背景技术
现有的洗衣机按照洗涤方式可以分为滚筒式、波轮式、超声波洗衣机、电磁去污洗衣机、活性氧去污洗衣机、臭氧洗衣机和离子洗衣机。
但是上述现有类型的洗衣机均不是采用与人工手洗衣物相似的方式;人工手洗衣物是反复对衣物进行揉搓挤压,而上述现有类别的洗衣机均未具备揉搓挤压的功能,这就是现有洗衣机的机洗不如手洗干净的主要原因。
同时,现有的洗衣机结构由于需要电机驱动内筒或者波轮、利用旋转摩擦对衣物进行洗涤,其具有无法小型化、无法便携、磨损衣物严重等问题。
鉴于上述技术缺陷,特提出本申请。
发明内容

通过上述设置,使洗涤囊进行伸缩变形,对洗涤腔内待洗涤衣物所占空间进行调节,进而达到对投放至腔室内的待洗涤衣物进行挤压揉搓清洗的效果。
本实施例中,洗涤囊2为安装于洗涤腔1中的、具有伸缩变形余量的柔性腔室,供气装置6经管路与构成洗涤囊2的柔性腔室相连通,以调节腔室内气压、而改变洗涤囊2的伸缩形状。优选的,所述的供气装置6为将外部大气向洗涤囊内注入的气泵。
通过将洗涤囊设置为与气泵相连通的可伸缩气囊,以调节洗涤囊内部压力而改变其体积,使洗涤囊不断扩张、收缩,而令投放至洗涤腔内的待洗涤衣物不断受力挤压、失去外力限位而发生舒展变形,进而达到对衣物进行挤压揉搓清洗的效果。
本实施例中,洗涤囊2为一端密闭、一端敞口的筒状结构,筒状结构由可产生弹性变形的柔性材质构成,筒状结构的敞口侧与洗涤腔1内壁相密封连接,使洗涤囊2内部构成可产生伸缩变形的柔性腔室。优选的,本实施例中,洗涤囊2由橡胶等可变形材质构成,洗涤囊2上设有多段弯曲延伸的褶皱部,以在洗涤囊2内注入气体后、褶皱部受压张开而使洗涤囊2扩大占用体积,进而利用洗涤囊2对洗涤腔1内待洗涤衣物14进行挤压揉搓洗涤。
本实施例中,洗涤腔1上设有可打开、以取放衣物的密封盖5,在密封盖5闭合后洗涤腔1内部形成密封腔室。优选的,为了便于衣物的取放,将洗涤腔1的顶部敞口设置,密封 盖5可向外翻转打开的安装于洗涤腔1顶部,使密封盖5扣合后对应覆盖洗涤腔1的顶端敞口、洗涤腔1形成与外部相隔离的密闭腔室。
本实施例中,洗涤腔1经进水管3与进水结构相连通,以向洗涤腔1内流入水流、浸湿腔内待洗涤衣物。
本实施例中,洗涤腔1经排水管4与排水结构相连通,以将洗涤腔1内洗涤水、自衣物揉搓挤压分离的水流排出;优选的,洗涤腔1与排水管连接处处于洗涤腔1的最低处,以保证洗涤腔1内的水流可全部沿排水管4外排至排水结构。
本实施例中,洗涤囊2设有与外部大气相连通的泄压口,所述泄压口处装有控制开口通断的泄压阀,以在洗涤囊2进行收缩排气时打开泄压阀、令洗涤囊2内气体外排而收缩洗涤囊2体积。
实施例二
如图2所示,本实施例与上述实施例一的区别在于:洗涤腔1的底壁、侧壁、顶壁中的任一或组合安装有至少一个洗涤囊2,各洗涤囊2均自腔室内壁向腔室中心伸展变形。通过在洗涤腔的多侧分别设置向中心伸展变形的洗涤囊,以使衣物承受自多个方向的挤压作用力,进一步提升衣物的洗涤效果。
如图2所示,本实施例中,在洗涤腔1的底壁、侧壁、顶壁中的任一或组合处分别各安装至少一个洗涤囊2,以使得各个洗涤囊2对待洗涤衣物14提供单一方向限位作用力,并通过洗涤腔1各侧分别设置的洗涤囊2对待洗涤衣物同时提供多方向限位作用力,可达到对衣物进行挤压洗涤的目的。
当然本实施例中,还可以将洗涤腔1内设置的洗涤囊2覆盖洗涤腔1的底壁、侧壁、顶壁中的任一或组合,使单一洗涤囊2可对衣物提供多个方向的限位作用力,而同样可达到对衣物进行挤压洗涤的目的,进而提升对衣物的清洗效率。
实施例三
