Abstract

本实用新型是一种车辆投射灯结构,其于一壳体的容置空间内装设一投影组件,此投影组件包括一灯源、一嵌有影像的投影片、一双凸透镜、以及一平凸透镜,其中的灯源是与车辆的电源电性连接,而投影片、双凸透镜、以及平凸透镜三者之间分别间隔设置,由此构成本实用新型的结构。

车辆投射灯结构 
技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种车辆投射灯结构,尤指一种装设于车辆上且能投射影像的照明器具。 
背景技术
车辆不论在行驶过程或静止状态下,皆可利用其所配置的照明设备解决视线不佳的问题。例如在天候不佳或者夜间行车时,可通过开启大灯照明路况。又如车辆于停止状态时,可开启车内的照明灯照亮车内,以方便驾驶观看或寻找物品。 
但,许多驾驶者在开启车门下车时,由于车辆并未对下车时的落脚处设计特定的照明设备,故驾驶者容易因视线不良而无法看清落脚处的地面状况,特别是在夜间或光线不足的环境下,如落脚处具有水滩或烂泥时,驾驶者的脚部会弄脏而造成困扰,又如落脚处具有坑洞或障碍物时,则容易在下车时不慎造成危险。 
有鉴于此,本实用新型人乃针对上述车辆照明的问题所产生的不便,本着锲而不舍的精神与精益求精的目的,积极不断的加以研究改良,并经长期的努力与试验,终于开发设计出本实用新型。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的,在于解决上述的问题而提供一种车辆投射灯结构,其是于一壳体内装设一投射组件,由此投射组件朝向驾驶者下车时落脚处的地面上投影照明,使驾驶者在光线不佳的情况下可见下车落脚处的地面情况,且照明时并具有影像投影,故于照明的同时并具有影像观赏的乐趣。 
为达上述目的,本实用新型提供的车辆投射灯结构包括: 
一壳体,其具有一容置空间,此壳体装设位置包含车辆的车门以及车门周边的车体。 
一投影组件,其装设于该壳体的容置空间内,且朝向人员下车时落脚处的地面投影照明;此投影组件于容置空间内依序朝投影方向设有一灯源、一嵌有影像的投影片、一双凸透镜、以及一平凸透镜,其中该灯源与车辆的电源电性连接控制,且该投影片、双凸透镜、以及平凸透镜三者之间分别间隔设置。 
其中,该壳体包含一中空的管体、一灯座、以及一固定座组成,且该灯座与该固定座分别结合于该管体的两端;其中,该投影片以及该双凸透镜装设于该管体中,且于投影片与双凸透镜之间具有一间隔环,该灯源设于该灯座,且该平凸透镜设于该固定座;该管体与该灯座结合时定位该投影片、间隔环、以及该双凸透镜于管体内,且该管体与该固定座结合时定位该平凸透镜于固定座内。 
其中,该管体具有一贯穿两端的穿孔,此穿孔分别由管体两端朝内设有一大径孔与一小径孔,该固定座具有一容槽,此容槽衔接该管体的小径孔,另该灯座具有一内设该灯源的凹槽,此凹槽衔接于灯座的大径孔,壳体以该穿孔、容槽、及凹槽形成该容置空间;其中,以该灯座结合管体而限制该投影片、间隔环、以及双凸透镜于大径孔内,且以管体结合固定座而限制该平凸透镜于该容槽中,平凸透镜与该双凸透镜间隔该小径孔的孔深距离。 
其中,该管体于结合灯座的一端具有至少一轴向朝内凹入至容设投影片深度的凹部,且该投影片于外环伸设有对应置入该至少一凹部的凸部,以固定该投影片的影像投影方位。 
其中,该灯座以锁设方式结合于该管体的大径孔内,并以锁入管体内的端面以及大径孔的底缘限制该双凸透镜、间隔环、以及该投影片于大径孔中;另该管体亦以锁设方式结合于该固定座内,且管体以一端为小径孔的端面与该容槽的底缘限制该平凸透镜于容槽内。 
其中,该壳体是以其固定座结合于车辆的后视镜底部。 
其中,该壳体是以其固定座结合于车辆的车门内侧。 
由此,灯源于壳体内发光时,光线穿过投影片,并将投影片上的影 像依序经由双凸透镜以及该平凸透镜折射且向外投影照明。 
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型的投射组件朝向驾驶者下车时落脚处的地面上投影照明,使驾驶者在光线不佳的情况下可见下车落脚处的地面情况,且照明时并具有影像投影,故于照明的同时并具有影像观赏的乐趣。

