本发明涉及手机保护套技术领域,且公开了一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套。包括保护套中厚度为0.5~0.9mm透明PC壳体,及厚度为0.4~0.9mm外层透明液态硅胶,利用二次注塑工艺将透明PC壳与透明液态硅胶进行结合,形成了本次发明的超薄纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套,内层PC支撑硅胶形态,具备一定强度更贴合手机,外层液态硅胶,提高了保护套的使用手感和观赏性,并具有一定防摔功能,起到保护手机的作用。

Description

一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套 技术领域
本发明涉及手机保护套技术领域,具体为一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套。
背景技术
手机保护套,为手机起保护作用,所设计及生产出来的外套。二十世纪九十年代中后期,手机保护套借着移动电话瘦身的契机开始盛行,作用也有保护手机发展为美观用途。其种类也随着手机品牌和功能的增加而呈多样化,按质地分有皮革、布料、硬塑、绒制和绸制等品别,而按机型分则有直板与翻盖的区别。受到机型的限制,手机保护套的适用类别也不同。直板机通常能使用全类别的手机套,而滑盖型折叠型则往往只能选择皮套。
现有技术中的手机保护套存在以下几点缺点:
1、市场上同类型产品采用PC套皮硅胶结合,因PC或硅胶材料成型局限因素,厚度相对较厚,影响整个产品的手感,且为实色不透明,使用体验欠佳;
2、变形弹性差,用户使用中频繁拆装机时,手机与保护套扣位处长时间摩擦,导致手机保护套易磨烂,开胶等问题,影响产品品质。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套,具备手感好和展示原有手机外观色彩等优点,解决了现有技术中厚度手感不好和不能展示原有手机外观色彩的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述手感好和展示原有手机外观色彩目的,本发明提供如下技术 方案:
一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套,其特征在于,手机保护套的制作方法包括以下步骤:
S1、首先制作高精密的塑胶模具,在PC壳模具的内表面蚀点状纹,通过高速注塑机以注塑工艺将透明PC颗料原料注塑成型为0.5~0.9mm透明PC壳,形成第一次注塑成形的透明PC壳。
S2、严格使用尺寸管控治具,进行对透明PC壳管控尺寸精度,将尺寸精度不合格的产品筛选掉;
S3、将第一次注塑成形的透明PC壳,置入液态硅胶模具的模腔内,再通过注塑纯透明液态硅胶进行二次注塑成形,形成纯透明液态硅胶保护壳半成品;
S4、清理纯透明液态硅胶保护壳半成品的批锋,将纯透明液态硅胶保护壳半成品外表面喷涂透明手感油,形成纯透明液态硅胶保护壳。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述S4中,纯透明液态硅胶包裹PC壳且边缘形成咬合。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述S1、S3中将PC壳与液态硅胶均选择为透明材质。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套,具备以下有益效果:
1、利用超薄透明PC二次注塑工艺与纯透明硅胶进行结合,形成超薄款保护套,提高了手机使用手感。
2、通过设置透明PC,保护套塑胶表面应用特殊的纳米处理防开胶工艺,避免了手机套开胶。
3、通过设置透明PC,将透明PC材料应用到与纯透明液态硅胶一体注塑 成形技术实现纯透明液态硅胶保护套,展现了原有手机的色彩。
4、通过设置,以往的保护套反复拆装机易导至保护套周圈扣屏位口部硅胶与透明PC有开胶现象,为了解决透明PC与硅胶易开胶等问题,在结构设计细节部分做特别的优化结构处理,在透明PC周圈口部做一圈单边凸出骨位,骨位凸出高度范围0.3~2mm,厚度范围0.3~1.5mm为最佳,硅胶从侧面沿透明PC边缘卷边到内部,牢牢包住凸出骨位部分,防止反复拆装机摩擦开胶,延长了手机套的使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套,其特征在于,手机保护套的制作方法包括以下步骤:
S1、首先制作高精密的塑胶模具,在PC壳模具的内表面蚀点状纹,通过高速注塑机以注塑工艺将透明PC颗料原料注塑成型为0.5~0.9mm透明PC壳,形成第一次注塑成形的透明PC壳。

S3、将第一次注塑成形的透明PC壳,置入液态硅胶模具的模腔内,再通过注塑纯透明液态硅胶进行二次注塑成形,形成纯透明液态硅胶保护壳半成品;
S4、清理纯透明液态硅胶保护壳半成品的批锋,将纯透明液态硅胶保护壳半成品外表面喷涂透明手感油,形成纯透明液态硅胶保护壳。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述S4中,纯透明液态硅胶包裹PC壳且边缘 形成咬合。
进一步优化本技术方案,所述S1、S3中将PC壳与液态硅胶均选择为透明材质。
本发明纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套,通过利用超薄透明PC二次注塑工艺与纯透明硅胶进行结合,形成超薄款保护套,提高了手机使用手感;通过设置透明PC,保护套塑胶表面应用特殊的纳米处理防开胶工艺,避免了手机套开胶;通过设置透明PC,将透明PC材料应用到与纯透明液态硅胶一体注塑成形技术实现纯透明液态硅胶保护套,展现了原有手机的色彩;通过设置,以往的保护套反复拆装机易导至保护套周圈扣屏位口部硅胶与透明PC有开胶现象,为了解决透明PC与硅胶易开胶等问题,在结构设计细节部分做特别的优化结构处理,在透明PC周圈口部做一圈单边凸出骨位,骨位凸出高度范围0.3~2mm,厚度范围0.3~1.5mm为最佳,硅胶从侧面沿透明PC边缘卷边到内部,牢牢包住凸出骨位部分,防止反复拆装机摩擦开胶,延长了手机套的使用寿命。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套,其特征在于,手机保护套的制作方法包括以下步骤:
    S1、首先制作高精密的塑胶模具,在PC壳模具的内表面蚀点状纹,通过高速注塑机以注塑工艺将透明PC颗料原料注塑成型为0.5~0.9mm透明PC壳,形成第一次注塑成形的透明PC壳。
    S2、严格使用尺寸管控治具,进行对透明PC壳管控尺寸精度,将尺寸精度不合格的产品筛选掉;
    S3、将第一次注塑成形的透明PC壳,置入液态硅胶模具的模腔内,再通过注塑纯透明液态硅胶进行二次注塑成形,形成纯透明液态硅胶保护壳半成品;
    S4、清理纯透明液态硅胶保护壳半成品的批锋,将纯透明液态硅胶保护壳半成品外表面喷涂透明手感油,形成纯透明液态硅胶保护壳。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套,其特征在于,所述S4中,纯透明液态硅胶包裹PC壳且边缘形成咬合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纯透明液态硅胶手机保护套,其特征在于,所述S1、S3中将PC壳与液态硅胶均选择为透明材质。