如图3所示,本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于:洗涤装置还包括一存水腔8,存水腔8经水管7与洗涤腔1相连通,使洗涤腔1与存水腔8之间形成可换水流流向的双向通道。
通过上述设置,使得洗涤腔内受洗涤囊扩张而挤出的排水暂存至存水腔中,进而调节了洗涤腔内压力,避免了洗涤腔因密闭而压力过大、洗涤囊无法深度扩张对衣物挤压力不足情况的发生。
优选的,本实施例中,为了提升相互对流水流的流动性,可以进行如下设置:水管7上设有控制管路内水流流向的控制结构,所述的控制结构为对水管7内水流提供双向可调流动动力的换向泵9,换向泵9可对水流提供流动动力,促进水流流动性,进而改变了洗涤腔1内的压力、以有效提升洗涤腔1的伸缩速率。
本实施例中,存水腔7、或水管10、或洗涤腔1上设有排水口,排水口经设有排水阀的排水管与外部相连。
本实施例中,为了避免水流误触发流动,可以在水管10上设置控制阀,以对应打开、或闭合水管10。
实施例四
如图4所示,本实施例基于上述实施例三还具有如下区别技术特征:存水腔8内设有排气囊10,所述排气囊10可产生向洗涤腔内扩张、或收缩的变形,利用变形对存水腔8内压力进行调节、而调换水管7内的水流方向。
通过上述设置,使排气囊进行伸缩变形,对排水腔内暂存洗涤水的所占空间进行调节,进而达到调节存水腔内压力、改变水管内水流方向的效果。
本实施例中,排气囊10为安装于存水腔8中的、具有伸缩变形余量的柔性腔室,供气装置6经管路与构成排气囊10的柔性腔室相连通,以调节腔室内气压、而改变排气囊10的伸缩形状。
本实施例中,排气囊10为一端密闭、一端敞口的筒状结构,筒状结构由可产生弹性变形的柔性材质构成,筒状结构的敞口侧与存水腔8内壁相密封连接,使排气囊10内部构成可产生伸缩变形的柔性腔室。
本实施例中,排气囊10和洗涤囊1经换向阀11与同一供气装置6相连通,使供气装置6择一的向排气囊10、或洗涤囊1中供气。
本实施例中,排气囊10设有与外部大气相连通的泄压口,所述泄压口处装有控制开口通断的泄压阀,以在排气囊10进行收缩排气时打开泄压阀、令排气囊10内气体外排而收缩洗 涤囊体积。
实施例五
如图5所示,本实施例基于上述实施例四还具有如下区别技术特征:洗涤囊2经气管12与排气囊10相连通,使洗涤囊2与排气囊10之间形成可换气流流向的双向通道。
通过上述设置,使得洗涤囊收缩时挤出的排气暂存至排气囊中,进而调节了排气囊内压力,避免了排水腔、排气囊、洗涤囊和洗涤腔因密闭而压力失衡、无法再对衣物进行挤压清洗情况的发生。
优选的,本实施例中,为了提升相互对流水流的流动性,可以进行如下设置:气管12上设有控制管路内气体流动方向的控制结构,所述的控制结构为对气管12内气流提供双向可调流动动力的换向泵13,换向泵13可对气流提供流动动力,促进气流流动性,进而改变了排气囊10内的压力、以有效提升洗涤囊2的伸缩速率。
本实施例中,为了避免气流误触发流动,可以在气管12上设置控制管路通断的控制阀,以对应打开、或闭合气管12。
本实施例中,排气囊10设有与外部大气相连通的泄压口,所述泄压口处装有控制开口通断的泄压阀,以在排气囊10进行收缩排气时打开泄压阀、令排气囊10内气体外排而收缩排气囊10体积。
本实施例中,存水腔、或水管、或洗涤腔上设有排水口,排水口经设有排水阀的排水管与外部相连。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗涤装置,其特征在于:包括,
    洗涤腔,用于盛放待洗涤衣物;