请参阅图1至图4,图中所示的为本实用新型所选用的第一实施例结构,此仅供说明的用,在专利申请上并不受此种结构的限制。 
本实用新型是有关于一种车辆投射灯结构,其包括: 
一壳体1,其具有一容置空间2,由此容置空间2容设一投影组件3,此投影组件3可朝向人员下车时落脚处的地面投影照明。壳体1可直接装设于车辆4上作为出厂配件,或者可由外部安装于车辆4上。于本实施例中装设于车门41两侧的后视镜42底部,方便车上人员在下车时投影照明。 
于本实施例中,该壳体1包含一中空的管体11、一灯座12、以及一固定座13组成,且该灯座12与该固定座13分别结合于该管体11的两端。其中,该管体11具有一穿孔21,此穿孔21贯穿管体11两端,且由管体11两端分别朝管体11内设有一大径孔211与一小径孔212衔接构成。此外,该固定座13具有一容槽22,此容槽22衔接该管体11的小径孔212,另该灯座12具有一凹槽23,此凹槽23衔接于管体11的大径孔211,壳体1以该穿孔21、容槽22、及凹槽23形成该容置空间2。 
该投影组件3于容置空间2内依序朝投影方向设有一灯源31、一投影片32、一双凸透镜33、以及一平凸透镜34。该投影片32上嵌有影像321,而当灯源31于壳体1内发光时,光线穿过投影片32,并将投影片32上的影像321依序经由双凸透镜33以及该平凸透镜34折射且向外投影照明。 
于本实施例中,该投影片32与该双凸透镜33装设于该管体11中,且于投影片32与双凸透镜33之间设有一间隔环35。该灯源31则设于该灯座12内,灯源31于本实施例为一LED灯具而与车辆4的电源图中未示电性连接,灯源31可由车辆4内设置开关图中未示控制,而该平凸透镜34则设于该固定座13。 
承上所述,该灯座12是以锁设方式结合于该管体11的大径孔211内,并以锁入管体11内的端面121以及管体11于大径孔211的底缘111限制该双凸透镜33、间隔环35、以及该投影片32于大径孔211中。 
再者,该管体11亦以锁设方式结合于该固定座13内,且管体11以一端为小径孔212的端面112与固定座13于该容槽22的底缘131限制该平凸透镜34于容槽22内。 
壳体1内的投影片32、双凸透镜33、以及平凸透镜34三者,分别依投影所需距离而间隔设置。其中,通过该间隔环35使投影片32与双凸透镜33间形成一投影距离,而此间隔环35的厚度以该投影片32与双凸透镜33所需的投影距离设计。此外,该平凸透镜34与该双凸透镜33是以该小径孔212的孔深为间隔距离。 
本实施例的管体11于结合灯座12的一端具有至少一凹部113,此至少一凹部113轴向朝内凹入至容设投影片32的深度。该投影片32于外环伸设有凸部322对应置入该至少一凹部113中,以固定该投影片32的影像321投影方位。本实施例的管体11具有二凹部113,且二凹部113的宽度不同,而该投影片32亦具有二凸部322,此投影片32的二凸部322分别与该管体11的二凹部113具有对应的宽度,此为一防呆结构设计,故以相同宽度的凸部322与凹部113的设置,可避免投影片32于管体11内投影时转动,且能防止该投影片32装反,使投影片32的影像321于投影时位于正确的方位。 
由上述的结构可见,壳体1装设于后视镜42时,投影组件3可朝车门旁的地面照明,且同时具有如图中投影的影像321,令车上的人员开门下车时可看清落脚处的地面状况,避免误踩水滩或烂泥而弄脏, 或者误踩坑洞或异物而造成危险,而且在照明时可同时观赏投影出的影像321,可见本实用新型的投射灯结构于车辆4使用时兼具安全性以及娱乐性。 
此外,各种车款的车体结构不同,壳体1除可装设于后视镜42之外,亦可装设于车门41本身,或者装设于车门41周边的车体,其安装数量可搭配车门41多寡设置。请参阅图5,其系本实用新型的第二实施例,是将壳体1装设于车门41内侧的底部,故车上人员开门下车时,与第一实施例相同具有照明以及影像投射的效果,以达到与第一实施例相同的功效。 
以上所述实施例的揭示是用以说明本实用新型,并非用以限制本实用新型,故举凡数值的变更或等效元件的置换仍应隶属本实用新型的范畴。 
由以上详细说明,可使熟知本项技艺者明了本实用新型的确可达成前述目的,并且在同类制程或产品中均未见有类似的发表,实已符合专利法的规定,依法俱文提出专利申请。 

