)以及设置在菲林胶片(4)下方用于将菲林胶片(4)固定在导光支架(3)下方的手柄(5)。因此，本实用新型具有如下优点：不需要破坏性在原车门板上打孔，并可以随意更换可更换菲林，方便使用及节约一次性外壳组件。

一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种迎宾灯，尤其是涉及一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯。 
背景技术
随着全球经济尤其是中国经济的高速发展，汽车走进了中国千家万户，成为每个家庭生活必须品，汽车不仅仅是传统的代步交通工具，已经成为人们时尚个性展示的载体，汽车迎宾投影灯应运而生，当打开车门时，迎宾投影灯会投射出个性化图案。例如“Welcome”等图案。现有的迎宾投影灯都是由一根电源连接线高亮LED光源菲林胶片组合放大透镜和透镜固定支架及壳体组成。实现原理是，高亮LED光源照射绘制在透镜中间的菲林胶片，通过透镜投射出已绘制菲林胶片图案，类似幻灯投影原理。 
然而，现有的汽车迎宾投影灯，安装时必须找专业技师拆开车门板，破坏原车门板即在原车门板上打一个大圆孔见图，例如可网上搜索现有的迎宾投影灯销售时附送一个钻头，就是必须破坏性在原车门板上打孔最好例证，需破坏原车线束连接安装两根供电电源线。对原车门板及其线束造成不可逆破坏见图。现有的迎宾投影灯，虽然可以绘制任何图案菲林胶片即投影图案，但其一旦安装到汽车上，就不可更换图案，如更换图案还需要重新找专业技师拆装门板。需再更换一个其它图案的迎宾投影灯总成或返回生产厂家更换菲林胶片，经济成本高昂，不具备现实可操作性。现有汽车迎宾投影灯的成像原理是，高亮LED光源照射绘制在透镜中间的菲林胶片，通过透镜放大投射出已绘制菲林胶片图案，类似幻灯投影原理。长期使用会造成高亮LED光源长期照射造成菲林胶片老化褪色发红，甚至褪色到 投影胶片图案完全消失，类似于鲜艳的户外彩色喷绘广告图案长期在阳光的照射下很快褪色。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的： 
一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，其特征在于，包括一个灯筒以及设置在灯筒内能够插拔更换的图案投影组件。 
在上述的一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，所述图案投影组件包括一个带有聚光放大透镜组的导光支架、设置在导光支架下方的菲林胶片以及设置在菲林胶片下方用于将菲林胶片固定在导光支架下方的手柄。 
在上述的一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，，灯筒外壁周向开设有一个弧形槽，所述图案投影组件插入弧形槽固定在灯筒上。 
在上述的一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，所述导光支架包括一个环形架以及固定在环形架上的第一手持板，所述环形架底部设有若干卡槽。 
在上述的一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，所述手柄包括一个弧形架以及与上述第一手持板配合固定的第二手持板；所述弧形架上端面设有若干与上述卡槽配合的固定凸块。 
在上述的一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，所述灯筒、环形架以及弧形架中心在同一直线上。 
因此，本实用新型具有如下优点：不需要破坏性在原车门板上打孔，并可以随意更换可更换菲林，方便使用及节约一次性外壳组件。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例，并结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。图中，灯筒1、图案投影组件2、导光支架3、菲林胶片4、手柄5、弧形槽6、卡槽7、固定凸块8。 
实施例： 
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型包括一个灯筒1以及设置在灯筒1内能够插拔更换的图案投影组件2。 
图案投影组件2包括一个带有聚光放大透镜组的导光支架3、设置在导光支架3下方的菲林胶片4以及设置在菲林胶片4下方用于将菲林胶片4固定在导光支架3下方的手柄5；灯筒1外壁周向开设有一个弧形槽6，图案投影组件2插入弧形槽6固定在灯筒1上；导光支架3包括一个环形架以及固定在环形架上的第一手持板，环形架底部设有若干卡槽7；手柄5包括一个弧形架以及与上述第一手持板配合固定的第二手持板；弧形架上端面设有若干与上述卡槽7配合的固定凸块8；灯筒1、环形架以及弧形架中心在同一直线上。 
安装时，将本装置安装在汽车原迎宾灯的位置，将原迎宾灯取下，替换为本实用新型的组件，使用时，只需要将图案投影组件2从弧形槽6拔出，拆开导光支架3和手柄5，将设有图案的菲林胶片4夹在导光支架3和手柄5之间固定后插入弧形槽6中即可；更换图案时，只需要拔出图案投影组件2更换菲林胶片4即可。 
另外，本实用新型可以通过内置电脑CPU定时断电来最大限度的防止 菲林胶片4褪色。打开车门后，内置CPU定时N秒断电的设计方法，N秒指可设定任何时间基数例如60秒、90秒、200秒等等。

尽管本文较多地使用了灯筒1、图案投影组件2、导光支架3、菲林胶片4、手柄5、弧形槽6、卡槽7、固定凸块8等术语，但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本实用新型的本质；把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本实用新型精神相违背的。

1.一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，其特征在于，包括一个灯筒(1)以及设置在灯筒(1)内能够插拔更换的图案投影组件(2)。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，其特征在于，所述图案投影组件(2)包括一个带有聚光放大透镜组的导光支架(3)、设置在导光支架(3)下方的菲林胶片(4)以及设置在菲林胶片(4)下方用于将菲林胶片(4)固定在导光支架(3)下方的手柄(5)。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，其特征在于，灯筒(1)外壁周向开设有一个弧形槽(6)，所述图案投影组件(2)插入弧形槽(6)固定在灯筒(1)上。 
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，其特征在于，所述导光支架(3)包括一个环形架以及固定在环形架上的第一手持板，所述环形架底部设有若干卡槽(7)。 
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于汽车的可个性定制图案无损加装的迎宾灯，其特征在于，所述手柄(5)包括一个弧形架以及与上述第一手持板配合固定的第二手持板；所述弧形架上端面设有若干与上述卡槽(7)配合的固定凸块(8)。