    洗涤囊,安装于洗涤腔中,可产生向洗涤腔内扩张、或收缩的变形,利用变形对待洗涤衣物进行揉搓洗涤。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,洗涤囊为安装于洗涤腔中的、具有伸缩变形余量的柔性腔室,供气装置经管路与构成洗涤囊的柔性腔室相连通,以调节腔室内气压、而改变洗涤囊的伸缩形状;
    优选的,所述的供气装置为将外部大气向洗涤囊内注入的气泵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,洗涤囊为一端密闭、一端敞口的筒状结构,筒状结构由可产生弹性变形的柔性材质构成,筒状结构的敞口侧与洗涤腔内壁相密封连接,使洗涤囊内部构成可产生伸缩变形的柔性腔室;
    优选的,洗涤腔的底壁、侧壁、顶壁中的任一或组合安装有至少一个洗涤囊,各洗涤囊均自腔室内壁向腔室中心伸展变形;
    优选的,洗涤腔上设有可打开、以取放衣物的密封盖,在密封盖闭合后洗涤腔内部形成密封腔室。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,洗涤腔经进水管与进水结构相连通,以向洗涤腔内流入水流、浸湿腔内待洗涤衣物;
    洗涤腔经排水管与排水结构相连通,以将洗涤腔内洗涤水、自衣物揉搓挤压分离的水流排出。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,还包括一存水腔,存水腔经水管与洗涤腔相连通,使洗涤腔与存水腔之间形成可换水流流向的双向通道;
    优选的,水管上设有控制管路内水流流向的控制结构,所述的控制结构为对水管内水流提供双向可调流动动力的换向泵。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,存水腔内设有排气囊,所述排气囊可产生向洗涤腔内扩张、或收缩的变形,利用变形对存水腔内压力进行调节、而调换水管内的水流方向;
    优选的,洗涤囊经气管与排气囊相连通,使洗涤囊与排气囊之间形成可换气流流向的双 向通道;
    优选的,气管上设有控制管路内气体流动方向的控制结构,所述的控制结构为对气管内气流提供双向可调流动动力的换向泵;
    优选的,气管上设有控制管路通断的控制阀。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,排气囊为安装于存水腔中的、具有伸缩变形余量的柔性腔室,供气装置经管路与构成洗涤囊的柔性腔室相连通,以调节腔室内气压、而改变排气囊的伸缩形状;
    优选的,排气囊为一端密闭、一端敞口的筒状结构,筒状结构由可产生弹性变形的柔性材质构成,筒状结构的敞口侧与存水腔内壁相密封连接,使排气囊内部构成可产生伸缩变形的柔性腔室。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,排气囊和洗涤囊经换向阀与同一供气装置相连通,使供气装置择一的向排气囊和洗涤囊中供气。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,排气囊和洗涤囊分别设有与外部大气相连通的泄压口,所述泄压口处装有控制开口通断的泄压阀。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗涤装置,其特征在于,存水腔、或水管、或洗涤腔上设有排水口,排水口经设有排水阀的管路与外部相连。