Claims (7)

1.一种车辆投射灯结构,其特征在于,包括:
一壳体,其具有一容置空间,此壳体装设位置包含车辆的车门以及车门周边的车体;
一投影组件,其装设于该壳体的容置空间内,且朝向人员下车时落脚处的地面投影照明;此投影组件于容置空间内依序朝投影方向设有一灯源、一嵌有影像的投影片、一双凸透镜、以及一平凸透镜,其中该灯源与车辆的电源电性连接控制,且该投影片、双凸透镜、以及平凸透镜三者之间分别间隔设置。
2.依据权利要求1所述的车辆投射灯结构,其特征在于,该壳体包含一中空的管体、一灯座、以及一固定座组成,且该灯座与该固定座分别结合于该管体的两端;其中,该投影片以及该双凸透镜装设于该管体中,且于投影片与双凸透镜之间具有一间隔环,该灯源设于该灯座,且该平凸透镜设于该固定座;该管体与该灯座结合时定位该投影片、间隔环、以及该双凸透镜于管体内,且该管体与该固定座结合时定位该平凸透镜于固定座内。
3.依据权利要求2所述的车辆投射灯结构,其特征在于,该管体具有一贯穿两端的穿孔,此穿孔分别由管体两端朝内设有一大径孔与一小径孔衔接构成,该固定座具有一容槽,此容槽衔接该管体的小径孔,另该灯座具有一内设该灯源的凹槽,此凹槽衔接于管体的大径孔,壳体以该穿孔、容槽、及凹槽形成该容置空间;其中,以该灯座结合管体而限制该投影片、间隔环、以及双凸透镜于大径孔内,且以管体结合固定座而限制该平凸透镜于该容槽中,平凸透镜与该双凸透镜间隔该小径孔的孔深距离。
4.依据权利要求3所述的车辆投射灯结构,其特征在于,该管体于结合灯座的一端具有至少一轴向朝内凹入至容设投影片深度的凹部,且该投影片于外环伸设有对应置入该至少一凹部的凸部。
5.依据权利要求3所述的车辆投射灯结构,其特征在于,该灯座以锁设方式结合于该管体的大径孔内,并以锁入管体内的端面以及大径孔的底缘限制该双凸透镜、间隔环、以及该投影片于大径孔中;另该管体亦以锁设方式结合于该固定座内,且管体以一端为小径孔的端面与该容槽的底缘限制该平凸透镜于容槽内。
6.依据权利要求1所述的车辆投射灯结构,其特征在于,该壳体是以其固定座结合于车辆的后视镜底部。
7.依据权利要求1所述的车辆投射灯结构,其特征在于,该壳体是以其固定座结合于车辆的车门内侧。
